It was beautiful., luxurious, smelled nice, staff was friendly, location.
Nice experience
Staff was fabulous!!!
Top notch service
Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay special. The service was truly top-notch—each team member was professional yet warm, always willing to go out of their way to assist with any request. The concierge team deserves a special mention. They provided excellent recommendations, helped us with reservations, and even organized thoughtful touches to celebrate our engagement. We were surprised to find balloons and a selection of delicious small cakes waiting for us in our room. This gesture made our celebration even more meaningful, and it’s clear the hotel staff genuinely care about creating memorable moments for their guests. If you’re looking for a luxurious, welcoming place to stay where every detail is thought of, I highly recommend this hotel. We can’t wait to come back!
We very much enjoyed this “home away from home”. Wow!! What an amazing experience. From the time we arrived, the location, reception and staff (Sanam and team), Concierge (Victor whogave great recommendations), Nathan and the team assisting at the door and lobby. If that wasn’t enough the room was great and comfortable, view of the Louvre, clean and with a great bathroom. The breakfast is 5 Star, lots of options for everyone and every taste and palette presided over by an amazing staff(Sonia is amazing) but all the staff showed extraordinary skills and accommodating everyones need, whether its a customized drink or dish ( we took the extra breakfast option). What a hearty meal to start every day. I strongly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff, location and hospitality. It will be very difficult to visit Paris and not stay at The Hotel Du Louvre.
Luxury experience. Great staff. We will go back again.
The Hotel du Louvre was a wonderful experience. From the time you check in, you are treated like the valued customer you are. The fitness center is great and there are multiple food options in and around the hotel. The Palais Royal metro station is right behind the hotel. Every aspect of this hotel was perfect.
Great location
Great location near metro and bus stops. Very walkable. Friendly service
Helpful and friendly staff; lovely, well-equipped room with great amenities; central location and close to two Metro stops. Can’t wait to stay there again!
Beautiful classic hotel
Taxi access was a problem and it took an hour to get to La Coupole at 48 Euros instead of 15 mins on return at 15 Euro because the taxi booked could only go via Rue St Honore because it coudnt turn round in frony of the hotel Otherwise hotel a perfect choice with optimum walkin shower fmand disabked fscilities We hope torevisit soon
This was not my first time staying here but it will most likely be the last. Everything was fine and acceptable except the staff Rubi at front desk. Very rude and was not helpful. At check out she seemed to be doing something on her computer and had me wait right in front of her for several minutes. When i asked after waiting a bit, she said everything was done. She could not help in telling me who to ask for the scheduled taxi, etc. Employees represent the hotel and I will not be returning due to Rubi. She does not belong in this business. As someone who does not complain about hotels unless absolutely necessary or write reviews, I felt this was needed.
Excellent service, well-lit clean, bright rooms. Wonderful staff
Excellent location
Beautiful rooms, right next to the museum and plenty of walking distance eateries at all price points. Some of the best tasting were also some of the lowest cost. Super friendly and professional staff.
Beautifully close to the Louvre and all the great designer shops! Wonderful professional staff
Excellent location Room a bit small Staff very helpful Would go back
We had a great stay! Beautiful property, quick walk to the metro station, great restaurant/bar, and the staff were all friendly and helpful!
Very nice
A little dated in the bathroom. Walk in shower would be nicer and safer.
Adrian, Erwin, Orzo member of the staff made me feel welcomed and at home. Hyatt is lucky to have them. Moreover, this location is walkable to everything fabulous.
Lovely hotel in a great location
Lovely hotel in a great location. Very clean and well maintained. Front staff could be more responsive and late night room service options are too limited.
