The Location is tucked away in a quiet street, and an easy walking distance in both directions to great Paris locations! The best was they had a women working the Check in desk, who was both a wonderful person, and very helpful and supportive of our time and optimizing our time in Paris, with great recommendations.

Good well maintained clean hotel with a friendly staff that makes your stay great

Great hotel

Location, location, location. One block away from champs elysees. The subway is 2 minutes walking and there is a monoprix right next door, very convenient. The lobby very comfortable. The room was small but very pretty and super clean. The robes, slippers and towels are pink and look brand new. The in room coffee was delicious. The staff was very courteous and kind. After we checked out, I realized I left a wallet with 500 € in the safe and the staff was very concerned and helped me locate it and stored it for a couple of days while I arranged for it to be picked up. I appreciate and value their honesty very much. Thank you for everything we had an amazing time. Definitely will stay here on my next trip to Paris.

The hotel is decent for Europe. The internet didn't work for a day which was very inconvenient as we were on a business trip but then they gave us free breakfast so it was okay.

Avoid .. ruined day in Paris

******* Ruined my day in Paris by booking a night here. I checked in on Saturday and realized this is not really a 4 star hotel. It is run down with a smell of mold mixed with cleaning solution in all the rooms and floors. The door handle is broken and old fixtures. Some rooms don’t have heat in winter. The elevator squeaks and feels very unsafe. The bed is uncomfortable and feels cheap with springs in back. When I arrived the carpet was wet. Only later I realize that The shower doesn’t drain and spilled all over the floor of the bathroom! I did not want to stay here but the customer support didn’t exist! There is only one woman working at the front desk with no manager in sight. I asked for refund due to smell and condition of the hotel. After waiting with no answer the woman at the front desk said the manager only approved me for a refund of one night. I had to stay the first night or I would lose the amount I paid!! The hotel pictures and name are different than when you book! The pictures show hardwood floors but all of the rooms have a dirty old smelly carpet. Used toilet paper wasn’t even replace but put a stickers on the old rool. One tea bag and one coffee pod for the room 😂.

The was an excellent stay. Comfortable bedding, robes and slippers. The room was a pleasant size. Having a working elevator was wonderful! Staff was super friendly. Highly recommend.

Last min stay

This was a last min booking. It was a perfect location to walk to all the main tourist sights. Lots of local restaurants that we all very good.

Hotel was located at convenient location. There were lots of noises travelled to the room from hallway.

Stopped for one night after a trip to Disneyland Paris. Easy to get to and only a half an hour walk to the Eiffel Tower

Everything was good rooms a bit dark and green carpet old and needs to be changed. Staff was excellent and friendly. You get what you pay for. Good stylish inexpensive hotel. Great water pressure and new bathrooms- a bonus in Paris.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay! We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and we were very welcomed and the service is excellent! They allowed us to check in earlier and delay our check-out for a bit due to business reason. Our room is on the 6th floor with a small balcony;)

Best price for proximity to champs-elysees. Clean rooms, nice blankets and bathroom. Smallish room but big enough for 2. Was so thankful for air-conditioning after not having it at prior hotel. Lots of noise from the street if you had to leave your window open. I would definitely stay here again. Didn't jave breakfast to comment but had excellent keebabs across street.

Paris boutique hotel

A lovely central hotel with great amenities. Diptyque in bathroom is a lovely touch. Whilst the rooms are small they have all you need. The lady on reception was lovely and brought us fresh milk to the room for our coffee daily. Great value. Would highly recommend, the location is perfect for sightseeing and getting around.

My room wasn’t fully cleaned. The glasses in the bathroom were used by previous guest and still had water in them. Staff very friendly. Room was so small, basically fit the bed. Would not return

Brilliant location. 15 mins walk from arc de triomphe, same to Eiffel Tower. Lots of restaurants, shopping, supermarket a few doors on. Hotel decor very stylish Clean and comfy beds Lovely staff Breakfast was good could not fault this hotel at all hidden gem!!

My friends and I very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel de La Boetie. Cecilia and her staff were professional, kind, and accommodating to our needs. We loved how convenient the hotel was to everything. I mean it’s literally right off Champs-Elysees. Although the room was a bit snug for three people and bed a stiff for our liking…the location, staff, and aesthetic deserve a 5. 5 stars would recommend. I’ll def be booking again in the near future! Although this room was a bit smaller than expected, it definitely got the job done for a night. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable! My husband and I could not get the air to work but since we had a window, we just slept with it cracked open and we were fine.

Thank you Nabil and Amira on the front desk for doing the best they can to make the stay more enjoyable. The hotel is cozy, clean and very well located. I will surely come back. First of all, I would like to thank you for great welcome by reception. A smooth and warm voice tone was the first thing that greets us, which is probably more important than many things. The hotel is very close to Champs-Elysee and between the important metro lines 1 and 9. There're many food options nearby, a mid-size market and a pharmacy is also very close. Although the location, room vas very quite. Bathroom was very satisfactory because there was always hot water, enough towels and all the things were very clean. The only negligible thing is, TV is not connected to hotel internet although it was a smart tv, but it's really not important. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel. Perfect for marathon

Pleasant stylistic boutique hotel and perfect sized room for my solo trip for the marathon. Friendly staff and tasty breakfast. Great location for walking to popular landmarks but also so central and close to public transport. Will defo stay here again.

Nice, but...

Very nice room, clean! Very French! We loved it! The bathroom was very clean! Great location! In the reservation, breakfast was included and pre paid. Yet, they charged us again in the morning at checkout. Therefore, rating service as poor.
