Terrible room, doesn’t look like the pictures online . Lapses in communication, zero customer service . Staffs are unprofessional and rude . The breakfast is nothing to write home about .
Wonderful location, friendly front desk
Place is nice, comfortable, accessible to public transport, staff are nice and helpful. The only issue is the rooms are small.
Excellent, price was incredible good, if hotels continue like this Airbnb won’t be an option. Close to everything and convenient.
The location is awesome. Walkable to Eiffel Tower and very close to subway stations and buses. Incredibly polite, kind, helpful staff. Minutes away from ll tourists attractions by city transportation. Breakfast is very good, with a reasonable price.
Property and staff very nice. I would advise if you need heat in your room you need to ask reception to switch on. No Tea & Coffee facilities in room and no iron, reception will provide if requested. Overall pleasant stay
Excellent place to stay, the staff are amazing
Nice neighborhood. Very clean hotel.
Clean, walkable to restaurants and cafes. the room and bathrooms r small.
Our room had a really bad smell
Great location nice breakfast and short walk to Eiffel Tower
Short walk to the tower!! Friendly staff
Nice area and relatively close to Eiffel e
That hotel room perfect for one person & also it’s close to Eiffel Tower just walkable.
It’s a small room but okay for one night.
We were there for Olympics. Perfect walkable location. Needed nothing more and nothing less.
I love this hotel. I love the breakfast area. There are restaurants right out of the hotel. It's a 10-minute walk to the Metro station. The room is clean. I would highly recommend this hotel and would come back. Susan
The place was super super clean and the price was great. The location was great too
3 days stay at july 2024
The hotel and the room are very clean and comfortable. The elevator is slow, goes until 5th floor iut of 6. I didnt understand that the breakfast is not included, and it cost me 12 euro every day (i catched it only while check out, probably i didn't pay attention). It's nice continental breakfast with same manu every day , so i would recommend try it once and consider to try the near bolonjery as well. Enjoy your stay.
Great little hotel with friendly staff
Great little hotel in good location. Staff very friendly and welcoming.
I got a lot of insect bites. Stayed in room 102. The staff allowed us to change rooms I thank him for that.
Beds and pillows super comfy ,quiet in excellent location, staff very nice
A great place to stay in Paris
Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. Good atmosphere.
Love this place for location had a wonderful bakery around the corner. Once you learn the metro you can get anywhere. stayed 6 night the only thing was the half a shower door lol. Cleaned everyday and nice receptionist everyday.
Perfect boutique hotel
The room was small but super clean.the conciege was friendly and helpful. Our rooms were ready early which was very helpful since we were jet lagged. We did tbe breakfast at the hotel and although it is european style it was filling including breads, yogurt, fresh fruit and cereal. Tbe hotel is about 20 minute walk from The Eiffel Tower. I would definitely stay again.
Great location close to the Eiffel Tower, great service, very clean. I will definitely recommend it for a single or double room occupancy.
The hotel is in a good location, close to the Eifel Tower. It is very clean but the rooms are too small. The shower is extremely small. The staff is very good but everything is very small.
Staff were friendly and helpful,
Shower has only 1/2 glass door which made it impossible to not get floor wet while showering. Room was small, but very clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Public transportation not convenient, but Ubers easily available in just minutes. Would stay again while requesting a different shower set up.
A beautifully appointed Parisian hotel, great bed, very important after sight seeing all day
No parking customers service no
Very limited space in the room, tiny shower, sink, and toilet areas, so we kept bumping into things. There was no water boiler in the room or microwave available. Hand wash, body wash, and hair wash are all combined. The price is a bit high considering barely anything was provided. Also, the door card didn't work sometimes. Airport drop-off cost is the same as the price when you take a taxi. But the staff was nice, and the room was clean. Also, it's a 20-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.
cozy clean
All good, not as spacious but mid city convinience
Awesome.
Very clean. Great customer service. Friendly front desk staff.
Room was small but nice. Location was good. Parking on the street is paid. Must reserve parking through hotel if you want other parking. Nice area, within walking distance of many things.
Property was clean and the staff were friendly. They accommodated our request to store luggage until check in time and also for few hours after check out. With narrow road and on going construction, it would be good to secure a spot at the entrance without any car park, which would be helpful for getting the luggage in an out from taxi.
Close to central city and clean
Nice hotel
This hotel is walking distance from the Eiffel Tower about 15 to 20 min, so we went twice to see it, once at night and the second time in the morning. There are several restaurants close by with good food. The staff is very helpful and professional. The hotel is clean and inviting. The rooms are small but very clean and really, you just need it to shower and sleep. The bed is very comfortable. I would stay here again.
