Horrible Facility - The pictures of rooms are at least 20 years old. This Hotel is nothing like what is advertised. Carpet is old, worn and stained. Beds have a visible slope from use, Bathroom was as clean as it could be for the age and over use. We checked in and walked right back out after seeing the actual rooms. Staff was nice and friendly. Expedia PLEASE make them update the discription and Pictures of the hotel.

Small hotel and only chosen as it was close to my office. Very small room, but OK this is Paris. Positive: - clean - good internet - free tea and coffee Negative: - small room - no Airconditioning!!! This is a MUST in summer paris. Ridiculous hot in the room!!!!!! - extremely noisy!!! Especially from within the hotel! - very limited breakfast Just one of the many hotels in paris to avoid!!!

Hotel is old, rugs smell, staff is unfriendly, rooms are closet size only bed fits, bathtub leaks, small windows, they tried to fit us first on the ground floor rooms without any windows. verdict a rat hole not recommended. only benefit is free coffee

Paris Billancourt is A Great Area a Relaxing Neighbour and The Hotel Is Good

The room was clean, although quite small. But the lack of AC was the most disappointing part. We were there when there was one of the worst heat waves, and there was only a fan in the room, no AC at all. Suffice to say we did not sleep very well.

Great staff, great access.

We came to watch the USA play in the Woman’s World Cup. The hotel was very close to he stadium and the staff was exceptionally helpful and kind!

Warm and friendly staff

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. As with most European hotels, the room was small but we did have a king size bed. Location was near a metro station. Room was pricey but think that was true of all hotels in Paris that week. Definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel close to all the shops and metro

The hotel is located in a very nice place close to all the shops and metro, it’s only take 20 mins to go to Paris central. I really enjoyed staying there , but the only problem is they don’t have coffee and kettle inside the rooms you have to go downstairs to reception for hot drinks. But highly recommended.

Nice budget hotel. Close to public transit. Near tourists attractions by public transport. Breakfast optional. No Air Conditioning.

Quaint cozy hotel in a good location

Rooms were small but cozy. Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. Near the Metro for easy access to the city, great complimentary breakfast and friendly staff. Free Wifi which was nice. Only downside was no gym...which would have been nice, but great atmosphere and overall great stay. Lobby was fairly small (intimate, some might say). I would recommend, and will likely stay again when in town. As a business traveler my needs were fairly minimal, but would consider bringing my family here for an 'authentic experience' near all the major attractions.

Disappointing hotel.

The room was not that great. Hallway looked bad and dark. Carpet are old. Needs replacement. Room is filty and bathroom not that clean. Disappointing to stay at this property.

nice hotel

From reading the description it appeared that their was parking available, however when i arrived there was not. Not adial if you have a car. Other than that it was fine, small rooms with a big comfortable bed and really nice shower. Had interactions with 3 staff, two were nice and one was not helpful at all and appeared to be watching tv everytime i saw him

Although I booked a family room or connecting rooms, the hotel don't have any so we slept the 4 of us in 1 room. Not so comfortable...

Great staff very helpful

Great basic hotel with very helpful staff- very accommodating as we were in Paris for short stopover arriving and leaving at odd times. Clean and walkable distance to the metro and other amenities.

This place is really close to a metro station and also many restaurants around the neighbourhood. The rooms were as clean as they can, but the place is pretty outdated. There were stains on the carpets in the room and throughout the hallways. The door on our shower didn't work so it was impossible not to get water all over the floor. Decent sized room though, and had a safe which was nice since they ask you leave the key at the desk when you aren't there.

Free fast wifi / very very friendly staff / great location. Room was what I expected for the price but clean and comfortable.

Stayed there for business purposes since was close to the office in Boulogne. Beds are comfy. Rooms small but decent and functional. Bathroomm way too small. Shower super small. Had a wet towel in my room when I checked in. The following night found a water bottle that was not mine and a pack of chewing gum went missing. It's about principle not just a chewing gum pack. Reported everything. Staff was very apologetic. Removed hotel taxes and offered 3 breakfast on the house. Rooms are well isolated.great decor if you like the Eiffel tower.

Quiet and convenient for our purpose

In a pretty street (currently full of roadworks, but they will pass!), and just down the street from Marcel Semblat metro, this is a simple hotel with everything you might need. Very good breakfast, excellent coffee. Quite a small room with little natural light, but it gave onto an internal courtyard and we were out all day; maybe the upstairs rooms are brighter/less tight. Very nice shower. Comfortable bed. I couldn't fault the reception staff, all extremely helpful, positive and charming.

No air conditioning in the hottest days

Contrary to what was advertised on their website, the air conditioning hasn't been working for a while. Discovered it on one of the the hottest days of the summer. Terrible experience...

Outstanding stay & experience

We loved staying at Alpha Paris Hotel. Finally found a spot, for a great last-minute rate in the Boulogne Billancourt neighborhood, a prestigious part of town. As we walked down the street to our place, it was a sight of grandeur with lavish scents of honey suckle that lace the cast iron gates along the path. Once we entered the Alpha Hotel, we were overwhelmed by the decor and implementation of the Eiffel Tower theme. Our room was perfect, with an Eiffel Tower mural above our bed and the carpet designed with a compete map of the city. The staff was kind & courteous. There was a great restaurant just down the street with outdoor seating. The hotel is a in a logistically sound location. The metro is a block away. The 9 subway took us to all the top sites to see. We would definitley keep Alpha Hotel as an option for our next trip to Paris.

Superb!

