Muy acogedor y lo malo la llave del lavamanos tiene fuga de agua y el picaporte de la puerta no cierra, lo demás excelente

They couldn't find my reservation but I had kept the record. It is close to a metro station, a McDonald, and a government building, so l wouldn't say it's unsafe. But streets are littered with garbage. The free breakfast was provided with scrambled egg (small portion) , coffee, fruit drink and toast, which is nice. The facilities are dilapidated.

Old and beat up. Tv broken, wires sticking out of the walls, Busted up headboard. Only thirty bucks for two people I can't complain too much.

Room has no fresh air. Air co. was very old fashion and so noisy. Bathroom door was broken . If you do not have enough money to choose another hotel stay here. we reserve for 3 nights but after 2 nights we moved another hotel

Short stay on budge

Hotel itself was decent for the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. In a good location with a McDonald's across the street and a park about a 3 minute walk away.

This is my first time at this hotel. I was surprised at how friendly they are and that, though it's an inexpensive hotel, they provide breakfast (scrambled eggs and toast or rice cakes) included with the room. Unlike others in this price range, they also provide daily housekeeping.

Check in was a nightmare, booked and paid on Expedia and on arrival was told that they have not received the payment even though I showed them the confirmation email and on my bank app that the transaction was being processed, so I had to Pay again. I did eventually get my money refunded but after a few heated discussions.

Not as pictured, not as priced

I've stayed in a lot of budget hotels and hostels overseas. This one was by far the most disappointing. The room looked like it had been neglected for decades. There were no lights over the bed, though the wires were there coming out of the wall. The AC worked, but the control knobs did not . . . so on was all you got. There was no shower head (but there was hot water, so that's a plus). The lock on the door was loose, so I could shift it around with my hand. That said, the staff was friendly and helpful. The $2 airport shuttle ride was a success and much cheaper than a $30 taxi. Expedia offered this room at one price, but somewhere in the process of booking, the price went up $3 . . . that's not much, but it was disappointing to think I was getting it for one price and it turned out to be something different.

Room lock jam

The room lock was not working...on top of that the room phones disconnected/not working, had to call staff using my cell although was hard to contact them...horrible experience

Ok hotel

It was dirty hotel but for the price we paid and the location we can’t complain too much

the hotel rooms look dirty and old. all the amenities look old and dingy.

Roaches and mosquitos

We were sorrounded by roaches. I got bite by mosquitos while I was asleep. The airport transportation was only included to go to the hotel, we had to pay to go back to the airport. That it was not listed on the hotel info.

Great option Overall

After read some reviews from previous guests, which were "average" I decided to book it. I was so impressive because anything what people wrote is all true. The lobby, the room, bath everything was cleaned/in order. In fact is located in a good zone, even the metro is located 200 mts from it. I am really pleased have booked it.

LACK OF ATTENTION

I checked in that hotel when i arrived the counter told me you dont have a reservation if you have please printer your ticket and let me know if you want. Thats the reson i dont stay in that hotel.

The front desk person was not helpful at all in helping me find public transport to get around

The room was sparse and resembled a one-star hotel. There was no hot water so I showered with cold water albeit the weather was hot. The bed was soft and with my movements, the bed moved away from the wall. It was lightweight in other words, unlike the beds back home where it was firmly secured. The hotel's free shuttle came early. It was supposed to come at 11:00 so I went to breakfast next door at the other hotel because mine did not have a restaurant. I got back at 10:55 and the shuttle came and left without me. The next shuttle would make me miss my flight. So I had to go back to the hotel next door where I had breakfast and take their shuttle for US$15.

Hotel Discovery in Panama City Panama

We stayed at this hotel in April 2010 just prior to a cruise leaving from Panama. This hotel was nothing like what was represented on the web site. I have to say it is absolutely the worst hotel I have ever been it. It is a dump !!!! The room was very small, dark and musty smelling. The airconditioner did not work correctly, there was styrofoam stuffed into the walls around the airconditioner. The bed was as hard as table and there were no covers on the bed. The door did not secure very well. It was not a good feeling to be in such a bad neighborhood and not have good locks on the door. Also the web site stated that there was shuttles from the airport, there was not. There was no where close to have anything to eat. The staff at the front desk argued with us about the transfers or lack thereof. I can not stress how bad this place was. Again it was the worst experience, if it had not been 1030 pm when arrived we would have found somewhere else to stay the night, Thank God we only spent one night there.

