Las cama muy pequeñas

Lovely room - mixed in other respects

First trip to Andorra - big old complex with cavery style dining - bit of a battle come dinner/breakfast and the bar was nice but barman knew no English or much about wine/cocktails. Suite rooms were great - spacious and well equipped, though did find a deceased bed bug. Parking a bit of a hassle but under cover at least. Decor was dark walls and dazzling LED strip lighting - aquired taste. Staff were friendly.

The reception was very nice however it was not easy to find where to go at first. The area was under construction, there should be more indication on the where about.

Very old room, phone does not work, cannot call reception from room. Reception area being remodeled, work area not sealed or taped up with plastic sheets, dust gets into breakfast area, dust in the area, spa is not in the same building, have to walk a long distance in the cold, it would be worst if it is windy, rain or snow, hallway dark, motion sensor doesn’t come on until one steps into complete darkness, not a good feeling. Hotel towels are thin, cheap, less than comfortable. Will not recommend staying at this hotel

Fantastic

It's a long way from the hotel to the amenities area.

The room was nice and quiet. Of course because of the heatwave, it was incredibly hot. There was construction throughout the property, so that was off putting and the property was split into several different buildings. The parking was silly. They had a pool party event that took a lot of parking so we had to search for parking at the hotel and there was no direction about the parking so we ended up paying 48 euros for one night’s stay. A very nice hotel though.

Our stay was good, Anyos is a lovely place to stay the resort is close to everything what needs to be experienced in Andorra. However, there were a few disappointments: VIP access means nothing, not sure whose fault is that but when we asked for the perks, hotel were not aware of that. Also found it really strange that in a 4 star hotel they charging for parking (€18/ night )as we have not book through their website, felt a bit like we are not valued customers. Staff was friendly, however to speak with them was challenging as the majority of them does speak only catalans/spanish language. The room had a lovely view and it was nice and warm regardless the chilli weather outside and cleaners made the room everyday nice and fresh but the sheets had a few stains which was let down a bit. Furthermore, in 21st century would be nice to have a smart tv or more channel again in English. We had half board, breakfast and dinner was okay there were enough choice and mostly was enjoyable. Drink menu with prices would be nice for future reference at the dinner buffet. Spa facilities were okay, swimming pool is nice a fair size, steam sauna were lovely but the other sauna need repair, it was good for nothing. Jacuzzi is a bit small for such a huge resort and in the other pool water is cold to stay longer for massage. All in all it is a pleasant place to stay with lots of opportunities but some details what needs to be looked into.

Great hotel and area for a relaxing getaway. Loved the mountains. The rooms do not have air conditioning and when we stayed it was a hot day so the room got really warm.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Anyos Park. From the wide variety of sumptuous food choices for breakfast and dinner to the very helpful and friendly reception staff particularly Jose Luis, Macya, Dora and Neyla — who made sure we had all the information we needed and who gave us very informative advice on activities to enjoy at Andorra. I was truly grateful when they helped me source the medication for my husband who caught a stomach bug and allowed their staff to drive me to the pharmacy. We would recommend Anyos to anyone who wants to spend a comfortable, enjoyable, and delicious holiday in Andorra

Problematic

Disappointed that the hôtel had many requirements to use its health facilities and pool. Understandably with the current pandemic, there were number restrictions in place and reservations needed to be made. What was less understandable was that of the three places in the pool, at any one given time, only two could be reserved. The third was pot luck. When this was questioned, I was instead given a space in the health members pool. However, on arrival I was told I not only had to buy a swim cap but also flip flops as that was standard hotel policy. There is nothing on this site, nor on the Hotel’s site which indicates this. As both of these items are already ones I own, I didn’t want to spend money on duplicates. Visitors should be advised of this on booking, so they can take their own if they have them. As such, the reason for booking this hotel was rendered null. Also disappointed that in a 4 star hotel there was no kettle in the room (had to ask and the one I was given was broken), no milk cartons for the coffee and tea and no shower gel in the bathroom. I would not reserve this hotel again.

Great location in a lovely little village, the view from the front of the hotel is lovely, sadly it is built within a rockface therefore some rooms do not benefit of this view despite being sold as a mountain view suite, ours was on the first floor and our terrace opened out onto a view of stone. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The buffet restaurant was a very good standard with lots of choice for the evening buffet for just €20. The rooms are lovely however our shower temperature was very uncomfortable. Overall a good hotel but personally I wouldn’t choose to stay again due to a few niggles.

