Convenient, quiet and comfortable

The staff were fantastic, multilingual check in. Breakfasts were fast and beautiful in taste and presentation. Housekeeping immaculate.

Pros: - el desayuno esta bien cool. Decente en tamaño y trae fruta, proteina, embutidos tipo queso jamon, jugo de naranja y te, cafe o chocolate. - la atencion estaba bastante buena por el staff - la ubicacion en cuanto a la zona rosa esta bien ubicado y todo queda a distancia cerca caminando, desde los locales, centros comerciales y supermercados. - nosotros nos quedamos en un cuarto para 5 personas y era lo suficientemente grande aunque solo era de un baño tipo jack and jill. Cons: - el cuarto no se veia como en la foto de la pagina web. El cuarto es mas viejo en decoracion que lo que sale en internet. - nos quedamos en el cuarto para 5 personas y cada vez que limpiaban habia que ir a pedir una toalla adicional porque solo dejaban o 3 o 4 toallas. Hehehehe. - el internet en el piso 5 y en ese cuarto casi que no llegaba el internet. Bastante lento.

This property is close to zona T. Bed wasn’t too comfortable and adjacent home had alarm going off every 30 mins which made it difficult to sleep.

The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful, our suite was spacious and confortable, and everything worked well. We had a very enjoyable stay and we gladly recommend Comfort 80 to anyone looking for accommodation in the north end.

Our suite was great! There were 4 adult family members traveling together and the room was perfect for us with two separate bedrooms and two additional beds in a more central area. The bathroom was very nice and appeared to have recently been redone. The staff was very nice and helpful. The lobby area was clean, but a little outdated. The exterior of the building in non-descript and difficult to identify. The location is very good, but the street is a little dark. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend Confort 80 Hotel to others.

Great location and a nice hotel

Confort 80 Hotel is located just outside the hustle and bustle of busy Zona Rosa, within a few minutes walk. The staff at Confort 80 Zona Rosa does everything possible to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The Reception personnel greet you by name as you enter and exit the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, thanks to the great Housekeeping staff. Breakfast options are delicious. Beds are comfortable. A stay at this hotel is well worth it and enjoyable!

Pleasant stay

A cute place within walking distance of a variety of little shops. No heating or air conditioning, but they have hot water, and the breakfast area is very quaint.

overnight stay

Did not get the room i booked for. Staff were friendly, but i was a bit surprised that that the checkin staff, and front desk staff, generally have zero english language skills, and then had trouble understanding Google translator and my broken Spainish language efforts. Seemed to be a change of management since i last stayed.

Best hotel in town!

I can honestly say this is the best hotel any tourist can stay at!, i've stayed 4 time already and it only gets better! Super close to nightlife and the stuff were extremely amazing! They were always with a positive attitute and a good mood, thanks to pedro and nicholas for making our stay wondeful. You guys are the best!

Over Charged

I checked in on hotels.com with two guest. I had a guest stay one night. Upon check out I was charged 90,000 Peso. I will NEVER stay here again.

Fantasticly accommodating staff

We stayed at Hotel Confort 80 for two nights. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Even as we had very little Spanish, they made a big effort to help answer our questions. The room was huge and very clean. The safe didn't work and the breakfast was okay but all in all, it was a great stay and we would recommend. It is only 3 blocks away from all the bars and and restaurants of Zona Rosa/Zona T and the walk felt safe.

Excellent location bad service

The hotel didn't have basic cable. It was extremely boring to watch tv without cable for two weeks. Didn't have a gym. I forgot my computer at home and I was hoping to find a business center to print some paper work and they didn't have one. Most of the hotels in Bogota offer free newspaper in the mornings. They didn't .Breakfast was cheap with few choices. Bread was old and fruit was poor in serving for a country known for abundance of fruit. It gave the impression they were struggling with money. Communication was terrible, my husband called twice and was told I wasn't there. I stayed in another hotel before that was cheaper and they had an excellent breakfast with lots of choices, newspaper every morning plus office center where I was able to print my documents.

