Great
Will definitely be back. Beautiful hotel! Very large rooms, amazing windows, amazing staff!!! 5 stars. Loved everything
Excellent !!
Great property
It is an excellent hotel, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the staff were amazing. I come to Paris every year to celebrate my birthday. This year I was turning the big 30 and decided to book at Elysia and am so glad I did, the staff went the extra mile to make it feel very special. The hotel is beautiful and standards are kept to a high level. The spa was a bonus to have after a long day of shopping and was kept very clean. I cannot wait to return in a few months and stay again. This has now become my go-to hotel in Paris. Thank you for a pleasant stay!
We stayed at the Hôtel Elysia 4 times and the hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back again.
Great!
The service of the property is a 10/10, a real 5 star service. Very friendly staff and they will attend to all your needs. They will write you notes welcoming you back to the room every night, chocolates and candy on your bed every night, and always refill your room with bottled water. Rooms are very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Paris. You will not regret booking this hotel.
A hidden gem!
Beautiful boutique hotel tucked away in a side street off the Champs Elysee. Walking distance to most attractions. Staff warm and accommodating. Charming restaurant and delicious food. Welcoming and leaving gifts to add that personal touch. Would highly recommend and can't wait to return! A hidden gem!
The staff is truly amazing here. Great job hiring! Everyone seemed happy to be there and service more than exceeded our expectations. Bilingual support was greatly appreciated! Our room was beautiful and was always kept clean with several nice little touches. There were little treats left in our room upon our return. Chocolates, macarons, sour gummies, to name a few. This hotel is walking distance to several shops and restaurants and even a few fun pubs. If you’re up for a longer walk, you can even make your way to the Eiffel Tower. (We did) but we opted to Uber home. It’s fairly easy to grab an Uber here. If you’re English first like us, we much prefer Uber over cabs to avoid language barriers when navigating. While the area is very safe, mind the beggars. On Champs we were being asked for coins every few minutes. Just keep it moving and you’ll be fine. Last tip to add, (while we didn’t use it) they have a nice sauna and spa area. It’s complimentary but you’ll need to call down ahead of time for them to prepare it and heat it up. But the nice thing with that is it’s a private experience. Wife loved everything about this hotel, 5 stars.
Luxurious
Sheer luxury in a great location
Wonderful stay and welcome retreat after a few days at a different hotel. The staff was professional and courteous which was a noticeable difference from other staff I encountered in Paris (unfortunately found most staff abrupt and borderline rude), but not here! I have forgotten names but I do want to recognize the front desk staff and the bartender (asian male) who made my stay quite pleasant and checked in frequently. The hotel has luxurious bedding, smells great, hot tub in room, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. Lunch was great at the restaurant (lobster!) I also had afternoon tea which was delicious and quiet in their salon area. The area was great for shopping right next to Champs Elyseé. The street itself Rue De Berri was difficult for ubers to stop - this is probably an uber thing? Overall wonderful stay and i’ll return mainly for the service! 5 stars!
Charming hotel short walk from Champs Elysees
Excellent friendly staff. Hotel very attractive well presented and clean. Lovely big room with high ceilings and windows. The technology in the room needs updating especially the TV and the lighting could be improved. Overall though a delightful place to stay.
I couldn’t have picked a better hotel. It was exactly what I wanted. I’m a New York interior designer and when art Deco and French come together I’m my happiest. This small boutique hotel will be seeing me and my family again real soon. Highly recommend!
Had an amazing time over the Thanksgiving Weekend. Front staff was super helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Shoutout to Omar Olivier and Lea :)
The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. It really helped with our stay and our time in Paris.
Simply superb!! Amazing staff, luxurious property and centralized to all the amenities and sites. Can’t wait to visit again in the future.
Beautiful rooms. Some don’t have the same view (or a view at all) nor the spacious layout of others. Friendly staff. Yummy breakfast and room service with the best orange juice on this planet.
