Weird Experience

Lets start with the Bad things : The hotel lobby gave us a room which was already occupied. When we entered we saw a person sleeping which was super messed up!!! And even before, the staff didn't know about our coming and told us to wait to the next day although we booked it already to the previous day. after some arguing he understood that we were staying there and gave us some keys (that prior to this he said they don't have any rooms available) The good side is the location of the hotel, You have a minibar downstairs, and have good walking point to the clubs and restaurants around the hotel. The pillows was Horrible, We all had trouble to sleep with them ( old fashioned big and not comfy) . You got some better hotels at this price point to be honest. wont recommend again.

The hotel is very clean and has a very convenient downtown location. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Because of the location you rarely need a taxi. I am a return costumer for those reasons.

Good clean hotel

Very clean hotel. Within around 10 minute walk to the city and 15 to the old town. Room was super noisy as it was on a main road (didn’t worry me but if you are a light sleeper could be a problem).

Hotel is showing its age, but a great location and a fine breakfast.

Good access to underground

Quiet hotel with good access to the Magheru underground

I liked that the room was clean and nicely furnished. However, the pillows could have been softer and more comfortable.

the worst service and condition of the room, i contact the hotel manager by email, he asked me what happen and since then he didnt reply my email. ill never go back to this hotel.

Location is great but service was terrible. AC control doesn’t work. I requested few times although they didn’t fix or neither changed my room. Staff was not friendly enough. Room key didn’t work every single day. I have to go everyday to get the right key for entire stay.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, cool, with good blackout curtains. Also in a nice location walkable to the Old Towne

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, location is perfect for visitors, everything is right there from transportation to restaurants and attractions. I recommend public transportation to mobilize around the city from hotel

Hotel Ambasador

No option for hot bevarage upon arrival at 21:00. Breakfast room turned the heat to impossible temperature it was too hot with no oxygen.

Non-working things in the room (AC/Hair Dryer), and the bathroom shower is tiny and floods after a few minutes of showering.

Located In The Heart of Bucharest

Located in the heart of Bucharest ! Room was clean and comfort.

Great stay in a Junior Suite. Nice terrace and awesome view. Quite quiet for its super-central location. Walking distance to city's main cultural attractions. WiFi was fine. AC worked well. Breakfast was great. Having a restaurant (lunch, dinner) inside the hotel was a plus. Restaurant staff was very professional and friendly. Hotel staff was courteous and efficient.

In dire need of renovations of most of the hotel. Breakfast decent. Fine if it was rated 3 stars. Great location.

Knappast fyrstjärningt

Först det bra; trevlig frukost, och bra personal. Läget var bra, nära till barer och restauranger. Väldigt livlig trefilig gata utanför, men den hördes inte i hotellet. Men detta är inte ett fyrstjärnigt hotell. Kanske två. Det uppges på hotels.com att de har bar. Ja, det fanns en bardisk, men den har nog inte varit öppen på flera år. Rummen är i behov av renovering, heltäckningsmattan och madrassen hade suspekta fläckar. Duschen var inte i något vidare skick heller, badrummet var ganska ofräscht. Det fanns inget i minibaren, inte ens kaffe på rummet. Man måste hämta det man vill ha i receptionen. Det fanns inte ens ett skohorn på rummet. Bara vissa rum hade CNN och liknande, mitt rum hade bara rumänsk tv. Ta bort två stjärnor och det blir mer sanningsenligt.

Camere un po’ datate, acqua calda solo dopo lungo spreco d’acqua. Mi spiace perché il personale è gentile e disponibile ma non è più quattro stelle.

Otel iyi Konum çok iyi Yalıtım felaket, araçlar odada geziyor sanki. Çok gürültülü.

Hotel carino e curato dallo stile classico. A soli 20 minuti a piedi dalla Old Town di Bucarest con ottima prima colazione variegata. Consigliato.

Bad choice of hotel to stay in Bucharest

- hostile reception during checkin - bad English and communication - very small room, pathetic view from window - breakfast was bad! Poor spread - narrow lift - housekeeping very unprofessional - just barges in with a single knock on the door - housekeeping staff constantly yells around the hallways during cleaning (in Romanian)

Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys ja palvelualttous. Hotelli oli siisti ja hyvin pidetty. Sain huoneen nopealla aikataululla. Tästä iso kiitos.

Medelmåttigt hotell

Ett av de sämre 4-stjärniga hotell vi bott på. Fick ett litet, mörkt rum med utsikt rakt in i smutsiga, obebodda (?) fönster mitt emot. Rummet luktade illa och avloppet i duschen var igensatt. Frukosten relativt enkel och bestod av flera varianter av samma mat (typ fårost garnerad med gurka & fårost garnerad med tomat). Bad i receptionen om att få en karta dag ett, och fick veta att de var slut. Några nya dök inte upp under resten av vår vistelse.

Ligging is dicht bij het centrum, kamers en badkamers zijn ruim en schoon. Wij vonden alleen het personeel niet echt vriendelijk/behulpzaam en de meeste personeelsleden spraken ook niet fatsoenlijk Engels waardoor je bij een probleem of een vraag vaak onvoldoende geholpen werd.

La terrasse magnifique. Le bon petit déjeuner, le personnel souriant et avenant

Ideale Lokatie; Op loopafstand van de oude stad, zeer goede ontbijt. Het geven van Informatie over openbaar vervoer is minder goed,kan beter.

Sehr sauber, centrale lage, nette Personal. Guten Verbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu Flughafen.

Un seul ascenseur pour desservir 12 étages...
