the room is very spacious. be warned that it is a couples hotel but overall my bf and i enjoyed the hotel room. the room we had, had a ‘all you can drink beer’ faucet which my bf loved. the area is inconvenient because the nearest train station is about 17 mins by walk, but not unbearably bad. we did notice pubic hair under the sheets, but that was the only thing that was unclean. stuff like amenities were free as long as you bring them back to the front desk area. all and all, would come back and recommend

The property itself is very well maintained, with every possible amenity available you can think of. However the idea of it being an “adult only” hotel may not be comfortable with everyone (you get the idea). The hospitality by the staff was excellent, no doubt, food was great too, and the rooms are massive! But getting here by public transit could be painful, as its quite a walk from the nearest train station (Takeda).

The staff was so helpful. I do not speak Japanese that did not stop the none English speaking staff, they went above and beyond to show me how to navigate. They even let me use their phone charger when I had forgotten mine. My room was clean and I felt safe being a solo traveler here.

Couples motel. Free parking away from the center of Kyoto. So we used this hotel to relax after lots of walking. Room was very large, King size bed and large tub. Can order room service from the Tv or tablet which is nice. Note: free items are free for members only. I would not recommend the location without a car.

Reasonable and luxurious

This is a love hotel. You get privacy and everything you need to be comfortable. The price is reasonable for such a luxurious place. Besides the king size bed, you also get to spend your evenings in a big bubble bath. You get room dining for everything you order, breakfast is included and brought to your room as well. At the front desk, there is a chocolate fondue. This is not your typical Japanese hotel. Obviously, it is far from the center but if you like cycling, it is just a 20 minutes ride from Kyoto station. A really funny experience!

Weird experience in the middle of nowhere

Weird location with reasonable level of comfort. Would never stay again.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE STAYING MORE THAN ONE NIGHT. Be sure to read all the notes on the page about this hotel. You have to pack up your luggage and vacate the room you are staying in every single day from 11:00am to 6:00pm, leaving your luggage at the front desk all day. You are issued a new room each time you come back. Also, they charged us an extra $100 a night when we first got there. Needless to say, after the charges and when we re-read all the rules, we moved hotels. I’m sure it’s fine for one night, but not convenient for a multi night stay. I will say though that the lady at the front desk was kind enough to refund the extra charges when we said we didn’t want to stay.

Very recommended

This was our second love hotel booked through Hotels.com. Both in the same hotel chain group. While the first was abismal this was 110% better. We stayed two nights and had both a suite night one and a regular room night two. Comfort was on point, the room was very clean and the amenities for luxurious and appreciated. This hotel allowed us to have an actual room key unlike the other and had free chocolate fountain for us to partake in if we wanted to. There were in each room a beautiful bubble bath jetted tub.

This hotel is about 20mins walk from station, though at first it was very hard to find the hotel..and for the price it is a great hotel very clean and spacious room with all the amenities in the room, the bathroom was soo big pretty and has all these varieties of bath soaps, hairdryer hair curler,straightener and also had a big massage chair and also free water dispenser, and had a massive big tv..we were allowed to sleep 3ppl in 1 king room

The amenities were over the top. We loved everything about this hotel. Definitely will come again if we are in Kyoto.

Beautiful and spacious rooms, striking decor. 15min walk from station, 5 min cab ride. Service was hit or miss due to the private atmosphere, sometimes you literally can’t find anyone even at the front desk. Overall, enjoyed my stay, definitely oriented for couples getaway. Look for the hidden gems throughout the room!

Whatever the concept of this hotel, it was such a great stay at this hotel. Clean, big room with enough space. Staff are nice and friendly. Room service/breakfast are very good! It’s just a perfect stay! Hope they keep the maintenance of the hotel, so that it will stay clean, neat and tidy.

They allotted us smoking room, however, we booked a non-smoking room. Rest is absolutely amazing, super luxirious and comfortable. If in Kyoto, I would stay here again.