This property stands out from the rest of the hotels in Paris. If you are staying at a 5 star hotel they will all have nice rooms, restaurants and bars. What separates this hotel from the others is the staff. The room is the cleanest room I have ever stayed in… it is like no one has ever stayed in it. The minute you pull up they are there to open your door and to take your luggage. They offer gifts multiple times throughout your stay such as macarons, chocolates, champagne etc. They truly make you feel at home. The location is great for shopping, which my wife loved. I have stayed at five star hotels, but this one truly is above due to the staff. I will be staying here again when I visit Paris. Thank you front desk employees for everything! Thank you bartenders! I wish you nothing but the best. And thank you for the rest of the staff! Cheers, Evan Marx
Highly recommend
This hotel was everything I would want my Parisian apartment to be. Chevron wood floors, beautiful furniture pieces in velvet, a gorgeous little balcony with flowers on the wrought iron and a view of the beautiful Haussmann buildings. Upon entering the hotel, it is very high-end and the people working there were very professional and spoke English to make understanding more than the basic knowledge of French I had easy. It is a short walk to the Champs-Elysees which is a busy shopping street reminiscent of the large stores in Times Square, which leads to the Arc De Triumph.
Beautiful small hotel. Very convenient location. The bedroom and bathrooms were perfect and so clean. The staff were all very friendly and efficient . Will definitely be back next time, Thank you.
Wonderful hotel, excellent service and location. Just an amazing weekend!
Great small hotel with great staff
Fantastic hotel! Great location. Staff is very helpful and polite. Would stay again!
Exceptional boutique experience in the heart of Paris. We truly can’t wait to return!
I cannot give this hotel enough stars!!!!!! The staff the lobby/bar area and the rooms were beyond my expectations. We also received a check in gift of Laudree macaroons which was a SWEET treat!!
Great location
Great location walking distance of many of the cities entertainment, breakfast included and delivered to roof every morning
Great location with great rooms
Great hotel walking distance of all stores, hotels and activities. Room was very space full with a big bathroom. The breakfast was really good 👍. A great little gem of a hotel I would consider this hotel for future adventures.
FABULOUS HOTEL
Amazing service, stunning decor, friendly staff. The staff went above and beyond to help us have a brilliant stay. Fabulous hotel!!
Just perfect in every way. Perfect location. Perfect customer service. Perfect room. Beautiful and clean room and staff went above and beyond. My stay was very special here.
Great location! Breakfast was really good and you could order what you wanted. Staff was very helpful . Worth every penny
Awesome experience with the hotel environment and the staff! Will back again!
Wonderful staff, beautiful hotel. I highly recommend.
Overall is excellent except the street is very noisy starts at 430am
They were super nice! They always had a nice detail & a note with a delicious treat, just made Everything really smooth!
Superbe
Impeccable and memorable
The room was magnificent, excellent service from the staff (thumbs up and a special thank you note for M. Attiah who helped me with organising a special welcome package and hiring a photographer for a Paris shoot). The stay at Elysia helped make our stay in Paris even more memorable. So, once again, many thanks and congratulations for an impeccable service.
I loved this hotel. It was beautiful, in a great location. The people were so nice. I will be back for sure!
Fantastic service - staff awsome
What a great stay!
My wife and I spent 2 days in Paris. We needed a hotel in this area. Elysia is a very cool, small boutique hotel. The staff are excellent.
Amazing stay in the heart of Paris
Our stay in this hotel was wonderful and amazing. The hotel staff was professional and very friendly. The hotel condition is excellent. The hotel location is perfect as it’s nearby famous shops and restaurants.
Amazing staff
Great location, amazing staff
Staying at Hotel L’Elysia was an amazing experience. From the moment my fiancé and I stepped foot inside the lobby they treated us so well. They accommodated us for our early check in and also executed the requests I made to make my fiancé birthday extra special. The concierge and every employee at this hotel greeted us with smiles and were always available to help us with anything we needed (restaurant reservations, sight seeing suggestions, arranging taxis and more). While at the hotel we had breakfast brought to our room and the selections were very good! In addition, we requested to have our massage in our room and it was perfect. We stayed in the premium room and it was exceptionally clean. We also had an amazing view. I have no complaints of my stay. 10/10 would recommend this hotel to anyone. Will definitely be coming here again!
