Evrything was great...the front desk very friendly and helps us with reservations for hotel and ubers/taxi....is also around the corner from the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees .....there are restaurants and little grocey stores very close to the hotel...the only inconvenience was that the elevator broke down because some kids were playing with it but it was fixed the next day. Other than that i would definetly recommend this Hotel.

Had a wonderful experience staying in this hotel for three days. A location. Very clean room and lovely staff specially Yoursi who was so nice and super helpful.

Very tiny room. Breakfast area is a small room in the basement with mediocre food. Only good thing about this hotel is that it is pretty near Arc de Triomphe, which means you can spend less time at the hotel and enjoy that area.

The location of the hotel was brilliant for access to public transport and L'Arc de Triomphe. Staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. 😊

The French 3 star rating is equivalent to 1-2 star / motel in the states. The elevator can only accommodate 2 persons at a time.

It is a great little hotel, in a great location near the Arc, with a super friendly and helpful staff (absolutely all of them). Everything it offers is just like that, even the photos of the rooms are exact, clean, I was assigned room 8 with a view of the street, ideal for two people with a child as was my case, comfortable, clean bathroom with good hot water, good breakfast, a small but no less important elevator (in this area there are many hotels or apartments that do not have an elevator), safe, quiet, close to the metro, express markets and a very good boulangerie one block away. I only had a small problem with the air conditioning that thanks to the intervention of the hotel staff was immediately solved. It is a very well-kept hotel, the managers take great care of the details of the small building, they know how to make their guests feel good. Without a doubt, on my next visit to Paris I will choose this hotel again.

Great location for a tourist

I was very surprised at the size of the room . Very spacious for the price . I was very impressed . Staff were very friendly and helpful . I am definitely staying there on my next trip to Paris .

First time visiting Paris and at first we were kind of scared as we were visiting as a family(4 including kids) but the hotel is very well located(30 minutes from airport(Uber), 5 min walk from Arc de Triomphe, train station is another 5 minute walk, Eiffel Tower is a 10 minute drive away) amazing staff, they’re very attentive, replied to all our questions via email before arriving. Tons of food options around, it is a small concept hotel but amazing for a couple of days or a week. Will definitely comeback and recommend.

An excellent boutique hotel within a three minute walk of the Arc de Triomphe. Close to bus and subway links meaning site seeing is a breeze. Our room was clean and tidy and the hotel even set up a spare bed for our daughter. Fantastic breakfast with a selection of food and drinks to suit all tastes. We will definitely stay here the next time we’re in Paris

The staff were excellent. Answered all of our questions and easy to talk to. Anything we required whether it was coffee, water or wine glasses they excelled with our requests.

Hotel Arc de Triomphe

Hotel conveniently located close to the Arc de Triomphe. Fortunately air outside was cool as A/C seemed not to provide much cool air. Breakfast substandard. Friendly service. This is rated 3 stars by Paris but it seemed more 2 star quality.

First time in Paris

Good location , short walking distance from the metro station Argentine which easily takes you to gare du nord and the louvre. We felt safe getting back to the hotel late at night. The room was small but not a major complaint . We had a comfortable 1 night stay . Breakfast was good . Man at check out desk was nice

Room size was good for 3 people and bathroom was a good size. It is a small hotel. Location to metro was a quick walk. You could get to tourist sites easily from the metro.Restaurants all around.

Small hole-in-the-Wall hotel, with 2 small rooms per floor. Air conditioning wouldn’t cool the room. The bathroom was newly renovated and very nice. With the name and price, I was expecting a 3 star but I would have rated it a 2.

Very Nice Stay!

The hotel is situat d right by Arc de triomphe and there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Very close to metro station also. Rooms are modern and well equipped. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

A pleasant hotel to stay

Nice hotel close to tourist spots

Chose a hotel which is conveniently located to different tourist attractions. It also near the metro stations and bus stops. The hotel staff especially Nadege and Noureddine are very courteous and helpful. Excited to be back here again.

We had checked in at midnight and the hotel staff had everything prepared for an additional person to stay. The hotel also provided us with electrical plugs to help our accommodation. The hotel staff even helped us with planning for our next trip.

Nice and close to Arc!

This is a good location. There isn't a view of the Arc but in Paris the idea is to be outside! They keep the door locked but someone is always on duty and opens the door promptly. I would stay there again and I do business in Paris a lot.

Exceeded my expectations significantly!

Excellent hotel (specifically if you considering European standards): - Room are spacious (we had room for three, but still spacious compare to other hotels in Paris) and has AC, - Hotel is on quiet street with no traffic, - Hotel is two minutes walking distance from Arc De Triomphe where three or four subway lines connected, so you easily can get anywhere in city, - Reasonable price, - Good breakfast: ham, salami, cheese, eggs, yogurt, etc., - Staff is extremely polite, welcoming, and ready to help (Nadezh is just wonderful!) We had a great overall experience!

A small hotel with all the basics

At first, I thought: What a small hotel. Then, I realized I wanted to stay in a small French run hotel, not the larger chains I am used to. The room for 3 was clean, with French Windows, a walk away to the Arc de Triomphe. The breakfast was good; room service was available; laundry and dry cleaners as well; taxis were at the door soon after requesting one and the staff were always ready to lend a hand. The hotel is not luxurious. It's small, perfect for our short stay.

couple's trip to paris

The hotel was easy to find - situated just a couple of blocks from the charles de gaule etoile metro stop. Nice and calm neighbourhood even though really close to Champs Elysees, with lots of cozy cafes nearby. Felt safe. Helpfull staff. Modern and clean hotel with a surprisingly large room for a standard room. Overall, great value for money and I would recommend this place.

