Location is close to Roma Termini.
Overall, this hotel had everything I needed for my 1 week stay in Rome. Michela was very friendly & incredibly helpful. Making you feel like family! Always available if needed & had Great recommendations for places to visit & things to do in town. (Go to Andrea’s for Delicious food! 2 doors down!) The room was clean, nicely decorated & had a cozy home feeling. The hotel itself is located in a great location! (Couldn’t ask for a more centralized spot!) Super close to the Termini station. Walking distance from lots of restaurants, cafes, laundry mats, super markets, shops, etc. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Rome!
Convenient and clean if a little dated
The hotel was clean and conveniently positioned for transport links around the city. The room was a little small and dated. The fan in the bathroom was extremely noisy.
Fantastic central location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Comfy beds everything you need while in central Rome.
Super close to termini station and great customer service.
Ottima posizione. Stanze pulite e accoglienti.
Good stay with disappointing end
The stay was pleasant, as the premise is in prime location (next to the train station). It was a great disappointment when I had to pick up my luggage, but failed to contact the hotel staff. No one picked up the phone (some phone no. were no longer in use) or responded to the doorbells. Eventually after waiting for half an hour, I reached out to the hotel next door, and the staff there were very kind to help me connect with one staff member -- there are working staff in the hotel all along! I got my luggage but missed my train to the airport. To my frustration, I did not get an explanation why I could not reach them.
letztklassig!
Quartier calme. Ascenseur pour se rendre au 5e étage.

( ) Location is very convenient for travelling to/from the airport, as well as for day trips by train. The north part of the train station, while not safe, certainly felt safer than the south! The owners were kind enough to let us leave our suitcase with them after check out. The room gets cleaned every day and there is a phone number you can always call/message if you need anything. (-) The shower cubicle was very very small. I am not a big person and my partner is very skinny, but we both find it tight and kept hitting the tap and stopping the water. If you are an objectively larger person - I'd say you would really struggle to take a shower in this room. Location is not the best for visiting Rome, as by the time you are done with most landmarks for the day you would still need to walk another 30-45 min back to the hotel. This won't be a problem if you use public transport, but it was our choice not to. It was also very noisy in the mornings and late at night, as next to the train station there are always cars honking or people being out and about and loud. I don't think the door bell was working, so be prepared with the phone number provided to you after booking, so they can let you in at check-in.
