TravellerTravellerThe room had no hot water. The staff did nothing about it. When we asked for late checkout we were asked to pay. We requested it at least as a compensation and were rejected flat out. The facility needs a serious upgrade. I would recommend to stay away. Would have had better service and hot water at a 2 star motel.

TravellerThis hotel is an adorable boutique hotel with decor and style very unique of the city of Antigua but in the heart of Guatemala City. The breakfast was delicious and authentic to this area. Super safe area with many restaurants and shopping venues within walking distance.
