Excellent. Great staff, great locations and very good restaurants and bars on property.
All went really well and very nice room
Very nice hotel with a very comfortable stay.
Very clean, Awesome breakfast.
The staffs are nice but the food can be better
Rooms are not quiet enough. Construction walls are too thin. Overall it’s very good
Perfect place to stay. Several excellent dining options. Hotel modern, new and clean. Friendly staff. Conveniently located at 15 minutes by car from Madrid downtown. Very fair price!!
The place is very nice, room was spacious and clean. Daily service is pretty good as well. It would have been a good idea if the room had a coffee machine as the breakfast is served starting at 8 am.
Overall it's a good hotel, hence the 4-star rating. Why did I not give 5 stars? Because it can do better, examples: 1) Breakfast on Sunday starts only at 8 am, we had to leave at 8:15 so had to rush 2) The batteries in the TV remote were dead 3) We had to call to get a stopper for the tub 4) internet should be faster. If you need to be in that part of Madrid, it's ok.
Check-in with Antonio was terrible. Very disappointed.
We loved our stay at this hotel because it was perfect for us to explore the area just outside of Madrid. The dining options were a super plus with a variety of food with great ambiance. The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable.
Welcome on arrival was friendly, staff are excellent, in the evening the Ambience in the bar and restaurant was relaxing And modern, breakfast was the perfect way to start the day
No air conditioning when asked at desk I was told that it wasn’t hot enough despite being 26 degrees, needed to open the window at night which was noisy. No coffee and tea facilities in the room. No spare pillows.
Decent
Loud music all night from bar
8/10
Very nice place to stay - would recommend!
Room was modern, spacious and clean. Beds very comfortable and had a proper quilt/duvet. Shower was great. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Also gave us a late checkout.
Staff made it very welcoming. We arrived as a group of 11. Spoke perfect English. All very clean. Local restaurants were great too. Receiption arranged taxis for us the whole stay.
Shop near by and helpful staff quite a few restuarants within hotel with lots of choices of food.
Nice hotel but ...
Nice hotel but the location boasts varied restaurants but during my stay 3 of the 6 were closed and also was the gym for refurbishemeny
It's in a good location, bus stop is just right in front that would take you to the Metro which is about a 10-minute ride. The hotel staffs were very helpful. It is very clean and the pillows were comfy. The only thing is, when I checked the website when I booked, it says the hotel has an AC but it doesn't. It only has a heater. We had to open the windows at night but the noise from the highway was loud. We didn't have a choice coz my husband and I can't sleep coz it was warm.
Nice hotel, close to where we had to be ,
It was great for our purposes, but too far from the centre, no train , perhaps a bus but would be tricky
The area an atmosphere in the hotel and all the restaurants make the place really life and nice. The best thing is the people that work at the hotel! Always nice, kind and willing to help. breakfast is nice as well
Best accomodation choice in the area
I was so impressed by the friendliness and efficient service of this hotel! I stayed there not on vacation but because I had a relative staying at the hospital nearby...they were really accommodating and helpful which made such a big difference while I was going through difficult times. Other than that, the facilities, cleanliness are great. Modern hotel with a great restaurant area complex.
Lovely.
Beautiful hotel and amazing staff. The room would benefit from tea and coffee making facilities.
Great Hotel - close to our office Nice restaurants within hotel complex serving difference cuisines Friendly staff and hotel close to a supermarket too.
Good Solid Hotel
Loads of nice places to eat & drink Large good gym. Friendly staff Clean rooms
Value for money
Excellent hotel
Great hotel and location only minor issue was the breakfast, limited choice and cooked food not hot. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bus stop directly outside hotel so getting to centre very easy. Great views
Good hotel and location. Overpriced on this trip
Good hotel. Very over priced on this trip.
Nice stay once we got there!
Lovely Hotel very fresh and clean, Good value for our NZD
Nice hotel on the outskirts of Madrid
Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff was pleasant and room was in great condition.
Not so good.
No restaurants in hotel which were in website.
I was disappointed in that the website listed 3 restaurants and they had closed them. Not even a pop machine. The garden was also not able to be used. Taking a shower it could go from normal to scalding to freezing and back.
False advertisement
THE AD SAID there was a shuttle service to and from airport, a resturaunt at the hotel, and more... There was none of the above. When i asked the concierge about it he said"they can call a taxi for you..." and the resturaunt is under construction. We paid $50 for our 20 minute car ride to the airport. We went nextdoor to eat food, but atleast the rooms clean, the a/c is cold, and there are 3 split beds available. HOWEVER based on the fact that we purposely picked the hotel for the airport shuttle and in hotel resturaunt it was jo good, we could have picked somewhere else to stay.
Nice and clean
Bit far from the center, but a great and quiet hotel
Great service from staff who gave me the ailitu to change rooms
Matress is way too hard. Heating is too hot.
Short Business trip
Service, facilities, cleanliness & breakfast was very good. Room thermostat controls didn't work at all and the room temperature was unbearable at one point reaching 30degC ! Bed was ok, bathroom a bit dated.