This property used to be a Parisian landmark until it got “Hyattized”. I have stayed in this hotel many times in the last 15-20 years and I am sorry to see its frank decay in service. The recent remodeling - if anything - made the hotel lose its charm. Only one elevator was working during my visit. Staff members in reception have no interest or emphaty towards guests. I had to extend my stay and booked a new room, which meant I had to check out and check in again: the only thing I asked was to have the new room ready by 3pm in order to take a business call and they just did not care. Gave them notice 2 days before and the only response they would give - to a current guest- was “check out at 11, check in at 4.” No interest whatsoever in attending to a reasonable request with ample notice. Will DEFINITELY not come back.
Loved this hotel. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks!
Not very pet friendly after all
€100 extra to keep my little clean dog
Great location
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel du Louvre at the end of March. The location is top notch, close to so many attractions. The property itself is very clean and comfortable. The staff was very professional and always available to help. We truly enjoyed our stay.
The property was beautiful !!!
Excellent attentions
Very helpful staff, they went out of their way to help with any issues or questions.
Offered a delicious breakfast, very friendly staff
The Hotel du Louvre is an icon and it didn’t disappoint. I’ll definitely be staying there again!
Beautiful hotel! It’s located in a perfect location and the staff is so kind!
I loved our stay . The Concierge , Lucien was exceptionally knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was extremely impressed by his willingness to help and his true enthusiasm and knowledge about the city and its history and surroundings as well as entertainment. I felt a genuine respect from the entire staff.
Location was great
We had a wonderful stay! Upon arrival and throughout our stay the staff was helpful, friendly and attentive. We had the corner suite with a huge wrap around balcony and it was a beautiful room. I would definitely stay there again as it was central to everything! The restaurant and bar were very good as well.
Updated and modern bathroom. Excellent location, very nice staff except the rooms are too small.
Perfect
This hotel is a gem!
Food is so so!
Reasonably priced option in convenient location close to Metro and many attractions. Room was large and well appointed and staff friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend to friends.
Proximity to sightseeing places.
The nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
Great location and hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our only issue was the lighting system in our room. A little confusing.
Outstanding: excellent location and excellent properties and service
Perfect location in Paris
This was our first time visiting Paris and being in the right hotel made all the difference to having a lovely trip. Hotel du Louvre is a perfectly central location. It’s on a busy corner but our rooms were quiet. You can walk to every well known site, but also can wander the many lovely adjacent neighborhoods for a more authentic experience. The hotel is remodeled and very tasteful— current with warm cream colors without being too trendy nor losing the charm of a historic building. The size of the rooms and the bathrooms were amazingly large when most other Paris rooms are so tiny. The concierge staff was incredibly helpful making recommendations and getting dining reservations for us at the last minute when we couldn’t get reservations made by ourselves. The housekeeping staff did an impeccable job cleaning every day. The front desk check in and check out was friendly and seamless. And the bellhops and doormen were so welcoming. We would stay here again and recommend to anyone to stay here. It’s everything you could need or want on a visit to Paris!
We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are very nice an updated but we do feel the hallways should be updated to match the rooms.
Central location, beautiful hotel
We stayed for 3 nights as a family (with a toddler). The family suite is great—kind of odd setup because you have to walk through the kids room to get to the bathroom which isn’t ideal when the kids are asleep, but otherwise fairly spacious—this is a small inconvenience and our daughter sleeps deeply so wasn’t much of an issue for us. The main bedroom is well appointed and the whole room was very clean and nice. We had a lovely stay overall and we’re personally greeted with a welcome bottle of champagne and treats once we settled into our room. The bunk beds and the crib were clean and a fun treat for our daughter. The concierge was SO helpful considering I had a million questions and ask. They also setup a great babysitter for us. We did in room dining a few times and it was always timely and appetizing. Location is VERY central to the Louvre. Almost overwhelming the moment you step outside but perfect for seeing major attractions and getting places. Would definitely recommend for a family stay. The bar is gorgeous and the restaurant is great too—maybe a bit too formal for a toddler but they were accommodating no less.