Small and Confortable, with Air-Conditioning

The hotel is near Triomphe and the Air France Airport Bus Station (2 minutes walk). Yet, the ReR-B Train Station near by was closed during our stay and we had to go to M1-Argentine Station (around 8 to 10 minutes walk).

Don't stay here if the weather is warm...

We moved to this hotel after already spending one restless night in Paris without AC. The AC appeared to work when we checked in but after a long and hot day of walking around Paris we came back to a room which felt like a sauna. I finally went down to reception around 2am and told the person on duty. He reset something which didn't work and finally came up to the room to inspect. He said the AC was working probably and it wasn't blowing cold because it was too hot. Really? That's the point of an AC; to work when it's HOT. We checked out first thing in the morning and checked into a better hotel around the corner. I will never stay here again.

Planning this to be a three person rooming?

If you are planning on getting an extra single person bed, i do not recommend this hotel. The bed is uncomfortable and no bed sheets are provided and the blankets provided with it is very shabby. Other than that, it was an overall satisfying experience.

Very small, great location

Well kept but extremely small hotel. We chose a triple room and it was wholly inadequate in terms of space and quality. Breakfast was reasonable in terms of options but the food quality poor. Fantastic location - 5mins to metro and 15mins to Effiel or Louvre. Wi-Fi broke down and nothing the staff could do about it. In this day and age Wifi is as essential as hot water, so very disappointing. Overallm poor value for money but excellent location if money is no option.

A small hotel in a convenient location

A small hotel in a convenient location, on a quiet side street not far from the Arc de Triumph. Pleasant staff on-duty 24 hours per day. A good-sized, fairly plain room, with free wi-fi and an en-suite bathroom (shower but no bath). A small lift (space for only one person if they have bags) but the staircase was fine for our first floor room. Convenient public underground parking on Avenue Ternes (a good rate for 72 hours parking, booked in advance via the internet). Plenty of options for eating locally and, as ever, a beautiful and fascinating city to explore. Just remember to take comfortable walking shoes!

Good for the money

We stayed at another hotel the night before and were disappointed so when we decided to stay another night, we went here and thought it was much better (despite a lower star rating on yelp). The staff was more friendly and the amenities were similar. The location is good and we found a nice neighborhood restaurant nearby.

Comfortable, extemely clean hotel

I was very pleased with the hotel. We just needed one night, since we were on a river cruise for a week before we stayed one last night in Paris. The hotel was spotless and had a brand new bathroom. The room was very small but it was adequate for our needs. The bed was comfortable and the hotel staff was very helpful.

Great location

Staff were very attentive and helpful. We got locked out one night as they lock the door whenever someone come and goes. Had to wait about 15 minutes outside till someone left!

Small Hotel, but very clean and fantastic location

First impressions weren't great as the lift was only just big enough for myself and 1 suitcase, my wife had to wait for the lift to come back down. However this would be my only gripe. Room was very decent size for the centre of Paris, and the hotel was only a 1 minute walk from Arc de Triomphe, and therefore very easily accessible for Champs-Élysées and public transport. Difficult walk from the metro station with heavy suitcases (mainly because of the rain) but otherwise a very comfortable and economical choice for the centre of Paris!

It was just a business stop.

Very difficult to park.Our biggest difficulty was with the booking process and we had to call the hotel to amend the date of our visit.

Great location

Room is plain -- we had top floor, which may have been a little nicer. Beds comfortable. Elevator small. Sign in bathroom says "towels to have washed, hang up, towels you will reuse, throw on floor". Great location ! Of course, things are expensive near Champs -- restaurants -- but great people atmosphere.

Excellent location, trendy and newly renovated rms

This is a GREAT hotel. The location couldn't be better, walk to the Arc and Champs but sleep at night without the noise factor. Room was very clean and comfy. Breakfast was overpriced, but that is the only thing I would change.

L’hôtel n’est pas du tout comme sur les photos, la salle de bain n’étais pas propre.

The bathroom is old. Shower old and the ceiling with green mound spots. Hairdryer is not working properly, staff promised to change it but didn’t do it. The guys are not very polite and there is smell of smoking in the air. Would not go back for over 170 euros per night!

Hôtel très moyen mais bon emplacement

Accueil agréable et personnel sympathique. La chambre est plus petite que sur la description et malgré la décoration qui semble récente elle n’est pas bien entretenue. Lavabo bouché et robinet mal fixé mais le service de l’hôtel est réactif cela a été réparé le lendemain. Porte papier toilette cassé. Rebords de la douche très sale et le sol qui n’est pas propre. Literie confortable mais très mauvaise insonorisation on a l’impression de dormir dans le couloir. Bon emplacement géographique pour se déplacer dans Paris mais à ce prix et vu les défauts de la chambre le rapport qualité prix n’est pas bon. Préférer un hôtel à un prix supérieur ou plus éloigné du quartier Arc de Triomphe pour le même prix
