Cheap (for Paris) but not very cheerful

The shower curtain was covered in black mould - which was even more remarkable as the wall next to the bath was at 30 degrees from horizontal, so it was almost impossible to stand while taking a shower. No plug in the sink. Air conditioning not working. On the plus side, it is just 5 or 6 minutes from the metro and 10 from the Paris expo site. Bed linen was clean...

Rip off 0 star hotel, with rip off receptionist.

Hotel was advertised as having WIFI which was not available within my room, making it unsuitable to work on my laptop. Booking was made on the availability of WIFI. My room was dirty, stains on the walls carpet was black with dirt. Apart from small bar of hand soap no shower gel was provided. No shower head stand was provided. My room was left uncleaned for two days. Receptionist demanded 10Euros cash to allow me leave my suitcase in reception, and wanted another 10Euros for a receipt! Receptionist would not order a taxi for me, so I have too wander the streets for 30minutes in the rain looking for a taxi rank. Worst hotel I have stayed in. Three star rating was completely false. I have deleted Hotels.com app and will not book through this site again.

Good area only few minutes walk to metro and bus stop

This property's wifi connectivity is quite poor. Because of the lack of wifi access, they made me to change rooms three times.

It was nice and close to where I wanted to be.

The hotel is not good , is not clean, and the doush is broken, the ground of the room is not clean. Also, the room that i reserved is diffrent of the the one they give me. i was so upeset, and i felt that they cheated me.

It was really not worthful at all.

My other hotel canceled that was right by the Eiffel tower so I had to take this crap the elevator feel like I was going to get stuck in it it hasn’t been renovated or touched in years entire hotel was so gross it was like a crack hotel.It was only there for one night but the bathroom and mold all over it and the tub was all gross and the shower curtain was filthy and disgusting I try to get a partial refund with no response from them it literally was not worth $80 it’s like a $30 hotel

It was horrible we got a room with filthy walls there was even blood on the walls the refrigerator didnt work and they had to move us to another room with no ac and bedbugs i still have the marks and it itches the staff wasnt very helpfull..

Hit or Miss. excellent friendly morning staff

Basic hotel which is fine when you are in Paris because you most likely are not going to stay in hotel. However service should be outstanding wherever you are and whether in your hotel the whole day or not. With that being said this hotel service hit or miss. First the morning crew and early evening crew are outstanding friendly and welcoming and they were beyond expectations. However the late night crew one night almost ruined my entire experience. Went downstairs to just get a WiFi password and was basically mde to feel that I’m annoying and interrupting the employees night. The paper was basically thrown at me and I was told “I am very tired” just go away. That is unacceptable especially when you have bothered no one. I have worked jobs over night and I know personally that some nights are difficult because I’m tired but never once did I ever think I could take to. Customer or patron that way. It is not our fault you chose to work nights at a hotel. So that employees behavior was very disappointing and frustrating. Secondly the A/C as advertised didn’t work and the WiFi in the room was awful. This was very frustrating at times. Don’t advertise that you have those services if they barely work.

Nothing like what was pictured. Overall standard of the room was poor; walls were moldy in places and also the wallpaper was peeling in places, carpets throughout the hotel were heavily stained. A couple of our light switches were loose and coming away from the wall. The wall-mounted bedside shelves were not fixed very securely. There was no toilet seat and the bath was a bit grubby. However, the beds were clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful and even helped us book a taxi for us. terribly disappointed in the standard of the room

Great location for the PDV Expo Centre - But this hotel needs a renovation. The images on the website do not reflect the state of the actual hotel.

OK except for the bedbugs

I picked the Hotel Auriane for its location to the trade show I was attending. It was walking distance. The hotel is in generally ok. the breakfast was nice. Unfortunately, there is deferred maintenance everywhere (stairs down to breakfast were filthy, a new paint job is needed everywhere). The room was tidied up every day, and clean. My issue was the bedbugs that bit me during the night. I woke up in the morning with multiple bites on my leg. While in bed working on my laptop later that night, I caught one on my arm. I was not able to sleep the whole night, as continued to kill bedbugs crawling on the wall, and in my bedsheets. I immediately went to the front desk and demanded a new room, which was not possible as the hotel was sold out. The next day they cleaned and sprayed the room. Fair enough. The hotel does not seem to take the bedbug infestation seriously. Only until a complaint is lodged do they do anything. I will not stay at this hotel ever again, nor recommend it to anyone.