In my opinion its the best hotel in the area. Good size rooms, friendly and polite staff and great facilities.

reat gym and otherwise ok hotel

Gym was really great in fact as good as the best anywhere. Common areas like bar were more like hostel than hotel though and breakfast was a bit substandard in a grim space almost totally devoid so of natural daylight.

The views are great. Since it was a down season, some if the amenities were limited: some restaurants closed or had limited choices.the hotel should let us know during checkin and not when we came down for dinner..Also I thought it was a bot rude for the breakfast staff to ask us to leave exactly at 10:30 when rhe breakfast time was over..that could have waited another couple minutes so I could at leadt finish my coffee

Pool area was nice, but it took us 3 lifts and a 5 minute walk to get to it! The room we were given had a terrible view and was as far away from the facilities as you could get considering the amount we paid for it. We felt the value for money at this hotel was poor.

Off season ski town

This was the nicest place we could find in Andorra. It was definitely off season and felt abandoned. The lights are all on sensors (that are a bit slow), so hallways were always dark at first, which isn’t very inviting. It’s a bit from town but it’s nice to have some fresh air and a view of the mountains. The room got so hot that we had to take our key card out at night so the furnace would shut off and then we opened the windows for a bit. The spa area had too many rules (we had to buy overpriced swim caps and flip flops to use the pool) and was not attached to the hotel. The steam room and parts of the area needed a bit of a cleaning and refresher/paint etc. I wish we had done more research and gone to Caldea instead for our spa day. The massages were weak and I would not recommend it. The women who gave them were clearly more used to giving facials, plus they shorted us 10 minutes on the massages. They did not even have robes in the spa area and the hotel gave us a card to check out 1 flimsy towel each. The lockers require €1 every time you open it/lock it. We has some trouble communicating with the staff at times. Thank goodness I speak some Spanish, because English speakers must not be common guests. But this may just be an off season thing.

Amazing find!

This cozy resort was an amazing find in the middle of a quaint country! The staff was outstanding, excellent food and impeccable spa and amenities. A must stay in Andorra!

Horrible Cleaning and service

Although the location is beautiful, the cleanliness of the rooms was horrible, with accumulation of dust such that you could see the trace of your finger passing it through the night stand. When we complained to the reception, they cleaned the room but only the visible areas, under the bed was very dirty still Then the bathroom toilet broke and the whole bathroom got swamped. We had to be transferred to another room late at night, we had to cancel our dinner plans and no one helped us move our luggage from one room to another one. Next morning, when I requested to speak to the lodging manager Laura, despite the fact that she was aware of who we were and the situation (I was in front of the reception as they spoke) she said that she was very busy with meetings and could not attend us until 4 PM. I felt a COMPLETE neglect from members of the hotel towards the issues encountered during our stay accompanied by no-interest on their behalf.

Great Place To Stay

A great place to stay. Lots of things for kids to do, while the adults can relax over their meal. The food was freshly prepared and served by enthusiastic staff The room is very spacious and well maintained. The pool was great for an after ski relaxation.

A Great Choice in Andorra

We were very happy with the standard of accomodation and service at Anyos Park. Parking was simple and convenient, staff were exceedingly helpful and our apartment was excellent. Highly recommended

5 star facilities marred by 3 star service

This property has superb sports facilities, rustic spacious accommodation and a world-class spa. However, it’s service did not live up to the quality of the facilities. Dinner in the sports bar arrived undercooked and its lone waiter was insufficient for the number of diners. Laundry service was returned 30 hours late. Club staff were often engrossed in personal discussions and inattentive to the needs of patrones. If staff were better trained and managed, Anyos Hotel could merit 5 stars.

לא קבלנו את החדר שהזמנו והיינו צריכים ללחוץ כדי לשנות . בסופו של דבר קיבלנו את החדר שהזמנו באתר . המקום מקסים הנוף מהחדר מושלם החדר גדול ונוח המיטות לא כל כך . האוכל בסדר בארוחת בוקר אין ירקות בכלל ...אזור מועדון הספורט ממש יפה וגדול ומהנה . למעט האוכל (לא כדאי לקחת עם ארוחות ) והמיטות הלא כל כך נוחות היה מושלם

Very nice place to stay with family. The spa area was awesome, the indoor pool has many different fauntains, and other water massage options.

Relaxing time in Andorra

Lovely resort with amazing views. Great spa facilities and lovely outdoor pool and lounge area. Gondola lift up into the mountains is a must. The views are spectacular!

