Good: large room, clean, quiet and open view, cheap Bad: broken towel, low quality toothpaste, hard mattress, no facility, remote from everything, smelly room in a nonsmoking property

Toothpaste is horrible, sampoo and shower gel can be improved too

Room is big, size is good. Basic hotel, reflected in the price. The bath towel was having a massive hole in it...unbelievable.

Trouble when check in, could not retrieve booking even when name and itinerary number provided.

I liked the view and staff but I could hear people from the next room.

The size of the room is quite big considering the price the guests pay. The location maybe a bit far. There are shops and restaurants around the hotel. It’s a good choice if one look for a hotel in New Territories west. I stay in this hotel for couple weeks every year

Friendly staff and perfect location.

The hotel is perfect for a visit to the HK Wetland Park. It is only a short walk to the park. From Tin Shui Wai MTR, take the Light Rail, or walk if you need the exercise. I walked from the MTR which took me about 25 minutes. It was winter and I was more than happy to walk. Our room had 3 beds, a desk and good size bathroom. Room was spacious and clean. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient at check-in. It was busy and they did very well. We didn't use the restaurant, but there we're well priced lunch and dinner buffets. We ate at the shopping mall, local style restaurants, which is right next door.

The room size is good. Nice view from room. The room is non-smoking but the room smells of smoke when we entered the room. Hotel only give 2 bottles of small water. They will not give more water so carry/buy your own. Nothing much for family.

NO Cleaning!!! the wall is so thin and so noisy!!! I do NOT recommend it, I try to explain to the reception but THEY DON'T care, even not apologize, just up to you attitude, but I don't care what you think and feel horrible experience.

We were greeted by a young lady at the checkin counter. She was very helpful and polite. The room is on the high level overseeing the light rail station and the market 墟. It is larger that a standard hotel room and with very high ceiling. We took breakfast at the hotel, the quality is average.

A little bit disappointed

I could smell ppl smoking in the corridor which has made me so surprised as I had booked two non-smoking rooms. I guess the hotel staff should keep to this non-smoking rule more seriously.

Nice property near the wetland park

Nice room in great condition. The wetland park is certainly worth a visit but the area around the hotel is not that exciting, but there are a range of eating options nearby in the mall and the light rail can get you around to places nearby.

To add a bit more soft human touch!

Spacious & comfortable room with pleasant view. But most staff seem not friendly - meaning no smile & eye contact. Also they don’t take initiative to greet guests. The gym is too industrial feel. It will look more energizing & softer to have a couple of pots of plants.

Very disappointed with the room facilities in a really bad condition. Hair dyer/ lamp and some small facilities was broken.

Been here for 2 weeks. Excellent location and amenities. Cleanliness beyond acceptable. Perfect for its price.

Love the restaurant. Semibuffet sets all under $200 (even for tenderloin). For takeaways, they are even more affordable than restaurants on deliveroo/food panda. The room is also spacious (300 sq feet at $300 per night). The hotel is generally amazing with readily accessible transport and amenities.

I did not check in this hotel due to the out break of Corona virus. T try to cancel my booking through Expedia without success. I haven't receive reply or .my refund from Hotel Cori Wetland

although this is an non smoking property, the room I stayed certainly contains heavy cigarette smell Cleanliness is pleasing, credits to hospitality staff. But I killed 3 medium size cockroaches and found a dead one

Hotel was easily accessible and it is right beside a small mall, very convenient.

Very basic hotel..not exactly the most cleanest as bathroom sink had alot of mould underneath. Also quiet small in size if u travelling with kids. No swimming pool. Good think was its near the light train rail which will take u to the mtr.also its in a mall.otherwise far from the hongkong main attraction an areas.

New hotel close to the wetlands. Very spacious rooms and close to several malls including one next door. Overall it's a pleasing place minus smoke smell in rooms which in a non-smoking hotel I guess we have previous visitors to thank for.

The location far away to the city, but a lot of public transportation surrounding there. The hotel very new, the room very clean and service also good. I'd like to book again.

I ordered the extra double bed room but I was put into an so called “upgrade” to a family room with a regular double bed and a single bed. It was quite disappointing honestly. What’s the difference between staying at home when I was looking for something different on a weekend trip... ：（

We got a free upgrade to the family room and it’s comfortable and clean. We are happy to the overall experience.

The hotel is quite and the facilities are new. It is close to the light rail station.

Every room only have one keycard, its not convenience.

A bit further out but easy transport. Main issue is room sound insulation which is very poor. Snoring next door can be heard. Head of catering at breakfast was too lazy. Asked him if an item was available, without even offering to check, just said no Asked another staff member who was not lazy and helpful and got the item from the kitchen. Get another job if you can't be bothered.