Nice rate for price/value

Overall the staying was excellent, but very noisy on day time for the adjacent constructions. Also the internet connection is poor.

Location was ok

Location was ok. It was a few blocks to the center of La Zona Rosa and all the good bars and restaurants... however the hotel itself is on a very empty back street. The street is completely dark deserted at night, so keep that in mind of traveling alone. There was also a noisy construction site across the street that started at 6:30am. The hotel windows were so poor that all the noise could not be muffled, making it impossible to sleep past 6:30. In addition, the hotel always keeps the front door locked and they do not give entry door keys to guests. (only your room key) Several times, we waited 15 plus minutes for someone to come to the door to let us in. Once was in the middle of pouring rain. I was not happy getting soaked waiting for the concierge to appear to open the door. Finally, the bathrooms aren't great and the water pressure was poor and erratic.

I will never stay at this hotel again.

The hotel rooms are very small.. The rooms have no water pressure to brush your teeth, The shower is built for tiny people. The closet is almost non existent, to small to put your clothes in. There is construction noise all night. The lights in the hallway are on a motion sensor that and the lights go out before you even get to your room. Hotel management hung up on Expedia several times when trying to workout my refund because I was not happy with the hotel and requested to leave.

Good hotel, nice location

A good hotel, a few minute's walk from shops and restaurants. A taxi ride from the historical centre. The hotel has helpful staff and the rooms are a good size. The price was good and makes it a good option for Bogota.

Depends on stay. Very close to Clinica del Country

It's a bed and breakfast htl. Did the reservation incl. but according to the htl the breakfast was not included. The breakfast is nicely served. Also a quick dinner is possible. Overall nice and clean.

Ok place

Was an ok hotel. It's not the best, but it's not the worse. Location is great for bars/clubs etc. Seem to get extra charges at the end of the stay for stuff that I didn't really know why.

Staff is ok but very inexpert. They seems to be looking always how to charge you more money for everything. Room is kind of clean but personal are very disorganized. Internet connection, just the worst ever. Dinner tables are always dirty. We had to ask for towels, toilet paper, a glass, elevator is broken, they never answer questions about services even the administrator or the front desk people. TV just 10 very poor signal channels

Room Not Ready, Bad Wifi, Bad Plumbing = Bad Combo

When we arrived at 7am (and had booked the room for the previous day), all we wanted to do was sleep after traveling all night. Unfortunately our room was not close to ready, and took more than an hour to be prepared. We stayed in a 5 person combo room, yet they only had one prepared bed. After an hour they were able to add another double so we were able to finally get some sleep. Later in the day, the additional rooms were added. Facilities were not great, the room felt cramped, due to the hasty way it was put together, the wifi was absolutely awful (a huge negative for foreign travelers), and the toilet barely flushed. Both sinks also clogged during our 2 day, 2 night stay...not a good sign. The hotel staff did try their best to be accommodating, but just seemed woefully underprepared to help. They were nice and friendly, and did help us secure taxis to local sights.

Friendly staff but the hotel did not have a sign making it hard to find. The location is not bad close to restaurants and nightlife.

Great hotel but pour service and location is alright but at the moment they were doing construction and the road is close so when you get dropped off by the taxi you need to walk and the area is not safe due to robberies.

Hotel Confort Pro & Cons

The place has very good rooms and a great location. You are close to all main shops, malls, hospital etc. On the other hand this resort has the worse restaurant. I wouldn't recommend the comp breakfast nor the room service menu. People taking order on the phone and in person where very dry, un-emotional people. The only 3 person I can acknowledge is the 2 gentleman at the front desk; one is working for 3 months now and the other has a bit of a curly hair and also the Manager on duty who was a short in length lady. These I can say that where more friendly. The other needs some guest relation and communication training.

A Basic hotel in a very good area , clean and nice in general.

