Had a great time. The entrance to the rooms was always open, which seemed a bit unsafe, but never had a bad experience with that, so, in the end it was all great.
The exact area where the hotel is seems a bit dark and shady, but it's close to everything that is beautiful in Paris and we had a really good time. All the doors to the rooms were unlocked, which seemed a bit unsafe, but in the end we never had any bad experience, so, nothing to regret! All good! :)
The hotel is in good condition but the room is small and amenities are not very good and not updated
Super friendly staff .. small cramped room but clean comfy beds 29 min walk to Invalides
Showed one property in the picture. Gave another one
I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are smaller in comparison to big name hotels. However, I had no intention of spending all my time in my room. It had everything you need, with a lovely view (even on the side you're not able to see the Eiffel Tower). I enjoyed that my stay felt more personal and appreciated than at a big name hotel. I was able to hear other hotel guests, but it wasn't bad. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Lots of restaurants nearby and metro was walking distance. Room was clean BUT… - elevator was really small, can barely fit 2 people and definitely wouldn’t recommend to someone who’s claustrophobic - not nicely laid out, as soon as you get off the elevator, you still have to carry your luggage up/down 1 flight of narrow spiral staircase with not much space on the landing - the website says king size bed which I was looking forward to but we only got a double - the ‘bar’ is basically the reception with drinks - staff could be more warm and welcoming
The rooms were a good size for the price in Paris! It was comfortable and the service was great.
Same breakfast food every single day. Bar service available only when the best 2 staff members were available- Zac and Mariana. No wash clothes. Toiletries included only body wash-no shampoo or conditioner. Rooms small- had no shelves or dressers to store things.
Overall, our stay was good! The only things I didn’t like were the rooms are kind of small, the wood floor in our room could’ve been cleaned better, the tv only has local cable so it’s just a bunch of channels in Italian and no streaming apps and I feel like the staff could be more welcoming when you arrive/check in. None of those were that big of a deal so we enjoyed our stay. Located right by a metro station, lots of food options around and felt like a safe place.
Yes
Would recommend!
Clean, comfortable, cute! My friend and I opted for the twin bed room and were comfortable. Daily housekeeping and fresh towels, if desired. Walking distance (1km or so) to Eiffel Tower. Desk clerks were helpful and friendly with luggage storage and calling a taxi to the airport. Cute coffee places, restaurants, bars and a grocery store nearby.
I liked the area is quiet, metro station close and great local restaurants
Not clean. Specially stairs and room carpet. Top floor room not fully accessible by elevator. Very small room and elevator. Access space to elevator very very small and many times blocked by the cleaning stuff. Hotel staff not responsive.
We were lucky enough to get a 5th floor room with views of the Eiffel tower and Invalides. Room itself was clean and comfortable. Had daily room service and 24 hr reception. Loved our stay. Great little hotel.
The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We'd definitely recommend the hotel to other. The only thing we'd change is the price and quality of the breakfast. The quality wasn't all that good and it was quite expensive. Other than that, it was lovely
Summer stay
Cannot fault the hotel. Staff were really friendly. Didn’t have breakfast as found cheaper elsewhere. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Only issue was with shower not draining but was sorted when mentioned. Ideal location to see sights and walked to Eiffel Tower as was quicker than metro. Would definitely return to Paris and would definitely stay at Hotel Eiffel Segur when I return and would recommend
Excellent Paris hotel
Adorable boutique hotel with lovely room. Very clean and well kept. Conveniently located within walking distance of most attractions. Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful! Their English is very good and they were extremely patient with me trying my very limited French.
I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Eiffel Ségur. The only thing I was disappointed in was the shower. It is very small and there was no hot water. The hotel is minutes away from the Eiffel Tower, the Metro, and several dining options. Overall I enjoyed the experience.
.
Lovely hotel. Rooms are small but bed comfortable and the shower is good. Good location with lovely cafes and restaurants nearby.
the location is really good and convenient
Hotel was a short walk from many smaller bistros and a mile walk from the Eiffel Tower.
