It doesn't have hot water..beware only one knob, so the the water comes out at day temperature. Fortunately it wasn't supercold...thank god. Definitely low budget hotel..

Excellent service, the staff is so kind and friendly.

Me gusto todo menos que no tiene elevador. I like the property and staff. The only bad thing is that they dont’t have elevator.

Estuve hospedado dos dias en el el hotel. El primer dia sin problemas y decidi extender un dia mas pero el siguiente dia me despertaron alas 8:00am, despues alas 10:00am y alas 12:00pm denuevo y me dijeron que tenia que salirme porque no tenian mi reserva

Good price, Good value, including breakfast.

This is a small property that will meet the needs of most customers. It is two blocks away from the beach, and over the main road, so you will have access to transportation right away, but it can get a little noisy at nights with all of the music buses passing by (most hotels in this area will suffer the same). If you are 6 ft or taller, you may not fit in the bed unless you sleep diagonally. Some of the pillow cases had other people's hair, which wasn't nice and although they seem clean, they had stains. If you just want a place to rest with excellent staff and breakfast included, this is a good option, not overly expensive either.

Power Key

The staff was really nice and Angie at the front desk was really nice and helpful! My problem with the hotel was the room setup....the key they give you powers the room. It turns everything on even the unadjustable air conditioning that was stuck on ice cold!! If you want to turn it off you have to remove the key but that means no TV or abilify to charge phones or see; if its night time! This is a huge problem and i dont know who would think this is a smart idea!

The Staff was amazing and I don't speak Spanish well. They were there for me any time I needed them and very polite and helpful during my stay. They offer breakfast in bed AMAZING! the only thing I didn't like is that they only have one temperature for the water even for the shower so sometimes my showers were cold.

No hot water. Too small. Very loud people staying there all the time. I left early. Very small. No English on any TV channel

Staff very polite and helpful. Rooms service(clean) fantastic Perfect place to go just to sleep and have breakfast.

Nice property located near the beach. Great value for the price.

Un desaste total

Instalaciones malas, puertas en mal estado, almohadas con plásticos que hacen mucho ruido, baños en mal estado, personal de oficios varios no respetan y llegan en la mañana hablando duro, cantando, chiflando en el pasillo sin importarles que hay turista queriendo descansar. Todos comentaban en el restaurante las pésimas condiciones del hotel. Costoso y no lo recomiendo.

Tres mauvais !! serviettes tres petits, linge de lit hyper petit pour deux personnes, chambre tres brillante, personnel pas tres accueillants et de mauvaise volonté.

Lo unico destacable del hotel es su ubicacion en Bocagrande. El desayuno es aceptable. El resto es muy regular. Apenas para dejar las maletas y dormir.

Buen sitio

En general bien , aunque a la madrugada se escuchaba bastante ruido no se sabia si era de los huéspedes o personal preparar desayuno , igual por restrasos en el vuelo llegamos a la madrugada
