TravellerВсё понравилось. Чистота - это самое главное. Уютно. Один момент не понравился. В ванной отпавшая плитка. Я бы на их месте не заселял в номер, пока не исправил. Тем более гостиница пустая была. Но администрации виднее. Возможно я чего-то не знаю. Но однозначно рекомендую. Мне было комфортно
TravellerНа мой взгляд 4* - это оценка явно завышена. В номере не работает кондиционер и спать с открытым окном не комфортно, очень шумно. Сейф не работал и горничной пришлось ходить по всему этажу в поисках рабочих батареек в других, не жилых номерах. В номере есть ванна, но нет душа или хотяб шторки. Результат - вынуждены были разбрасывать половину полотенец, чтобы не ходить по воде. Поставил среднюю оценку только из-за невысокой цены, иначе поставил бы ещё ниже(((

Not far from the airport, this hotel is a perfect place where to stay and rest. Staff's people very friendly and ready to help you. Wide room, very quiet. Nice bathroom with vat and all that you need. Good breakfast even if not really complete: for a coffee you have to pay, otherwise only nespresso is included in the breakfast rate.

Начнем с заселения - был забронирован номер с 2 кроватями, однако в отеле "Чеховъ" округлили глаза и сообщили - это не так. Номер вашей категории есть только с 1 кроватью, а служба где вы бронировали - просто разместила не верную информацию и разбирайтесь с ней сами. Ок, тратим порядка 20 минут, чтобы дозвониться в службу бронирования и попытаться решить данный вопрос. Пока звоним туда - администратор отеля (через эти 20 минут) - принимает решение все таки заселить в номер с 2 кроватями. Т.е. сразу решить проблему в отеле не удается, а размещенная информация на сайтах бронирования (в данном случае Expedia) - не соответствует действительности. Заселяют в номер с 2 кроватями, собственно фотографии данного номера я прилагаю к отзыву. Покрывало которым было накрыто постельное белье - все в волосах! В номере пыль, подушки в желтых пятнах. Отсутствует фурнитура, отходит плинтус. Вид из номера - специфический, но это ерунда по сравнению с оснащением номера. На второй день - из номера исчезли одноразовые тапочки, видимо решили раз в первый день ими не воспользовались - то на второй день уже точно не понадобятся. Ну и классика, как и многих краснодарских отелей - при выезде вы должны стоять и ждать, когда горничная пойдет и примет ваш номер - проверит, а не прихватили вы чего нибудь лишнего. Единственный плюс данного отеля - удовлетворительные завтраки. Есть каша, мюсли, несколько вариантов горячих блюд, подсохшие блинчики.

Все отлично, номера большие, расположен ближе к аэропорту, если необходимо ездить в сторону Славянска то лучше другой выбрать по расположению иначе стояние в больших пробках Краснодара. Завтрак мог бы быть больше выбор, кофе растворимый.

Девушка на рецепшн не знает правил общения с гостями, грубая, создалось впечатление, что мы к ней домой приехали бесплатно пожить. В номере чистили ковролин и стоит вонища от химии, открытое окно не особо помогло + шум. Номера, если бы не запах шикарные. Расположение, если отталкиваться от аэропорта, отличное.

Überaschend stillisch, atmosphärisch angenehm. Eignet sich für längeres Aufenthalt. Frühstück ist jedoch nicht dem Hotelsniveau entspricht

4 piano senza ascensore, staff gentilissimo, ma che non parla assolutamente inglese. A cena ho ordinate utilizando google translator. Intern in camera molto lento. A parita'di qualita' (medio bassa) ci sono altri hotel a meta'prezzo.

Приезжая в Краснодар на а/м, останавливаюсь именно в этом отеле - от М4 всего полтора км. и квартал тихий. Стоянка а/м перед отелем. Интерьер отеля, выполненный в русском стиле конца XIX века, создаёт атмосферу времён А.П.Чехова. Материалы отделки хорошего качества. Здание отеля не большое, номера маленькие но уютные.

Personnel is very friendly. Kitchen/restaurant are very good for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Excellent food. Hotel is clean and neat. ATM in the lobby is a big plus. TV was broken two out of five nights and was not fixed in timely manner. Wi-Fi did not work at all on I-pad (huge inconvenience).
