Ave Maria in Selcuk

Enjoyed our stay at the Ave Maria. It was an easy (flat) walk to the bus station and from the train station. The room was cozy and had everything we needed, and the high pressure shower was the best of many hotels. The breakfast buffet was simple, with watermelon, pastry, cucumbers, and tomato plus a bit more. We had a balcony facing the castle, so I would count that as an incredible view. We recommend without hesitation.

Mainly staff was very helpful, respectful, friendly and kind. Conveniently located and close to main amenities especially the castle area. We really enjoy our time in Ave María!

Nice hotel, good location

Nice hotel, clean, tidy and easy parking off street. A little noisy at night but good value for money. Easy to walk to major sites and shopping, restaurants

Room was comfortable but lacked a few comforts extra - no kettle to make drinks, tv not working and towels were rough, not soft and cosy Breakfast was lovely though

Comfortable stay and helpful staff!

The room , bedsheets,bathroom is clean.The location is exactly 1km from the bus station.Restaurants, small food shops can be found within 500m around the property. The best was the wi-fi. l had to work on my laptop and probably it was the best of all my hotel stays of my Turkey trip. Breakfast is okay,not too much of variety but fresh and clean. Overall,my stay was good and l am satisfied with the hotel service.l recommend the hotel .

Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast

Nice room near Ephesus and the places to visit in Selçuk. Big room very confortable with all needed amenities, kitchenet and laundry facilities. People at the hotel very kind. We enjoyed our night in the hotel and i recommend it if you need to stay near Ephesus.

This budget hotel far exceeds expectations and is extremely good value. Only a short drive from the amazing site of Ephesus and a short walk to town for dinner.

Very enjoyable stay

Everything was good but the only negative was that the size of the rooms was quite small. We enjoyed our stay, the staff were really great. We would return.

Friendly staff

Comfortable place to stay. 12 minute walk to the center of town. AC, TV, comfortable bed with breakfast included. Smallish room, no fridge some road noise and music playing in the middle of the night. Had a nice night here.

Simply perfect, like home

We visited selçuk with my girlfriend and stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We couldn't have made a better choice. The room is very cozy, clean and with amenities. The family that received us very friendly, helpful and attentive. Delicious and filling breakfast. They always welcomed us with a smile and were ready to answer any questions. We felt very comfortable, like in our own home. We would have loved to spend more days sharing with them, talking about football and other topics. Simple, essential with all a non fuss person need. Let down by the noise of the main artery just few meters away Heavy traffic, heavy sounds Air conditioning system worked well and in silence Staff very helpful and competent.

Home away from home

Wonderful place to stay, felt very welcomed and most comfortable stay. The owner and his family treat you like their own family. Rooms were very clean, spacious and the bonus was a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, washer etc. On the day of checkout we had to leave early but the owner made sure to arrange a wonderful breakfast for us. The WiFi connection is also very good and they have a delicious full breakfast. Location is perfect for a number of attractions. Would recommend this place for everyone and it would be choice to stay if we visit again. Thanks again for the wonderful stay and your service.

Good, comfortable hotel

The hotel was close to Havas Bus, Apostle Johns Tomb, several restaurants near by. Very clean, comfortable, good breakfast, the manager was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. We will come back here, again.

The hotel was in a great location and was of a very high standard for the price. The breakfast was also the best I have had in Turkey.

Merkezi konum

Tam Selçuk merkezde, ulaşım açısından çok rahat bir noktada. Park yeri sıkıntısı yok. Beklediğimizden çok daha geniş bir oda verildi. Odada çamaşır makinesi ve fırın dahi vardı ki bunlar bu tip otellerde pek rastlayamayacağınız cihazlar..Mutfak malzemeleri açısından zengindi, yani uzun süreli konaklamalar için uygun. Kahvaltı sunulan alan resimlerde göründüğünden daha güzel ve kahvaltı içerik olarak fiyata göre oldukça yeterli. Biz memnun kaldık, tavsiye ederim.

Konum olarak Efes Antik Kentine ve Şirinceye çok yakın. Temiz güzel bir işletme.

Bütçesi sınırlı seyahat edenler için uygun oteldir. İyi uyuduk ve kahvaltıdan memnun kaldık. Efes hariç tüm müze ve tarihi yerler yürüme mesafesindedir. Dolmuş durağı otele yaklaşık 1km mesafede, oradan kolayca denize ve Efes'e gidebilirsiniz.

房間寬闊，設備齊全，有焗爐、煑食爐、洗衣機，是一般酒店冇的。

Selçuk için ideal konaklama.

