A nice, small hotel in pigalle which is close highlights like Sacre Coeur and Galleries Lafayette. Night life is wild things can get a bit messy.
The staff was wonderful, easy to walk to the metro and different shops. Breakfast was a bit scant, but still decent. The room was a perfect size for me being by myself. Will definitely consider staying here again due to staff and the well kept hotel.
Staff spoke English and were very helpful scheduling us taxi rides in the mornings. Room was very spacious. Got a deluxe room. Enjoyed the espresso maker in the room. Great breakfast selection. Location is convenient to restaurants nearby and walking distance to the Louvre.
Too small and not updated. Below USA standard. Staff nice any way. Thanks.
Comfortable and convenient place
Friendly service Our flight got in early but we were able to get some breakfast in their little restaurant that had a restroom. They kept our luggage so we can tour the area till we could check in. Comfortable place. All rooms had walk in showers and beds were comfortable. We even had a small refrigerator. Close to restaurants. Musee National Gustave Moreau is nearby and a fabulous museum.
Excellent attentive staff. Problems resolved immediately. Great breakfast. Would come back again.
Good location and very welcoming staff. Close to metro. Beds a bit hard, fewer pillows, poor towels.
Staff assistance was superb! Helpful. Kind and cheery!
This is our favorite hotel in Paris, third time we have stayed here!!! It is conveniently located.
Staff is friendly and amazing
Bathroom toilet and sink was very old. Staff were very accommodating!
Not what I was expecting, very small and outdated.
Excellent place, very convenient to many local shops and restaurants. Near major transportation.
A very comfortable and convenient hotel with pleasant staff and an excellent breakfast
This hotel was a great choice. Pros: close to lots of restaurants, shopping , metro stations and area is very walkable, lively lots of choices . Con’s: the elevator is very very small about 4’ enough room for 1 person and 1 bag . Staff super friendly and available 24 hours. Loved the place will definitely be back.
Great wee Hotel
Great stay, pleasant staff, very clean opted for the superior room for the extra space which was a great idea. Perfect for a 3 night stay.
The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable. It was a convenient location to get around Paris.
Tiny room, hair down n the ceiling in the bathroom,, the bed was hard as a rock, the cleaning staff was rude and unpleasant, and breakfast was average at best. The room was cheap ($193 a night) compared to other hotels in Paris, so if you’re on a budget, it will work, but even with that, I was thoroughly disappointed. Thankfully, we were only there a couple of days.
We stayed with a family of 5. We did not like our stay and wanted to change . Staff were so friendly to accommodate our full refund request and allowed us to change for a better and of course more expensive hotel . Location is perfect . Good amenities.
Very nice hotel. Room was small, but clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was near two Metro stops making it easy to get around town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
It was nice!
Room was very quiet
Our group of six stayed for two nights and everything was perfect. Remy at the front desk couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast room is very modern and the staff are very attentive. Highly recommend the Hotel Eden!
Small but typical for Paris Location was good able to walk to most attractions. Metro nearby, which is very convenient. Remi at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating, appreciated his help
Front desk was helpful.
Loved it!
We were very happy with all aspects of our stay.
staff and the manager are very nice, accommodating, friendly and considerate. location is bit far from main attraction need to ride taxi, close to moulin rouge. they help us find private taxi service. overall very nice.
Nice hotel
Nice hotel, friendly, clean, nice breakfast.
I stayed in this property in 2004. A lot has changed! The decor was elegant and the staff very pleasant. We were very pleased.
Staff were excellent, be advised the rooms are very small, lack mini fridges, good ventilation (except open window), and any kind of cups / glasses. Elevator is very small, only enough room for one person and a suitcase tops, if you are on the sixth floor you will need to still walk up a flight of stairs with your luggage. Overall not bad, and clean, but some quirks.
I found the staff very helpful and accommodating. I actually enjoyed my stay! Kudos to Enzo and crew! thanks guys Jael
Quick checkin and out & close to the train stations
Great property, enjoyed my stay
The staff was excellent. Enzo and others catered to our every request. The area was close to restaurants, bars, cafés and the Metro, which made things easy and convenient. We had a great trip and stay,, this being our third time in Paris. Greatly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.
Nice room, staff cleaned every morning, smaller than expected room but not too small, overall great stay
Great experience
The hotel was in a great location - close to all main tourist attractions and close to the metro/bus. At night it was a bit more lively with lots of restaurants, bars, and options of places to go out in but it was not loud - you could definitely get a good night sleep if you chose to stay in. The room was cleaned daily and we appreciated the elevator that made it easy to take our luggage up/down. The hotel itself was very nicely kept, they had a restaurant inside with an option to get breakfast/lunch but we didn't get a chance to try it. Overall we would stay here again. We enjoyed our stay!