From the moment we arrived, we were well attended by the staff: helped with our luggage, arranged babysitting, provided excellent restaurant recommendations, and arranged transportation as needed. We stayed in the family suite and had a very comfortable set up. The rooms are dark and quiet, which allowed for great sleeps. I may have found my go to hotel for Paris. Will return without a doubt.
Wonderful
Lovely hotel. Great location. Wonderful stay
Great location, friendly and accomodating staff, confortable bed and shower.
Great hotel!
The staff was friendly and helpful. The Hotel is a favorite because of the location and comfort.
!!
Everything…
Well Worth the Money
I cannot say enough about this wonderful hotel. Our check-in was a little late, but a minor detail given how wonderful everything else was. The rooms were 5-star and similar to what I would expect in the states. The beds were comfortable, wifi was strong, housekeeping excellent, and hotel staff were very kind and attentive to whatever we needed. The location is great--just a short walk to M1 and M7 major metro lines and just a short walk to designer shopping. After experiencing the Hotel du Louvre, I don't think we can stay anywhere else in the future.
This is a grand old well maintained structure with a modern hotel inside. The location nestled between the Louvre and the Palais Royal and facing the grand street leading to the Paris Opera (Palais Garnier) is about as good as it gets. The reception area in this hotel is small but clean, fresh and welcoming. The staff at reception, concierge and in the restaurant are wonderful and most are multi lingual. The bar area is beautiful and the brasserie-like restaurant is lovely and serves food that is as beautiful as it is delicious. Our large room was exceptionally clean, had a very comfortable king bed with crisp bed sheets, good closet and storage, and a small but nice bathroom with thick towels and the extra amenities one would expect in this hotel category. The WiFi was easy to access and worked well. It was July and warm outside during our visit and the air conditioning in our room worked perfectly (worth mentioning in Paris where air conditioning in hotels isn't always up to the challenge). The hotel was eco conscious without being overbearing. This is an expensive hotel. There were some misses. Unlike the public areas and the guest rooms, the hallways with vinyl wallpaper and chrome wall fixtures look more like a 1980's US roadside motor hotel than a grand Paris hotel. The soaps, bath gels, shampoo and conditioner in our bathroom were not the quality they should have been. The mini bar was empty with the exception of a couple of water bottles. Overall, recommended.
Beautiful hotel, and we had a lovely view. Definitely will be back!
Great family rooms and perfect place to relax with the kids
Great location, lots of Americans, concierge knowledgeable and helpful. Upgraded us into a larger room. Rooms could use a little updating.
Great location. We had a executive suite over looking the main boulevard and directly viewing Paris Opera. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was ready and we were met with Champagne and cookies upon arrival. Highly recommended hotel!
Superb Paris Hotel
Excellent hotel for family. Central location. Large rooms for Paris. Great staff and food. Highly recommend.
I give the Hotel du Louvre four stars because the staff is excellent. The property itself is really a 3 star hotel, with finishes that aren't up to 5 star status. But the people who work there are all very friendly. We especially liked Julia and Nathan, who went out of their way for us.
A wonderful property very centrally located! Couldn’t have asked for better.
Best hotel in Paris!
Great service! Friendly and knowledgable staff!
Great hotel in excellent location. Staff were helpful and friendly, would definitely stay again and recommend highly.
Wow! Literally shocking view directly in front of the louvre museum. I am blown away by this hotel with such character and an unsurpassed view. Large windows open to see the beautiful louvre windows and architectural details. I HIGHLY recommend this spot for those wishing to see Paris in luxury and from the supreme comfort of this high end neighborhood ! Stye view from the great room is not to be missed! Ac works, great hot water and comfy bed, magazine worthy style throughout hotel and it’s restaurants…
Amazing$
Hotel was amazing! Perfect perfect best location in Paris, near to everything and easy to walk around. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff is super friendly and made our stay with 2 kids super easy.
