Adequate for a business trip. Only real issue was the shower. It gets "hot" after twenty or more minutes. So wasteful. When I asked for maintenance or another room they said give it ten to fifteen which not even that was true. Elsewise though no complaints. Decent location for the job I had to do and I'd consider staying again.
Lots of road noise from I-45 even in back of hotel. lol hotel staff won’t leave you alone if your running a little late leaving the room. Also won’t take extensions of you stay over the in room phone. Free breakfast was kinda sub par. Just had bad microwaveable items. Juices and water at breakfast weren’t working.
Not a good environment
For where it is location, this property is great! Very clean with friendly, helpful staff!
I loved staying here,I will definitely recommend blue hotel to my friends and family
Had a great stay, very comfy bed and really nice room. Would definitely stay here again in future
Nice property with horrible beds. Bed was broken down and total crap!! I’ve stayed in bad hotels with better beds. Beware!!
It was easy in and out, only the toilet seat.. it was broken and we infod they said it will be taken care of.. iHop was in walkable distance and the room is big.. our short stay was a peaceful stay.. thank you guys
Great stay
Convenient location, polite and helpful and efficient staff. As a disabled traveler, we always appreciate quality properties that allow parking directly in front of our room. Will stay again.
The reviews were good so we booked the room. We weren’t expecting anything fancy, but I guess I was at least expecting clean and comfortable. Our first room wasn’t clean at all, sticky floors and unclean counters. There was an Unidentified bug on the wall. They gave us a new room and the new one was okay, but I agree with the other review that theres a chemical smell to the rooms that I didn’t like. Also, this is NOT in the Woodlands. It’s in a sketchy area, so that was misleading. We cancelled our second night and stayed somewhere else. The staff that checked us in was nice, other than that we weren’t fans of this hotel.
Room Smelled Like a Cleaning Perfume Chamber
I have to give a low rating for my stay because the chemical perfume smell in the room was so strong that it made my night extremely uncomfortable. I felt sick in the morning with sinus problems, burning eyes, and a scratchy throat because the room was doused in a perfume spray. I’m a Flight Attendant and stay at many hotels for work. I never have encountered this extreme of a scent in a room. It was unbearable.
No frills and no worries… just everything you need and nothing you don’t.
It's more of a motel than hotel. The property is upgraded. For a quick nap or rest. This is cool.
Decent room for the price. No complaints here.
👍
A
Good location and clean rooms
It is good to stay for work a few days
A+
Definitely a big step above the average Motel. Staff is friendly and accommodating. A modest breakfast was also available. Which is almost non existent at the price points competition. Thank you for having us. We will definitely be back.
It was ok!
I love how big the rooms were didn’t like that the bathtub didn’t work
Great budget hotel
This was as advertised. A budget hotel with nice sized room and comfortable bed. Very clean and met my needs perfectly including good Wi-Fi. Never had to wait for service even though our checkin the first night was at 2am
Clean, affordable and nicely updated the property. Will definitely be back
Business
Comfortable, clean and friendly reception.
Room was nice. Breakfast, not so good.
Travel
One night stay while traveling. Modern, very clean, efficient, not luxurious. Good place for price. Breakfast is minimal.
The hotel was cheap and clean. I have no complaints.
Clean rooms and quit and safe
While it was off a major thoroughfare the location was near a mix of residential properties (behind the location) and business (next door). Check in was easy and the staff member was polite. The room was clean and I like the fact that it did not have carpet. The parking lot was full when I check out early in the morning. Overall a decent place.
They only have one handicap room
The room was very roomy and clean. I like that there's no carpet and there is a walkin shower.
No good
Clean room. Mattress was terrible, needs upgraded.
Perfect for an overnight stay.
Always a good stay here. Convenient location and for the price is well worth it!
None
Convenient
Nice, affordable, close to everything
A great place to sleep if visiting the woodlands. Basic stay un a busy area.
The property has an upscale view on the interior. The front desk is nice.
Small space
Space was tight with all the furniture…get rid of the desk and desk chair, the single chair with side table. Put in a small sofa with coffee table.