Nice quiet hotel
Deserted as was the month of August were most staff are on holidays and restaurant facilities are curtailed. Members of staff are courteous and helpful. I would stay there again in future.
mr and Mrs Mahmood
We enjoyed our time in Madrid and the hotel. Staff were very helpful Miriam in particular
Very friendly staff
Nice hotel, very well located in Pozuelo. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast at The Garden was amazing.
No airport shuttle as mentioned in the description
There is no airport shuttle as mentioned in the booking page. It comes up in the filters for hotels with airport shuttle. This was the main reason i booked this hotels. The front desk staff at the hotel simply did not want to discuss this and blamed it on "hotels.com" for putting information which is not correct.
Excellent hotel although a little further out from the City than expected as we had to catch a bus to the Metro. Wasn't a particular problem as the bus was at the Hotel door. Would have liked tea/coffee facilities in the room - Britts like a cup of tea on awakening! Service and food in the 'Meat Love' restaurant brilliant. Madrid a wonderful place to visit and we would love to come back.
Madrid
Pretty flash accommodation but too far out of Madrid with not very good public transport.
Great hotel and food. Well situated and very good access to main highways. Great area and neighborhood.
Poor customer service
Hotel is quite far from the center of Madrid, but has a bus stop right in front and the bus takes you directly to the subway station. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was that they activated the heater system and my room was literally a sauna. This appeared to be isolated to my room because my parents' room was ok. I checked the thermostat and it was set up correctly. I even asked a couple employees from room service which found my room awfully hot. I reported this in the front desk and asked for a different room and their answer was to turn off the thermostat and to open the window...really?? I had to spend the entire night with the window open (thank goodness the temperature outside was at about 48F). The next morning I told the staff about the bad experience and I didn't even get a hypocritical apology. So in summary, hotel location was ok for the price and rooms were clean, but I was amazed of the terrible customer care.
The Aravaca Hotel must try harder.
Sadly for us we arrived on a National holiday in Spain, the Hotel restaurants that were open were full busy and we were unable to get any food that day at 3pm.In particular for us Manager of the Pizza Café was extremely rude and told us that they were not open in the evening along with almost all the other restaurants in the Hotel. The general heating and A/C was a very bad system the room was hot.Wi fi good, the gentleman staff excellent after we had moved rooms because of the heat it became a reasonable stay for two days.Good public transport in to Madrid.
Noisy at night. Air con only blew out hot air. One plug was broken so We both couldn't charge our phones overnight. If we wanted an extra pillow we would have had to pay 5euros. We paid for late check out but our key card was switched off at noon so had to go to reception to get it reinstated. On the positive side the food was nice and Hotel clean.
Better than my review reads
It is really quite a lovely place, and food was pretty good, even the breakfast that was included in the price. I enjoyed my stay. As with many foreign hotels, the room was tiny and there was insufficient storage space. I shared with another person and asked for 2 beds; but they were pushed together as if they formed a king. There was no room to separate them. I slept with the window open for fresh air (and it was nice that fresh air was an option) but it was quite noisy even late at night. There were 3 decent restaurants and a bakery onsite. The hotel staff were very efficient. The beds were quite comfortable (although the pillows were not particularly, with the hotel insignia on the case). The shower was strong and hot. Towels were big and absorbent. Access to public transportation was easy, with a bus stop in front of the hotel. The overall atmosphere was quite nice; but if you are thinking of using the conference rooms, at least the one I was in was like a dungeon.
Very nice hotel
The hotel itself is very modern and clean with excellent facilities. It is located outside of the city centre and requires a car, taxi or bus to get into the main city/tourist areas.
5star
It was clean good service good breakfast pleasant
Great Hotel in Aravaca
We spent one night at Hotel Aravaca Village recently, it's off the tourist trail but great if you have an appointment/business meeting in Aravaca or are happy to use the metro system to travel in and out of central Madrid it's an excellent place to stay. The hotel appears to be quite new and there are a selection of coffee shops/restaurants on the ground floor so a good choice of places to eat. The staff were extremely helpful even helping us get from Aravaca train station to the hotel on the first day (we couldn't find a taxi anywhere). The only thing missing for me was hot drink making facilities in the room, but this is a minor point and wouldn't stop me using this hotel again.
Excellent accomodation and services.
This hotel was of an exceptional standard. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The free wifi was really helpful. The area was quiet with plenty of restaurants, a supermarket, Burger King and pharmacies near by. It was around the corner a 3 minuet walk away from hospital Nisa Pardo Where I was visiting. There are bus stops with regular buses going to the city centre and a taxi stop just down the road. My taxi to Tirso Molina only cost €12. The rooms and en suites were perfectly clean and tidy. And the key cards they give you to use the lift and access your rooms made me feel safe and secure.