Space for improvement!

Cheap - yes Available at late notice - yes Very rundown - yes Bedbugs - yes (12 less after my visit)! Maybe just got new owners (?) as was being painted downstairs. Not a great place to stay - but needed a place to stay at late notice. Will be avoiding this place next time.

Negatives: I booked a room with a double bed and aircon. I was given a room with a broken aircon and two singles. The beds wouldn't stay together and were subsequently uncomfortable. The whole hotel smelt of cigarette smoke. In the bathroom, both the towel rail and the toilet paper holder were damaged. Positives: The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The seemed to be doing the best they could considering the limited resources at their disposal. The location was good. Close to a variety of restaurants and cafes, corner stores and supermarkets. A street market was running at the end of the street on most days of my stay. 5 minute stroll to nearest train station ,convention, which lay on the m12 line (from my experience the most useful of the metro lines along side the m6 and m1). Im not usually too picky when staying in hotels. I just need a place to sleep after a day out exploring. But my room wasn't comfortable and made staying rested and relaxed on my trip difficult.

There air conditioning not working all the time, they will not change room for me, also when I check in they ask for room tax $4.95 Euro per night, the guy at the front desk is not friendly at all. Disappointed the service. Not recommend

Perfect hotel for a convenient place to see Paris!

Staff was accommodating and kept our luggage for us after we checked out on our last day. We don't spend a lot of time in hotels and this was an excellent value for our needs. Quiet neighborhood, good air conditioning. Would do it again.

A clean place to rest, but not your normal hotel.

First, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the room, but it was a little different than we were used to. Most notably, the entire room was about 10 feet x 10 feet (including the bathroom). There was roughly 1 foot of space around the bed with a desk, window, and the bathroom making up the 3 sides. It was clean, the staff were happy and helpful. The stay was basic, but really, all we needed (a place to rest). I don't think I would rent here again though. We prefer a bit more space and comfort and would spend a bit more to acquire that. If you're just looking for a bed and shower on a budget, this will sit you just fine.

I stay for 4 nihgts with my family i booked triple room but the room was very small for three beds, we don't have a lot of room to move around ,small closet, the room smell like dead fish , the sink is clog i have to call to fixed ,the housekeeper didn't change the sheet maybe one time during our stay the service is very poor,over all i don't recommended this hotel plus it's very old hotel , i don't know how this hotel cary three stars.

It was as expected. Right off the lobby but all in all it was as expected and we liked it.

Ok overall though not close to attractions.

It was overall good for the price. Yet not very close to the main attractions, the rooms were OK but after all when sightseeing all day you just need to have a bed to sleep on. No free wifi, your charged per the hour which I did not like at all.

Getaway from central

Great neighborhood to get away from business of central Paris. Room was fine but minimal. Need to pay for extra amenities (i.e. wifi, breakfast not worth it).

Needs a makeover

With a 5 minute walk your at the metro or tram so rest of paris is there the area appears good and we certainly didn't have the least of problems and even the taxi driver who dropped us there commented on area overall I would stay there again but they need a major repair program we didn't have there breakfast but at a charge they do have one

miserable experience

The room was the size of a postage stamp and was minimalist in the extreme. The poorly constructed mdf furniture made IKEA look like Chippendale and there were no drawers. The shower had to be held by hand as the fitting did not work. The room and hotel in general, looked as though it had not been decorated for 3 decades and the doors and skirting boards were dirty, badly scuffed and marked. The radiator paint was badly chipped. The air-conditioning unit was not operative and I was informed that this would not be switched on until July. The breakfast was extremely poor even by French standards and the receptionist on check out tried to overcharge me for room extras. Overall, an experience to be missed and certainly not to be repeated.

Very OK

Hey if you are just looking for a reasonably priced place to sleep it works.The rooms were clean and a decent size. It is not more than a 10 minute walk to the nearest subway stop and there were some decent restaurants around for breakfast (if a bit pricey). However if you are looking for more than just a place to lay your head then go for the pricier ones.

