We loved our stay here - it felt like a home away from home! It was clean and inviting and the manager Katerina was amazing. She suggested great tours and dining options.

The hotel manager Katarina was particularly helpful. She was knowledgeable, friendly and enabled us to have a wonderful vacation. The hotel is cute and an excellent location.

I really enjoyed my stay at Anemomilos! It's a small hotel with a nice vibe near the beach at Agia Anna. Thank you, Katerina, for the lovely hospitality.

Fabulous stay..

We had a fabulous stay..the hotel manager Katerina was super..very helpful..can’t say enough about Katerina..so helpful with tours, reservations and recommendations. The staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel..

10/10 stay at this hotel. The hospitality is amazing. You are greeted by a wonderful host who provides great recommendations for the island of Naxos and gladly answers any questions you may have. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is located a 2 minute walk to a beautiful and quiet beach that has many restaurants, lounges and bars. Parking provided and a good and included breakfast at a separate location that is a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel for a quiet stay on Naxos.

Excellent Location

We had a good stay at Hotel Anemomilos. The hotel is very close of the best beaches of Naxos, surrounded by shops and restaurants, but also very quiet, what was great. The swimming pool is clean and well maintained. We got a bit disappointed with our room because it was dark due to it's solar position and a mosquitoes barrier was missing so we were bitten during all our stay. Also, the Wi-Fi signal is not realeable and we had some problems in accessing Internet. The cleaning was good, but not consistent.

The hotel and all the staff was wonderful. From the moment we walked in they took great care of us. The property itself is beautiful and it is also very close to the beach, no need for a car. Also very close to the bus station and mini markets. Breakfast was included every morning at Santana beach club nearby which was delicious. The hotel also has a nice pool for anyone to enjoy. But we loved the beach the best, and found this hotel to be in the perfect spot for everything! Ms. Katerina and everyone at the hotel are lovely and caring people. They also provide laundry service if needed which was helpful. We will be returning here on our next trip back!

We left our key at friends , at 11:30, they gladly gave us a spare!

Fantastic, friendly small aparthotel with a very nice atmosphere. We loved the pool and sitting on our vine shaded terrace in the evening. I hope we can go back :)

This is a great location close to all amenities, including the bus system! It was very well maintained and clean!! My only issue is Expedia continually messed up my accommodations, I put 5 people and the booking only put 3. This hotel quickly accommodated us!!

Lovely hotel

This was our first stop on our vacation in Greece. We felt like we had come to a little paradise - beautiful little hotel right next to the beach. Everything was lovely. A few minor issues - low lighting in the shower, hard mattresses - but nothing to keep us from highly recommending this hotel.

Good hotel

Location is very good, pool is good and cleaned frequently, although more sunbeds are needed.

Great hotel, But felt like a second rate guest.

A really pleasant hotel, nice compact pool area, kept very clean. Great location, 2 mins to the beach, tavernas, shops and bus stop. Great! However prior to our arrival I messaged the owner as it said on the listing that there was a Ferry terminal Shuttle. She replied with “Get a bus or taxi” No info on what bus or where to get off etc. On arrival, I just felt like we were unwelcome. My daughter and I struggled with our 2 suitcases, a ball and inflatable pool ring (we bought these whilst waiting for our room to be ready). Even though it says the rooms are accessible, there were 2 lots of stairs and she watched us struggle down both lots. No sign of the concierge services advertised. The room was an economy one, however I would still of expected a better shower, somewhere to attach it to stand under. Despite saying it was a double bed, it was two singles pushed together. I asked one day if I could use the iron (as advertised) I was told that someone else had it. The following afternoon I asked again and she said oh yes and fetched it me. Throughout our stay she appeared very cold towards us. All in all a very poor, unfriendly service

This was a smaller property and the staff made you feel important to me them. Arranged shuttles from and back to the ferry port for us.

Great location nearby everything

It was a great stay. Good hotel nearby all the beaches you can walk to. Market and bus stop really close, 100 feet away. Many nearby restaurants you can easily walk too. Loved the location. Room was big, some furniture could be updated but overall good friendly staff and great location. I would stay there again.

Outside patios were delightful, covered with grape vines. Appreciated the generous sized rooms and bathrooms. This property is in an ideal location very close to the beach, a market and the bus stop. I highly recommend this family run hotel.