Roos are super small, same thing with the showers too tiny
As with many other reviews for the older hotel buildings in Paris, the individual rooms themselves are quite small. Like butting up 2 large walk in closets back to back. The queen sized bed(which on their site at the time I booked claimed they were Sleep Number mattresses. They aren't). Isn't that comfortable, you'll more than likely toss & turn. The bathroom is the equivalent of a 1 bedroom studio sized bathroom in a city. Triangular shower with standing area so small that if you're not careful you can accidentally bump the shower head water pressure to all the way off or at the very least minimize it. The one bright spot is probably the housekeeping staff who are pretty on top of everything. But that's due to the fact that each room is so small, they could probably clean everything in less than 6 minutes. If you're looking for rooms remotely close to a Holiday Inn, Marriott, Best Western, or Wyndham hotel you won't find them in Paris near the touristy areas close to the Eiffel Tower. You'd have to go across the Seine river to the much larger hotels that would set you back $5-7,000 a night or possibly for the week to achieve maximum comfort and space. To summarize, for the budget I had to work with the smaller size hotels are probably ideal for minimalists. But, keep in mind this is Paris, France and it's a very old city. The Catacombes we visited had carvings on them marked 1763 to give you an idea. Bonjour! and good hunting.
Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and secure parking nearby. Friendly helpful staff.
The good thing about the property is that it is a 15-20 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Hotel is clean and great breakfast. Our room had a very strong mold smell, we had to keep the windows open as much as we could to ease the smell. Staff was nice. The area surrounding the hotel was dirty (lots of trash outside on the streets) and was not pretty.
The rooms were really nice and great location nearby to all places
Nice Place
Overall it is a good hotel. The room had a glass wall to the bathroom. The person that is on the bed can watch who is showering. Not good if you sharing the room with a friend. We had a little trouble to check out, and I did not receive a receipt for the tax and breakfast that I paid cash.
Small rooms, not enough rm in the bathroom to turn around to dry?.. ok expected. But paper cups, 1 chair, asking for a couple glasses to have a cocktail in our room? Nope.
My favourite place to stay in Paris so far. Great spot near the Eiffel Tower. Front desk staff were so friendly. They were there at night to let people in who had a key card so it was secure. There was a great bakery down the road. Room was comfortable
Very nice property & in walking distance to Eiffel Tower.
Good Service
compact rooms - walkable from Eifflel towers - staff was very courteous and friendly - Breakfast spread was good.
I want back my refund there was no room nir any knowledge of my arrival. Please refund my room stay! Taxi and an apology for booking a hotel with no room.
We liked the hotel and the area it was in. However one of our charging cords was missing when we came back after a day out.
Awesome!!
Wonderful! Staff so friendly and helpful. Only issue was a/c would not go less than 22c but it was fine as the evening air through the window was great. Definitely will stay again
The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was located conveniently next to the metro. The staff was very kind and helpful. Would recommend and stay here again.
My Tour de Eiffel
A very pleasant stay, I found the staff friendly enough and they al spoke very good English (far better than my French). Breakfast was continental but fresh and good choice. Location of the hotel was great and as a keen runner it allowed me the opportunity to go out several times from the hotel and have a run of the city of Paris.
Very nice hotel and staff but my room was very tiny.
Very clean, great location and very helpful staff
Cute & small
Very clean and pleasant hotel, but a little small room. Was in a good area next to the Eiffel Tower.
cozy hotel
Small hotel in a great location
Quaint small hotel, easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants, & bars, as well as to the Metro and a somewhat upscale shopping mall. Clase to the Seine and walkable to Champ du Mars and the Eiffel Tower. Multilingual staff are friendly and helpful. And it's pet friendly! Our room was quite small, but fully met our needs. Besides, why hang out in a hotel room -- it's Paris!
Second time staying here and I love it! Great location and great rooms
Staff was great. Spoke great English and were very helpful. The room was very small but ok for me being alone. I wish they had a bit more amenities and a larger spread for breakfast considering the price. But overall I enjoyed my stay very much. Great WiFi.
Great location. Ridiculously small bedrooms (specially shower)!
Positive:-Only 15 minutes walk to Eiffel, Good & friendly staff, Walkable distance to metro & bus stations. Drawbacks:-Very small rooms, Breakfast is average, Food consumption is not allowed inside the room.
Poor
The room was very very small and with nowhere to put your suitcases it was difficult moving around the room with suitcases on the floor. No drawers to put anything.. The toilet and bath was .. I don't know how to discribe it without saying very very small. Our room was on the 5th floor right next to the elevator which growned like a wounded animal. Try sleeping with that sound everynight.. The cost of the room was WAY too much for what we got but we paid up front so we couldn't go anywhere else. I will not stay there again.. I checked other hotels in the area and they were bigger. Everything was close by and in walking distance but there are also alot of other hotels to choose from for the same price.. Sorry but this hotel will nit see me again.
Hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and provided us all information we needed. We arrived 3 hours before check in and they secured our luggage until we checked in approximately 6 hours later. Room was nice for my wife and me.
Nice hotel. Stayed in the small room so it’s probably only good for 1 person but it worked well and was in a good location.