Very Sub-standand Hotel, But Free Airport Shuttle and Helpful Front

The room was not the worst I have been in, but with no windows and very moldy smelling odor, it was substandard to say the least. On the other hand, the airport shuttle service saved me 40 bucks roundtrip and the front desk personnel did the best they could and seems to actually care.

Un hotel para pasar 1 noche, cama dura, la cerradura de la puerta mision imposible meter la llave, el internet malisimo, se conecta y se pierde la red, el aire acondicionado viejo hacia un ruido espantoso, habitacio con aspecto viejo poco mantenimiento, el desayuno simple 1 huevo revuelto y 3 tajadas de pan cuadrado ...

Günstiges Hotel ohne Service

Leider spricht niemand englisch. Das Passwort für das Wlan habe ich an der Reception nicht erhalten und so musste ich es von einem Gast erfragen. Auch meine Reservation ist verlohren gegangen. Das Frühstück ist OK und der Preis ist günstig.

Experiência ruim

Hotel horrível, não é o msm das fotos; quarto com lençol e fronha encardidos, banheiro sem tampa de vaso, porta do box quebrada e sem saboneteira e sem tampa no ralo. O ar condicionado faz um barulho assustador; funcionários mal humorados; fui mal recebida e mal assistida pela recepção; café da manhã: 3 fatias de pão, um pedaço de manteiga e ovo mexido, não tem outra opção. Além disso fica localizado numa área mto sinistra.Mto ruim. Não recomendo.

Falta Poco para que mi hijo regrese en principio de Agosto. Os pido por favor que os cambiéis la habitación donde no escuche tanto ruido. La habitación que tiene está cerca de la recepción y se escucha todo. Quería también saber que sucede con el aire acondicionado? Muchas gracias por estar por vuestra comprensión.

Buena atención, muy pocos creativos con el desayuno, por consecuencia del alcalde mucho sucio en sus alrededores, muchos indigentes y personas indeciables

Hola la verdad uno de los peores el baño horrible, la cama pequeña para dos personas y se unde, ropa de cama rota y toallas desgastadas, el desayuno poco agradable. La verdad no desagradable.

Todo está aceptable. El servicio y atención del personal es exelente

Habitación amplia, con ventanas hacia la zona hotelera. Muy cercas del centro. El desayuno excelente, el trato de la gente, muy amable. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Cкромный отель в удобном для прогулок по городу районе. Брали только для ночевки на 1 ночь. Дешево. В целом, что хотели то и получили.

Nos cambiaron de habitacion al no funcionar el televisor. Ambas habitaciones estaban sucias, pero la segunda peor. La segunda no tenia picaporte en la , puerta (manija), habia mucha suciedad detras de una mesita muy pequena que movimos (era el unico sitio para poner cosas!), no habia ventana en la habitacion que era muy pequena, las sabanas y cobija muy usadas y baratas...no sigo! un desastre

Great service

Juan in the reception is awesome. He should work in a 5 star hotel. Mayde our stay wonderful. From tips on what to do and see, bringing books with information, preparing hot water when needed, braking big bills, storing our luggage and so on - real service. The hotel itself is a little worn down, but everything worked. We came back and stayed additional nights

El desayuno no esta incluido como esta escrito en sus descripciones. La zona es un poco ambigua, hay que estar en compañia mejor. La limpieza lastimosamente no creo respete las normas de nada: solo en el baño cuando el agua caliente hizo vapor por las paredes caia el sucio.. lo limpie con papel higienico porque no queria tocar nada. Encontre jabon y el papelito que lo cubre todavia dentro la ducha de la persona anterior...