Was not clean at all ,staff were super rude
Cute quiet spot, only remark is cleanliness
Location is good, 20 min walk from the Eiffel tower an about 15 min metro ride from the Pantheon and Latin quarter; it’s a quieter area, but still has good bistros and bakeries around. Check in was smooth, staff is really nice; hotel is quite small, tiny lift and tiny rooms on the 5th floor; basically a loft that’s been turned into a few rooms. Cleanliness is questionable- but if you’re only looking to have a place to sleep at night and overlook the sheets, carpet and surfaces, you’ll survive. Didn’t have breakfast, but from what I saw it was okay; you can still come down and grab coffee in the morning which is charged at the end of your stay. I would recommend to go down the street, there is two amazaing boulangeries at both ends of the street and it will cost you much less than the 12€ breakfast at the hotel. Staff was really nice and they let you leave your luggage after check out if you’re traveling later in the day.
So disappointed
The service was ok but not very friendly. The walls were extremely thin. I could hear everything. Peoples foot steps in the morning would wake me. The elevator to get to your room was a half floor down from the rooms on every floor (completely defeated the purpose of the elevator) super difficult to get into the rooms). Tiny rooms and all outlets but one didn’t work. Would not stay again.
This is an ok hotel. I didn’t think it was cleaned properly. The rooms are VERY close together so you can hear everything. It’s a small hotel. I would stay again if I was on a tight budget. The area around the hotel was very nice.
Didnt like the hotel
Great little hotel. Close to Eiffel Tower, there’s a convenience store and pharmacy across the street. Close the the train station. Plenty of parking around.
Won’t be staying here again.
It started great when a week out they sent an inquiry email asking if there was anything we wanted/needed during our stay. I literally only asked for extra coffee in the room and they couldn’t even do that. It was labeled adults only yet we woke up to a screaming child at 0600 (extremely thin walls - I heard our neighbors cell phone vibrate). It also said it had a bar and technically it does but good luck with that. No ice on property or anyone willing to serve you and when I asked for a bottle of water, I was sent across the street to a convenient store. And let’s not talk about the size of the room. I heard all rooms in Paris were tiny but was not prepared for this. Think small and then cut that in half. But! The windows seemed sound proof. Couldn’t hear the tram as it rolled by right next to the window. Many restaurants in the area. And if you’re up for a walk, you can hit the Eiffel Tower in 20-25 minutes.
Good Value and Location
The upside: Very central location and an excellent price. The downside: The room sizes are tiny, and if you're in the back annex, it will be difficult to your room up the narrow winding staircase.
A great little hotel for a couples getaway. Minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower with plenty of restaurant options in the area.
The hotel has a lot of positives, nice rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff, cleanliness and servicing of the rooms also great but I stayed for eight nights and it can be noisy because of inconsiderate guests. Walls are not insulated and you can hear everything from the room above. Overall it was good.
Great experience !
Nice little clean hotel. About 10 min away from Eiffel tower so its great. You can actually see the tower if you buy a room with Eiffel tower view. You have metro station very close but you can travel much faster from 1 attraction to another by boat 24hr hop in hop out. The only this was a bit off...the room is not that big at least not as you see in pics.
Excellent location and near the ESA HQ. Many facilities nearby.
Positive
Hotel was clean. Bedsheets were white!!!! Service was great!!!
Decent stay
Location was good. Clean comfortable but small room. Breakfast was not included in the price but there were no signs posted stating this. Our mistake for not asking. Staff were standard for Paris in my experience - aloof and begrudgingly accommodating if asked but not friendly or welcoming by any means. Stark contrast to other hotels we stayed at throughout our trip in Europe where service was excellent.
It was clean and the staff was kind! This hotel is closed to main streets in Paris. I highly recommend it.
Liked location, bathroom, quietness, lobby. Would recommend
Loved the location room was small but beautiful. Staff was great. Very polite and quick to respond to any concerns
There was nothing unique about it Very small hotel and not ideal location. I prefer Mercure hotel by Eiffel Tower much better hotel and location I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone
Beautful little hotel in a good location. Stayed here with my 16 year old daughter. Ideal walking distance to the eiffel tower.
The room was a decent size and in a good proximity to the train station and to tourist attractions. Overall a good value
Staff was friendly and helpful. I was hoping it was a bit closer to the Tour Eiffel.
Quality of service
My stay was very good. i was mainly here for accommodation purposes and I got what I wanted. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt at home in this space
Rooms are super tiny and two people feels like too many in room with travelling luggage. Property advertise room as Effiel tower facing but they are not facing tower rather you need to open window and lean outside (which can be very unsafe as their is no protection out window) to see the top 30% part of the tower. If you leave windows open you can't sleep well as Metro track are right next hotel after small one way road.