Fabulous place and very helpful staff

Nice resort. We had a big, spacious room, the breakfast buffet was great, all the staff were friendly, and we didn't get charged for parking. (Probably because it was low season and everyone could fit in the smaller, free carpark, or maybe the parking fee has changed.) Unfortunately though, the wi-fi did not work in our room (we had to walk to the lift for it to work) and our dinner at the restaurant was only okay. It was a bit expensive (though not surprised as it is a hotel restaurant), the food wasn't that great and it took a long time to receive the bill. Also, the lockers in the change room at the swimming pool/spa require a €1 coin to lock. Annoying when you have left your purse back at your hotel room, and then are told off for taking your bag into the swimming pool area! It's okay to use the jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath if you don't have a swimming cap.

Good, brief stay in the summer

Nice resort/hotel, lots of families staying as well. The spa was not as relaxing as I imagined it would be because of the families/children running around---but it was sufficient to serve as a base around Andorra. The room was nice, relatively comfortable. Taxi service to other areas was easy enough, as was walking to some nearby towns north of Anyos. It'd be easier if you have a car, but it's not completely necessary. Stayed in June 2016.

Anyos Park was great

El hotel muy bonito y confortable. Buffet correcto. Si te quedas en el hotel, ten en cuenta que el spa está en otro edificio al cual se accede por la calle. Cuando fuimos nosotros la temperatura del agua estaba bastante fría, nada cómodo ni relajante.

Magnífico

Parfait

Ruime kamers met een zeer mooi uitzicht, maar er is helaas bijna geen zon op het balkon. Het ontbijt en het dinerbuffet waren erg lekker en afwisselend, alleen soms niet heel warm. Ook jammer dat het personeel in het restaurant slecht Engels sprak. Dit geldt echter niet voor de receptionisten die erg goed Engels spreken en heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam zijn. De parkeergarage is een drama, duur en lastig met in- en uitrijden. We vonden het erg fijn dat toegang tot de sportclub en wellness was inbegrepen. Je kunt je prima vermaken in de ruime fitness en het grote zwembad. De wellnessfaciliteiten vonden we echter beperkt.

Excellent week-end en amoureux. Personnel tres gentil serviable a l'écoute de nos besoins. Qualité et choix du restaurant de l'hotel parfaits. Bravo au chef. On reviendra

Super verblijf en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Zeer goede keuken en veel variatie.

L'hôtel était en rénovations majeures. Magnifique endroit en plein cœur des Pyrénées, avec une vie imprenable sur les pics enneigés. Service impeccable, chambre spacieuse et décoration originale. Centre piscine et hammam exceptionnel! J'y retournerai sans hésiter!

Enclave espectacular

El servicio maravilloso y un enclave espectacular. El restaurante del club fenomenal. Por comentar algún aspecto... Los colchones eran blandísimos y alguna zona del Spa no funcionaba. La planta baja estaba en obras y la recepción estaba muy lejos del edificio del hotel...

Todo estab muy bien excepto que el sofa cama era muy muy incomodo, si vas con un niño pequeño duerme en la habitación y los adultos en el sofá cama que era muy incomodo y mas cuando estasunos dias

MUITO RUIM !

Muito ruim para ser um hotel 4 estrelas, assim que chegamos ao hotel colocaram nosso quarto com 4 camas de solteiro sendo que era 1 casal e 1 criança conforme informado na reserva. O cheiro de esgoto no banheiro horrível reclamamos na recepção como já era 22:00 hora local a recepcionista informou que não seria possível fazer a troca somente no dia anterior um absurdo ligamos para hotéis.com também não resolveu ! No dia anterior trocamos de quarto melhor não tinha o cheiro de esgoto do banheiro mas a qualidades do quarto muito ruim para quatro estrela !

Superou minhas expectativas

Com base em muitas avaliações que li, estava com um pouco de dúvidas sobre a qualidade do hotel. Mas fiquei surpreso positivamente! O quarto era grande, ótima cama e chuveiro excelente. Só falta uma smart TV maior para poder dar nota 10. Comida é sempre difícil avaliar, pois depende muito do gosto pessoal, mas para mim café e jantar foram sempre excelentes, com boa variedade e sempre muito bem preparados. A estrutura das piscinas também é muito bem organizada. É de fato separada do hotel, mas bem tranquila de chegar. O transfer de ida e volta oferecido gratuitamente para as montanhas funcionou de maneira correta e pontual. Voltaria com certeza a me hospedar e sem dúvidas recomendo.

Nul a fuir

A fuir nous sommes arrivé et reparti aussi vite une honte chambre non conforme dans sa taille , sombre,le spa est pas dans l'hôtel, hôtel vieillot la porte à l entrée est HS nul indigne pour un 4 étoiles fuyez vraiment a la réception elle vous indique brièvement. explications 0 l'impression de les ennuyé vraiment n'y aller pas !!!!

