Always enjoyed our stay at Emisia. Its comfortable and ticks all the boxes. Their location makes it more of a pleasant stay. Their breakfast is always generous with varieties. Their spa facilities is enjoyable and nicely managed. Their spas dining option is also a bonus. To relax in the spa's dining lounge after the spa is so relaxing. Their laundry facilities are recently upgraded, huge room with plenty of new machines.

Good place for shopping, close to the station, beautiful hotel. Very satisfied with the place and services.

Business trip; got a large room with a queen bed and great view on a high floor. Staff were very polite and accommodating, and assistance was available in English when needed. Be aware that you're a good half hour from downtown Sapporo's restaurants, bars and shopping.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Emisia Sapporo and can give a thumbs-up to the public bath and the amazing view from my window.

Conveniently located right next to the train station. Like entering a castle to rest & relax! Got a high floor for my room which has amazing views of the city. Loved the public bath at the basement, probably the biggest one I’ve ever been in for a hotel amenity! Would certainly stay here again for my next visit to Sapporo.

Comfort room of a good size.

Room size was great with a large toilet by japan standard. Got a few malls around with many shopping options. Near JR station and subway which we didn't use. Only down side is the need to pay parking, but it isn't expension at 1200yen.

Pro: Great location near subway and JR, and excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. Con: The Japanese tatami room was a bit more aged and average condition than I had expected from pictures of the property on Expedia. Overall we would stay again.

We have stayed at Emisia for over 3 times and it will be our go to place whenever we are in Sapporo. Have already booked another stay for next trip. Feel like keeping this gem of a hotel as a secret but kind of feel bad to not to compliment it as it doesn't do it justice. Each time we stay, we feel like they have improved, so well done Emisia team!

A very satisfying stay at this hotel. Will definitely come back and stay at this hotel. The TV no English shows like Netflix. Only issue will be for Muslim tourists. No halal foods nearby the hotel. Need to travel about 30mins-40mins to the nearest halal foods.

Great stay for families who need a larger room

Booked the Western Japanese room type for my family - the room was of fantastic size, considering the usually smaller and tighter rooms in Japan. Requested for higher floors but they gave us the lowest floor instead. Breakfast is a must have at this hotel - good spread with Japanese rice bowl selection too.

I really like that the hotel was close to a couple of subway lines and it the hub for the buses. So, transportation was very easy.

The breakfast is fabulous and the spa is wonderful. I enjoyed my stay @ Emisia immensely.

Stayed here for the second time 7 years later and it didn’t look much different, they must take great care of the property. Everything was great. Comfortable stay. Didn’t know the pro baseball players were staying, must be why it was much more expensive one of the nights. Would come back again.

Property was convenient to ShinnSapporo station and shopping mall. The breakfast buffet was nice with many options. Room and bathroom were very small making two people and luggage very cozy.

It is very convenient to use public transportation and walking distance to the station is very close

Great location next to station and mall. The only downside was the noise from the lifts but they don't go all night. Breakfast was great as well as the view.

Comfortable hotel next to JR Shin Sapporo

I had a nice room on the 23rd floor. Very nice view. The room was clean and comfortable, with tea/ coffee and bath amenities. Triple glassing guaranteed warm room in very weather (-11C outdoor). Breakfast in top floor was top notch. Mask was compulsory everywhere and disposable gloves and sanitizer were provided in the breakfast room. A very good hotel, next to shin Sapporo

Comfortable stay, but would have appreciated a gym

Everything was very comfortable at this hotel. The room was on the small side, but adequate for two people. Staff were very friendly. My only complaint is that they did not have a gym. My body-building son really wanted a gym.

Good staycation

The room was clean and well maintained. We felt we were at home. Most of the staff were friendly and very polite except some staff at lobby. Perhaps they could not greet every single guests who crossed the lobby. The Spa was wonderful, would love to visit again.

The hotel, itself, was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was polite and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious and boasted a gorgeous view from the 31st floor. The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to both the JR station and the Toho subway line.

