Small hotel ran by a sweet woman. We didn’t get breakfast but it smelled delicious! No elevator which was fine for us. Small room. Close to train station.

less than 5min walk from the main train station, about 10min walk to the city centre, 20min walk to la cite. the reception to the hotel rooms is in another building, opposite side of the street. check-in was fast and easy, they kept my suitcase til i could access my room. room is clean, has every you need = kettle, hairdryer, tv, wardrobe, desk, curtains. the area is quiet, clean, safe. i travelled alone and had no issues or concerns during the day or night. highly recommend. one full day for carcassonne is enough. enjoy!

Excellent value hotel which is very handy for carcassonne railway station. Comfortable bed, good heating system. Will return.

A lovely little hotel, so handy for everything you need in Carcassonne. So close to the train station that travel was made easy. Navette to the airport from the station also handy. Hotel owners contacted us the day before our stay and were so helpful and friendly whilst there. Room excellent, everything we you need. Breakfast excellent, overall to be recommended.

Location, great for station. Good room. Breakfast is miserable in a small dark basement room. Not at all a comfortable atmosphere. Walk into town and get something there

Close to the railway

Astora is just a short walk from the railway station. Checking in I got a lot of help about what to see in Carcassonne. I can really recommend Astora.

Very friendly & helpful at reception. Stored bags for us after checkout while we explored some more before leaving Carcassone.

Everything we needed

Excellent value. Free overnight secure bike storage. Twin beds great for two friends who don’t want to share a bed. Handy for cycling the Canal.

Convenient and quiet location.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable. The fan in the room was a blessing as it was very hot during our stay. We had safe and secure parking for our motorbike in the hotel garage. Breakfast was good.

Right near train station. Small and basic, but price very reasonable and close enough to the old city. Owners very nice.

Excellent value hotel in a great location

This is a great place to stay. The airport bus stops outside the train station which is 5 minutes walk to the hotel. You can also get a bus to the Cite across from the train station. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and a supermarket, all within 5 minutes walk. My room was in the newly refurbished annex. The room is basically furnished, has air con, metal shutters to shut out light and noise, flat screen TV and desk and chair. Water was hot. No hand towels, the only slight issue. Owner is welcoming and helpful. We had breakfast 1 day, but not much choice. Overall excellent value and location could not be better.

Room locks and security might be better, but it was clean, pleasant, and had some amenities like a hair drier. It was a cold and wet and there was a great mini split heater in the room. A basic room, great for the price.

The breakfast was phenomenal and the staff is very friendly. The room is a little small for four peoples. It's a little far from the castle (30 min. walk).

2 day stay in carcossonne

The staff were good. The price was averge and the accomidation was clesn air conditioned and adequate

The Astoria is a well located, straightforward hotel with few frills and lots of comfort. It is a very short walk from the train station, located in the lower city and about a 20 minute walk to the old Cite. There are many shops and restaurants steps from the hotel with easy access to the Canal du Midi. The room was very clean and comfortable, we had a room with a bathroom though there are less expensive options with a shared bathroom. Despite it being a very busy weekend in Carcassonne we found the room quiet despite the fact we faced onto the street. We opted for the breakfast and were not disappointed, the croissants and bread were fresh and tasty and the coffee machine made a passable cappuccino. Finally, the owners/staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We would stay here again.

Hotel horroroso, mal localizado, totalmente diferente das fotos. O dono não sabia de absolutamente nada da cidade. O ar condicionado não funcionava. Toalhas ásperas e pequenas. Lençol quente demais, junto com o cobertor. Nunca mais.

Decepcionante, lo venden como un hotel con encanto y en realidad no es así. Pagué 85€ y para lo que me encontré me parece carísimo.

Joli, propre, bien situé

Séjour très agréable , 2 nuits , chambre confortable et très propre . Un petit moins pour l'isolation sonore . Sinon , parfait !

Excelente custo/benefício

Hotel localizado próximo à estação de trens, e alguns metros do centro da cidade baixa. Instalações simples, porém tudo muito bem arrumado, limpo, proprietarios muito gentis, café da manhã com horario marcado.

Hôtel mal classé

Hôtel noté fantastique sur les site mais ne le mérite pas. Bruyant entre les chambres, sol de la chambre mal nettoyé. Bon lit.

Excellente adresse que nous recommandons

Nous étions en retard pour le Check in et avons eu l’agréable surprise de constater que les gérants avaient tout mis en œuvre pour que nous puissions accéder à notre chambre. Tout grand merci pour ça et pour votre gentillesse. Nous sommes aller manger à l’Escale et avons fait la connaissance d ´ Estelle (la vendéenne qui vous salue bien)elle nous a dit que nous avions eut de la chance d’être tombée sur vous ☺️ Encore un grand merci, nous recommandons votre hôtel auprès des voyageurs car il est vraiment bien situé et propre et dans une rue calme, Nous en profitons pour vous présenter nos meilleurs vœux pour 2020. Acceuil correct . pas d ascenseur. Petite chambre sans aération, propre, luminosité faible Salle de douche sans confort très moyen Petit déjeuner pas de grille pain au sous sol rapport qualite prix a revoir Parking sans surveillance.

El servicio y la atención de la recepción es excelente y con personal muy amable, la sabana estaba un poco sucia, no tiene aire acondicionado ni ventilador y la habitacion es calurosa

1つ星というわりに綺麗で部屋もなかなか広かったです。洗面器がとても小さいこと以外は特に不便には感じませんでした。スタッフも親切な対応でした。

駅近で便利。スーパー、レストランも近くにある。城壁までは徒歩20分だが、歩いて行くのも楽しい。

Volvería!

Fue una estadía en una zona tranquila, aunque próxima a lugares de interés. Facilidad de aparcar el auto cerca del hotel y gratis. La simpatía de Silvia, la encargada del hotel, ayudó en todo.

Vol à la roulotte

L accueil très bien. L hôtel la propriétaire nous a donné une chambre mieux que ce qu on avait demandé donc sympa la vue de la chambre. Garage cour pas terrible mais bon on y était que pour une nuit encore heureux qu on entendait pas trop le train. Par contre sachez qu à Carcassonne il y a un cambriolage par jour (vol à la roulotte) nous avons hélas eux la mauvaise surprise 20mn après notre arrivé à l hôtel d en faire les frais. Donc nous avons passé plus de temps chez car glass et la police que dans la cité médiéval !!!!!! Une vitre cassé un sac à main volé. Dieu merci le cambrioleur a été derangé !!!!!! Donc il a pas tout prit... La police a dit 1 par jour pour le vole à la roulotte dans cette ville.

Hotel sencillo y agradable cercano de la estación

Es un hotel sencillo y acogedor, con camas cómodas y muy calientito, súper cerca de la estación de tren ( como 5min caminando) y a 20min caminando de la Cité. Relación calidad precio muy buena.