Hotel original et agreable

Tres bon sejour meme si certaines choses semblent etranges : Pas de savon dans les chambres (juste un distributeur de gel douche dans la douche) neccessite d appele un numero pour prevenir que l on va a la piscine (inutile d ailleurs) Cuisine restreinte (hors restaurant buffet qui etait tres bien) et peu de boissons alcolisees (cocktails) dans les bars qui ferment de tres bonne heure qui plus est. Beaucoup de choses bizarres mais au final un excellent sejour Phobique ascenseur s abtenir (4 differents rien que pour aller a la piscine)

mi opinion

El hotel esta muy bien, es verdad que hay detalles que podrían mejorar, la calidad de las toallas es muy baja, son para niños y estaban muy usadas, el parking 15€/día para huésped me parece muy caro. La parte que mas me ha gustado sin duda ha sido el desayuno, muy bueno y completo.

Tout était super sauf l’accueil à notre arrivée. La réceptionniste ne parlait pas français, ce que nous comprenons travaillant nous meme dans le tourisme donc j essaie de parler un peu espagnol et anglais mais elle est agacée souffle et lève les yeux aux ciel à chaque phrase qu on lui dit… très désagréable heureusement une réceptionniste qui parle français ne travaillant mais nous voyant dans la gelée est venue nous aider. Car la réceptionniste du début agacée nous avait mal indiqué le numéro de chambre et pas du tout expliqué comme cela se passe dans l’hôtel. Cette personne devrait changer de travail si elle ne supporte pas les gens qui de surcroît ne parlent pas espagnol c’est un comble à la frontière qui plus est …

Week-end de détente

Encore et toujours un séjour sous le signe du calme et du bien être. Les installations sont un pur moment de détente avec le Spa, complet et lumineux. La salle de sport est gigantesque et très bien équipée. Un bar pour se détendre et un espace extérieur en musique pour boire un coup tranquillement. Dommage que la piscine extérieure ne soit pas accessible ( il faisait 20 degrés certes un peu froid ). Le petit déjeuner est complet, du salé du sucré, des fruits manque juste un peu de luminosité dans la salle. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien équipées! Le rapport qualité prix en fait un endroit merveilleux tout comme la grande gentillesse du personnel.

Super séjour

Chambre très grande et très agréable avec une vue splendide. Prestation prise au centre de spa: massage au top. Juste petit bémol l’eau de la piscine un peu froide à mon goût. Possibilité de se garer grâce au parking. Petit plus ont a eu une rose offerte dû à la San Jordi

Resort molt maco. Bon tracte i habitacions molt completes. Spa també bo, encara que t'has de moure d'edifici. Tot perfecte, exceptuant el Parking que és molt car.

Poca practicidad

Cojines y cama viejo e incomodo. Para ir al spa, no puedes ir directo des de la habitacion, tienen allí vestuarios. Barsport muy caro por lo que comes.

hotel très bien situé , chambre grande ,confortable et propre petit déjeuner passable , produits de qualité très moyenne spa très éloigné de l'hotel a partager avec toutes les personnes voulant y accéder donc la aussi très moyen

Séjour très agréable

Séjour très agréable. L’hôtel est très bien situé, bien décoré, propre et agréable. la piscine est top. Les seuls bémols sont : le parking payant (mais malheureusement comme partout en Andorre) et la nécessité de réserver son créneau pour le petit déjeuner qui est pris d’assaut et nécessiterait plus d’espace réservé.

Séjour agréable

Le spa et les installations sont très bien, il faut cependant réserver des créneaux pour y accéder ça coupe un peu la spontanéité du séjour. Très confortable cependant car les horaires sont très étendues et vont jusqu’à 22h, exceptionnel de faire un spa de nuit avec l’éclairage. Les suites sont grandes et très bien équipées, la literie est confortable. Un bel endroit reposant.

La estancia fue magnífica, todo el personal del hotel fue agradable y predispuesto. Las instalaciones excelentes, la habitación amplia y con vistas. Al ser temporada baja, no había servicio de buffet para las comidas, era de menú y no había mucha variedad.

Un hotel excelente. Hemos ido con niños, les ha gustado estar allí, parque de bolas, cerca del centro, bajo las montañas. Habitación amplia.

lo mejor de Andorra, sin palabras, muy bonito, cómodo, limpio, bien ubicado, con unos empleados espectaculares y muy amables, apasionados por este lugar, me dieron la mejor experiencia. ¡muchas gracias!

