All in all, I regret booking this hotel. It was very overpriced for what it was; there were damaged fixtures in the room (the bathroom door handle was faulty and falling off, and the basin plug was stuck) and the fan rattled. It needed a really good clean - the grouting in the bathroom was filthy, the surfaces were dusty, there was dirt on the walls and the visible cabling connected the TV was caked in dust. It also wasn’t soundproofed rooms as advertised; I stayed right next to the food area and could hear a pin drop in there. I was woken up early each night. I think it needs a full refurbishment. A real disappointment.
Close to the metro.
Not sound proof at all. In fact terrible. I could hear people breathing next door. The bar does not exist as stated. Refer broken and when ask the manager shrugged his shoulders. No one ever at front desk. I had to go out and buy toilet paper. This is the hotel that will make me pay attention to the satisfaction ratings.
Rooms full of mosquitos, only once I saw a person in recepcion out of 3 days, far from anything interesting. Overpriced.
The place is close to termi station that is convenient, if you have heavy luggage there are stairs , no elevator , breakfast not so good .. but they were courteous and accommodating
Hotel close to Termini
Hotel Bolognese was fine for a one night stay close to station. Room was adequate. Check-in was efficient - Location was about 10mins walk to station.
Staff friendly, they let me store my bag to go out for the day, The room was simple, clean, with heater and aircon. TV wasn’t working and no soap or body wash/ shampoo was provided, I had to buy one. The area close to Roma Termini seemed dodgy specially at night but I think it’s like that in every city, I didn’t have any problem and I was very well connected to everything.
Cheap and does the job
Very small room and bathroom with a little balcony but all a little shabby. Clean enough, friendly staff and a good location. Not a great hotel but decent value for money in Rome.
It's in the old building, without reception, need to press button to let owner open front door. The location is good, room facility is so so, very small toilet. Anyway, staff trying to deliver nice service, with simple free breakfast as well
Great location, excellent staff. Need to improve in room amenities
:)
actually the good stay near termini station and our room was large.
This is not what we would consider a hotel. 2nd&3rd floor in an old apartment building. We had to ring doorbell. Lots of steep stairs to front door. One half of double door was propped open by trash can, creating very narrow opening. I got stuck with my backpack. When I finally was able to free myself, owner accused me of breaking his door. I walk with a cane and asked why nobody had been available to help with luggage up the stairs. He said his was a 2 star hotel which didn’t supply that service. When I dared to question his status as a 2 star, he got abusive and told us to leave. He yelled at us and literally kicked us out. He said he would keep money for first night, but didn’t keep his word. When we cancelled reservation through orbitz he insisted on keeping entire prepaid amount for 3 nights.
Cheap and clean place
Suitable for who travels alone or with friends.
The room was nice and clean, location and view great. However I'd call it a Bed and Breakfast as certainly not a hotel, no reception or help really, breakfast wasn't much either.
Very friendly staff. Breakfast was small for a 2 star hotel. Good access to Metro and train station
avoid staying here if you can
Horrible beds that will give you back pains, unhygienic bathroom that had mold/dirt on the shower curtain, the lights only worked on the off chance, and the hot water would go afte one shower, the staff were helpful and friendly but have to buzz everytime you want to be let in.
Camera piccolissima e sporca bagno indecente
.
No geral maravilhoso e recomendo, ótima região e super seguro. Perto de tudo.
Good location with everything in walking distance.
The lady was extremely nice and friendly even when I was late for the check in

You can’t control room temperature
You can’t change room temperature by yourself. I asked them but their answer was “it’s from government” then can put heater only from 5pm till early morning so in the morning it’s too cold so you can’t sleep well.
Ok
Personale estremamente gentile, disponibile e cortese.
.
You can only reach them by phone which we had to do to tell them about our late arrival.. was hard to reach and not very service minded. You have to pay an extra fee for a late check in. No aircon in our room. Close to the central station so ok for one night.
NÄHE METRO / BUS ZIMMERREINIGUNG ERST NACH REKLAMATION, KEIN WC-PAPIER / NUR 1 FENSTER ZUM HOF, ABLÄUFE STINKEN
Ottimo. Torno presto infatti

Personnel très attentionné
Matig ontbijt. Warmwater komt na 10 min uit de kraan.

Sehr gute Lage und Hilfsbereitschaft
Mala experiencia
Niestety jedzenie monotonne. Kajzerka i przesłodzona marmolada/jeden plasterek sera i jeden salami z włosami na talerzu. Rogalik posypany cukrem z paczki albo sucharki. CZYSTOŚĆ: Pokój codziennie sprzątany, codziennie zabierane śmieci i wymieniany papier toaletowy. Ręczniki i pościel niestety te same przez cały tygodniowy pobyt.

No elevator, so if you have suitcases it could be a bit of a haste climbing up to 4th floor. Also requested an iron like 4 times and the staff didn’t seem to care.