Impatient personnel

If you want to get in trouble with impolite behaviors of the personnel, go to Auriane. They promise but they don't do. They don't even answer your e-mails. They are rude on the phone. the only good thing with the hotel is that it is clean.

Well priced and convenient

The hotel was well priced and easily placed to be able to access the metro to all the tourist spots. The market on Convention every morning was a bonus. The internet did not work correctly for 15 Euro for three days this was extremely frustrating. The staff did not seem to know how to fix it or offer to refund the charge.

Hotel Auriane in Paris

I liked the neighborhood a lot but not the hotel. The staff was not very friendly or helpful. We speak French so language was not the issue. We've stayed in lots of other hotels in Paris. This one didn't seem like a 3 star hotel. I'm not sure it really has this rating from the Office of Tourism.

Easy acess at the right price.

The Hotel Was easy to find. The rooms were small but what they lacked in size they made up for in convenience. Two blocks from the metro (which is the cheapest way to see Paris). Over all it was a nice hotel for the price.

Mon séjour c'est bien passé,bien dormi malgré le manque d'oreillers, dommage d'avoir mis un coffre dans la penderie,armoire à vêtements, encombrant.baignoire qui prend beaucoup de place dans la salle de bain,sinon bien.

Deux nuits passées dans l'établissement. Première nuit : découverte de punaises de lit dans la chambre (au passage, il n'y avait pas de télécommande mais pas grave). Changement de chambre à 1h du matin pour une nouvelle chambre.... très sale (des gateaux et des emballages de gateau par terre, mais je ne pense pas qu'il était prévu que la chambre soit prête pour 1h du matin) et surtout, avec des punaises de lit !!! Deuxième nuit : nouvelle chambre : impeccable ! Je pourrais critiquer cet hotel mais j'ai trouvé le personnel vraiment à l'écoute et réactif. C'est des choses qui peuvent arriver. Par contre, certains voyageurs pourraient se souvenir qu'ils sont dans un hôtel !

Hôtel à éviter vraiment, chambre déplorable, sale, vétuste et en plus ça sentait mauvais. Accueil n’en parlons pas, très déçu…

Après avoir attendu 10mns à la réception, hébergement dans un l'hôtel situé en face de celui réservé... Absence de minibar, pourtant prévu dans le descriptif, un WiFi quasi inexistant, une télé avec 5 chaînes dont 3 d'informations en continue.

Hotel simple et agréable, bel accueil. Ne pas être regardant sur les finitions. C’est un très bon rapport qualité prix. Au vu de certains commentaires précédents, je ne m’attendais pas à cela donc c’est plutot agrablement surpris, toutes les chambres ne sont peut-être pas encore rafraichies je suis bien tombé. Idéal pour un sejour a coté des expos et salons de la Porte de Versailles (10min a pied).

Le personnel de l'hôtel qui vous propose à 2 reprises de monter avec vous dans votre chambre. Des discours déplacés et malsains. Une chambre avec la lumière principale qui ne fonctionne pas, une télécommande qui ne fonctionne pas également. Plus de joint autour de l'évier de la salle de bain. Très très bruyant, on entend tout des chambres voisines.

Chambre à superficie correcte mais prise électrique décrochée du mur donc dangereuse. Une seule autre prise correcte. Douche contre le mur en sous-pente. Impossible de se tenir debout. Sinon emplacement proche d'un métro c'est pour ça que je l'ai choisi. Mais 100 euros tout de même en forte période d'affluence.

Outre le fait que la chambre ne soit pas entretenue (vieille tapisserie avec taches), la salle de bain est une aberration : impossible d'être debout pour se doucher car le mur est incliné et la baignoire petite, un sèche-cheveux en décoration (qui ne fonctionne pas donc), idem un porte mouchoir vide, et pas de clapet dans le lavabo : bref salle de bain à repenser. Par contre, la chambre était propre au niveau nettoyage). Enfin, j'ai vu plus chaleureux au niveau de l'accueil...

Me mandaron al hotel de enfrente, no al que reserve y pague, las fotos y la publicación son falsas, al llegar al hotel me dijeron que la habítación estaba en el otro edificio (otro hotel) me quedé en el lugar porque no tuve otra opción.