Good location close to Zona Rosa

We had a good stay here. You are about two blocks away from the Zona Rosa although the walk of the 2 works is a little bit shady. The staff were all very helpful. One of them could speak English pretty well. (The night shift guy) And others could not as much. Breakfast was complimentary but you have to order and they cook it to order. One thing that we didn't know wasn't included was a "security fee". It is $5 Mil Pesos per night per person night.

Friendly Staff.

This hotel is near a TransMilenio bus stop, a 24-hour grocery store, casinos, several bars, clubs, restaurants, and shops. In addition to its convenient location, the hotel's staff is extremely helpful and informative. As far as the hotel itself, wifi is free, rooms are big, and the lobby is quiet. Overall, this hotel's location, friendly staff, and convenient features makes it an incredible value.

Bogota is a cold city and the hotel don't have hot water. And some days they forgot to leave the towels at the room.

Very close to many shopping centers and technology commerce location. Near to many typical restaurants, bars, discos. Many banks, exchange stores, etc.

Overall, very satisfied

The hotel was very close to our work, so it saved us hours of traffic. The hotel was clean and nice.

Clean and Nice for the money.

It was better than I expected although only there one night. Clean and bright and had its own bathroom. The area is a little out of the way, but within walking distance to Zona Rosa just the final two blocks looked a little dodgy although I was a guy by myself and had absolutely no issues. If your room is on the south side of the building there is a loud band a few doors down although I was there on a Saturday so not sure if they are always there. I went in there for a drink, so couldn't really complain.

Close to a mall and clubs

This hotel is within a 5-10 minute walking distance to many restaurants, clubs, bars and malls. The street where this hotel is located looks dirty. Trash bags everywhere at night. The pictures on the website are misleading. This is a small hotel. The room I occupied is large and decent however.

Mixed feelings about stay

The room was comfortable and clean. But, TV did not work for a day and there was no hot water for a whole day. We had to use another room to get a shower. The breakfast did not have many options to choose from. Although the personnel were kind and friendly, I would not stay there again. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is not safe. There are not enough street lights and there’s no private security. Be prepared for lots of noise all day and night.

Bom Custo/beneficio

O hotel em si é bom, quando se é analisado a simpatia e presteza dos funcionarios e a qualidade do quarto e a localização do hotel, porém muitos serviços deixam a desejar. é excelente custo/beneficio, mas meu grupo teve alguns problemas como chegar ao hotel 8h30 da noite e o quarto nao estar arrumado, ter que ficar em outro quarto enquanto arrumavam nosso quarto. Ao chegar no quarto novo so haviam 4 camas (eramos em 5 pessoas). Não haviam toalhas disponiveis, precisamos esperar lavar e secar (em torno de 1h30). As toalhas nao foram trocadas no dia seguinte. O papel higienico (algo que se esgota muito rapido em um grupo de 5 pessoas) não foi resposto, sendo necessario ir ate a recepção do hotel para buscar mais no meio da madrugada E por ultimo o café da manhã é a la carte, porém a porção oferecida é bem insatisfatoria e sem muitas opções. O mesmo se resume a ovo e pão. Por outro lado, todos os funcionarios foram incrivelmente simpaticos em todas as situações, algo que valorizo muito, e isto, junto ao tamanho do quarto que é excelente, seriam os motivos para me fazer retornar.

Muy buen dia tengo dos sugerencias 1. Mejorar la señal de internet, tuve que desplazarme hasta la recepción para trabajar porque en la habitación era imposible trabajar continuo sin que se no tuviera la señal. 2. organizar los sifones de la ducha, por presentación no me parece correcto que por lo que uno paga en el hotel tenga este accesorio roto con posibilidad de pisarlo y tal vez tener un accidente

Riesiege Zimmer

Super Zimmer und das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen. Jedoch relativ laut da die Fenster nicht isoliert sind (wie in fast allen Hotels in Kolumbien). Personal an Reception ist sehr freundlich, Service beim Frühstück war schlecht. Insgesamt würde ich aber jederzeit wieder dort übernachten, Verhältnis Preis/Leistung ist gut.

