Warm welcome upon arrival. Made sure all my needs were met throughout my stay. Close to everything and felt safe walking back to hotel at night. Bus stop to go to airport just a few steps away. Will definitely go back at the end of my next pilgrimage to Santiago!

Excellent hotel

Very convenient and clean. Host did my laundry in 90 minutes which was very convenient. Breakfast was excellent with fresh squeezed OJ.

I was a solo guest. My room faced a corner street which was very noisy and difficult to sleep. The room was clean but very basic with few, if any, amenities.

Overnight stay

Lovely overnight stay. Right at the heart of things in the city. Small but all you needed. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was continental but very suitable. Car park, local, was a short walk away but we managed to unload at the hotel

Value for money is excellent

Handy

Stayed in the room with the stone hearth & sink. Comfortable. Free coffee in the cafe where breakfast is also served. Handy to walk to points of interest & bars and restaurants. Parking at nearby garage was €16 a day.

Awesome hotel in the best location! Walkable to everywhere. The actual room was way better than the photo! Walk out balcony, nicely modern decoration and very comfortsble. Breakfast (included) was fantastic! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Don’t waste your money staying five star next to the cathedral, it’s expensive and the bar staff is rude! Stay here!

Good location, many shops and restaurants around the area. The basilica is just walks away. Staff is great, breakfast was good too.

El hotel esta increible. Nos quedamos en el ático y repetiremos seguro. La limpieza de 10, el ático en si super completo,moderno y muy acogedor. Volveré seguro!

Hotel in Heart of Santiago

Stayed for two nights and hotel is conveniently located to The Cathedral and small restaurants. Try the pizza at very small place right across from hotel. The rooms are smaller yet ALL the hotels are like this in the area due to age of buildings! Raul and staff are very accommodating and provides professional service. Breakfast is wonderful and keeps you going to sightsee most of day. Galicia Travels just east on corner has wonderful seven stop day tours to Fisterra and coast. I would definitely stay here again and many thanks to Raul + staff!

Helpful staff

A nice clean room with hot shower after the camino. Excellent staff at front desk and a wonderful breakfast with the most attentive server. This will be my hotel of choice next time I am back in Santiago.

All was good except for the staff on one particular day. The lady (Christina) went way above and beyond to serve us and help us. But on one day, Raul was in charge and he did not help with the breakfast (not many things available), we had to make orange juice, find food on the fridges, etc. when we went upstairs to ask him he ran from us. I am glad Christina was on duty most of the days we stayed.

Off site parking

This city is bigger and parking more complicated than expected. The lodging was great though and breakfast spectacular! Loved the staff. Parking and driving was not very fun and the city was crowded because it was a Holy feast including concerts and carnival. The Cathedral was a highlight. Make sure you get in 1 hour before mass starts and don’t go to the bathroom or gift shop because they will lock you out! The botafumeria was a life changing experience!!! Stay here with joy!

We loved everything. The room spacious and comfortable . Cristina has been a wonderful hostess: friendly, competent and professional and very helpful. Also breakfast was excellent

Disappointed

Not easily walked to from Santiago Cathedral with luggage. Neighborhood not the best. My room faced pedestrian street but loud talking and yelling all through the night interrupting sleep.

I enjoyed the quiet relaxing ambiance. It was a great choice for my last evening in Santiago de Compostela, close to the plaza, but away from the crowds!

Great stay

Great stay. Didn't know about parking prior to arrival but there was a space in front of the hotel with a traffic cone waiting for us. Room was very clean, very dark at night (which we love), and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very pleasant B&B experience

Overall very pleasant experience in this B&B located in the heart of Santiago. Small rooms but very luxurious and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Felt like at home.

Ideal place to enjoy Santiago: clean, well located and stylish

Great location with attentive staff

Modern B&B just inside old city wall. However, a fridge is advertised as being in delux room which is not accurate a fridge is available in the basement breakfast area. Bathroom and shower is not for everybody, quite compact and open. We had to leave early on our last day and breakfast was 0800-1030hrs, but staff provided a ‘picnic’ pack that morning for our departure. Much appreciated!

Nice, central appartment

We stayed in the family apartment at the top of the building for four people. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped with a LG smart TV with Netflix and Amazon pre-loaded. The receptionist was friendly and offered to prepare our breakfasts as we left too early for the official breakfast time. The location is fab and a mere 7 minutes walk to the cathedral. There is also 24 hour coffee, which is a real perk. Can definitely recommend.

Great location & clean, however....

Our adult son an my husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms #1 (a single) and #2 (a double) are very small. Room #2 has a glass bathroom which is uncomfortable to say the least, when 2 people are in the room! Room #1 has a bunk bed and can sleep 2. A very nice breakfasts room.

Staff were great, breakfast from 8-12 with a good selection of cold and sweet. Coffee and water available any time. Room was small like most European rooms but very new, clean and modern. Right on the edge of old town, discounted parking (10 Euros/day) very close by. Great value, can't say anything negative.

Just perfect!

Incredibly well located, close to the center of the city but not in tne middle of the noise! Great service. The ladies attending in the two shifts could not be nicer. The rooms are wonderful: clean, nice, well-lit and large for European standards.

산티아고 숙박비 정말 비싼데 합리적인 가격으로 1인실 잘썼어요 침대가 도미토리 침대 크기이긴 하지만 ㅋㅋ 그래도 화장실도 깔끔하고 엘베도 있고 직원분들 너무 친절하심 빨래는 근처 코인런드리에서 해결했어요 지도에 구경할만한 곳 열심히 설명해주심

Magnífico hotel.

Me ha gustado todo de éste hotel, la recepción, lo nuevo y bonito que es todo y la habitación impecable, bonita, amplia, cómoda, aseada, no sé puede pedir más y la ubicación es perfecta en todo el centro pero la calle es muy tranquila y poco ruidosa.

Hotel muito bem localizado, desvantagem que a recepção fecha, como chegamos tarde, ficamos fora. Podiam ter passado as orientações por e-mail que facilitaria muito aos que não conseguem chegar cedo

Gran relación calidad-precio

La localización es excelente. El trato humano superior. Las habitaciones sencillas pero funcionales. El desayuno es algo escaso pero por ese precio no se puede pedir mucho más. Repetiré en mi próximo viaje a Santiago.

Excelente hospedaje B&B. Hotel en excelente estado, muy limpio. El cuarto me resultó muy acogedor y de buen tamaño. Buena atención por parte del personal y muy buen desayuno. Muy buena ubicación en el casco antiguo a 7 min de la catedral caminando, a dos pasos del museo del pobo Galego, parque Bonaval y parada de bus para el aeropuerto a un par de minutos. Fue una muy buena experiencia y volvería a elegir Atalaia B&B para mí próxima visita.

Tanto el trato por parte de todo personal como las instalaciones nos han dejado con ganas de volver y repetir la experiencia. Totalmente recomendable.

El lugar está en punto estratégico si te gusta caminar y conocer rápidamente el centro de Santiago de Compostela maravilloso lugar además muy tranquilo lo único es no hay lugar para parques coché tienes que dejarlo en el parqueo la Salle el más cerca y seguro por 15 euros el día

Un hôtel de passage très bien situé avec une belle vue. Je n’ai pas apprécié le fait qu’il n’y ai personne à la réception quand on est arrivés alors qu’il n’était pas si tard

Nuestra habitación fue en el ático,muy espaciosa y la decoración muy bonita. El desayuno bastante correcto. El personal muy amable. Muy céntrico. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.