Solo fallo el televisor de la habitación

Todo perfecto, el unico pero es que la televisión del dormitorio no tenia señal de antena y no fue posible sintonizar ningun canal de television convencional.

Séjour en couple d'une semaine agréable

dans l'ensemble très correct mais parking payant 15€/J non inclus dans le prix du séjour, vestiaire SPA payant 1€ par personne et pour chaque entrée au spa (abusé !!! pour les clients de l'hôtel). Petit déjeuné et buffet variés, et bon. Serveurs agréables. Service chambre bien.

De kamer was de moeite. Zeer ruim, aparte kamer (handig voor ons kindje). De faciliteiten waren ook dik in orde.

très beau cadre, grande et agréable chambre! par contre pour moi parking payant qui nest pas normal vu le lieu hors du centre ville! Pour le petit-déjeuner le minimum requis! Pas grand choix et pain au chocolat sec Après, c'est anormal d imposer le bonnet de bain et claquette sans le préciser sur le site!

Prestation Hotelière trés bien Restauration trés bien (1/2 pension : comme peu de mode, restaurant buffet fermé, donc restaurant) ATTENTION : - Hôtel globalement pas du tout adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite (ex: 4 ascenseurs et 2 routes à traverser pour aller de la chambre au restaurant ou au SPA - SPA : certains équipements ne fonctionnent pas ou mal ATTENTION : Tous les jours de la semaine il y a à 17 h des cours de natation pour les enfants locaux donc trés trés trés bruyant

Todo ok. El trato excelente, y las instalaciones muy completas. Es ideal para ir en familia, apartamentos y habitaciones muy amplias. Atila que el aparcamiento sea de pago. Por lo demás excelente.

Mala experiencia

Fatal no te cuenta toda la información en la web. Llegas y debes de pagar por anticipado. Tienes q pagar el parking. Tienes acceso al spa pero debes de pagar el gorro, las chanclas. Hasta las 19.00 no tienes acceso al spa. Tarde perdida. Debes coger varios ascensores para desplazarte.

Bon hôtel, je reviendrai

Super Hôtel. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Propre, pas très loin de Andore-la-vieille. Un spa est inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Malheureusement, en passant par un site de booking en ligne, le parking est payant (18€ / jour)

Hôtel bien placé sinon très déçu. Pour commencer nous avions demandé un grand lit et nous avons eu deux lits simple collés. Ensuite pour le spa c’est une catastrophe. Sur les photos ça a l’air magnifique, oui c’est le mot, en arrivant on découvre une piscine type « municipale » et pour finir il fallait prendre 4 ascenseurs différents pour s’y rendre... Point positif : personnel de l’accueil de l’hôtel très agréable.

Ce que j’ai le plus apprécier c est le spa c’est vraiment quelque chose à essayé sinon l hôtel en sois et bien mais dommage que le petit déjeuner et le repas du soir ne sont pas inclus dans le séjour que on a paye c est un plus c est à dire 180 euro pour mangé

Bon hôtel, beaux équipements, service à améliorer

Hôtel qui dispose de très bons équipements, grande piscine spa avec 3 couloirs de nage + les espaces bulles, hammam et sauna. Possibilité de louer le terrain de tennis pour 11e/h mais pensez à ramener vos raquettes. Plusieurs parkings disponibles payants proches de l'hôtel. Très belle et grande chambre avec balcon, belle vue sur la vallée... Andorre la vieille est proche, environ 5 min en voiture. Le seul problème que nous avons eu est concernant le service, le personnel à l'air débordé, il y a eu plusieurs petits manquements désagréables, c'est dommage, rien de très grave mais ça gâche un peu l'expérience... Pour info, l'hôtel est organisé autour de plusieurs bâtiments, on se déplace en ascenseur entre les bâtiments, c'est original et plutôt sympa.

A éviter... Arnaque.. Lit double demandé avant de réserver, mais à l'arrivée 2 lits simples assemblés, pas de matelas 2 places dans un hôtel 4 étoiles !! Lit bébé facturé par erreur, mais le responsable insiste de payer !!! Vraiment à éviter.. L'oxygène va être facturé bientôt

Hotel très bien situé, superbe vue. Mais petit dejeuner très bas de gamme, pain dur, salle sans fenêtre. Lit confortable mais pas d'alèse sur le matelas, juste un surmatelas

Superbe établissement, standing très correct. Dommage que le personnel soit un peu froid...

Les repas n'étaient pas en buffet comme convenu, deux lits simples alors que j'avais demandé un grand lit.....cher pour la prestation