RUDE STAFF refused to give me an extra blanket even though it was freezing which resulted in me getting sick. He yelled at me when I asked for it and he was sleeping on the job. He got mad that I disturbed his sleep for a blanket
Clean, quiet, cosy and cool during the hottest day ever.
Top hotel
Great hotel close to transport to access tourist attractions. The staff were amazing. Very helpful with the best ways to get around. Rooms were small but you would expect this with a Paris hotel.
I recommend staying at this property if you want to be near the Eiffel Tower. The staff was welcoming and spoke English. I enjoyed having a chilled beer in the evening and a nice breakfast in the morning. I appreciated the help with my airport transfer.
The location, the service was awesome, although surprised to see that the bath area didn’t have a privacy screen for twin sharing rooms.
Lovely hotel
Rooms are small, but the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff make up for that.Thierry and Eva are wonderful.
Nice place clean and friendly staff. Very centrally located in a cute neighborhood.
Great location, easy to get around , but not air conditioner
Hotel is clean. Staff is helpful. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Conveniences nearby
many bakeries and groceries around. One Careforre Bio. supermarket. Nice area. Fine location. Suitable for families with kids.
A must stay when in Paris
Best hotel I've stayed in all year! Third time in Paris. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the location was excellent, the area was safe, The rooms were very cozy, clean and had a unique french charm. I will recommend this hotel to others traveling to Paris.
Staff excellent very friendly
Beds are very hard
Desepcion
I went for 2 days for a training course in Le cordon bleu and leave a cake to be careful and the next morning my cake was totally destroyed They are not friendly The rooms are small Breakfast is simple and good
Unsecured in Paris
Room too small, bathroom unconfortable though very clean. Very unsecure, another “guest” opened our door at midnight with Us inside, there were no explanations from the staff management. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
Great place!
Our room gave a good rest after 15,000 steps of exploring every day!
This is a nice hotel. It is very basic, but not bad for the price. The double room was tiny but comfortable. The only thing we struggled with was the bed pelows, they were really big and uncomfortable to sleep and they didn't have different ones. Other than that, the location seems save and the metro is at a 7min walk from the hotel.
Great hotel, great friendly staff. Jeff was awesome in helping me out. I really enjoyed my stay. I plan on bringing my family back. Five blocks from the Eiffel Tower and the Metro in one direction. And in the other direction plenty of shopping, markets, bus lines, and the Metro. There is a bus stop right outside the Hotel that takes you directly to Gard Du Nord Station. Which is where the Euro Star trains are located.
THE WORST hotel in my life! the staff was unfrienly and the service was so poor. They were having problems with the A/C and didnt fixed it, we couldnt sleep that night, their solution was "OPEN THE WINDOWS" all the noises and the hot weather was terrible. They said expedia would take care of it but we never get the refound for that night.
Nice and comfy hotel. Would recommend to friends. _______________________________________________
A fine hotel - close to restaurants, metro, and the Eiffel Tower. Our stay was very pleasant with rooms comfortable and the breakfast good to start our days.
Terrible hotel! Avoid at all costs
Disaster of a place to stay at. We had the family room which is essentially 2 interconnected rooms. Rooms are tiny even by Paris standards.during one of the hottest summer periods (July 2018) the hotel management had set the max temperature of thermostats throughout the hotel at 27C. Our kids kept us up all night. Upon complaining the next morning and speaking with the owner he tried giving us some nonsensical explanation of temperature differential bylaws in the area (NONE of the hotels I have ever stayed at in Paris had ever done this). We decided to leave and get a far better hotel just nearby.
The front desk clerk went out of his way to help us & to help everyone I saw him tend to. He made the stay memorable, very nice & helpful, also the hotel is perfect location, close to restaurants & commerce & walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. We loved it!
Bed bugs
The room looked deceptively clean, and the receptionist was relatively kind, despite a generally classless city of people. My wife and I woke the next day covered in red bites and swollen bumps. Do not stay in this hotel.
Greatly located. Great value. The staff is very amicable and helpful.
Fun stay in Paris
We loved the location of this hotel mostly. It was close to nearby metro stops, great restaurants and markets, relatively quiet neighborhood. The room was small but sufficient. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Also, a great pizzeria on the block that makes excellent takeout pizzas for the family open late! Convenient bus line on the block as well. I would recommend this hotel to friends and will be returning here next time.
Great neighborhood hotel with friendly staff. Nicely renovated, close to Metro and good local restaurants, and good value for price. Clean and quiet, too.
Staff were very helpful, breakfast was lovely, view wasnt great but that was ok because it was only a short walk to things we wanted
Great hotel close to the Eiffel Tower and on a quiet street
2018 spring trip
The hotels location and staff were excellent and very friendly. The only issue I had was the small shower. Over all a great experience.
Great Location
Great location and good value for money (for Paris).
Great stay
Clean and convenient. 15 minutes walk to Eiffel tower. Monoprix supermarket, bakeries, metro station and restaurants are within 2-3 minutes walk. I definitely will stay there again