El hotel es limpio y está bastante bien ubicado. El desayuno es un poco escaso. Dicen que tienen wifi, pero funciona pésimo, anda muy lento, se corta cada varios minutos y para activarlo hay que aceptar sus condiciones de uso una y otra vez, haciendo que sea una experiencia tortuosa.

Tivemos muitos problemas nesse hotel. Na reserva dizia apenas café da manhã incluso, porém o café da manhã é restrito. Muito ruim, péssimo. Cobraram itens extras em outros quartos, acarretando mal estar geral. Falta de organização.

Hotel muy antiguo, sin cable en tv.

Nos ubicaron en el ultimo piso el 7, las instalaciones eran antiguas y tetricas, la habitacion lucia mejor. La señal de Wifi no captaba. Solo habia 1 televisor para 4 personas y sin cable.

Custo x benefício é ótimo

O Hotel é pequeno mas o quarto (4 andar) que fiquei era conjugado e amplo, colchões e espaço confortáveis. Atendentes simpáticos. Café da manhã é bem simples. A localização é Ótima, você vai a pé nos shoppings, nas lojas que vendem roupas de marcas, a zona Rosa é bem agitada durante o dia e a noite. Acabei optando por este hotel devido ao custo e localização.

El servicio es realmente muy muy malo. El desayuno es muy mal atendido y hay muy pocas personas al servicio del hotel. El mesero es el mismo de recepción, el q abre el parqueadero. La atención es fatal.

O hotel é simples mas muito bom. O staff é muito atencioso, simpático e educado.. Ótima localização, perto da Zona Rosa, a melhor região de Bogotá. Boa internet. Quarto amplo e banheiro limpos. Longe do centro mas com uma estação do Transmilênio ( ESTAÇÃO HEROES) muito fácil chegar ao centro. O único ponto fraco do hotel é o Café da Manhã. ( desayuno) q pode melhor. Voltaria sim.

O hotel: o hotel em si é bem básico. Recepção pequena e móveis um pouco antigos. Fica em uma rua mais residencial e parece um prédio residencial por fora. Serviços: o pessoal da recepção é um pouco enrolado, não sabiam dar algumas informações. O café é bem simples: torrada com ovos, presunto, café, suco, 1 fruta e gelatina, mas estava gostoso. Wi-fi grátis disponível. Quarto: espaçoso e ótimo para grupos. Estávamos em 3 e o quarto acomodava 4 confortavelmente, pois as 2 camas de solteiro são separadas por uma porta da cama de casal. Banheiro antigo, mas com chuveiro bom. Cama confortável. Localização: o ponto forte do hotel. Fica a poucas quadras da zona rosa, principal ponto da cidade com diversos restaurantes, bares, shoppings, boates, etc. Dá pra ir andando do hotel e é ótimo para aproveitar a noite sem se preocupar em dirigir ou pegar taxi.

Não tem transfer incluso!!!!

Quando reservamos o hotel estava incluso o serviço de traslado ida e volta aeroporto-hotel, mas isso nos foi negado sem qualquer explicação. Tentei contactar o hotel para agendar mas sempre sem retorno.

llegamos al hotel y nos mandaban a otro a 15 cuadras, luego que me queje y no acepte me mandaron a tres cuadras y me pagaron el taxi.

El hotel muy cerca de la zona rosa, seguro, el personal muy amable, solo tienen que mejorar un poco con el servicio de limpieza, apenas lo comenté solucionaron los problemas. Son muy serviciales y la chef es muy buena. :)

Excelente, buen hotel para ahorrar costos de viaje y descansar luego del un día de visitar los lugares turísticos, lo único que podían tener habitaciones con cama King, no consumí el desayuno que ofrecían, ya que quería comer comidas típicas del lugar pero lo tenían como opción, la locación me pareció buena ya que a dos cuadras caminando estabas en la zona de restaurantes y centros comerciales.