Best of everything
Great location close to everything but quiet enough to be able to sleep in. Great service and beautiful room
We loved the size of the rooms. It was very clean and was kept up to date throughout our stay. The staff was very very nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.
Great hotel in the heart of Paris!
AMAZING stay. Thank you so much, hope so be back some time! Staffs were super attentive and friendly, made my stay truly wonder. Rooms were always clean and the hallways smelled amazing!
Hotel Elysia is a fabulous hotel that checked the boxes on all levels. The entire property was beautiful, fully hitting our expectations of a romantic Parisian hotel experience. We had a gorgeous (and large,) room - both the main room and bath. The staff were incredibly kind (the door/front desk folks are very helpful, polite, and engaging while also offering good recommendations,) and helped us settle in after long travels.
Perfect all the way
Amazing stay, the room was great, everything was very confortable, and the personnel was very kind and always happy to help with our requests. The location is ideal for tourists, just next to the Champs Elysee. Food was also very tasteful. Breakfast was very nice. We enjoyed a lot and had a very relaxing stay.
Hotel Elysia is quite a gem in Paris. Our flight arrived early and they had our room ready early to accommodate us. The hotel is beautiful and elegant. We came home to beautiful hand written notes. The staff was super helpful and went above and beyond. I can not wait to return
Impecable Experience!
The hotel was impecable and the service was magnificent. They went above and beyond to have our large group of family members happy and enjoying our stay. Will come back soon!
The hotel was beautiful and the location was perfect. Unfortunately there was building works in the building next door and the drilling was so loud it affected the majority of rooms. The staff were great and gave us different choices of rooms to move to (some were still very noisy and the one we picked Wasn’t as nice as our original room but the drilling was constant). The breakfast was lovely and different options to suit everyone. I would stay again but check that the building works have finished first.
The hotel is beautiful, the staff very nice, and the location convenient to the Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomph. It had several down-sides, including an elevator so small that it holds only one person and luggage or three people. The street is quite busy, so leaving the windows open at night to get fresh air was not possible. Finally, unlike other hotels in the area, this one charges 2 euros if you make coffee using the supplies in the mini-bar. Given the price of the room, this seemed out of line to me.
Great location, room was the perfect decor, chairs were a little worn but aestheticlly pleasing on the eye. The SPA facitilties were amazing as well as the dinning and bar area. The hotel fitted in with what I was seeking on this romantic trip with my new fiancée. Staff were very accomodating on our arrival, which added extra value to exemplary service.
Small boutique hotel. Well decorated but dark and cold atmosphere. Uninviting. Elevator was small and scary. Large key to enter your room was unique but cumbersome. Hotel is located down the street from a gentelmens strip/night club. Room had no view to streets or city.
The location, and the staff were wonderful! We also liked the cleanliness of the room. more electrical converters for people travelling from Canada would be appreciated. I will be back !
Clean hotel and convenient location Plenty of nearby restaurants
Beautiful hotel located very conveniently near the Champs Elysees. The rooms are as nice or better than they appear in the photos. The staff is excellent!! I highly recommend this hotel.
Loved the hotel but the housekeeping was not great. We needed to ask for many things that were not refreshed daily-including wash cloths and toilette paper.
The most elegant room my wife and I have ever stayed in, simply gorgeous Parisian style. The staff was warm and kind. Thank you!!
Staff super helpful. Location is good on a quiet street. Rooms are beautiful with great sheets and towels.
Location, fantastic building, cleanliness, exceptional staff, great food, etc
Service was great. Elevator too old and super small
The staff is wonderful and incredibly helpful, great location, very large rooms for Paris, this is what a hotel in Paris is supposed to be. The breakfast was a bit over priced for what you get but there are lots of options in the neighborhood.