Very friendly staff waiting for me to pick me up at my arrival . (They also let me make an early checkin and eat breakfast from the first day without paying extra!!!) Cozy double room with pool view. Very close to the beach and restaurants.

AVOID!!! Worst experience I have ever encountered

The biggest issue with this hotel was the Manager, who sat by the poolside all-day, smoking and gossiping about the hotel guests and you constantly felt like you are being watched. Kids would also get filthy looks if a few drops of water splashed outside the swimming pool. Worst of all, on the day we were leaving, the Manager tried to make us miss our ferry ON-PURPOSE!!! She said that she would provide us with a transfer down to the port to catch our 3:30pm ferry and that her brother would be at the Hotel at 1:30pm to give us a lift. So, my wife and I (along with our young child) waited around the Hotel only to be told at about 1:00pm that her brother would be here at 2:30pm. We waited & waited, the time went to 2:45pm, i asked if she was sure that her brother was coming otherwise we would leave. She called him and told us "everything is fine, he is just at the port waiting to pick up someone and he will be on his way". The port is a good 25 minute drive away !!! So we grabbed our luggage and raced off to the nearby bus stop to wait for the 3:00pm bus. It never arrived. Then at 3:10pm I managed to flag down a Taxi that happened to be driving past. We jumped in and he could not believe that the hotel didn't offer to call a taxi or arrange other transport much earlier to make it to the port. The Taxi driver took all the back streets and drove right up to the back of ferry as the rear door was about to close. We just made it.

Beautiful, and homey place right on the beach. Would recommend to anyone!

Lovely hotel 2 min walk from the beach

Beautiful hotel just 2 min walk from the beach of Agia Anna in Naxos. Comfortable bed, clean, beautiful balcony, friendly and welcoming owners. Close to a supermarket and a bus stop to visit the island center. You will enjoy your stay as much as we did!

Beautiful and very clean room, great pool, and within walking distance to everything. We would definitely stay there again.

Probably the best hotel that I have ever stayed in on the Greek Islands. The place was spotless, our room was large, modern and comfortable. Breakfast (which was excellent) was taken poolside each morning (although there are kitchen facilities in each room if you prefer to make your own breakfast.) Maria (the owner) was always there to help in any way she could and the port transfer by Maria's brother was an added bonus ! Location was excellent, tucked away from the main road in a very quiet location, yet only 2 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Aghia Anna is a great base for exploring the neighboring beaches of Aghias Prokopios and Plaka (we walked the whole length of all three beaches.) If relaxing by the pool is more your sort of thing ... then it is a very nice pool area to do so. Can't fault the place and will be back as soon as possible !

Family of 5 vacation

Nice place. Very attractive looking classic Greek small hotel. Great pool. Kids loved it. Quiet. Food markets and tavernas right around the corner and beautiful beaches a block away. Recommend.

Beautiful apartments in a great location with easy access to Agia Anna and the bus stop for Naxos town. The beach is a 2 minute walk away. The rooms were cleaned daily and were pleasantly furnished. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was well kept and the grounds very pleasant. I'd strongly recommend this accommodation.

Relaxing apartment close to the beach

Our apartment was one of the newer ones in the complex. It was small but comfortable for a family of 4. It was nice having an outdoor patio to sit in and eat meals prepared in the kitchenette. Our patio overlooked the pool and had a partial view of the sunset. The apartment was serviced every day and was cleaned to a good standard and basic toiletries were supplied. The cooking facilities were adequate for simple meals. The pool was small and somewhat sheltered from the strong winds. However there was not much room on the side of the pool where the lounges were, so every time a child jumped in, we felt the splash. The apartment was in a great location, close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants. Maria was very relaxed and hospitable to all her guests and we were picked up at the airport on arrival and dropped off at the port for our departure. I would recommend to families.

Cute and clean!

Great stay! A lot of beaches were within walking distance (we are good walkers) and we needed to take the bus to go to naxos town. Overall good stay! We had a little kitchenette in the room so we have not tried the breakfast which is an extra. And they offer free shuttle from the port to the hotel which is a plus!

The host, Katarina, was very welcoming and gave us some very good tips about what to do on the island. We stayed for 4 days, but definitely feel that we still have more to explore!