Room size is big and comfortable. High Clinging with nice view. Location is good and close to light weight train.

The location is great which you can find lots of restaurant next to the hotel which is convenient. However the sound insulation is very bad which We could hear the next room talking all night till morning and what people talking in the hallway.

Clean and modern hotel with lots of local food just outside the hotel.

Very clean room and the staff is nice as we have large size of luggage they are willing to help and help us to store the luggage.

Beds are so uncomfortable

The bed was unbearable to sleep on, it was so hard! Reception said all the mattresses were the same, so they put a duvet under the sheet, which improved things a little. The hotel room was much smaller than the photos portray, it also could have been cleaner. There's piped music playing in the corridors from early in the morning till late at night which I'm sure would annoy some people. I think it is more like a 2* hotel. It's almost a 2 hour journey to HK island. We stayed during Chinese New Year and paid a premium price, we were left very disappointed.

Overall we enjoyed our stay in this hotel even though far from the city center. Just few meters walking distance from Tin Sau tram station then connected to MTR. Great staff service specially by Dick Yip and the lady who checked us in, well maintained room and facilities. Will be happy to stay here again.

2nd time staying and not the last

Spacious and comfortable modern rooms with high ceiling and floor-to-ceiling/wall-to-wall window for amazing city views. From my room on the 15th floor, I could even see the skyline of Shenzhen across the bay. Breakfast and dining at the beautiful restaurant is a great pleasure. There's a shopping center in the same complex, with supermarkets, restaurants, 7-Eleven and everything. Direct link to airport by airport bus A37, or alternatively, Citybus 967 and transfer at West Kowloon for airport buses A11, A12, etc. It was my second time staying at this hotel and certainly not the last.

Nice and clean hotel. The room has high ceiling and spacious. I really the like the free handy mobile phone with wifi hotspot. Saving us from having to buy a local SIM.

Poor staff need more help in the early morning

Very spacious and setup inside the room. However the mattress a bit soft. Also need more staff in the early morning while group travel checking out to fulfill the demanding from those groups.

The hotel was amazing. Everything is new and in good condition.

It is more than an hour away from the excitement at Kowloon and HK Island. You will have to be familiar with the local buses, light rail and MTR to get around efficiently. Otherwise, good value, shopping mall right next door with many dining options, pleasant room conditions. Especially if you like cold air-con :)

Convenient place to stay

Very convenient place to stay. Light rail about one minute walk away and bus to the airport E34A is only about 6,7-minute walk away. There is also a few restaurants near by and they are very good

Highly recommended!! Exceptional staff

We stayed in a Family Room (4 of us) for 6 nights (checked out on 2/1/19). Overall,it was a wonderful stay here. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay somewhere near some nature trails, away from the madding crowds (quite a distance from areas like Mongkok etc), and a room that is not too cramped. This hotel met all our expectations and more: All the hotel staff and especially Edmund and Dick at the reception handled all our queries and requests (especially booking of taxis) with such promptness and politeness that my husband and I were very impressed! Felt that they really went the extra mile to make hotel guests feel super welcomed!! Our room was at a high floor - aircon, shower heater, ventilation, water pressure were all very good. We did not opt for breakfast there since the reviews have been quite negative. Indeed if you go next door to the mall, there are enough options that cost less. I must also commend the cleaning staff - they were very friendly and helpful! Tbh, if I were to visit HK again, I would not hesitate to book the same hotel.

Nice cozi hotel in Tin Shui Wai

Hotel location is excellent. Its right next to a light rail station. There's lots of food stall near the hotel.

I went to the hotel from the car park. However there is no any indication where the hotel was in the lift

Hotel is far from the train station but they do provide shuttle bus services. the hotel staff is pride prevented me from asking for their help.

Will definitely be our go-to hotel in HK! Great location accessible by Light Rail as well as public transport and shuttle. Lots of food around. Very clean, staff friendly. Only suggestion I have is the beds were a bit hard. For such a nice hotel I hoped they would be softer, but will absolutely stay here every time I come back.

My stay at Cozi was not pleasant at all. I requested a non-smoking room. The room still smells like cigarette. They had someone came in and sprayed the room, however, the smell still stayed. They changed room for us for the second night but the cleanliness of the hotel is terrible. No room service unless I requested. They blamed on me that I didn’t request cleaning. I will not return to this hotel.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and reasonably priced. There was a decent in-house restaurant serving a variety of cuisine. The hotel is right next to a very nice city park and a short walk from a large wetland park. The front desk staff speaks multiple languages and was very helpful.

My second stay at this hotel. Seamless check-in. Staff courteous and helpful. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

Amazing hotel and customer service.... a bit far from the main attractions in Hong Kong, but the hotel is directly in front of multiple bus stops and rail-stations, so it is easy to get to the city.
