Most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in, with amazing cotton sheets!

Arrived at property with friends for a city break. Hotel positioned next to Palma Cathedral and a former Palace in an area with many shops, restaurants and places of interest a short walk away. On arrival our friend’s room was ready but ours wasn’t which was fine given we had arrived early. Our room was a city view as requested and although listed as “pure silence” some noise was experienced as the original windows are single glazed. We could hear tourists walking and talking as they passed by and the odd delivery vehicle and workers arriving very early in the morning (as early as 5:50am). However between about 11pm and 6am it was perfectly quiet. Our friends had a courtyard view and found their room to be silent. Rooms were modern and very clean with old world charm such as original ceilings and windows. Great shower and comfy beds in good sized rooms. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and the hotel felt secure with key card entry to main doors as well as rooms and 24/7 reception. We did not add breakfast to our booking via the travel company as it was expensive in our view at around 23euros pppd however I believe that if you book the hotel direct then breakfast is included. We ate breakfast at local cafes each morning until the day we left when we ate at the hotel. It’s not a buffet breakfast, rather a set menu. It included a pastry, meat, cheese, eggs, toast, yogurt with fruit, one coffee and one orange juice-plenty for two to share. Would we return? Yes we would!

The hotel was lovely, very well renovated. The parking if you rent a car is an issue and the arrival or departure with your baggage is kind of a hustle, that is something they should explain better, more details cause they shared them with us after arrival. On the other hand beware if the floor in the backyard is wet, very slippery.

A truly wonderful stay! The staff was incredible, our room was beautiful, and the location you can’t beat. I am forgetting the receptionists name but she was amazing. So friendly and helped us with so many recommendations around the island. We have already recommended this hotel to friends visiting Palma next summer!

No Air Conditioning! No Air Conditioning! No Air Conditioning! No Air Conditioning! I do not know how to stress this enough there is no AC, even if they tell you and it says online there is not. We stayed in a room, there was no AC

Excellent service levels from friendly staff

Can Cirera is a beautiful, peaceful retreat in the heart of the busy Palma old town right next to the cathedral. The staff is wonderfully welcoming and helpful - suggesting and booking restaurant reservations. The cafe is in a beautiful outdoor setting and breakfast delicious. Location is perfect for walking old town. Definitely recommend!

The staff were excellent. Carmen was particularly helpful when there was a problem with our train tickets to Soller. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Extremely clean, well-kept and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful hotel. Fantastic location in the old town and literally a few steps away from the cathedral. When you go through the glass doors you feel like you've entered another world! The staff are extremely friendly & helpful, the bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in and the breakfast is outstanding (but make sure you are hungry if you are going for the full breakfast!) Simply wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Palma now that I’ve stayed at Hotel Can Cirera 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Breath taking

Our stay was short but amazing. Very personable staff and the location and premises are stunning. Wish we stayed longer.

If there was a rating higher than 5 I would gladly give it. Excellent renovated facilities yet maintaining the historic character of the area, next to landmarks of Palma and the center. The staff, including Marianna, the manager, was incredibly helpful, polite and pleasant, giving out a ton of tips for exploring the area as a local. I will definitely go back. Thanks for everything!

Perfect location

Beautiful hotel next to Cathedral. Staff are extremely kind and attentive, particularly Mari Carmen on reception and the lady on the breakfast terrace. Our room was located on the ground floor overlooking the street so people visiting the cathedral and the horse carriages could be heard but this was not a problem. We loved the location and outlook and would certainly stay here again when visiting Palma.

Amazing hidden gem

Absolutely beautiful property thoughtfully renovated down to every detail. Architect and designer dream. Staff was very friendly and helpful with local tips. Breakfast was generous and beautifully served on the patio. Surprisingly quiet since right next door to the cathedral but was wonderful to be so close and easy to get to restaurants. Only con was needing to park our car in the public car park and there are steps so be prepared if driving. Can call a taxi to take you to hotel if desired and they have access to the hotel front door. Overall would highly recommend!

