Amazing !
I love this hotel my favourite place to stay in São Paulo . The staff are extremely helpful , and friendly . It has a boutique hotel vibe. Whilst it might only be 4 stars , the finishes in the hotel are top quality . The interiors reflect a high end hotel . Always enjoy my stay here , thanks again .
My favorite hotel in São Paulo. Excellent service and convenient location.
This could so easily be a very good hotel. The room and the condition of the place are very good. Sadly it was let down by the attitude of the staff. They refused to honour their participation in the membership programme despite advertising it in the listing. They then wanted to charge me for a friend coming to have a drink with me at the hotel, despite this bizarre policy not being listed under the policies section of the page, or anywhere on site other than a photocopied piece of paper that was only in Portuguese. Then offering a free breakfast but charging for a because they’ve programmed the machine not to offer it, was another disappointing example of the wrong attitude. This culture let it down, hopefully this can be fixed because otherwise it’s almost very good
Very good
Staff needs training
Front desk staff needs to be friendly.
A huge thank you in special to Mauricio na reception and Vinicios no cafe da manha! Both showed excellent customer service. The hotel and its guests are both very lucky to have Mauricio and Vinicios. Always delighted to be back ♥️
Ok but not a 5-star.
The rooms are modern and in good condition. The floor was a little dirty when I arrived and the shower gel bottle empty, which took a while to get refilled by the housekeeping staff. The breakfast selection is poor and not worth paying for - you can get a cheaper and far better alternative outside. The staff are mostly friendly but some of the breakfast staff were a little cold. The gym is tiny. Overall fine but certainly not a 5-star.
Very nice hotel but not in a good neighborhood .
My third time and always happy to come back. Amazing service in special a huge thank you to Mauricio at the front desk and Vinicios at breakfast, they both excelled my expectations. The hotel is very lucky to have them! Many thanks
The elegance and style
Had a 5 star room and some great service. The pool doesnt have all its water features working and the upstairs lounge was never open due to private parties. This also affects access to the pool. Gym is very small. Thus more a boutique hotel amenity-wise.
This hotel seems to live with memories of its past. Average bkfast, same as any other simple hotel in Brazil, watery orange juice, poor selection of breads, tasteless fruits. The pool area is very disappointing as the pool is small, dirty and with cheap and tacky furniture, opens only after 10am. Dirty and stained carpet in the bedroom, glass door doesn’t close properly and noisy neighbourhood.
Very unkind people
Hotel is nice. Food is excellent. Only negative point is area which is not safe
Fantastic value.! Fantastic staff
Great modern and well furnitured hotel, great restaurant with Italian food!
It is a decent hotel. What I loved the most about it was the piano located in the restaurant, as well as the music being played. The staff is very nice, excellent food in the restaurant. Great service.
Not a 4.5 star hotel
Many times I went to this hotel and the last couple of times it is getting worse dirty and doesn’t deserve a 4.5 star at the most a 3.5 stars
Hotel Cadoro in São Paulo is a charming place with much to offer. The hotel is very nice, with modern and spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained rooms. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to help and make your stay pleasant. The location is also a major plus, as it’s conveniently close to many of São Paulo’s key spots, making it easy to explore the city. However, one significant downside was the internet connection. It was disappointingly slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected or do any work online. It was surprising that the Wi-Fi didn’t meet basic standards for a hotel of this quality. Overall, Hotel Cadoro is a great place to stay for comfort and convenience—just be prepared for some frustration if you rely on a strong internet connection during your stay.
Nice place but small rooms
Great place. Decent location. Amazing staff. I even had a great view. The only thing I didn't like about it was the very small rooms. That's the only reason why I will not return but do recommend it to others if room size is not a major factor for them.
The room was covered in dust. The pool closes at 6 but they turn off the water features and heat some time before that. The pool deck was so dirty the bottom of your feet get black. One of the elevators didnt work and the hall buttons to summon the elevator to go down didnt work. Everything is just old.
Would definitely stay again
Very nice property!
I enjoyed being on the 26th floor, the views of the city were amazing! The pool was heated so it was very relaxing. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely return for another stay at this hotel.
Highly recommend if your staying in Sao Paulo. Convenient location, walking distance to a couple train stations. Amazing staff who far exceed any experience I have had prior. I would gladly return here my next visit to Sao Paulo!
The carpet and windows in the room were dirty
Good
The hotel was amazing, excellent view and the rooms great. The bathroom was a little bit small and the area around looks not that nice but they say it was safe. The people from the sky bar where super nice
Service was great although there can be a language barrier. Hotel is a little dated and swimming pool didn’t seem like it was cleaned daily but overall the food, service and comfort made up for it.
nice classic hotel
Nice retreat close to the trouble you can find on Augusta street if you are inclined that way. Newer buildings good service
Nice rooms. Area can be dangerous at night and at stop lights.
All nice
Good ap
Hotel had alarm sound in the morning.
A very nice, clean and quiet hotel, close enough to shopping needs and some tourist sights.
Bad alarm noise in the morning… Rooms are cozy but bathrooms are dark.. hard to groom..
The staff were excellent, professional, courteous and helpful. The area is great for easy access to shopping malls, restaurants and transportation. The only con is the one chair in the room especially if there is a couple staying. Asked the hotel for a second chair at reception, said they would check but no chair was sent to the room. Sitting on a bed for extended time is uncomfortable.
