We had a great stay at the hotel, the hotel staff were so helpful and friendly! Front of house staff welcoming and knowledgeable. Igna kept our room clean and in order which we’re grateful for. Our room was anlways immaculately clean and well appointed. The hotel is in a great location to see the sights of Rome

Great hotel, terrible car service

This hotel was great, when we arrived we were upgraded, staff was welcoming and very sweet, hotel was beautiful and a great place to stay in a good location. Breakfast was also incredible and had an entire spread. However, taking two stars off as on our second to last day, we requested the car service to pick us up at 7:45 am the next morning and drop us off to the airport (btw this was a $80 car service, not a taxi). The driver did not arrive until 8:30, drove like a manic to the point where my boyfriend and I got extremely car sick, was on a personal phone call the entire time, and giving us an attitude with no sense of urgency for our flight. We had to run through the airport and barely made our flight back. We paid about $88 USD and were very upset for this service from such a high rated hotel. I reached out to the hotel directly and never got a response from them. Upsetting that the hotel has such a poor car service.

The property is in a quiet street not so far from the Termini main station. There are many good restaurants in the area and the Roman forum isn’t that far. The staff is helpful and the hotel is renovated, modern inside but in a classic building. A good option for a stay in Rome.

Great hotel to stay with great staff

Great hotel in general. Location was great neat plaza Spana and high end shops. The staff was excellent, super helpful and available at all times. Also the room was a lot better than expected.

Perfect stay

Wow! A hidden gem in the heart of Rome. I booked this hotel despite it not having many reviews and I’m so glad I did. Very friendly and accommodating front staff (Marzia in particular was a gem!) and impeccable, modern furnishings. Beautiful interior, excellent location, and comfortable spacious room with a patio (which totally elevated the experience). Great location next to Piazza del Popolo (including Metro station) and quiet at night. Absolutely loved our stay and would absolutely book again without hesitation.

My only complaint is the open shower. Water goes everywhere

We loved this hotel! Service by every staff member was amazing and the hotel was super clean. We were able to check in early and were greeted in the room with a bottle of Prosecco. We woke up late on our day of checkout due to jet lag and a rough night with our infant so the staff brought us coffee and breakfast to the room just to be helpful. The room was beautiful, spacious and, again, very clean. There was even several choices of pillows! In addition, the hotel is very centrally located and an easy walk to amazing restaurants and many historical landmarks around Rome. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again.

Modern and Accessible

The room was beautiful. Completely renovated and modern. Close to the Spanish Steps.

The hotel is a small boutique hotel with only twelve rooms. We had a junior suite with a king-sized, very comfortable bed (there was also a sofa bed). The bathroom was very roomy well appointed. The suite was roomy and quiet. The staff was an amazing group that worked very well together. They have a breakfast buffet that is very good. They don’t have a restaurant, but that was not a problem because there are restaurants and pizza places within walking distance. The location is perfect for tourists as it is right in the middle of everything. And there is a gelato place right around the corner.

FRONT DESK FRANCISCO IS A ANGEL I LOST MY BACKPACK WITH MY PASSPORT INSIDE AT THE TRAIN AND HE MOVED EVERYTHING TO HELP ME AND THEY FOUNDED IT . EXCELLENT BREAKFAST AND GREAT SERVICES!! LOVED IT WE HAD A UPGRADE TO A SUITE TOO

Checks all the boxes. Just perfect! From the welcome at check-in to the room, service and smiles from everyone, this small boutique hotel has it all. Less than 30 min walk from all significant attractions, you'll never be far or long away from anything. Rooms are spacious and well appointed for Europe and price. Can't go wrong.

Beautiful property. The decor is subtle and looked luxurious. The best part of my stay was how attentive the staff was. They truly provided the best service. It’s located near all the best shop and walking distance to most attractions. I would definitely recommend and I am looking forward to staying again next time.

Staff was very helpful and location was great.

This is a delightful hotel with a location proximal to the inimitable Piazza Del Popolo and the Villa Borghese Park and environs. Shopping abounds, all you do is turn right if you want to spend all that you have, or to the left, where bargains abound on Via del Corso. Marcia, at the front desk, is warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. All the staff greet you with authentic charm. Only downsides are the place is a bit pricey, and like all hotels in warm places with ceiling hung a/c units, occasionally there is a slight drip of water from the condensation (restricted to a small area in the bathroom). The location is supreme. Evenings are quiet. Would head back in an instance.

This is a beautiful hotel, very modern and clean, with an incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful staff. I was upgraded to a Deluxe Room with a beautiful, large private patio, and happily extended my stay an additional night when my travel plans changed. This will be my go-to hotel in Rome in the future. Great breakfast too!

Excellent service- front desk lady, dark reddish hair. She was fantastical! Breakfast was good! People serving breakfast nice! The thing to hesitate to give perfect score - help for taking luggage out, we asked for,on the morning we were leaving, never appeared and the the taxi we expected to get ( ordered day in advance)was not regular taxi but some luxurious black Uber that costed 30$ more then the regular one!

All the hotel was nicely renovated and the room was perfect with a view from the balcony of the coliseum .All the personal was lovely with us with a lot of small attentions. It emplacement was in Athens was perfect also as we could do everything by walk. We will definitely go back there when we come back in Rome.

El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación, cerca de Piazza del Popolo y de Villa Medici. Es un hotel pequeño con decoración moderna, muy bonita. La atención fue excelente por parte de recepción.

Está exagerado el costo pero en general el hotel es muy lindo y el personal es muy amable

Läget var jättebra med nära till alla sevärdheter. Personalen fantastisk med bra service. Bra frukost och fin byggnad med nyrenoverade rum och hög standard. Vi är jättenöjda och vill komma tillbaka.