Really comfortable accommodation
Very comfy and spacious room and bathroom. Hotel staff attentive. With the car it is very easy to reach Madrid, as the access to A-6 and M-30 / M-40 is very close Never tried the buffet breakfast, as we usually don't take a big breakfast, but there are a couple of places at the same building as the hotel to take a coffee with a toast or similar
Great choice in Aravaca
It is a great hotel. Nice and charmy. Comfortable rooms and kind employees. The hotels has several very good restaurants. All of them are good!!!
Nice clean hotel
we enjoyed staying at this hotel. Although we had to pay 15 Euros every time to go to city but it was worth it
Hotel Aravaca Village - Great Hotel
Nice, modern & comfortable. Large, clean room. Excellent food. Parking available. Extremely helpful & polite staff. Highly recommended ! ! ! ! !
Cleanliness excellent. Receptionist extremely helpful. Location although out a little from centre of Madrid, easy to get there by public transport. us stop right outside.
Perfect
Everything was beautiful and very clean. In a perfect location, could stay in the countryside or 10 minute drive to the city or 10 minutes drive the other you can be in the mountainside.
Great location close to down town Madrid
Very clean, great staff, incredible restaurants in the hotel. I´m a local and personaly highly recomend this hotel if you´re traveling to Madrid for busiess or pleasure. It´s located less than 10 minutes from down town. Don´t forget to have breakfast in "Harina".
Nice hotel for business or pleasure
Hotel still seem very new, even the wardrobe looked pretty much unused. Rooms are a good size and comfortable, though other than the mini-bar after I arrived all the on-site restaurant were closed there was no where to get / make a coffee Very conveniently located next to the highway and good facilities on site / near-by.
Minor problems
Very comfortable The bathroom had only one bath towel and NO face flannels
Great hotel
I stayed at this hotel for several nights and I highly recommend it. All of the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and made my stay very comfortable. The hotel is very clean and my room was spotless.
Very clean and nice hotel.
I stayed in this hotel for only 2 nights while on the business trip. The booking at the reception took only a few seconds. The receptionist was very helpful providing all necessary information. The location is just outside Madrid centre and there is a bus 162 right in front of hotel's door that takes you to Moncloa Metro statIon and it takes only 10 - 15 minutes to get to Moncloa by bus. Taxi to Moncloa cost 20 Euros. The receptionist was very helpful and he came to the bus stop to tell me that he checked on the Internet and the bus is running late, so I took a taxi not to be late for the meeting in Madrid. The room was spottlesly clean with brilliant white bedding which I like and the towels were brand new. The hotel offers a section of pillows to choose from. The room was cleaned and bedding and towels replaced every day. I like the black marble bathroom with a large size bath. The sound insulation was good as I did not hear any sounds from other rooms. There is flat screen and a minibar in the room. The bed is a large size or super kings bed. Hotel also have a 3 coffee bars and restaurants to choose from, gym and turkish bath, but these are extras and not including in price. It is not expensive to use this facilities. There is a free wi-fi available in the hotel. The hotel is brand new and great for visitors.
Brilliant hotel
Brilliant value for money and excellent service!
Great hotel
The hotel was opened in September and was well located for where I was visiting. It is within easy reach of central Madrid. The room was very clean and comfortable and with the staff able to provide a selection of pillows my stay was relaxing. The breakfast buffet was good. I would most certainly stay at this hotel again.
AirCon blowing hot on a warm day
Although the hotel facilities are overall good, my individual experience was not very comfortable as the day was warm and the AirCon in the room was blowing hot without an option to turn in cool. Apparently the hotel had changed from cool to warm as the cold weather is starting, but I guess the change is a bit too early.
New and Wonderful
This hotel has been open only two weeks and they have many good thingsgoing for them. First starstarting with the front desk personnel whose will do anything to make sure you have a good experienve. They attfriendly, courteous and attentive. Rooms are good size and very clean. Several restaurants are available at the location from breakfast to dinner.
Fantastic hotel
Best hotel in this area. Lovely room, very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend it. Good value for money
Que estaba muy nuevo hotel
Buen hotel. Sencillo
No gym facility
There was absolutely no gym even though this hotel indicates it has - and it even has it as facility description and a picture but the hotel does NOT have gym and reception confirmed that they do not have it
Estupendo trato por parte del personal, muy amable y colaborador con cambio de habitación incluído por temas de ruido que solucionaron inmediatamente. Muy buena oferta gastronómica en las inmediaciones y fácil de aparcar.
good, clean hotel with many bars/restaurants nearby
FANTASTICA ELECCION
Escogí este hotel por cercanía al sitio donde tenía un curso. No podía haber elegido mejor.

Property was great. Clean, quiet and 20 mins from Gran Via. Downsides were 1)bed comfort, not comfortable at all because one could feel bed springs, 2) the one time room was cleaned (by choice), the sheets were not changed, and lastly 3) air conditioning was turned off by hotel maintenance due to weather being cold outside. It should be up to patrons whether or not air conditioning is used regardless of weather outside because everyone doesn’t have the same needs. Although we asked to have the option, we were told no because it was not individual. I would stay there again, but it wouldn’t be my 1st choice.