This was such a darling hotel! We booked it specifically for the view of the Eiffel Tower from our room and it did not disappoint. The room was small and a little hard to get to as the elevator only goes halfway to the 5th floor, but it was all worth it. The bed was 2 twins together which was perfect for us larger Americans that need a king size bed. We loved the mini fridge, usb outlets on the headboard and the great shower. The staff was very friendly. We only ate breakfast here once though, as it was 12 euros and we could walk to a little bakery and pay less. There are plenty of restaurants, a metro station, and even a little market close by, although road construction made them harder to get to. We plan to return to Paris and will probably stay here again.
Very small rooms, small elevator, the bed were 2 small together to make a queen size bed,and in the middle of the night they separated with the movement
The room was very nice and clean. The people at the front desk were very friendly and were able to check us in early. Our room had a great view of the Eiffel Tower and des invalides.
Staff was Amazing .. room very tiny .. close to restaurants..
Comfortable stay.
Cannot complain. Friendly staff, convenient location. Feels a little tired.
Horrible service
They had building works being done whilst we stayed at the hotel which we were not informed of and woke us up at 9am every morning! Not pleasant at all especially after a late night out when we would have preferred a relaxing lie in as opposed to a drilling which sounds like its about to come through the roof. Other than that it was a good hotel for our short time in Paris, walking distance from Metro station, Eiffel Tower and a lovely italian restaurant which was delicous. Staff were attentive and pleasant.
Major Construction
Major construction outside hotel. Extremely loud! Claim you can see the Effie tower from room and charge a premium for that. It’s just the very tip and not worth the money. Rooms are small.
Construction
Property has construction outside that is teeth rattling with jack hammers Ext! Hard to sleep. You can see the Eiffel Tower but it’s far away and just the top. Not worth the upcharge for the joke of a premium room.
Great hotel
Very helpful staff, delicious breakfast, very close to restaurants and walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Rooms are small, but very clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom looked new. I would definitely stay again.
Good value, slightly away from touristy traffic.
My daughters and I stayed here for a couple days over Bastille Day. The hotel is clean and in a safe neighborhood. The market on Sunday is amazing, We opted to eat at local restaurants for breakfast and were not disappointed.
Cute and small...reminded me of a mini apartment complex. Staff was really nice, check in and check out was really quick. About a 20 min walk to the Eiffel Tower once you learn your way around.
great staff
A delightful stay. The room was by far the smallest room I have ever stayed in in Paris. A 2 person room and room for 1 suitcase! That said, everything else made the stay great.
The staff was professional and courteous. We booked a tour through the hotel and the staff was always available to help us. We will definitely be back. And they accommodated Our request for a view of the Eiffel Tower. 😊😊
Location is great, close to the 6 and 10 metro lines. Easy walk to the Eiffel Tower. Staff was ok, they did a terrible job of recommending restaurants in the area. Room was small but sufficient. I could hear water running from the room next door and the person above me walking around. No problem sleeping despite the noise.
A little disappointed!
Hotel is of the boutique style. Room a bit on the small side. Access into bathroom was tight and shower cubicle was small.
Very clean hotel as well as room! Staff were very helpful with questions that I had
I wish you has wash cloths and shampoo
small but nice
We were in a good neighborhood in Paris with good restaurants and other local color. I expected the room to be small, but I was shocked at how little space the room had. Only 2 shirts on hangers in the closet and no space for shoes. Very good personnel and we were extra happy with Dhiara who went beyond the call of duty for us.
Good location, pleasant stay
The hotel was comfortable and conveniently located - lots of restaurants closeby
Clean and pleasant staff. Excellent location. Rooms look to be recently refurbished, but show some signs of less than stellar quality. Would stay here again regardless.
Cute, clean and modern hotel in a good neighborhood near the subway
Great view of Eiffel Tower. Really friendly staff.
The hotel is not comfortable since everything is very small and you can hear everything else you need better cleaning in the rooms since you found a lot of dust from the first day.
It was not valued for money that I paid. But was clean and the staff was polite
Excellent location. Modest and clean close to UNESCO. Good breakfast
I really enjoyed my stay at Hôtel Eiffel Segur. The staff was lovely and very helpful. The hotel was close to everything. It was so lovely to get up every morning and go for walks around the surrounding neighborhood. The breakfast was a nice touch. The WiFi worked great and I was able to stay connected during my stay. Would definitely be staying here again on my return.