This hotel was so cute and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful from recommendations to lost luggage and more. Breakfast here was also excellent and fresh. Room was spacious and very clean with a comfortable bed.

Super hotel in incredibly central location. If it had a bar for an early or late drink after a long hot day it would be unbeatable. Breakfast was excellent and all staff super friendly and helpful.

Wow - what a find! THE comfiest bed I've ever slept in, an amazing unique hotel. Stunning rooms, helpful, attentive and happy staff from reception, to cleaners to the team at breakfast. Meters away from the stunning cathedral and marina and plenty of bars and restaurants, yet peaceful and secluded. Truly one of the best!

Great city centre base

Reception and coffee shop staff were very friendly and helpful although there was no breakfast set up in the salon which was annoying in the rain Hotel is in an excellent position in the city

Hotel is central and in a historic building. Negatives were my room was in a basement and a bit musty, the bathroom floods on use of the shower due to a bad design.

This hotel was exceptional. The rooms were beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The staff was excellent. They also had a taxi ready for us at 4:45 am.

Absolutely beautiful property. Location is beyond amazing. You’re right beside the cathedral, the key highlight of Palma. And, have so many shops and dining options located close by. The hotel itself is very well maintained. I felt very safer, comfortable and had an excellent sleep there! The staff are also very friendly and helpful!! I highly recommend a stay here.

The location is exceptional. The staff was great, rooms very nice and clean. No real amenities, but that is clear in the description, and for me not a negative since I have no use of a pool or gym.

Stop your search and BOOK THIS PROPERTY! This property is ideally located in Old Town and convenient to anything you could ask for in Palma. The staff was outstanding and went above and beyond to accommodate our every need. Mary's dinner suggestions were outstanding and made our experience that much better. The rooms are quiet and the bed alone made it difficult to even get up in the morning! THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Breakfast options are extensive and are a la carte and served until around 11am so there was no pressure to eat on site or rush to get up in the morning. All shopping streets and surrounding neighborhoods are less than 20 mins on foot and it's totally safe to walk around at night (even on the dark, winding, alleys!)

An exquisite property. A building from the XV century owned by the Cirera family since 1836. Across the street from the Cathedral within walking distance to 100’s of stores and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!

Beautiful renovation of a fantastic property in downtown Palmer. Great staff, particularly Mariana, the manager. One strong suggestion: change the name on the glass door. We walked by twice not seeing the correct name: Hotel Dura is now Hotel Can Cirera.

Hotel Can Cirera was the perfect choice for our preferences: location is centric, next to the Cathedral and access to the historic heart of the city; the hotel itself is completely renovated, the courtyard, cafeteria, parlor and our individual room were in excellent condition; our room was quiet, ample for two persons, the bathroom shower does need work and the walls need shelves and clothes hooks; a final strength was the staff, the receptionists were exceptionally attentive and personable at all hours, the room maintenance person was friendly and kept our room tidy and clean. All in all, we couldn’t have been more pleased. We thank Hotel Can Cirera for our superb 8-day stay in Palma!!!

Beautiful hotel, modern renovation without taking away the authenticity of the building, rooms are spacious with big comfortable bed and quality bedding. Right in the center of a wonderful city but once inside its tranquil and peaceful. Lovely friendly welcome from receptionist.

I booked my trip to Mallorca just a couple of days before arriving! My sister and I were on a 5 country holiday. We got So Lucky to stay here. The moment we checked in, I asked if we could extend our 3 nights. Unfortunately they were booked. Out of 24 days in Europe, Hotel Can Cirera was #1. Absolutely perfect in every way!

Maria at the front desk was amazing! Gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and even helped us book a boat tour. Had a great time at the hotel. The parking situation wasn’t my favorite but everything is walkable.

Oasis in the heart of Palma

The hotel was like an oasis in the heart of Palma. It’s perfectly situated for all the lovely attractions Palma has to offer. The room was a good size and the bed very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and attentive. We would highly recommend.
