Nice spot to stay in Ensenada

Friendly staff

Rooms are great and The moring security guard and extremely amazing. The only annoying thing was when to having to go to the front deck to recharge the room card/key when your out for too long

Buena ubicación, muy buen servicio,hotel muy bonito todo en Buenas condiciones tiene un frigobar,microondas,cafetera, muy moderno este hotel.

Lo unico que no me gusto fue el olor a una pastilla que pusieron en el bano, muy fuerte y no agradable. Si pusieran un mejor olor todo seria perfecto

Nice for a nice last minute trip. Didn’t like that I had to leave my key because of the limited parking. But other than that our stay was good.

Great place to stay

Clean property and clean room., 200 yards close to the main Street, Hotel has no pool, parking was full over the labor day weekend, but i found a space in the hotels parking lot. Reception people were friendly, They have a 24 hours room service, burgers and pizza. Will stay again in the future.

Location location location. Within walking distance for everything I was doing in Ensenada..

Always a pleasure staying here, enjoy the convenience. The only suggestion I have is more hangers in the closet and better lighting.

Nice and clean place like three blocks away from the Malecon very close to bars and restaurants y la zona hotelera the only thing i didn't like the bed mattress to hard for me but the price is right and friendly staff

Está limpio y en buen estado, a dos cuadras de la calle primera, el personal muy amable y atento, bien para relación precio-calidad. El primer piso es motel, el resto es hotel común y tiene estacionamiento privado y seguro

At night lots of prostitution & dirty around property & noisy. Staff limit in communication & rude did not inform that room key card needs to be reactivated daily. The room looked nice, but bed sheet old with holes and also the decorative pillow. Pillows & bed very uncomfortable, all night you could here water running sounding lights ke something was going to pop.

Hard beds. The towels were basically gray from how stained they were. Rooms were hot. The front desk lady was not the nicest. They threaten to cancel your reservation if you don’t check in by a certain time. Overall I would never stay here again.

Safe and walking distance to parks, shopping, dining, etc. Comfortable bed. Big room. AC was a bit noisy. Glad wife was able to slept through it. It does not bother me.

The place was being installed florring and their materials were just all over the place by the elevator on almost all the floors except the lobby.

Located in the center and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The hotel is nice and taken care of, I would return again.

It was clean!

Great place to stay. Close to the main strip like 2 min walking. Comfortable bed and nice staff. The only thing we didn’t like was that if you wanted to have the AC on you need to insert your room card and it makes the light over the bed stay on with no switch to turn it off. It was muggy when we stayed so we wanted the AC on and it made it hard to sleep with the light on. Other than that it was a good stay.

I would definitely go back . The room was very clean and quiet. One of the features that I liked the most is that there was a small fridge and a microwave.The bed was very comfortable and had a fresh smell.

If you want a relaxed and peaceful stay, this hotel is not for you. The noises are unbearable, day and night. This property should be rated as a motel instead of a hotel.

I love the location and aesthetics of this hotel BUT the noise is not acceptable. You can hear everything through the walls and windows. Impossible to sleep here

Security was great you drive inside and park camaras everywhere the only thing I didn't like is that they are not pet friendly

Overall the property was very good. Clean, new, nicely appointed. Very friendly staff, and excellent secure parking. Great value and convenient. It was a short walk to the main street, and the immediate area wasn’t great, but the town felt safe and friendly.

Great Hotel, have stayed several times, great security for parking as well. However, asked for 1 extra coffe kit and tgey wanted to charge me almost 3.00 ridiculous really pissed me off

We have stayed here several times, its our go to place when in Ensenada, great Birria just 1 block away and Alfonsos Italian is just 2 blocks away

Great place excellent customer service

We stayed 3 loong days. Liked: Sheets and towels were clean and fresh. Hated: Our first room- a/c didn't work and wifi was ok but a little glitchy. We moved to a 2nd room and a/c worked good but there was no wifi signal at all. They told us several times that the modem was restarted and to give a few minutes. After the 2nd day...we just gave up and went to a coffee shop down the street to use their wifi. We informed them that we were thwre for business and needed the wifi., but it seems like they don't care. In addition, the mattresses are very hard and the location its too noise with dogs barking, traffic, and not to mention the set up of the hotel is lime in a courtyard. So the driveway that gets you into the parking is through the courtyard and is noisy. The room in the bottom floor rooms have garages and you hear those open and close all night long. Conclusion- it is the first and last time we stay here!