Easy check in, friendly staff, clean rooms
I was staying at this hotel by myself. Upon check in, I was asked if it was me staying. When I said yes, the guy checking me in pointed to a room behind the counter and said he had a room where the key didn't work. He said he'd have to open the door for me every time himself. I was very creeped out and told the guy that would not be happening. I did get another room with a key, but I was worried all night that someone was going to come in my room. If I could've canceled my reservation without paying I would have.
Very clean and inexpensive hotel close by the Woodlands pavilion. A good find! Would stay there again.
I'm not sure how this place has such high reviews. I mean it's okay. But the shower was a trickle, the bed was not overly comfortable and the pillows were super thin. Bring your own pillow! Breakfast was an absolute joke. All the drink machines were broken, and there were a handful of prepackaged honey buns laid out.
The bed could use a new mattress
Unsanitary, uncleaned, and poor quality!
Me and my girl had such a bad experience with this hotels. To start off, the sheets had cigarette burns/holes. You could tell the rooms is not cleaned throughly as there was a lot of hair, grime and nasty stuff in corners and besides the bed (GROSS!). Additionally there was so many stains on the bed that it made it impossible to feel comfortable sleeping, not to mention that there was only 3 pillows in the king bed which were SO tiny and flat; no joke they were worse than the worse pillow you may find in your house- So sad and uncomfortable. However, the cherry on top of all this was when my girlf walked into the bathroom and there was damp towels hanging in the bathroom. Whoever cleaned the room obviously had very little attention to detail. And having wet towels in your room left from previous people really shows how bad of a job they do and how little they care. I don’t usually go out of my way to write good or bad reviews on things but this place was so disappointing and so unsanitary that I had to let the world know. The only good thing about this hotel was its location and closeness to the area I was visiting, but next time I’ll drive the extra miles for something better! 0/10 if I could give it that rating! Looks can be deceiving!
Rockin beds
We stayed here on our way to Galveston for the weekend. Check in was quick. We wanted a first floor room and they accommodated our request but all they had was a handicap room. Upon entering the room, it was small but clean. The whole bathroom was the shower. (Theres no tub in a handicap room). I would’ve given at least 4 stars overall, but both of the beds rocked back and forth on the floor and was really annoying.
Great if you are in the area for a concert.
Nice spot. We booked it because it was close the concert venue in the area. Room was very clean and new ish nothing wrong with the room at all.
It is good for the price. I felt safe and it was very clean.
Close proximity to the interstate. Noise from traffic could be heard inside the room. Average accommodations.
It was a nice hotel
Great area and nice building with friendly staff. Definitely my favorite hotel in the area.
Last minute stay
The rooms are pretty clean there was something on the wall and ceiling of the bathroom looked like blood! We didn’t shower it was a last min stay it was cheap the beds were comfortable and the rest of the room appeared to be clean no bugs quick check in and no deposit hold overall I would stay again I felt safe
Nice but slipping.
It was a nice simple room. I was disappointed by mold in corner of shower and something on wall by trash can. The mattress had a bad spot.
Very clean nice hotel
The last at the front desk was super nice and very helpful.
Bath tub was dirty, lots of other’s people hair
Greay
Was in a location convenient to the woodlands, Conroe, and Spring.
For the price this was just fine. Clean. Convenient.
Great location
Dosnt have up to date charging ports for cell phones
was ok. bad lighting in room, only overhead, no bedside lamps
I got there 2 hours early exhausted from drive. I asked it I could go ahead and check in. I have Never been asked to pay more money to check in early. Nor was it noted on their site or Expedias site that it would cost more to do this. If you have a clean room a guest should be able to go and rest. They had a very small lobby where I sat and waited for an hour. Finally I asked again and was allowed to get into a room, which was 100*. Went back to front and had to change rooms. Was not the best Texas visit.
Noisy people at the top
Good Stay
Very clean & comfortable.