Beautiful hotel and wonderful hostess

We had an amazing stay and Katrina is an amazing hostess. We got a warm welcome and some good recommendations for what to do on the island. The breakfast is down at the beach, and was very delicious. We got a wonderful room and everything was nice and clean. The WiFi was a little slow at some points, but otherwise everything was wonderful. We would definitely consider coming back another time.

Liked that breakfast has been provided in the nearby Santana Bar with was in a very nice atmosphere. Staff of Hotel was very friendly and helpful.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille à l'hôtel Anemomilos. L'hôtel est très joli et très bien tenu, au calme, à deux minutes à pied de la plage et de toutes les commodités (arrêt de bus, restaurants, supermarché, pharmacie). Notre chambre était spacieuse et très propre, agrémentée d'une très agréable terrasse avec vue sur la piscine. Enfin le petit déjeuner en bord de plage était parfait ! Merci à notre hôtesse Katerina, toujours prête à nous conseiller et nous aider, et à son équipe pour leur accueil chaleureux ! Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement et reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Anne-C.

A lovely stay

This was the perfect hotel for us. The poolarea felt so cozy and even though the hotel is close to the beach and the road it still feels calm and quiet at the hotel. We could easily take the bus to Naxos town and we got all the help we needed from the reception at our hotel. We would definitly stay there again next time on Naxos.

Mysigt och nära allt

Hade en jättehärligt vistelse. Bodde i tvårumslägenhet (nummer 1) men två rymliga balkonger. Luftkonditionering i sovrummet var väldigt bra men den i vardagsrummet inte lika effektiv plus att den lät högt. Vi fick ha dörren öppen mellan rummen så inte ett blev för kallt och ett för varmt. Köket skulle behöva lite mer utrustning (saknade knivar och stekspade). Men man får ha i åtanke att det är ett enklare hotell och det översteg våra förväntningar mycket. Lugnt vid poolen och folk paxade inte solstolar så trots att de är få fanns det alltid plats. Nära till stranden och restauranger men ändå väldigt lugnt och skönt! Jag skulle absolut bo på Anemomilos igen om jag kommer tillbaka till Naxos.

Charming little pool oasis, good for families or couples. Friendly staff and super close to the beach, bis stop and cafes (30m). The shower and curtain could use a renovation but other than that perfect!

Dejligt sted

Dejligt lille sted med perfekt beliggenhed i fht. strand, restauranter og indkøb. Skønt poolområde, dog få solstole grundet lille poolområde (ikke plads til flere). Stranden i Agia Anna er så skøn, at man ikke behøver pool, så det har ikke Den store betydning. Alt i alt et dejligt sted, som vi gerne overnatter på igen.

Hotel molto carino stanza grande e funzionale... Ottimo rapporto qualita prezzo. Abbondante colazione continentale... La signora maria gentilissima e molto disponibile. Un posto da tenere a mente se si vuole soggiornare a naxos

Mycket bra hotell, nära till allt speciellt till stranden Agios Prokopios! Hotellägaren Maria är jättetrevlig o hjälpsam med det mesta. Rekommenderas!

A lovely hotel at the perfect location

Unfortunately we could only stay two nights in this very cosy apartment hotel. We would love to come back. Everything was great! Clean and comfortable room, a very nice pool and the area around it. We also had the breakfast (which we ordered at the hotel) for only 6 Euro we got all we needed to start the day fresh.

Veldig bra hotell med koselig bassengområde. Fin beliggenhet. Nær strand med gode restauranter. God rengjøring og vennlig og serviceinnstilt hotellpersonalet. Kommer gjerne igjen.

Underbara Anemomilos

Härligt boende, fräscha rum med köksdel, stor toa med bra dusch, balkong, allt rent o fint. Ligger vid en återvändsgata, så mycket tyst och lugnt läge. Fin och stor pool, inramad med växter och solstolar. Härlig sandstrand på någon minuts promenadavstånd, med kristallklart vatten. Parasoller och solsängar finns att hyra av restaurangerna längs stranden, ofta utan kostnad om man äter på stället. Vi valde till frukost, den var bra och serverades vid poolkanten av hjäpsamma värdinnan Maria. Flera bra restauranger finns i närheten. För den som vill ordna sin egen mat finns affärer alldeles intill hotellet.Hållplats för bussen till/från Naxos stad finns också i närheten. Transfer till/från färjehamnen eller flygplatsen erbjuds gratis. Vi har bott på Anemomilos flera gånger och återkommer gärna hit igen.