This is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent and the front desk was very helpful. I will be staying here from now on when I visit São Paulo.
Very nice hotel close to everything restaurants
great old school SP hotel with a nice history. It says it's a 5 star hotel but a few things could be better to truly get that rating, (like the room service options, or the coffee at breakfast). Pool area is nice but water really needed a clean! Lovely staff.
I really enjoyed my staying at Cadoro and the whole staff made this experience amazing.
Beautiful older building with up to date rooms.. My only complaint would be maybe a better cleaning on the carpets in room as they are stained and discolored some.. Views from my 23rd floor was amazing..Everything worked.. Hot water and good breakfast.. All at a decent price.. And you can walk pretty much evrywhere in about 30 min.. or taxi or uber.. Also try Tendall grill few blocks down.. Really good Rodizio
Well we stay at the city hardly anything there. Is basically just a stop rest! If you want to stay here try to find something you want to do it not you basically end up doing nothing like us 😂 food is okay nothing fancy but we end up didn’t eat it just ate the bread and breakfast was dry and hard so you basically just eat a bit to keep your day going 🙈 hope that help

Nota dez!
Excellent hotel. Excellent service. Top notch hotel. Only complaint is a I clearly ordered a vegetarian burger through room service and was brought meat. But it might have been a misunderstanding on the operator’s part.
Great location and customer service. Highly recommended.
Great stay!
Great hotel , great location reasonable price. GYM needs to be improved
5 star hotel for a 3 star price.
The hotel is excellent. Well located. The breakfast was deliciuos. The cocktails please the one that is with Cachaza. Just steps of Famiglia Street restaurant
Great location for Carnaval festivities.
I loved how clean, quiet and relaxing the hotel is. The ambiance of the dining area at the property is magnificent! Quite ideal for taking your significant other to! Above all else, I love the dedication and impeccability of the staff! I definitely know where I'm staying when I next go to Sao Paulo! Muito Obrigado por Todo!!
The hotel rooms are fabulous and so are the views. A real find!
Excellent location and safe friendly staff
Great hotel! Big rooms, clean. My husband and I are very pleased with our staying so far.
Everything is fine
Excellent Value
Excllent service at Reception, Sky Bar and Restauant. Very nice Hotel well located in Sao Paulo. Beautiful view of the city from our room and the Sky Bar.The surrounding area doesnt look as nice but we had no problems walking to Paulista Ave. Cabs were easy to find and inexpensive. Approx $3 to $4 American. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again
Great place to stay!
Will always be my place to stay.
Great hotel. First time in this hotel in Sao Paulo. I will return
Hello I was there for 3 nights, and I have an amazing time at the hotel, I didn’t go out much so I spend a lot of time working on computer at the hotel. The bar and pool at the rooftop was my favorite! Beautiful and nice room, comfortable and blankets and pillows. They do need to change or fix the Amenities (very cheap and simple. Restaurant for lunch and dinner food delicious and at dinner time the best is the life piano music.
Decent hotel. Good value
Very good place to stay. Close to the Avenida Paulista!!
Love it!
2nd time staying, love this place! Staff very nice and the suite jr is super comfortable and has beautiful views from the city.
Location is not good to walk around Staff is trying to do their best but I think they are limited by the hotel.
Very nice hotel with formidable staff
Everything is great
Really nice
Room was very clean, bed was really comfortable.... it was close to things
Nice Hotel, horrible service.
Horrible experience. We call the hotel prior to booking since we needed a place to unwind for a couple of hours between flights, and our only requests were, to have an indoor pool, and to have breakfast as soon as we checked in at 9am in the morning. They confirmed both requests, however, when arrived at the hotel, the pool was freezing cold (it is currently winter in Sao Paulo), and the clerk at the check in desk pretended we paid for breakfast, even though we were not going to stay overnight, and consume the breakfast the next morning.
Carpet velho e sujo. Dirty carpet Não tem room service 24h. No room service 24h
Good location
Hotel novo e bem cuidado . Restaurante ótimo . Café da manhã razoável. Localização um pouco perigosa . Mas o hotel em si , muito bom . Custo beneficio bom .
hotel maravilhoso, staff otima, serviço excelente. O piano bar /restaurante SENSACIONAL.
The Italian restaurant is excellent
Gostei muito do local e serviço!
Nice but with issues
Very nice hotel
Excellent staff, room was comfortable with great view. breakfast was ok
I do recommend this hotel! Great location, friendly staff, English speaking stuff. Nice restaurants around.
Loved it
Top hotel
This is my favourite hotel in the whole of Brazil ! It has an amazing pool on the roof you can do lengths in with a good views . The rooms are super comfortable and I always get a good night sleep . The room menu are also very good , I just wished they spoke better English . But this hotel is the only one I would stay in São Paulo
Great little hotel in são paulo. They prioritize good service and provide everything you need to be comfortable. Good rooms, great internet, average breakfast, awesome pool. Would recommend especially for business trips
Excellent place
perfect place
This place is amazing. Rooftop pool, big rooms. I have nothing bad to say about this place.
Absolutely love it here. Clean and everybody is so friendly. They’re very concern about your safety and well being. Very accommodating. I’m so glad I stayed here.

Nota 10