The location was great. We got two rooms together that had a shared main door. It was great for a party traveling together. Did not like the noise at night from the street but it seemed worse in one of the rooms.
We were very well received by the staff. Everybody very nice and hotel with excellent location

Excellent
Very friendly, helpful staff. ""................ ################
Lovely hotel and staff.
Superb hotel. Great staff always attentive and willingly to help. Location was amazing. We had room 14 it was a good size with lots of light.
A beautiful, oldsyle boutique hotel . Beautifully decorated. Staff were so friendly and efficient . A member of staff Kuldeep was always willing to help out with anything you needed . Restaurant and bar were small but very cozy and food was excellent. The price of drink was very expensive. .
Nice Stay
Your staffs were very very courteous. Location is quite good.
Great location, courteous staff. My room was exceptionally quiet at all times, despite the Champs Elysees area being noisy. Great showers, upscale amenities. Highly recommended.
Great location, friendly and helpful staff, upgraded from junior suite to suite
The staff was attentive and very helpful. Not being fluent in french they assisted us
The perfect place inParis
Great location close to all of the shopping and sites that Paris has to offer. Of course the metro is close which makes Paris unlimited. The staff are great and helped us with any of our requirements. A great place to stay while in Paris
Quite hotel with nice location. For sure I will come again ISA.
Great hotel
We booked the hotel late for a quick business trip. We were treated well by all the staff and the room was a joy. It was large, clean, and comfortable. This was especially nice to come back to after a long day out. Well located with many great restaurants close by.
The gym is very small, You can't get breakfast in the room before 8 AM, If you room is at the 7th floor you need to know that the elevator goes only to the 6th floor and you need to take the stair. The hotel is in very good location near to Champs Elisees.
Luxurious comfortable hotel Champs Elyse
Rated at the hotel for two nights it’s a short walk to the Champs Elyse and the Arc de Triumph. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff are very helpful and friendly. We did use the bar for a couple of gin and tonics but it was very expensive as was the rice of the breakfast which worked out at @ £30 per person. Our room was 61 and was beautifully furnished. Both the bed, bath and shower were huge and luxurious. Had a really snuggly, good nights sleep and the room was very peaceful and it’s always a bonus when you can open the windows and not be disturbed. We didn’t use the spa facilities or gym as the time flew by but we checked them out and they were clean and sufficient. I would definitely stay again in this hotel and highly recommend it.
Big Rooms. Staff was the most helpful I’ve experienced. Great location. Close to everything.
A great place stay. Clearly rather luxurious. We stayed in a junior suite which was very comfortable. It is very central and quite near many of the major attractions. Staff are very attentive, efficient and helpful.
Excellent location. rooms were clean but a little dark.
Couldn’t have wanted a better hotel
Nice area, very close to Champs Elysees
Everything in the design/decor is classic but well maintained. You won't find modern furniture in this hotel, it's all classic if you are in to that.
Charming, old world ambiance, but noisy
This was my first trip to Paris and I wanted a hotel that was in a good location, convenient to all the touristy stuff. The staff are delightful and all speak excellent English (I felt bad as I’m sure I mangled their beautiful language). The hotel is small, intimate and very European - all good things. My room was immense and beautifully appointed. The bathroom and the bathtub were highlights. The elevator is the old fashioned kind, which is charming, but it is the smallest elevator I’ve ever seen. My only complaints were that the street the hotel is on isn’t great. Felt a little seedy in parts. And it seems nearly every building is under renovation. Between construction, events nearby and what must be an adjoining nightclub, there were several times when noise became distracting or problematic. Overall if you need to be located near Champs Elysees/Arc de Triomphe, this is a good place, but I’d probably stay in another part of Paris next time.
Very good
Very helpful staff,, great location.. in general amazing
Fabulous spot. Close to the Champ Elysee! Quiet and comfortable beds and very personable staff.
