Easy stay in Puerto Natales

Service was excellent. We were able to store bags while hiking the W trek, they packed a breakfast “to go”. However, rooms were small. There was a common sitting room that was nice. Cab fare to the bus depot was 2,000 pesos or about $2 USD.

Nice small hotel, nothing fancy but comfortable. Walk to everything. Close to restaurants.

My wife and I chose to stay at Aquaterra twice because we liked the reviews and the costs. We are glad we did. The location is great, the staff is wonderful, and the breakfast was a solid start to the day. The check in process was easy and the bed was super comfy. The restroom was nice for two people and there was a nice sitting area outside the rooms. The staff was very resourceful and very helpful with all our needs. We would recommend staying at the Aquaterra if you are ever in Puerto Natales. Great stay, great memories.

Like the convenient location to good restaurants eg Bote we appreciated to be able to have earlier breakfast bc of early tours if you have a car either you park on street or there is one parking spot in rear of hotel difficult to park but gets secured by gate Very nice room to relax bc rooms are rather small bathroom needs update and no more plastic shower curtain please think of our environment

Very friendly and accommodating staff

My mother and I only stayed one night but we enjoyed it. Every staff member was so friendly and eager to make our stay comfortable. We had to check out before breakfast hours since we had a bus to take and they prepared an early breakfast for us. The room was quite small but it was just fine for a night.

Acquaterra is a gem

Lovely one-night stay at Aquaterra. Everyone working there was friendly and helpful, the room was cute and cozy, and the included breakfast was quite nice.

Flexible, professional, Accommodating

Hotel staff was great; rooms were good, but the bathrooms are a bit small. If you get a room at the front of the hotel (as we did) there is a good deal of road noise. It does taper off at 1130PM or so, but is back at 6AM. Breakfast was good.

Great stay Basilio is so nice and helped me with my stay. Nice staff all around. Great hotel!

Great aervice during a planned city power outage. I felt taken care of and was helped quickly despite no computer or internet available to assist check-in process.

we stayed there for 1 night. Very nice staff. The hotel deco was fantastic1 Their warm breakfast is very good too.

Pros. Nice and helpful staff, tasteful decoration and design. Near to bars and restaurants. Cons. Very squeaky and uncomfortably small rooms. Overall run down facility (bathrooms, beds, power) No elevator and all rooms are up stairs so you have to carry your luggage through a very narrow stairway. Overall this place could be good with HALF the price, but not at all a 120/night stablishment.

Besides the hotel being beautiful, the staff was very helpful

Great place to stay

Great hotel in great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were a little small but clean. Free breakfast was excellent. They stored our luggage for free while we hiked the "O". Will definately stay here again when i return.

We loved the walkability to restaurants and seeing the town. Wifi does not work in rooms futher into the hotel, but this was a minor frustration at most. Staff was incredible and good breakfast options.

They were very nice and incredibly accommodating. We showed up before a backpacking trip with many questions on how to get to the Torres del Paine national park. They help out immensely. They held a room for us as we worked out the bus and ferry schedule and were able to stay there. My only disappointment was the wifi was pretty spotty but the people and accomodations were fantastic.

Can’t wait to return

Amazing hotel. We stayed in 5 during our time in Patagonia and this was our favourite. Super clean, nice linens, the best customer serivice, centrally located and even the restaurant in the hotel was spectacular. Would stay here again

Cozy and clean place to stay in the center of town, with lovely staff. Perfect place to stay before and after a trek- they held my luggage for me while I was in the park.

Cozy Hotel with Friendly Staff

Charming hotel with several guest rooms. Overall environment has the friendly appeal of a Bed & Breakfast, yet with more privacy. Front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful with the check-in process and recommending attractions nearby. The room was comfortable and cozy. Complimentary breakfast was so incredibly delicious, and it was even set out early for us in order to make it to our bus on time. Great stay!

Excellent Visit to Valparaíso!

We really enjoyed our stay here, and would definitely encourage others to come here as well. The service was easily the best feature of the hotel. They booked our transport to and from the airport and verified it before each day of travel. The day we left, it was too early for breakfast. We didn’t ask for it, the staff just left breakfast in our room the night before. We wanted to go to a restaurant in the port neighborhood and weren’t aware that there were protests (with tear gas) going on in that area, so the folks at the front desk shared what was happening and helpfully suggested a few other places. The area where the hotel is is very tranquil - a lot of tourists, lots of restaurants, and lots of bars. The room itself was also very nice. It was very spacious, the air conditioning was excellent, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had everything you would need. I would absolutely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone I knew coming to Valparaíso.

Great place!

Didn't look so impressive on the outside but one of the nicest places we stayed on our 3 week trip. Very clean, comfortable, good breakfast, good help from counter.

Nicht wieder.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und extrem laut (Straßenverkehr, Musik bis in die frühen Morgenstunden, Passanten). Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis hat nicht gestimmt. Frühstück ok.

Otima opção, mas sem conforto acustico

A hospedagem é otima. Quarto pequeno, mas bem arrumadinho. Camas novas, com roupas de cama de otima qualidade, bem limpinhas e cheirosas. O café da manhã é otimo. Tem tudo que se espera e mais uma atenção especial com restriçoes alimentares. O único ponto é a total falta de isolamento acustico entre os quartos. Ouve-se absolutamente todos os sons dos vizinhos.

Demasiado caro para lo que es

Demasiado caro 120.000.- pesos diario para lo que entrega, se escucha todo de las piezas vecinas, hasta el baño, las habitaciones demasiado pequeñas, sin closet y el wifi nunca funcionó

Si hubiere leido los comentarios antes ,no hubiera reservado ,es una habitacion muy chica ,no tiene nada de espacio ,el baño muy pequeño ,los sonidos y ruidos de las habitaciones contiguas se escuchaban todos ...y el valor fue demasiado para como era $110.000 ,totalmente desfraudada

Gran experiencia

Muy buena la atención y preocupación. Un buen lugar de descanso sobre todo porque no había televisión. Rico desayuno también.

Acogedor y bien ubicado

Hotel bonito, acogedor y con instalaciones en impecable estado. El desayuno muy bueno y la recepción siempre atenta. Además ubicado en una buena zona de puerto natales, cerca del casino, costanera y restaurants.

Aconchego e simpatia.

Localizado ao lado do Museu Histórico, numa das ruas principais da cidade, é um hotel simples, mas muito aconchegante e tem um charme todo especial. As paredes são revestidas em madeira clarinha, os detalhes de decoração muito bem cuidados. O quarto é bastante grande e confortável e o café da manhã não tem grandes variedades, mas é bem servido e mais que suficiente. Há um bistrô anexo que serve drinks e também lanches e refeições. Não tem um menu extenso, mas os pratos servidos têm o melhor tempero que comi em Puerto Natales. Imbatível, mesmo em comparação com os restaurantes "renomados" da cidade. O atendimento é gentil, cordial e muito simpático, por parte de todos os funcionários do hotel. Não medem esforços para agradar o hóspede. O ambiente é super agradável, todos se sentem à vontade, como se em sua própria casa. Ponto negativo, é o banheiro muito pequeno e o chuveiro, dentro da banheira, com cortina de plástico por dentro e tecido por fora, um pouco antiquado. Mas este parece ser o caso da maioria dos hotéis chilenos. Incomoda um pouco, mas nada que interfira com a estadia.

Excelente estadia. El Lodge esta en perfectas condiciones. Extra limpio y ropa de cama nueva y comoda. Realmente lo recomiendo.