Decent Stay
Booked last minute to stay after a concert. Guy at the counter was very friendly. Room was not the best but worked in a pinch. Floor was dirty and sheets were stained but you get what you pay for. Only real complaint is the sign by the road is very easily overlooked and only had one entrance so if you miss you have to make the loop. The 8.2 rating makes sense.
We booked this hotel due to its location. Our trip unexpectedly got cancelled due to the damage from Hurricane Beryl and the power being out all over the area. We tried to call multiple times and we were insuccessful in connecting tith anyone. This property refuses to redund us. We tried to do everything we could to connect with them but it was all a waste of time.
The place had random big things laying in the walkways like baby carriers etc, people just hanging around everywhere.
Location is it's strength.
The bathroom had a big stain from the ceiling to the walls.
Room had flies inside reeked of weed. Tried to get a different room but of course they couldn’t offer one. Please reconsider staying here.
Hotel is ok if you are only looking to sleep. It is very clean, staff is very kind and helpful. Unfortunately I had bad experience with the power outage and I could not believe the hotel did not have a contingency plan. Texas should force hotels to have one in case of power outages. Rooms get very hot in summer, it is impossible.to sleep with doors closed, which can be unsafe and uncomfortable. Other than this, Hotel is very clean and they take care of your room every other day.
Really nice hotel, comfortable bed, nice location.
This review should not be public. I was booked over hotels.com but was unaware that the hotel did not have any power when I arrived so therefore I did not check in and kept moving north.
Room was clean and large. Beds were comfortable. Staff was responsive. Very good value.
Needs more breakfast options..
Rep was so kind ! The room was clean! They accommodated to my request upon arrival! Would def recommend! Only 2 cons is that there is not much options for breakfast & there’s no pool.
Overall this hotel is a good place to stay. It's right on the feeder road of a very busy interstate highway but you don't notice road noise inside the room. The rooms are large and include a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, and iron/board. The room was noticably not as clean as the last time we stayed 4 months ago and this time there was black mold on the ceiling over the shower. The people from the rooms next door (about 5-6 people) were sitting outside on the walkway, smoking mj, talking and laughing loud until midnight. While we were unloading our car I saw a hotel employee walk through the group on the way to a room further down and through them again going back to the office - never said a thing to them about the smoking or blocking the sidewalk or keeping down noise. However the employee was helpful when I had questions and had no problem giving me towels when I let her know our room was short on them.
Clean.
Very nice place and nice people
Just not very clean or comfortable.
Just one night to save some gas money :) property is good bed not so bad.
Very nice surroundings and good people
When I arrived there was human hair (long) stuck to the shower walls and clogging the drain. When I left (after two nights) it was still there. Made me wonder about the things I couldn’t see
This hotel was fine. The floors are tile and they are extremely dirty. The shower had pink mold in it. It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great either.
The mattress was trash! When I sat on the bed it collapsed down to the box Spring.
The images matched the room which was nice although there were no lamps (only harsh overhead lights) and no facial tissue which I requested but the fellow I asked didn’t speak good English and suggested that don’t offer tissue. The larger issue and the reason I gave an overall 2 stars was the breakfast. Little donuts and honey buns with a couple of old apples. That was it. Two machines were out of order and only regular coffee was offered. For $85 , I got a bed and it simply wasn’t worth it
We came here right after the storm that went through Houston in May of 2024. The staff was very courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. And it was quiet.
I had in my room cockroaches and I took a picture and showed them at the front desk but they didn’t do anything about this issue!
Was very clean other tenants were quite parking was very good my only complaint would be maybe new mattresses not that mine was terrible but you can tell they’ll be needing replacement soon
Nicely remodeled. Lot's of room.
Nicely remodeled hotel in a great location near The Woodlands.
Very good staff.
Person at the front desk was super friendly. She gave my daughter a free candy bar.
Very friendly.
Clean and smells good only thing is the queen beds are on a wooden platform and slide off fairly easily
Good place

Really decent hotel for the price. Tile floor, in-room mini fridge w/freezer, microwave, and coffee pot. Also has blow dryer, iron and ironing board, wifi and TV. Better towels/linens than most other hotels in this price range. All clean.