Nice Hotel close to great things! Excelent!
Great, the best for the price. Close to everything.
4 min. walk to champs elysees
465 steps to champs elysees! big room big bathroom clean room modest service small hotel very small lift
Great place
Hotel was super close to Champs-Elysees and other attractions. We were able to walk everywhere! It was quiet at the hotel, nice staff.
Gorgeous hotel!
I cannot fault this hotel- thank you to all the staff but particularly to Michael for helping us to find a new restaurant after our reservation was cancelled. Beautiful rooms, fab service and great location. Can't go wrong! Book it!
Great service. The staff is super awesome and friendly. Also most made me feel as though I was at home.
A great place to stay near Arc de Triomphe
romantic, high class hotel that is still a good value. Definitely worth the price. The bathroom suite was lovely with a great shower and separate jacuzzi tub. Hotel restaurant was excellent. Would stay again
Always great to stay, wonderful staff
I just had a quick one night stay this time, but i love coming here. it really is a wonderful spot. The rooms, the location, the breakfast...but mainly the staff. They are so helpful and pleasant..whoever trains these people deserves a bonus.
Superior service
While the hotel is more on the boutique side and a little small the location is excellent. But the best thing about this hotel was the staff. That was the reason I booked it initially, from reading other reviews. I was not disappointed at all. They were very attentive and willing to assist in all manners.
Good location, small hotel, poor service
I chose this hotel as a boutique because I generally appreciate the service level I've experienced in small hotels. They did not live up to this expectation. The staff was friendly, but poorly trained. We asked for recommendations several times, every one of which turned out to be wrong. As others have noted, the cleaning people don't seem to understand or respect the concept of "Do not disturb". One night, I found they had put and left trash in the bathroom sink and did not leave clean towels. Perhaps most telling, management made some very poor service decisions. The most questionable was at the very end of the stay. My flight back to Los Angeles was at 3:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday. Since it is about a one hour drive to the airport and I needed to be there at 1:30, I requested a 12:30 checkout time rather than the normal 12:00 time. Management denied this simple request, forcing me to go to the airport early, even though it is literally impossible that the cleaning staff would be able to get to all of the rooms in that 30 minute period. My stay was six nights in the hotel, meaning I paid several thousand dollars for the stay. I won't do it again.
Great hotel with character.
We liked the hotel. We were on the top (7th floor). We could see the euffel tower, Ferris wheel and the church on the hill in Montmartre from the Windows. We could talk to the arc easily but also could walk to more local smaller restaurants that we fantastic. The staff was accommodating and spoke excellent English. The hot water was not working in our room one morning but it was fixed in about thirty minutes.
UNBELIEVABLY MAGICAL!!
I had an incredible stay - the hotel staff upgraded me to a beautiful junior suite. This was the best hotel room I've ever stayed in.
Superb. Walking Distance from Champs Elysees
This is a very nice hotel in a quiet lane off the Champs Elysees. Champs Elysees is about 300m from the hotel. The hotel rooms are big and spacious. The bathroom has a separate shower stall which is quite wide and comfortable and big bath tub with Jacuzzi type jets. The bathroom is pretty big by Parisian standards. The room features a well stocked mini bar and coffee-tea maker. Ample storage. Comfortable bed. Very good condition. There is a nice Indian restaurant "Annapurna" bang opposite to the hotel. An Italian restaurant "Ill Conte" is also on the corner and serves lot of vegetarian Pizza and Pasta. The reception and the concierge are also very helpful. Breakfast at 32 Euro per person is expensive and not worth it.

The food at the restaurant was quite disappointing. I placed an order, but it arrived in such poor condition that I couldn't eat it. I politely requested them to take it back, but I was taken aback when I noticed they charged me for the meal I hadn’t even touched. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. The following day, I switched to a hotel across the street, and I’m so pleased I did. The food, service, and staff at the new hotel were absolutely fantastic