Amazing service
Beautiful hotel. Brilliant location and amazing service. Really was 5 star in terms of service, from front desk, breakfast and bar. Only slight issue was main elevator broke and was unusable for 4 days. Only elevator available was very small, and so climbing the stairs every day could be quite tiring especially for older guests. Would highly recommend this hotel. 10 out of 10.
Staff not overly friendly but ok. Good location with great restaurants nearby .
Perfect hotel
Very clean. Great linens and towels. Comfortable beds. Terrific staff
I liked the convenience.
The staff is the best I have ever experienced in a hotel ever!! They managed every detail even handling my lost bags. Even the bar staff was impeccable. Highly recommend this hotel
Great location, breakfast was excellent
Location are amazing.. Staff are great ..clean …
We are very pleased that we chose this hotel during our stay in Paris. First off the hotel is beautiful. It's centrally located between all the shops, literally a 4 minute walk to the Louvre Museum entrance if that. It's like the Louvre and the hotel are in the same courtyard. Hotel was very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was very nice & accommodating. We will definitely choose Hotel Du Louvre when we return to Paris.
All can said is this Hotels is perfect in every way. Must stay hotel. Check in was very helpful even though we arrive in 7AM on the red eye check in right away for some shut eyes. They arranged for transfer to the hotel was perfectly executed. Very close by everything that one want to do during the visit. Again perfect in everyway.
great location
great location , very friendly staff, excellent restaurant.
The staff were just wonderful — always the key. The concierge staff arranged for my Covid test at the hotel. The room service was as fast as promised. The restaurant staff were great. The cleaning staff were personable and great. I have stayed at this property under prior affiliations. I think right now it is the best service over many years.
Hôtel of choice
Pleasure trip with my wife to be in Paris. Hôtel du Louvre is a great hotel in a fabulous location across the street from the Louvre. Easy access to the Metro as well. It is our hotel of choice for staying in Paris.
A worry free year end vacation in Paris
Great well located hotel in Paris. Very well appointed, comfortable and quiet rooms. Staff from reception, concierge, porter to housekeeping were very attentive to our needs, addressing them efficiently and always with a smile.
This is one of the Best Hotels I’ve been to. I travel to diferente places including Miami, Cancun and Italy but this hotel in Paris was AMAZING service A , Food was A and Customer Service FANTASTIC. Close to everything and located next to the Louvre. Worth every single penny.
Location
Concierge personnel were very helpful in assisting me. Finding restaurants and museums.

Very friendly staff in a few nice hotel that is superbly located with close proximity to sights, great restaurants and shopping. We really couldn't have expected more.
Excellent hotel, great location, super clean and comfortable
We love this place in the middle of everything, clean and rooms are big, we truly enjoyed this hotel. I will definitely book again.
A Hotel to Remember
The location and the view from the room was just what Paris is about Perfect
Location
Great days at the Hotel du Louvre
My husband had a health problem when we arrived. The staff was extremely welcoming and eager to help us. They found a wheelchair and put my husbands name on it so we could use it throughout our three day stay. They also were wonderful about getting Cavs for us. The hotel is such a wonderful location we could walk Palais Royale as well as the looters. We could look straight down the boulevard at the opera house and there are lots of small quiet restaurants close by. We really enjoyed our stay
Excellent! Good service, super helpful and friendly staff, Very Clean.
Amazing Location
Excellent location. Very nice staff.

The property was beautiful, clean, trendy, bright and welcoming. The staff was professional, helpful, and friendly. Our room was a complete haven, clean, completely renovated, bright and beautiful.
Clean, sanitized and friendliness.
Amazing stay, friendly staff
The location of the hotel is very central close to everything u would want to visit in Paris! Loved the recently renovated rooms very comfy beds. Our room had a balcony with a view of the street but we still had a quiet sleep at night. The service of the staff from reception to housekeeping is superb, they are all helpful and friendly! I would highly recommend the hotel and definitely would stay again. Minor issue is they don’t have onsite parking only valet and it coat around 40 euro per day
