Great little hotel for those on a modest budget and willing to overlook a few tired features but appreciate friendly and accomodating staff. The hotel is just on the too far side of being walking distance from Milan Centrale unless you are fit, but does score points for being in a quiet location with a couple of restaurants around the corner.

Good location, about 10 minute walk from milano centrale railstation. Booked a single room, perfect for 1 person. Liked the little garden area . Lots of restsurants, shopping etc in walking distance.

I liked the staff. They were helpful and understood my problems and tried to help. The place was clean. I felt management was inconsiderate (I made an error in my reservation, and although management had opportunities to help in some regard, the manager refused to offer ANY recompense in any way --- Totally by the Book for maximum revenue). Also the property was poor value for money as the room was tiny, very dated (not 'antiqued', just old). I certainly understand Milano is expensive and older hotels have small rooms, but even so, there is much better value elsewhere. I will not stay here again.

The hotel is walking distance from a metro stop as well as from the main railway station. Some good places to eat just a few blocks away. Great Wi-Fi in room.

very friendly staff

We thought the staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed having it in the garden the morning we stayed in Milan. Rooms were decent-sized, with comfortable (note: not luxurious) beds.

A lovely little hotel very close to Central station. To walk to the Duomo will take about 30 mins but its very straightforward. Hotel very clean and staff excellent and helpful. Little supermarket 30 metres away.

Great Stay in Milano at Bagliori Hotel

Our Stay at Bagliori hotel was very pleaseant. The hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel was everything that we expected and more. Thank you for contributing to a great stay in Milano. Very conviently located near the Milano Central Station providing super easy access to all the attractions in the city.

Overall, very nice place in walking distance to train station, but in a quiet neighborhood. Close to metro station. Nice breakfast. Updated new bathroom. Great staff. The only issue I had was the AC was weak. Fortunately, Milan began to cool-off, so I was able to open the window. I would definitely stay here again.

Milan Hôtel Bagliori

Small hotel located a short walk from Milano Centrale. The check in was easy and quick and the staff was great. The room was a sufficient size and a good sized bathroom. Everything was nice and clean! The breakfast was good as well. There was a good selection of restaurants close by and the neighbourhood felt safe at night.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly. There is a shaded patio out front for relaxing and our room was clean and quiet. We also found the location convenient for getting around.

Not good value for money - look elsewhere

Hotel room different to what is described online and the abrupt manner of staff made this stay somewhat disappointing. For example, they insisted I pay the city tax in cash on check-out without any advance notice. For the price, this hotel is very not good value for money.

Nice place

Rested for the weekend at the hotel, on my way to a business meeting in suburban Milan. It is an older place (you still get an old fashioned key which you leave with the desk when you leave the hotel) with very friendly staff who speak English fluently. There is also a lovely patio garden to sit outside for breakfast or a coffee. There is a large street within five minutes walking which has numerous shops and restaurants to choose from.

"Everybody else does it"

"Everyone else does it", this is what I was told When I pointed out that the conversion rate offered was more than 10% higher than the going rate. The check in was robotic, the AC ran all night until the room was unbearably cold ( I grew up in the north of Scotland, so I know cold, the maid barged into our room without announcing herself at 9:00AM. But as the desk clerk said "Everybody else does it"! I've worked in Venice, my advice is, take a long day trip to Venice, and leave before it sours you on the rest of the country. Not to say everyone is bad, but just enough to be almost unavoidable. And certainly avoid this hotel if possible

Very basic hotel in a very central part of Milan

Hotel is basic - very tiny room, no frills of any kind - but the location, just five mins. from the Milano Centrale train station is good. The bed was super uncomfortable and old though - which surprised me because I had stayed here once before in an even smaller room, and found that bed pretty comfortable. Not sure why this was.

Baglori experience.

Baglori is not what is shown on the web. Room was small.Shower cubicle was too small even for average size man. Breakfast was quite mundane. I recommend it for 1-2 nights only if no other hotel is available. Room is over priced.

Great place to stay!

We were in Milan for only one night, passing through on our travels, and found the Hotel Bagliori just perfect for what we needed. It was walking distance from the train station, and about a 30 minute walk to the Duomo. The room was very clean and comfortable, with all of the amenities needed! The breakfast in the morning had lots of options, even for my daughter who can't eat gluten. We would definitely stay here again!

I checked in very late but it was quick and smooth. After found out the AC in my room wasn't working, the staff was very helpful and helped change to another room, which is actually better and bigger. The hotel is clean and conveniently located. Very close to Milano centrale.

We arrived to find a very hot room with poorly working AC. Also to be told that breakfast was not included for an already expensive room.

Clean hotel located near Central Station

It was a very nice hotel. We only stayed one night. The room was clean and it was conveniently located near the Central Train Station. The only little problem I had was that the AC was not too powerful. Otherwise everything else was great!

I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is quite conveniently located for people arriving or departing (in my case) by train. The breakfast was very good, especially compared to other hotels in Italy I've stayed in. Italians don't really do breakfast.

Small but clean room

The room was small but very clean and tidy. The bathroom was very nice and clean. The Hotel staff was also friendly. The breakfast was very good. The only negative point was that the hotel does not seem to have any iron or iron stand nor were they offering any laundry service.

