Overall good hotel compare to the price.
Staff are super nice but the condition of the rooms are poor
Staff not friendly and helpful.

good hotel for locals not for tourists
Best
Reception girl lack professionalism, very late to respond and ignore us while waiting to check in
The hotel is very nice and you are on the middle of any store or restaurant You need every think is walking distance definitely this will be my hotel every time I visit Egypt
They did not let me in. They insisted that I have to pay cash AGAIN. !!!!!! They mentioned that they did not receive any money even though I paid in full and showed me the receipt.
ممل
الفندق كتير عليه ٥ نجوم الموقع حلو والغرف ممتازة جداا ولكن الجو العام في الفندق ممل .. لا انصح به
There is no sense of dealing with customers They just want to collect money without real service Staff squabble in front of customers with obscene words
No recpect for the vositor in the hotel/no recpect / i dont adivce any one to visit this hotle
Clean room Friendly staff Nice pool view Professional front office employees
Amarante
Very nice hotel But needs renovation
The best bit to this hotel is the pool. The WiFi and customer service at reception is non-existent.
They made me pay more than I supposed to pay . I really didn't like being there
Was not bad if you like to stay in public area they have nice swimming Poll
The stuff were so mean the front desk women was so mean and rud
nice hotel in the heart of Giza. It is safe to walk around outside of the compound. The staff is friendly. We ate at the restaurant a lot and it was great. The room was comfortable and had a large nice patio. We stayed here as two American girls on their first ever trip to Egypt. It was safe and great.
The staff members are very helpful and friendly. The facilities needs update and repair, e.g. show head holding bar is falling off and you have to hold the shower head to take a shower. The hotel room price does not include the breakfast and coffee kettle needs to rent daily, etc. Hope these charges explain clearly at the booking website.
They are very dishonest, I book this hotel for my Neice for two days , they told her it is book for one day.
WIFI was so bad need to change the sever whos provide service Air condition was not ok
It’s close to the market and shopping stores
It’s a normal hotel with a lot of negative specially the front dicks , ( the check in The worst !!!! two hours if you’re lucky )
Very bad
Generally I don’t like it Bad
A place to drop your head on a pillow
Not clean and sometime they do not clean your room for 2 days, thier cleaning is super bad
Good Value for Money.
The overall evaluations against the rate per night are very good. They have a very nice breakfast with wide range of food. The location of the hotel is not good. The Hotel staff is good.
Poor service
Service was horrible, the hotel itself is nice. The restaurant staff if very nice but you will wait a long time for food. The front desk is not friendly to the slightest and very condasending when dealing with issues.
No bar/longe
No lounge or bar in operation at the time of my stay. I had trouble getting drinks. the food was good, but I could not really kick back and relax. If you like a good cocktail on your vacation, find another hotel.
Hotel for Topdeck tour
This hotel was lovely. I booked it for the night before my Topdeck tour was due to start. I notified them of my late check in - around 2am. When I arrived they said they were fully booked! I had paid for the previous night and confirmed the checkin only 3 hours earlier! Finding another hotel in the middle of the night on your first night in Cairo was scary. When we stayed here for Topdeck the next few night it was a different story. They really took care of us. I ended up staying on for three extra nights at the end of my tour as well.
Cairo
Hotel was okay... WiFi not good at all, staff hardly spoke English hard time communicating. With traffic pyramids are almost an hour away.
Nice Hotel right next shopping Area
The hotel is nice , quiet, Hotel Staff they so nice the Wi-Fi it is not that good and the furniture it's old
No a/c,not clean
Hotel not good at all, darty and no air condition, I change room 3 times but all same
Close to the pyramids!!
Good professional hotel. A bit dated but in great shape!
Its not that much
This hotel sucks service is to slow I order i coffe the send it to me after 35 min and it came almost cold
I liked and I will try it again when I visit Cairo
Nice hotel
It is a nice hotel for the rate with very cooperative and friendly staff
So bad I loved it.
A hotel fit for the Pharaohs (dead and dusty) and probably hosted them in ancient times. Needed to call housekeeping for everything - glasses, towels, blankets, heat. The showers had no pressure but at least the water had no smell. Internet was slow and the over-priced Gulf Arab filled hooker bar next door was loud until 6am. That being said, we had a great time. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The staff is great and very accommodating. The breakfast buffet is disappointing but the dining area it is served in shows classic elegance from bygone day. The hotel is located on a side street between the main thoroughfares of King Faisal and Pyramid street and when you go inside the small door you come into a hidden world. It must have been amazing in its day, but for what we paid, it was awesome.
Very Good Hotel
Very nice people with great egyptian hospitality, the egyptian breakfast was delicious that i had in the hotel, the hotel is offers massage service for low prices with a great masseuse.
Fridge was not working it took almost one hour after calling them 4 times to change the room, and i had to wait about 40 minutes to check in the hotel.
Fint services. Mangler aircondition i receptionen
Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Personal durchweg sehr zuvorkommend.