We booked this hotel without knowing too much about the area and were very pleasantly surprised. Our room came w free slippers and Madeleines (a French treat). Staff was friendly and helpful. Would return in a heartbeat.
Great location near Montmarte
Great location in Pigalle within walking distance of Montmartre. I booked a single room which was clean but very tight on space. The lift to the 5th floor is barely big enough for one person & their luggage. I must commend the staff on their excellent service throughout my stay. They were super accommodating in allowing me to charge my phone when I came back to the hotel following my check out. Special thanks to Abdul for suggesting a great restaurant on my first night in the hotel.
great hotel in cute area of montemarte - steps away from the moulin rouge and sacre couer. small but stylish - great showers.
Terrible staff arguing with a client for 20 plus minutes 😒. No coffee or anything for Residence no view. Joyce Hotel down the road was nice was sold out on my last day so i moved to Eden it was disappointing Crack in the sink. Keep on searching dont think about it
The Hotel was very clean and close to metro and cafes.
Hotel is in a busy residential neighborhood. People make noise on streets all night. The property is clean and staff is nice.
What a delight of a hotel. Great location, fantastic staff. Hotel room was clean and quiet. Highly recommend.
The property was very clean, and smelled great. It is coated near some great restaurants and bakeries and is walking distance to the Louvre. The only thing we disliked was the lighting in the bathroom was pretty dark. But other than that it was great.
This is the se ond time we have stayed at this hotel in Paris. It is not a "quiet area" with multiple bars on the same street but if you are OK with some evening noise you won't be disapointed. A great bakery is at the top of the block and the owners will get to know you and put up with your "broken french" if you try. Great breakfast croisants and pastries!!! You can walk to some popular areas, and the metro is just a bkock away. There is a pizza pace two blocks down the hill...don't sleep on that...its worth a stop. We will be back again to Patis and will stay at this same hotel!!!
Good location.
Great hotel, and location needs a few upgrades
The hotel was great, but the bathroom door didn’t lock, and the coffee machine didn’t work properly. I also asked for a triple room but a double bed with a single, which they arranged. However the single bed was a sofa bed and I was hoping it would have been an actual single bed.
Great staff
Hotel was perfect. The only fault we had with this hotel is we were situated on the 6th floor which meant the loft only went to floor 5 then we had to pull our cases up another floor by stairs
Great hotel central to transport bus & metro The rooms are small but clean & modern there is no refrigerator or tea & coffee making facilities or iron in the room. Staff are friendly & helpful.
Great value for Paris. No frills, but clean and easy to get to the metro and explore the city from there.
Great service from the reception and good located hotel. Thank you!
Very good location
This was a last minute 1 night stay Clean, convenient. We enjoyed the stay
Very friendly
Convenient to restaurants and transportation. Front desk staff very helpful.
Paris getaway
My stay was great! The staff was outstanding, very helpful and friendly. My room was clean and the size was perfect. The location is great, Montmartre, the Opera and galleries layfayette are all within walking distance plus you are close to restaurants, bars and bus and metro lines.
Staff were very helpful. Hotel was very clean. Room small but comfortable. Excellent morning breakfast in attached cafe which was immaculate.
Very pretty place and everything near
Excellent stay! Good AC
Room is spacey which is rare for Paris, including bathroom. Well located also
The front desk was not helpful on the first and last light. No customer service or guidance to anything. They were not even friendly.
We stayed for one night. Staff was friendly and helpful.
All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the hotel manager, Enzo. We had a great stay!
Excellent service, friendly staff and great location.
I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and my room was not cleaned. After the first night, I left it before noon, carefully leaving the ‘clean my room’ sign on my door handle. When I came back in the evening, I found the sign turned to face the other way so it said ‘don’t clean my room’ and found the room exactly as I had left it, i.e dirty. Considering I paid over 200 euros a night, I found this very disappointing. I couldn’t be bothered to complain as I knew there would be no cleaners around in the evening to clean the room and I would be told that I had left a sign on my door saying ‘don’t clean’, presumably why someone went to the trouble of turning the sign around.
Nice hotel
Everything was nice including the personnel
Noisy at night
Awesome place to stay friendly staff very helpful and just a really good location
It’s super convenient if travel to opera house, Galeries de Lafayette or moulin rouge, all walk distance. Lots of bars restaurants around.
Wifi didn’t work in the room. Light bulb in the bathroom was out. The mattress was harder than a rock and the sheets were so rough I woke up with a rash. A piece from the shower fell off and cut my foot. When I addressed these issues to the manager, he basically told me “oh well, sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay”. Also, they charged my card for the night at check in but wouldn’t release the initial hold placed on my card until check out. So they were holding both charges on my card simultaneously.
Staff was not very helpful
Good location to stay in Paris and the rooms were comfortable.