Hotel location was good and convenient as it is situated next to the JR Shin Sapporo station. However, the rooms were old and had an unpleasant smell to them. We were initially given a room that was too hot with no way of cooling the room. When we called the reception to request for a change of room, we were initially informed that all the rooms in the hotel were occupied. However, only on insisting that we speak to the manager, did the staff finally relent in giving us another room with a comfortable temperature. On requesting for fans to cool the room, we were also told that there was only one fan available in the entire hotel. The breakfast provided, while of a good variety, was much to be desired in terms of taste and quality.

Beautiful property next door to Shin Sapporo train station. The room was spacious, clean and modern. I would definitely return to this property when I visit Sapporo again.

Amazing stay at Hotel Emisia Sapporo

Amazing stay at Hotel Emisia Sapporo. Automated self parking provided at only 1200 YEN payable upon check out. Conveniently located beside a huge mall and fantastic views of the city if you opt for a corner room in the hotel. Check in and out was smooth without any delays. Hotel onsen is accessible at only 1000 YEN and closes at midnight daily. Coin-Laundry option is available which is definitely a plus point for any hotel. Would definitely stay at Hotel Emisia Sapporo again if we were to visit Hokkaido again. Hotel staff were all extremely friendly and generous when we were pleasantly surprise to see a small tray of delictable pastries plus a handwritten birthday card by all the staff members addressed to my wife as it was her birthday on the day we checked in. Truly grateful to all the service staff that made our stay at the hotel a memorable one!

Amazing facilities

Stayed 3 nights at floor 28 for a reasonable price. Really great view of Sapporo. Parking my rental car in their mechanized carpark fixed at 1200 yen per entire stay. Missed an onsen trip but well made up with the hotel spa for just 1000 yen. Breakfast was good too, not sick of it even for 3 mornings. And a shop at the lobby to buy ur tax-free souvenirs. Only location maybe slightly far from central Sapporo, but its nearer to Mitsui Factory Outlet.

I liked the setup of our room. Most properties don't do a good job of arrangements for 3 adults. Our room was perfect!

Room size was bigger than other hotels

Hotel is next to arc city shopping centre. Plenty of restaurants and food court around. Room is spacious and beds are comfy. I stayed in twin room and the beds are larger than typical twin beds. Sapporo is about 30 minutes by subway or 20 minutes by JR train (more expensive).

Nice hotel close to the airport

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the airport. There was also supermarkets and lots of cafes/restaurants inside the big shopping mall right next to the hotel.

Very good hotel. Delicious breakfast, comfortable bed and spacioous room.

Overall stay was excellent. The only set back was the temperature of the aircon. Slightly warm. Had to call up front desk to adjust central thermostat and took a while for then to understand what I wad trying to say.

札幌郊外の超穴場ホテル

新札幌駅から徒歩２分ほどの好立地のホテルです。31階建ての高層ホテルで札幌と江別方面が一望できます。館内は清潔感があり清掃業務のレベルの高さが分かります。スタッフの皆さんもフレンドリーな対応で好感が持てます。B1のスパのレベルは道内随一と言っても良いでしょう。翌朝の朝食ビュッフェも品数も豊富でどの料理もとても美味しかったです。特にオムレツをその場で調理されている方がとても丁寧に心を込めてフライパンを振っている姿が印象的でした。リピート確実のホテルです。

お部屋も浴室も清潔感があって、非常に過ごしやすかったです。何より朝食が素晴らしかったです。

ホテル自体の評判は良かったので逆に残念

対応してくれた受付の女性が感じ悪い。 機嫌悪いのか普段からそういう対応か分かりませんがあまり良い対応とは感じませんでした。

いつも丁寧に対応いただき、快適に過ごせております。

札幌滞在時の定宿です

地下鉄新札幌駅目の前、生協目の前、お土産も買えてイオンで買い物もできるサンピアザもすぐ近く また、駐車場がなんと何日滞在しても一律料金で出し入れ自由で専属のスタッフあり（駐車場に関してはずーっとこのままのサービスを変えないで欲しい！変えたら魅力半減です） 札幌に長期滞在の時は必ず利用するホテルです。なんの不自由もなく不満点もありません。ホテルのスタッフの方も皆さん親切です、特に駐車場のスタッフの方はみなさん笑顔で気持ちいいです 地下にスパもあります、料金高めなのでスパ込みのプランを利用するのがおすすめです また来年もお願いします、泊まりに行きます〜