I love love hotels!

The hotel is amazing, the staff was very friendly and spoke some English. The area is far away from most everything but the subway isn't too far. The rooms were amazing and it almost felt like a 5 star hotel. Tons of free food and drinks delivered right to the room. 10/10 would stay again.

Qu'on le sache : c'est dans ce love hotel que nous avons eu la plus grande chambre de tout notre séjour au Japon - sans parler de la super baignoire ! Un personnel aux petits soins, 2 boissons & 2 apéros offerts (1 par personne), plein de petits bonus chouettes et la possibilité de choisir chambre fumeur ou non-fumeur... et de se faire livrer Domino's à l'hôtel, puisqu'il y a peu de restaurants autour !

清潔でアメニティも揃っていて、すごく良い時間を過ごせました

他店と違ってまず風呂のサイズが大きく、二人でゆったり浸かれるサイズでとても気持ち良かった。ベッドもキングサイズでこちらも気持ちよく疲れを取ってくれた。備品のレンタルも充実しており、彼女も満足してくれた模様。 ただ、モーニングの配膳時間を２時間も間違って早朝に持ってきてチャイムを鳴らされたのは非常に残念。たまたま起きていたので良かったが怒る客は怒ると思うし、癒しの空間を台無しにしてしまうアクションなのでしっかり改善を。他は十分満足でした。

部屋と料理は素晴らしいです。アメニティも使いやすいので助かります。ただ、ランドリーは毎回説明なく、部屋にランドリーバッグと同意書、筆記用具がありません。フロントに連絡すると同意書だけだったり不自由しますがきちんと対応してくれます。京都で連泊するのに２回利用しましたが不自由があっても泊まってしまいます。

ネット予約のやり方が分からず何度も電話で問い合わせてしまいましたが、丁寧に教えていただき無事に予約・宿泊ができました。お部屋はめちゃくちゃ豪華で綺麗で、寝てしまうのが勿体無いくらい快適な空間でした。

お部屋もとても綺麗でお店の方もとても親切にしてくださってすごく良かったです！ また旅行に行く時は利用したいなと思います。

部屋もチェックイン時の女性スタッフの対応も申し分無く、快適でしたが、残念だったのは、朝食付きプランで予約し、チェックインしたにもかかわらず、当日の朝8:00過ぎにフロントへ連絡すると、「予約しないと」と言われた。そこで、ホテルズドットコムで朝食付きで予約済みだし、チェックイン時に何の説明も無かった旨伝えると、慌てて用意してくれた。挙句苦情を申し入れると、その男性スタッフは、前日チェックイン時のスタッフを叱っておきますとの返事。ありえないですね。その後頼んでもいないタクシーが到着しましたと、その男性スタッフが間違えて連絡してくるし、こちらにしてみれば叱りたいのは、その男性スタッフでありましたが…。 設備、部屋の広さ、清潔さは素晴らしいのに残念でした。

Wir haben ein Nichtraucher Zimmer gebucht und ein Raucher Zimmer bekommen. Konnten dann jedoch am nächsten Tag wechseln. Sehr grosse Zimmer. Nächst gelegener Bahnhof 15min zu Fuss.

Tägliche Zimmerreinigung und Sauberkeit war erstklassig. Das Zimmer war eines der schönsten in denen ich je übernachtet habe, riesßiger TV, sehr großes, bequemes Bett, stilvolle Einrichtung und Ambiente Der Service war zufriedenstellend. 1 kostenfreies Freigetränk und Snack pro Person/Tag. Frühstücksauswahl zwidchen japanischen (Fisch, Reis und Suppe) und westlichen Frühstück (Spiegelei, Speck,Toast und Marmelade) Das Essen war dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis angemessen. Das Persona war shr freundlich, hat allerdings leider nur japanisch gesprochen, mit Händen und Füßen sowie einzelnen englischen Wörtern konnte man sich alleridngs trotzdem verständigen,