Very good experience

I wish I knew the names of the two men at the front desk while I was there. They were so hospitable and helpful. The room was simple and clean and the bed was comfortable. After a week of stale bread and canned pears at continental breakfasts at other hotels, the breakfast here was a refreshingly tasty and fresh spread. There isn't much around the neighborhood a couple of blocks north can feel a little sketchy, but it is close enough to Milan's Central station and the subway that it is worth it.

Decent choice near Milan Central

Hotel Bagliori is conveniently located near Milan Central and is a good option for a couple of nights. The room was pretty small, and for the price somewhat expensive. But overall a nice stay nevertheless.

Charming small reasonably priced hotel

This hotel is ideally located a 10-minute walk from the train station and a five-minute walk from the Metro and #1 tram. It is tastefully furnished and decorated, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They recommended a very good reasonably priced restaurant not far from the hotel, explained how to use the Metro and trams and made restaurant reservations for us. The breakfast was pretty good for a modestly priced hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay! Family run, great customer service, assortment laid out for breakfast, clean rooms and large bathroom. Location was 5 blocks from Central Milan Train Station and four blocks from the main street with the metro.

location is great and pleasant stay

The room was simple, clean, and cozy. Staff were great and helpful. Just a moments walk away from one of the main shopping streets and metro stations to get you into the city fast, but the walk into the center was only about 20 minutes or so. I was only in Milan for one night, so I am looking forward in staying here again.

Nicely under-stated

Overall, a good experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself is small and we had one of the few rooms with a balcony overlooking the garden - very nice to find this in the middle of the city. The atmosphere feels a little old-world, in the nicest possible way. Breakfast was good, but not special. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the central station which suited our arrival and departure. All in all, it suited our purpose admirably as a stopping point for one night en route.

Good for a weekend

Very friendly staff and well located - rooms aren't huge (which seems to be the norm in Milan) but easily enough for a weekend break. Breakfast is basic but decent.

A lot of charm for the price and location

I needed to be close to the central train station and while this was a bit further to walk than some other options the price was right and I was quite surprised at how much appeal it had once I got there. small garden with a place to sit in the shade, high ceilings in room and some nice touches like large varnished wood windows that opened out over the garden. I was visited by mosquitos in the night but I would guess you could get that anywhere in milan in august. the staff were efficient and pleasant. Overall I was delighted and will certainly stay there again.

Fantastic place to stay in Milan

Great choice for our stay in Milan! We were flying out of Linate and wanted to see the sights in Milan yet easily get to the airport. Isabel, the owner, was a lot of fun and so helpful for our sightseeing (her English is very good). The hotel is very near the subway and walking distance to the Duomo, Galleria, etc yet parking is easy and the airport is a short drive. Good restaurants in the neighborhood too. The room was clean and nice and bathroom was large (small shower). Isabel served a super nice breakfast with cus tom-made coffees, and in addition to indoor cafe-style seating, there's also a covered patio with flowers that's lovely to eat in. Overall, we were so glad for our hotels.com pick and would definitely recommend it and stay there again!

Great one-night stay

Milan was our first stop during a 10-day stay in northern Italy and this quaint little hotel definitely set a nice tone. The owners, Alvaro and Isabel, were warm and hospitable, and the room was more than adequate. Location is convenient to the train station, and within walking distance of Buenos Aires and many fine shops. It's about a half-hour walk to the Duomo. Dreary and chilly weather kept us from enjoying the hotel's gardens and small patio, but it looked very inviting!

The single room is fine, not super luxury, small and fine. Clean, easy to check-in, price was good on a busy Milan fashion/shoes convention night. It's about 3-4 minutes walking distance from the Milano Centrale Milan Central Train station, so it's easy.

This little hotel was clean, tidy, well positioned near the central train station and had a lovely clean bathroom with a shower and toiletries and real soft bath and hand towels!! The first I had seen in Italy! Lots of hot water too.The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a lovely little garden to sit out in after a busy day sightseeing in Milan. The lounge/breakfast room was lovely too and very homely although I did not sample the breakfast as I had to leave early for a flight. It was good value. I will stay there again next time I am in Milan.

O Hotel Bagliori é um hotel simples, não tem cofre no apartamento e o box do banho é pequeno, similar a alguns apartamentos residenciais da região. No entanto, é muito limpo, a equipe é muito atenciosa e simpática. Está localizado perto da estação central, tem vários restaurantes e um mercado perto. Foi servido um delicioso café da manhã com muita simpatia e no meu idioma, o português. Recomendo

Premièrement je ne veux plus avoir affaire désormais avec Ebooking. Ceci dit, cet hôtel qui a une salle de bain bien rénovée est insuffisant à d'autres égards. Il n'y a pas de verre à eau. La télécommande TV n'a plus de pile ou est quasi morte, comme le poste TV d'un autre siècle; on ne peut s'asseoir sur la chaise si quelqu'un d'autre veut entrer dans la salle de bain. Pas de prise électrique sur le bureau. ET finalement passablement bruyant. Mai sle personnel fait ce qu'il peut et est très aimable.
