The receptionist was very kind and let us get her dinner reservation through her. The elevator worked very well getting to our room. The room was clean.Lovely bathroom kind enough to hold out luggage for 5 hrs after check out

Beautiful boutique hotel

It is very cozy boutique hotel in a quiet area of town, we love the quietness’s neighborhood and a close distance 3 minutes to the Metro station Victor Hugo station and easy to get a metro day pass for €6.4. Nice dinner at the restaurant the front desk staff are super helpful with directions and helping with luggages. The only downsize is the room is small.

Terrific small hotel with outstanding ambiance

Best hotel of our trip - great location, great rooms. A bit pricey, but we found the value was there.

Wonderful Hotel. Our room was comfortable, with romantic views in all directions. The hotel staff went our of their way to make our stay memorable and relaxing. The neighborhood and proximity to shops, transit, and great restaurants was also a huge plus.

Beautiful and gracious hotel

This is a beautiful and gracious hotel, well located for walking to the Old City. The rooms are on the small side, but fine for a couple. Beautiful bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff are wonderful and gave us great recommendations. Would happily return!

Excellent hotel for visiting Lyon as a tourist

Beautiful location next to the abby in Lyon in a lovely stone building. It’s central and easy to walk everywhere from the hotel. The parking is quite far to walk but they have one space where you can pull in to drop of luggage. Rooms are newly renovated with nice products and furnishing. Really good service and the receptionist was helpful in showing us places to see and tourist locations to visit. The Abby bells didn’t keep us awake which is something I was nervous about.

Nice hotel and a nice stay overall. I was double charged in error, but when I noticed the error I was refunded immediately. Breakfast was top notch, the best we had in 6 hotels (all comparable 4 stars) in France.

Nice room and hotel concierge is very helpful. The water pressure and temperature in the shower is excellent. And not too far away to the metro station.

A wonderful hotel, in a good location, spacious room with very helpful staff. Alizée was an exceptional receptionist / concierge - she couldn’t have been more helpful in assisting us with dinner reservations, arranging a city tour etc. Would recommend this hotel highly and would stay here again.

This is a lovely quaint hotel with excellent staff and the food was top notch!

Looked great, hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue is if you have a car, which we did, when booking it said parking. Parking was actually 7kms away from the hotel. Very inconvenient.

Excellent hotel in terms of cleanliness, comfort and service. Bathtub needs grab bars. Breakfast could have a bit wider range and still remain French.

What an amazing hotel! The bed was super comfortable with good pillows. Staff were super friendly and always available. The property itself is unique and gorgeous with the added bonus of being right next store to a beautiful church. Sunday morning with the windows open and the choir and organ was a real treat.

Exceptional stay at this gem of a hotel. The hardworking staff were extraordinarily caring and attentive. We has a direct view of the church and the melodious sound of church bells in the morning is a great bonus, no, a blessing. Breakfast was great too. V grateful, looking forward to returning.

The hotel was very clean and well appointed. The room was good sized and met our needs. The location is good to walk to sites and there is ample shopping nearby. Only complaint would be the church bells but there is no way around that given its location to the church.

Beautiful Hotel. But restaraunt closed on Mondays. Car Parking is a big problem and restaraunt are a fair distance.

The location was great and the building/property itself unique and sophisticated. The room and bathroom were tastefully furnished and fairly roomy. Would definitely stay again!

A true Gem.

Loved this little gem. Really a special place, our room was so nice and seemed brand new. Loved the free minibar and the L`Occitane bathroom products. Next time we will try to eat at their restaurant as well.