駅から近くアクセスがよく便利。

北海道での定宿です。とにかく、スパが素晴らしい。

初の北海道家族旅行、お陰様でとても楽しい旅になりました。ありがとうございました。札幌の中心地からは離れていますが空港からもアクセスしやすく、駅近で立地はいいかと思います。設備も年季は感じますが、元シェラトンという事もあって高級感があります。朝食も海鮮丼が食べれて、北海道感があります。　 しかしコンセントが少なく、部屋の隅の埃、スタッフにおける対応の差、アメニティがいまいち、大浴場が宿泊者も有料等、気になる点もチラホラあります。　ただ好条件の割に安価なので、その辺りを目を瞑れば、とても素晴らしいホテルかと思います。

テレビの台にホコリがいっぱい！ 何週間も掃除してないか 又は、長期空室だったのか？ 浴槽も足を踏み込めば「ギシギシ ガタッ」と音がし揺れる 数回シングルに宿泊をし良いホテルだからと、主人連れてツイン宿泊したら、このザマで 主人には、部屋入るなり、わ！狭って言われるしどこが広いの？って。 部屋もシングルの方が部屋の通行に障害がなくゆったりスペースだか、ツイン部屋は、シングル部屋にベット2台と言う感じだったので、非常に狭くテーブルに座るのもベットが邪魔で部屋で行きかわす事が不可な部屋でガッカリ 次回からはツインは予約しない 残念な滞在3日だった

登別観光もかねての旅行だったので、周辺が運転のしやすい環境で非常によかった。駅からのアクセスもよかった。

次の日に空港への移動があり　こちらのホテルを予約しました。 駅まで駐車場を抜けすぐで便利でした。 スタッフさんの対応も良かったです。 また利用しようと思います。

４泊させて頂きました。スパ&朝食の利用でしたが、スパでリフレッシュ出来、朝食も満足でしたが？　唯一希望させて頂ければデザートの果物の種類を充実して欲しい❓最低でもパイナップルは欲しかった。 駐車場の利用では４泊５日で、1,300円でした。予想より低価格で助かりました。 札幌や小樽・余市、旭川方面まで観光できました。部屋も綺麗でお勧めです。

호텔 위치 때문에 어쩔수 없지만 주변에 음식점이 없습니다.

古いからか浴室に少しカビのようなものが見えた。 アメニティが少なく、ボディタオルやヘアゴム等が有ればよかった。

結婚式場もある大きなホテルだが、スタッフは細かな気配りをしてくれた。

朝食期待していたが、品数少なくJR札幌の方がかなり良いです。

大浴場付きのホテルを探していて、スパがあるこちらを選びました。宿泊者割引がきいても大人1,000円の値段に驚きました。精算は前金ができなかったので不便だった。 ホテルは部屋も綺麗で快適だった。 駅からも近くて良かった。

フロントの男性の威圧的なものの言い方にうんざり。 部屋に入るとベッドの下にお酒のプルトップ？のゴミがあり。 大浴場のカウンターにいた年配の女性が、大声で幼稚園児を叱ってるところに2度も遭遇。 スタッフの質の悪さが際立ってますね、これほど嫌な思いをしたホテルは他にありません。 次は絶対に無いです。

由於是舊飯店改裝，所以可以聞到較不好的氣味。 預訂高樓層，但僅給18層樓，入住時櫃檯說是有符合高樓層。結果窗外根本沒有什麼景觀。回家查了一下發現真的是有落差。覺得不是很滿意。有差別待遇感覺。 但床套是新的算舒適。