Uygun fiyata, makul bir hizmet aldık. Otelde profesyonel bir hizmet anlayışı vardı. Sadece banyoda hoş olmayan bir koku oluşmuştu. Diğer yandan karşı tarafındaki düğün salonu oldukça gürültü yapıyor. Fakat arka taraftaki odamıza bu ses ulaşmadı. Son olarak kahvaltı maalesef çok zayıftı.

Ganz tolles Hotel !

Super toll geführtes Hotel. Sehr saubere Zimmer, super nette Betreiber, die bei jedem kleinen Problem sofort helfen. Absolut tolles Frühstück. Preis/Leistung hervorragend. Wir würden jederzeit dort wieder buchen! Das Hotel kann man nur empfehlen!!!

셀추크 오토가르에서 캐리어 끌고 가기엔 좀 먼 거리 새벽까지 도로 차소리가 시끄러웠던.. 조식 알차고 좋았어요 사흘 머물면서 조식때 수박 먹은 건 처음ㅎㅎ

Sehr sauberes Familiär geführtes Hotel und super zentral zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Alle Mitarbeiter super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Rundum zufrieden. Werden dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

冷蔵庫と電気ポット（electric kettle）が無いのが不便。建物にエレベータは無い。夜と午前、チェックアウト前の時間帯のWifiが遅く、不安定だった。

Memnun kaldık

Otel genel olarak temizdi, yataklar yerler tuvalet ve ortak alan deterjan kokuyordu. Otelin eşyaları biraz eskimiş, bu nedenle çok modern ve rahat değil ancak hepsi standartta iş görüyor yani kusurlu değiller. Otel sahipleri yardımcı oluyor, odaların içi biraz sıkışık geldi bana. Sıcak su sürekli var ve tazyikli akıyor. Kahvaltısı açık büfe ve gayet yeterliydi. Tekrar Selçuk tarafına gidersem kalmayı düşünürüm, memnuniyetsiz olduğum bir durum yaşamadım teşekkürler

L'hôtel était propre. Le personnel était professionnel et accueillant. Les lits sont confortables. Petit déjeuner avec des produits de qualité (pas de premier prix) Le wifi fonctionne très bien. Rapport qualité prix très bien.

ilk kalışımız ve çok memnun şekilde ayrıldık. çatı katındaki aile odasında kaldık, geniş ve ferahtı, 4 kişi rahat kaldık. otelin kendi otoparkı mevcut, aracımıza yer bulduk, problem olmadı. kahvaltıda ise seçenekler iyiydi, herhangi bir aksilik görmedik.

un hôtel à recommander

je "randonne" depuis l'Albanie que j'ai traversée de même que la République de Macédoine, la Grèce et la Turquie égéenne. Je suis seul avec mon sac à dos. Aussi quand j'arrive dans un hôtel, j'aspire à du calme (il me faut dormir) à trouver le nécessaire autour (ravitaillement) J'ai eu tout ce que je souhaite avec en plus la cordialité du personnel que je remercie.

El hotel esta bien calidad precio, no se puede pedir más. Esta bastante céntrico y bien comunicado. Nada negativo que decir.!!

Temiz ve huzurlu bir aile oteli. Selçuk'un koşturmacasından uzak bir noktada ama olumlu anlamda. Fiyat da makul.

Preisleistung einfach nicht zu überbieten, Das Hotel diente lediglich nur als zwischen Stopp auf unsere 1000 km lange Reise, Daher die Übernachtung im Ave Maria, mit der wir überraschenderweise eine sehr positive Erfahrung gemacht haben Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen

Fiyatina gore hayli tatminkar bir otel. Ana yol uzerinde olmasi gurultu acisindan biraz rahatsiz edici ancak temiz ve samimi bir atmosferi var.

Хорошее местоположение недалеко от туристических достопримечательностей. Нам попался просторный номер с кухней.

Pas de couverture sur le lit. Propreté tout à fait correcte. Petit déjeuner très passable (certains aliments semblait très vieux)

Zentral gelegen (Haupverkehrsstrasse), Anbindung an den OEPNV war gut, warmes Bad, gutes WLAN, Gepäckaufbewahrung, war alles vorhanden. Vielfältiges Fruehstuecksangebot. Habe mich gut gefuehlt.

Selçuk'taki adresimiz

Çok ilgili ve cana yakın insanların işlettiği bir otel. Her şey beklediğimiz gibiydi ve çok memnun kaldık.

Konumu, temizliği, otoparkının olması ve misafirperverliği ile tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Kesinlikle öneriyorum

Otel çalışanları samimi ve güleryüzlüydü. Odalar temiz ve düzenliydi. Kahvaltısı abartısız ve yeterliydi. Memnun kaldık.
