No way
It’s very nice and comfortable. There was 3 of us! A lot of different options to eat at that were walkable. Only thing they only gave us 2.5 toilet papers for the duration would have liked more everything else was good. Also said laundry was on site it in fact didn’t have it on site.
Great hotel, lovely rooms, great location and the staff were superb too
The location is very good
It was good, though their breakfast was overpriced for €14.00 for just small amount of choices (boiled eggs, 2 kinds of cheese, 2 kinds of cold cuts, orange & apple, coffee, juice.
The lift is extremely small. Can accommodate only 3 persons standing, no luggage. Only 1 key given to 1 room to be shared amongst 3 guests. Bathroom is very cramped without places to hang your clothes and toiletries. But location is superb. Walk out and you can see Arc de Triomphe and plenty of food options nearby.
No lights in the hallway 24/7, no peephole, odd room layout, very thin walls. Felt unsafe while staying.
Central to the action
Service was friendly, room and shower stall were clean but somewhat small in size to what we are used to in Canada, bedding was warm and comfortable, taxi we ordered was on time.
Great Stay
Updated and big room. Everything worked. Extremely nice employees Great location.
Great area to stay in.
The staff is amazing, the nicest people you will find in Paris , very safe sector too.
Perfect
Location is great
We like the hotel because it is centrally located. Good restaurants around with lots of options. Close to the metro stations. Our room has a walking shower. The staffs are helpful and friendly. We will stay in this hotel next time we come to Paris.
Great place very convenient
Great for tourist that are looking for goreasonabl
It was really good redone recently perfect for Paris. The location is great for explorers.
The property was nice and in a very convenient area.
Within walking distance of Champs-Élysées and Arc de Triomphe, good asian restaurants and metro stations.
Nothing
The people's do niece
me and my friend both got scabies from the hotel. doors of the entrance are not automatic which i found annoying especially when carrying suitcases.
I loved my stay at this hotel. The front desk staff and house keeping were extremely friendly and accomodating. The size of the room was exactly what I was looking for being a solo traveller and not wanting to pay the premium that typically comes with larger rooms.
Photos were deceiving of the room, and property.
Very well located little hotel. Clean and well taken care of. Staff were also friendly.
Rooms are too small
The room was pretty small for two people. The air conditioning was not the best and the beds weren’t all that comfortable. I would say there’s better hotels near the area that are worth the price.
Amazing location
Very convenient location and clean
Well located
The hotel is overall good, clean and it is especially great with air conditioning which supports warm and cold temperatures. It has limited toiletries, you need to bring your own toiletries while staying.
The room was extremely small and did not look as spacious as the photos
The room was so small ,front desk not very good.
The only downside to this hotel was the tv, we were unable to watch tv the whole stay because it was in French. When we asked the front desk they couldn’t assist us with this matter.
Location
Easy commute
Love, love, love. My aunt and I were here for the end of the Olympics. We plan to stay here on our next trip
Good location
We really enjoyed our stay.
Great hotel
Great hotel in a great location. Clean and spacious. Walking distance to everything. Very friendly front desk staff!
This hotel is a great price at a great location. Just steps away from the Arc de triomphe and Champs-Élysées. A small unassuming building that I think may have been tiny apartments back in the day as windows actually open to let in some fresh fresh air. We had a triple room (One double bed, and one twin). The rooms are tight, which is typical of European hotels but offered a bit more space than I expected. The staff were lovely, free in-room coffee was a bonus and a they supply shampoo/body wash combo. So ladies, you only need to bring conditioner.. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again!
we loved our stay. the room was updated and quite nice. lovely staff!
Great location. Rooms are small and cramped and uses a double door entry that is difficult to access and uses a metal key. You have to drop off the room key with the staff at the front desk every time you leave the hotel. The 14 euro breakfast buffet is very basic.
Theo, fromt dest manager, did an EXCELLENT JOB cheching me in and providing medirections to various places. Great job Theo and thankyou.
My aunt and i stayed at this property while we were in Paris for the Olympics. We felt it was in the best location and fully intend to stay there for future trips. Staff were all friendly and accommodating.