Accueil très froid nonchalant. Chambre très sale. Électricité très dangereuse voir les photos. La chambre devait avoir un lit double. Finalement nous avons eu deux lits simples impossible de prendre une douche car la baignoire est situé sous les combles, ce qui fait qu’on ne peut pas se mettre debout, avec en plus une fenêtre en bois, très sale avec des sachets usagés de gel douche. La poussière n’en parle pas. Les murs sont en tissu. Quand on se cogne dedans. La poussière fait un nuage. La moquette au sol n’a pas été aspiré et il y a des cheveux dans la salle de bain le tout ça à notre arrivée . Nous sommes très déçu. En plus d’avoir utilisé notre nuit bonus pour ce genre d’établissement. Ils ont en plus le culot d’afficher leurs tarifs normaux à 2 75 € la nuit ce qui est aberrant avec des services Internet payant ce qui est aujourd’hui hors du temps . Cet établissement devrait être rayé de votre site hôtel.com et devrait être déclaré à salubre par les services sanitaires.

Le personnel d accueil est super. Les lits sont confortables et propres. Les locaux sont vetustes: prises de salle de bains non fixées, trou dans le mur a la place d'une ancienne prise). Il y a de la moissisure dans la salle de bains (plafond et rideau de douche). Les boutons pour allumer les boutons sont sales. Un peu d entretien et de nettoyage serait les bienvenues

J’ai un doute sur le nettoyage de la douche, puisqu’il restait des emballages individuels de savon de la personne précédente. Cet établissement est un scandale à lui tout seul. l'hôtel très vétuste, pas sale mais vieux, bouton ascenseur RdC cassé, tapis escalier usé, peintures chambres sales, taches suspectes sur les portes, télécommande tv plus de piles, prise téléphone non raccordée, baignoire sans bouchon, (je suppose pour ne pas prendre de bain) et de plus bouchée (écoulement difficile) joints moisis ou absence de joint sanitaire, lavabo mal fixé, dans la brochure on nous vante l'insonorisation ??? C+ ??? accès a seulement 6 chaines les autres pas de son ou pas d'images, le moins cher oui mais par rapport aux prestations encore trop cher. Linge de lit et de toilette propre.

Pour le moment le pire hôtel que j’ai fait sur paris , et j’en ai fait . Manque total de propreté. Les chambres sentent la poussière à plein nez , lavabo de ma salle de bain non néttoyer, insonorisation entre les chambres horribles . Une prise électrique seulement dans la chambre et pas au bon endroit . Literie médiocre, personnel de l accueil tres hautain quand vous lui dites que vous entendez tout dans la chambre voisine , et qu il vous reponds : vous êtes dans un hôtel monsieur ! Bref en conclusion : j’ai payé ma chambre et au final je suis parti car impossible d y dormir , une honte totale ! Et surtout une arnaque totale

De la poussière dans les parties communes, et un manque d entretien général, même dans la chambre où la tapisserie était déchirée et une des prises electriques mal fixee au mur. Sinon lit confortable et jolie salle de bains. Sans oublier l accueil absolument pas professionnel (on dérangeait une conversation téléphonique), durant lequel on a appris que notre chambre était dans dans l'hôtel en face. Tres bof.

la situation géographique ,le calme, la propreté de la salle de bain et de la literie.je n'ai pas aime la vétusté du bâtiment le personnel en particulier a la réception ,le va et vient de personnes qui on se le demande que font il la .

Bon rapport qualité prix pour Paris. Ne pas s'attendre à plus mais le tout est correct tant pour la propreté que pour le service. Il faut savoir que Auriane et Printania ne forment qu'un seul ensemble.

Buen hotel para pasar dos o tres días en Paris

En general bien, solamente el espacio muy pequeño, la ubicación es perfecta a 5 minutos del tren y caminando puedes llegar a la Torre Eiffel en 30 minutos, buena atención del personal del lugar, todo bien.

J’avais réservé 2 nuits payées à l’arrivé et Je demande à être remboursé je n’ai passé qu’une seule nuit au lieu de 2 inadmissible que vous proposiez un établissement de la sorte un hôtel qui vous donne la nausée Je me suis sauvé dès le lendemain matin je n’avais pas d’autre choix que d’y passé la nuit car arrivée après minuit Établissement très sale vétuste bruyant Un scandaleux Merci de me donner la démarche à suivre pour obtenir le remboursement Mme Hayaoui
