Good: location. Bad: could be really noisy at time as this is located at some youth hostels area. No basic amenities available. Shared bathroom was a nightmare. Asked 2 different staffs for additional fan as the one in the room not working but not entertained. No elevator, not recommended if you're travelling with big luggages.

Only complaint the bathrooms were not clean. They need to bleach, mildew, shower curtains old and dirty. Blankets on beds need to be replaced. I will be back to check again in the future.

Nice stay

Great hotel, within walking distance of all attractions. Staff were helpful and rooms were cleaned every day.

The rooms was completely different from the photos that we see, the window don´t close, and the shower was dirty and very small and old

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location is great: 5 min walk to the termini and 25 min walk to the Colosseum. Rooms were modern and clean. The only drawbacks were the shared bathroom on the same floor and no elevators. The staff spoke english well. There are several dining options nearby. I had some great pizza at this place directly across from the hotel. Excellent. If I ever return to Italy, I will stay here.

Everything excelente except the bathroom

Very well located, very friendly staff! Toilets did smell like urine, it is recommended to have someone clean them more regularly. Specially the ones on the first floor since they are shared!

The hotel staff was accommodating. The shared bathroom was dirty both days we stayed even after reporting. The area was nice and very close to the train station.

Scammers

Abysmal. Showed up after midnight and they claimed I cancelled the reservation. Why would I do that? I already paid in full for the overnight. Rerented my room to somebody else and claimed they were full. Cannot give enough negative feedback for this hotel.

Good location near Termini & Castro Pretorio metro

Room décor slightly dated but facilities for twin room with private bathroom were very good - safe, wardrobe, desk, bedside table with drawers, hairdryer. Wifi connection was pretty good! Some street noise (its in a busy location so to be expected) but not really an issue although this may not suit everyone especially light sleepers. Leaving the keys at the desk is a great idea so you don't have to worry about losing them and we didn't encounter any problems when returning to the hotel very late in the evening (just ring the doorbell if the door is shut and they will open it) which was the main reason we chose this hotel (that and the location). Great value for money!

Emplacement très bruyant, matelas très inconfortable, salle de bain commune très sale, aucune insonorisation : on avait l’impression d’être dehors bien que la fenêtre et les volets soit fermés. Chambre beaucoup plus petite que ce que l’on voit sur les photos. Nous avons passé une très mauvaise nuit.

近 termini station

我評分沒有給太低是因為沒有什麼不開心的發生。這里沒有升降機，門口已經有樓梯，上了樓梯才能到達reception，如果住１或３樓（２樓好像是別的公司），只有樓梯。而我這次是背包之旅，沒有行李箱，所以沒有不便。在羅馬的夏天，這間提供了空調也很好。羅馬的夏天真的好熱，一定要找有空調的酒店！但我們放好東西後，離開酒店時，我們要把鑰匙放到 reception，回去再拿。共用衛生間（有２間）在外面，個人覺得也不差。房里就有一個洗手盆，可以在房間刷牙。

The door late in the evernig is closed and the bell, to call th reception, was not visible at all. So we were able to enter the hotel after 23.00 only thanks to the person who was leaving in the same building. Check the bell if u decide to come bacm late. Also, no soap in the shared shower.

Hôtel très bruyant aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’a l’extérieur, chambre vieillotte mais propre. Personnel sympathique.

De locatie en voorzieningen zijn prima, maar het is ontzettend gehorig. Je hoort constant deuren die dicht worden geslagen waardoor je wakker schrikt.

*They tried to give me a smaller room by "mistake" ... I wanted to cancel and they told me it was not that easy because it depended on Expedia. After a lot of pressure, they gave me an upgrade for 2 days and then they moved me to the room I had paid for (I have to pack my luggage twice) *The bathroom was always dirty and without soap *there was a lot of scandal every night, I called reception and they did nothing *the other guests smoked inside the hotel *there is no elevator

The hotel is definitely cheap for Rome. It’s fine if you’re looking for a place just to sleep. It’s close to Termini which will take you wherever you need to go in Rome, but the hotel needs some updating. Staff was nice, but I had to pay for them to print my boarding tickets which the past hotels did for free. We ended up not paying for the breakfast because it didn’t seem worth the 5€ per person. Reminds me more of a hostel, however beds were made and towels were changed every day.

El hotel estuvo muy bien, la cama muy cómoda,pero el servicio de madrugada debería de mejorar, puesto que el personal no es el más amigable.

떼르미니역에서 걸어서 10분정도 걸렸던 것 같아요. 위험하다고 하는 출구 피해서 숙박을 잡았는데, 숙소까지 가는길은 밝고 큰길이였어서 하나도 위험해보이지 않았어요. 샤워시설이 밖에 있어서 조금 불편했지만 전반적으로 만족이였어요!!

La zona è collocata in una buona posizione, e ben fornita di vari esercizi. L'hotel è vicino alla metro, tranquillo e il personale è cortese. La reception è aperto 24 ore su 24.

Albergo situato in posizione comoda per stazione Termini, metro B e Università. Personale presente h24. La stanza è un po' piccola ma presenta tutti i comfort: tv, aria condizionata, phone, ecc. Ho avuto la possibilità di deposito bagagli. Consiglio di estendere un po' l orario della colazione: 8 -10 sarebbe l'ideale

Hôtel bien située, personnel accueillant et disponible. Salle de bain à partager dans le cas de notre chambre.

Pulito, personale accogliente e discreto, posizione ideale per la vicinanza alla stazione, lun pò rumorosa di notte per la presenza di un locale notturno.

Room with shared bathroom

The room was in good shape and clean. We had shared bathroom and toilet but it was never crowded. Staff was nice and helpful. One thing that I would like that the Hotel should improve is...Breakfast!

Hotel de trânsito para 1 pernoite

Quarto amplo, mas muito simples, localização próximo a Termini, portaria 24 ,ideal para 1 noite, banheiro compartilhado.

Bagno non in camera

Albergo a una stella e ovviamente non ci si poteva aspettare molto, camera al terzo piano senza ascensore, bagno in comune con tutte le camere del piano, finestre non insonorizzate quindi si sentivano tutti i rumori della strada. A suo vantaggio posso dire , albergo economico, pulito e a due passi dalla stazione.

Con lo stesso prezzo ho visto di meglio, ma per dormire una notte va bene.

La camera che ci hanno attribuito era abbastanza grande, ma insonorizzata, la notte si è sentito di tutto e di più e purtroppo non si è chiuso occhio. Comoda la vicinanza alla metro e dietro l'angolo trovi la stazione Termini. A un passo dal centro.