Good stay
My stay was good. My only issue was that there were no channels in english now were there english caption. This was a concern for me because of the protests in the area which sometimes became violent, so I woulda have liked to know what was happening around me
The hotel was perfect for our visit! Within a mile walk to the Eiffel Tower and very close to Metro access. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpul in every way!
The hotel is located in the heart of Paris. Around 15 minutes walk from the Eiffel tower. Surrounded by loads of restos including convenience stores. Two metro stations (Line 6 and 10) are just around the corner. The hotel itself especially the room is so clean! Very good bed and beddings. The toilet looks very fresh. What more can I asked for? I would highly recommend this hotel! By the the way, qudos to the receptionist. I forgot her name but she looks Japanese to me :)
It was OK
The hotel was alright but I don’t really understand all the glowing reviews. The room very cramped, not modern, had to climb up stairs to get into room, all in all it was OK but more like a nice 2 star than a 3 star, at least from a North American standard.
Some good, some bad, depends on your comfort style
The good: the hotel manager is very prompt in addressing and trying to fix your concerns. The front desk staff are awesome, the breakfast was okay, the shower water pressure and temperature is great, pillows were comfy. The not so good: the bed was very firm, to firm for my liking. My husband thought it was fine, but for me - too firm of a mattress makes my hips hurt when I sleep on my side so I'd wake up a bit in the middle of the night.. The shower is very small (1 person only shower) and if the toilet gets flushed while showering be prepared for scalding hot water for a moment. Lastly, the walls are very thin. Like so thin that a person in a room next to us farted and I could hear it clear as day.
Great service. The staff was very friendly! I will stay here again if I ever visit Paris again.
Great location friendly helpful english speaking staff. Room typically very small.
The staff was great, the rooms were well kept, the view was amazing in my opinion and the location was exceptional. Well within walking distance of whatever I needed and within walking distance of the Metro.
It was the perfect location close to public transport, friendly staff
Good location and helpful staff
I was at meetings at UNESCO, and this was a great location. Good access for several metro lines and many good restaurants within 20 minute walk. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I look forward to staying here again in the future.
Good clean hotel close to Eiffel Tower . Friendly staff
Close to transportation and amazing hotel breakfast. Small rooms, but comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Great location and very helpfull receptionist!!! Thank you
It was my first time in Paris so I did not stay in the hotel room very long, but the room was beautiful and the staff was very nice!
Such a nice little hotel with a view. Our room had the view of the Eiffel Tower and other great places to look at. Hotel staff were amazing and very helpful throughout the day and night. Location was perfect as metro station just up the road and many bars and restaurants very near by. Highly recommended
Lovely hotel and amazing receptionist helped us out with booking the meal on the EIffle tower witch we appreciated very much. Clean and high standard rooms would recommend to any one would 100% go back.
Good location and clean room!
Central Hotel near metro station Good breakfast Staff very helpfull
10/10
Amazing trip, could not fault the hotel!
Paris stay
Excellant area for short stay
look better internet .. rooms to small hotel not really good for the price
Workmen in corridor painting and sanding plaster Sanding our room door just after we checked in Plastic covering carpets in hall Hair clogging shower drain Ripped bed sheets Smallest lift in France Lift takes you to more stairs - never to the floor your room is on Dour desk staff Grungy neighbourhood Room looks out over elevated Metro tracks Top one-fifth of Eiffel Tower visible from room Expensive breakfast (didn't use) Steep and curving staircases Barricade (seen in this picture) blocks hotel from street Room safe so high as to be unreachable 'Nuf said
Tiny tiny tiny
Tiny with winding steps to get to the room. I wasn’t impressed. there were little flying gnats in the room. In the bath area too. The location was ok. Tucked away in an side street. I was only there a day which was ok.
I recommend
Small but cozy and clean, great area. Close to the metro and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower..rooms aren’t noise proof though and we were on the first floor so we heard quite a bit and AC unit was pretty loud. But still enjoyed the overall stay would definitely stay again
It was in a great location with nice, friendly staff.
Enjoyed our Room (#32). Not all rooms are created equal ... some of the layouts and space are better than some others.

Fine details in the room weren’t great but a good stay for a budget traveller.