Great location, room was okay nothing fancy and no windows which wasn’t great, but location made up for everything else
Tucked in a quiet alley. Small but functional hotel. Good location. 5 minutes walk to the Arc de Triumphe. AC worked well. Bathroom was nice. Good amenities. Will stay in this hotel again.
While the rooms are small, our room was very comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. It had a function kitchen area with fridge and kettle. The hotel is in a popular area of Paris(the name says it all) yet it wasn't too busy. The metro is a 5 minute walk away and Paris was very easy to navigate(prior to the Olympics). The only negative was the shower hand held nozzle. It was very loose in its holder and would spin off to the left or right when you tried to use it. The pressure just made it spin. I figured it out in wedged it in. Not enough to lose a point.
Very good service. Very good area, right next to Arc de Triomphe and can see from pavement. Overall great hotel.
The place is close to the arc of the triumph and overall was nice. However, they only supply the customer with a bar of soap. No shampoo and conditioner. The recommendation is to bring your own things instead of relying on the hotel.
Amazing!
Rooms are very small! Decent hotel. Location is great to shopping and transportation lines. Customer Service could be improved.
Great place to stay.
Great location. But very small room. That’s all!
Scammer
I didn’t. I got to Paris to be told I didn’t have a reservation. Had to pay double the price at an other hotel because I didn’t have an other place to stay. They refused to refund my money but it is on dispute. Scam artist I felt homeless in Paris on my 30th anniversary. How can I make it up to my wife of 30 years.
The staff is helpful. I was able to store and retrieve my luggages easily. The cleaning staff is not very good. They don’t vacuum and mop the floor properly. I can see hair and dirt still on the floor.
Very clean and nice space.
No thank you

Stayed for 4 nights, overall stay was good, very convenient, staff was very nice and friendly. The lift is abit small, can only fit in 2 person plus 1 luggage max. Last night they did not really change the towel, im not expecting them to change all the unused towels but at least the one that i had used. But no issue for me since i had used only 1 towel per day and there's still plenty of the unused.
Very small room, shower leaked, noisy with window open, great location for exploring Paris
Great location, so close to the bus stops and train station, good restaurants nearby. Hotel staff was so friendly, rooms were clean and quiet.
I specifically booked this room as it stated it has ‘accessible bath’ and showed two pictures of a separate bathroom with a bath. For €200 euro a night this booking was beyond unacceptable. The sink and shower were next to the bed, there was no bath as stated in the room description. I paid for a room with a bath as a have a leg condition and was running the marathon, and my partner is pregnant. It was the most expensive hotel I have ever stayed in, and by far the worst, it was more of a hostel than hotel. How is this going to be compensated?
Pros Great location, 2mins walk to Arc de triomphe de l'Étoile and Champs-Élysées, McDonald’s and other restaurants also in close walkable distance. Hotel itself is in an old classic French building, no noise at night and windows are available to open. Lift and reception also available 24/7 in the hotel. Cons Overall very clean just a bit dusty behind the bed. Great option overall
Paris Trip
Hôtel was great and in a central location so really easy to get around. Lots of restaurants handy to the hotel which was great. We had an impromptu trip to Disneyland which was great and so quick to get to on the RER. Room was clean and well maintained, staff at reception were always friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again x
Not a great experince.
The location of the hotel is not bad, though it’s not very close to anything worth visiting other than the Arc de Triumphe. The elevator barley fits one person and one bag, and staff is not very helpful. We had a triple room and it was very tight. We left the hotel to the airport at 3am, so we interacted with the night shift front desk employee. I have to say it was the worst interaction we probably had in Paris. The hotel also has an identity crisis in terms of star rating. On the front door there’s 3 stars, inside the hotel there are 4 and on the key it’s 3 stars. All in all, staff is rude, hotel location is not great and rooms are very small.
Small and cozy!
Not impressed with this hotel; sheets dirty and pillows smelled like mildew. Upon arrival the shower/bathtub was dirty. The rooms were also extremely small.
The elevator too small.
Lovely place, zero complaints. Close to the action and easy transport to the sites you want to see!
Front desk staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. And you seriously can’t beat the location.
The area around is safe and accessible to transportation.
Excellent service and staff. Very convenient location. Could use a larger table and a microwave.