Great service
I chose this hotel as it is a short walk to my office, but the location is perfect for a few main metro lines as well. The accomodations were comfortable and a bit larger than a few other places I've stayed before. What I appreciated the most was the helpful staff who worked there and helped ensure I had a pleasant stay.
Quite Pricey for a small basic hotel room at average £150 per night. However most hotels in this area seem to have small rooms but expensive rates per night. The huge positive was the staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment of arrival until depart. All were friendly however one stood out more than the others (young tall lady with curly long hair) very friendly with all guys and very chatty. Rooms are clean and bed was very comfortable- which was very surprising as most hotel beds are very uncomfortable but the bed was very good (downside was I was sleeping late and up early every day to ho sight seeing so was only resting on the bed a few hours a day) No street noise helps also as room as more towards the back.
I liked this place ,very friendly and helpful ,good location, can walk to stores and not to far from visiting places. I definitely recommend this hotel
I and my girlfriend came to Paris for 3 days as it was our anniversary, we booked this hotel as it was around all the places we planned to visit. Unfortunately we booked the worse hotel , nothing like pictures look , very small room with a very weird view, the bed was not even a proper double bed, was 2 small mattresses, we couldn’t stay on the middle because all the time we was about to fall in middle. The bathroom was the worse ever seen, old, dirty, not proper cleaning , the next day they we went out and when we came back we found dirty towels. Also is expensive for the services they provide, I will not recommend this hotel.
Small hotel. Most of the staff is amazingly helpful.
The women at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Always had a friendly greeting for me. She loaned me her phone cord and fixed an electrical problem with my room. She is a big asset to your business. Whatever you are paying her, she deserves a raise. K.C.
The receptionist was very friendly and gave us some tips for our stay in Paris (e.g. which places and sights to visit when, brunch locations,..)
I found it a great spa
We moved to this hotel as a last minute change. We went to our original hotel in the same area and were beyond dissapointed. The location of the hotel is great and there are many restaurants in the area. The vibe is a bit Broadway like. The outside noise can be a bit of a disturbance if you are a light sleeper. The rooms are not cleaned during yiur stay which means there is no coffee or tea replenishment. The front desk manager was beyond nice and accommodating. I forgot to get her name but she made us change our mind about moving hotels just by how nice she was. All in all its the perfect place if you dont mind the noise and the small hotel size but want to be in the Oepera diatrict.
Quiet clean hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Room wasn't very clean. Very disappointed Checking in staff was very nice Check out lady was the complete opposite. Go elsewhere
The desk person was very helpful and friendly.
The staff was very helpful and prompt in answering emails as well as answering any questions about touring Paris.
Perfect hotel for a Paris getaway
The hotel was modern and clean in a great little area in Paris. The staff went above and beyond to help with any queries and even helped with printing off metro routes for getting around which was really helpful.
Great little hotel! Small rooms but nicely equipped and decorated. I was only there to shower and sleep so it was perfect for me. The staff was kind and helpful. Sonia was an angel for her help with guiding me to where I wanted to go while in Paris.
Small rooms, small elevator (but cute).Very nicely decorated. I was only there to shower and sleep, so it was perfect!!
It’s worth it.
It’s well located, staff extremely friendly and polite. The room that I got, was very small but I liked the hotel. Very good breakfast included.
Great location, near lots of metro stations. Staff were always available to help. Room was perfect size for what we needed, always clean. Some noise from outside at night but to be expected in a city.
Neat hotel in an excellent location. Friendly staff.
Decent stay
For a three star hotel the stay was good. Pros: - The staff were nice especially the men and lady in reception closer to the end of my trip. - Very good location - nice room sizes and beds Cons: - No fridge in the room - The room is slightly cold and it was hard to adjust the AC - The breakfast was average. - The lady at the beginning of my trip was a little rude. I probably wouldn’t stay here again however in general for a short stay is was decent.
3 star with 4 star service; frontdesk staff very helpful; excellent breakfast
Best hotel ever! Would definitely recommend to anyone!
It’s all about superb service !!
It’s all about good service ! What can I say more ... never ever had such a good service from hotel reception.. and I’m traveling very often ! Specially from the lady that I didn’t take her name unfortunately. She were so so welcoming and friendly I felt like a president during my stay there . Everything I needed or not she always make sure that I’m happy and also when I left offered me a bottle of water . Thank you for all ! The best service I ever had ! The location is very good near to metro bus and actually you can walk few minutes to Opéra and Pigalle monmarte . The room that I booked is small but comfortable and modern almost all I needed ! Breakfast is very basic it’s better to eat outside .
We booked two rooms and one is disable accessible. It is full of danger. Before we booked we called to make sure disable room will be suitable. They said yes. When we checked in, we had a full investigation.
A small but very nice hotel! Special thanks to the staff....always smiling, very nice and ready to help me
Very friendly staff. Was in area that mixed with the local culture. Was a bit far to city centre but would stay here again.