Awesome location
Close to the Champs d’Elysee at a good price. Unfortunately the rooms are a little dated and a show wear.
Likes: 5 mins walk to Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elyses where u can catch Hop On/Off bus. Everything within easy reach
excellent hotel - spotlessly clean and staff very helpful . Bedroom so much better equipped than other Parisian hotels we have stayed in . Recommend highly
Such a cute hotel. The best part, super close to so many amenities. Pharmacies. Cafes. Restaurants. And the best part? Arc de triumph is five minutes away!! Stay here. You won’t regret it. Eat at Cesar’s. Buy wine from Nicolas. And enjoy Paris!!
Area great. Staff friendly. Elevator way too small. Rooms small.
Loved the decor and location, very reasonably priced, very helpful and friendly staff.
Conven
No hot water in the middle of winter! Horrible.
Right after we checked-in, the water heater of the building broke down. So in the middle of 30 degree freezing temperatures in Paris, my family and I consisting of two elderly people in their 70’s were forced to shower in the freezing cold. By the time we checked-out both my mother and I were nursing a cough — a cough that I still have to this day. Never in my life have I showered with freezing cold water in the middle of winter. This made our trip intolerable. On our third day, we had to leave for the airport at 4am. Imagine showering in freezing temperatures at 2:30am when it was freezing in Paris. As we checked-out, the night person on the front desk was extremely unhelpful and arrogant. First, I told him the night before that the hotel manager advised that I book a taxi from the hotel to go to the airport. He discouraged me to do that since he cannot quote how much it would be — but I told him his manager already gave me the price! So I follow his advice and ordered Uber — twice Uber cancelled making me almost miss our flight. When Uber finally came, the front desk person didn’t assist us with our luggages despite knowing full well I was with elderly people. This chaos made me forget to give back the key — but it should also have been the responsibility of the front desk guy to ask me for it. The hotel then had the gall to charge me $25 for it. Alexis, the manager, was professional and sympathetic. He gave a discount for the room, but charged the key. Unacceptable
This is a 2 stat hotel at best. Room very small with the sink outside the bathroom. Reception area and elevator are so tiny.
Everything is more than good. Place is clean, staff super nice. The only issue i find is their key system. You have to check in/out the key everytime you step outside. Otherwise. Super great. Definitely coming back.
Great location.
Great location and great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend 👍
Lovely and clean hotel in a great area.
Just perfect for those who want everything close to them in Paris
Comfortable
Easy, good, efficient hotel stay. Well situated.
Getting noisy out on the streets. Wasn’t as noisey the couple of times I stayed there.
Convenient
OK for a budget
It's a cheap hotel but kind of cozy and clean. Would be a good economical - budget- choice
Quick check in, quiet room for ground floor facing the street
Close to Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysée Small , dark room without window to street, a bit smelly . The elevator is tiny . It feels oppressive . Apparently, they charge 300 dollars per night during high season. Not worth it
Advertised as having a gym, however they had none. Front staff and housekeeping were excellent
Hotel is close to major attractions but smells funny and didn’t seem all that clean. Staff are friendly and were able to accommodate early check as early as 4 hours.
Very Convenient location but the counter staff (lady) is not helpful at all and doesn’t know a lot of information however There is another staff call Alex is very helpful and friendly which is commendable. The corridor is dark as we need to switch on the power along the way and this could be improve using sensor instead.
Stay was OK, not too satisfied
The stay was good but I have faced some problems. To start with the good - Receptionists are super nice and extremely helpful. Cons - very small lift to carry suitcase / luggage, Room is very small, Bathing place is tiny and can't even extend your hand, The AC was set to high temperature but the bathroom side was always very cold may be due to leakages in windows, Breakfast options are very limited.
Paris family vacation.
Pefect location. 4 min walk to Ternes or Charles de Gaulle Etoile metro stations. Many restaurants, stores and drugstores within a few steps. Very clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again.
The room was small, mold in bathroom , cleanliness wasn’t the greatest
Friendly staff and very good location just few steps from arc de triomphe. I would definitely stay again
Nice and central. Close to everywhere. Hotel needs a little updating but comfortable.