I use this hotel quite often as it's just around the corner from our offices in Paris. As the name suggests the hotel has the Eiffel Tower theme throughout and is a very cool place stay for a very reasonable price in central Paris. I've stayed in both the Standard and Superior rooms here and both are very well presented and clean. The bathrooms are a tad on the small side but never the less very modern and again clean. This hotel is located just around the corner from the nearest Metro station (Marcel Sembat) and takes approximately 40 mins from Paris Gare du Nord and 15-20 mins from the Trocaderó stop which is the best stop to see the Eifell Tower in all its glory! All in all a very pleasant place to stay and one that I shall keep returning to!

Our stay at the hotel was a very pleasant one. The location of the hotel is great, only a few minutes walk to the nearest Metro station, Marchel Sambat. The hotel staff are very friendly , nice and informative too! Fruits are available throughout the day at the hotel.Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Good hotel

Although it was only a short ride away, I wish we would have picked a hotel closer in town. There wasn't much in the neighborhood to eat or see. Very helpful staff!

OK but a bit overpriced

Service was uneven. Very good with some people, not great with one in particular. Good area (quiet street, can open the windows and still sleep, which is not obvious in Paris). Just a bit overpriced for the quality. Parking is not obvious, but if you find a spot on the street, the meters are working well and are convenient (free during the night). Walking distances from good restaurants.

My first rom was large and had a view to the eiffel tower. The second room was smaller which was ok but was much more noisy. Very nice furniture & decoration. Breakfast is ok but not enough dishes so employees are out of breath at peak time. more warm food would be good

Great value hotel with excellent customer service

We arrived at the Alpha to be greeted with a welcoming smile at reception. The hotel was extremely well appointed with a well thought out Eifel Tower theme throughout. From reception, thourgh the corridors into the room, there were elements of the tower. The hotel gave us complimentary breakfast for one morning, which was very kind. The breakfast was enjoyable and had a good variety to choose from in their continental range. The room was small but well appointed with a very stylish bathroom and an good design of decor. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would re-book this hotel ifreturning to Paris as it was great value for money.

Creative and fun!

We found Alpha Hotel to be very creative and welcoming. Thomas, the front desk man during the day, was very knowledgeable and kind with all of our questions regarding sights in Paris. The rooms were very new and clean. We did not have a shower curtain which made the bathroom floor wet, but we got past that. The only complaint I had was that we could not find out how to turn on the heater and the night staff told us where to look but when that didn't work, they couldn't or wouldn't come up to our room to help. This could have been communication issues since he spoke little English and we spoke little French. We truly enjoyed everything else and look forward to staying there the next time we are in Paris.

On voulait un hôtel près du parc des princes, et c'était l'idéal, métro à proximité, rue très calme en revanche chambre très petite. Je recommande c'était vraiment agréable.

Hotel pulito, personale molto gentile , colazione con varie scelte . Stanza un po' piccola, ma dotata di ogni comfort. L'hotel mette a disposizione dei clienti acqua e la macchinetta del caffe/the /latte. Apprezzata la vicinanza alla metro. L 'unica pecca è il fatto di non avere un parcheggio covenzionato. Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto buono.

Hotellin henkilökunta puhuu englantia juuri ja juuri riittävän hyvin, asioinnissa ei ollut siinä mielessä ongelmaa. Huoneen hintaan ei sisälly aamiaista, mutta sen voi ostaa erikseen 15€ per päivä. Kahden hengen huone on juuri sopivan kokoinen. Omassa kylpyhuoneessa on pieni amme ja huoneessa on pieni TV. Ilmastointi toimii huoneessa hyvin.

J’ai découvert cet hôtel lors d’un déplacement pro. Ce fut un séjour très agréable, la chambre est spacieuse et le service agréable. Je recommande.

Petit hôtel sympa bien situé

J'ai l'habitude de cet hôtel : je l'aime beaucoup parce qu'il est bien situé et que le personnel est très gentil. Par contre, un bon rafraichissement serait bien nécessaire. Peu d'insonorisation : on entend bien voisins et ascenseur. Et la moquette foncée assombrit chambres et parties communes. Et changer la baignoire pour une douche, plus écofriendly.

Très bien mais très froid l'hiver

Hôtel très sympatique, situé dans une rue calme. L'accueil et le service des équipes est excellent. Gros bémol est le chauffage dans la chambre qui n'était pas du tout efficace, il faisait tellement froid que nous avons dû demander des couvertures en plus (que nous avons eu bien sûr) et dormis habillés avec nos manteaux et chaussettes. Sinon tout s'est bien passé

Es un hotel pequeño, pero acogedor. El servicio fue excelente. Llegamos antes de la hora para el “check in” y nuestra habitación ya estaba lista, por lo que nos entregaron las llaves antes. Además, el día antes nos enviaron una encuesta para conocer sobre nuestra estadía. Al completarla, recibimos hasta recomendaciones de restaurantes cercanos. El trato es excelente. Sin embargo, deben mejorar en limpieza.

Nous avons opté pour ce petit hôtel car il était bien situé par rapport à une formation que je devais suivre. La personne l’arrivée était fort aimable. Des petites attentions comme du chocolat nous a beaucoup touché. La literie était confortable. Le ménage était bien fait en chambre mais dans les couloirs

Propriété de la chambre à revoir (linge de lit sale à l'arrivée changé apres remarque faite et objets oubliés /dechets presents sous le lit). Defaut d'insonorisation entre les chambres et entre la chambre et le couloir. Rue calme et hôtel proche du métro. Gardien/accueil toute la nuit.

Tranquillo e silenzioso

PRO: Personale molto cortese (di nazionalità italiana), tè di alta qualità offerto agli ospiti a tutte le ore, locali puliti, zona molta tranquilla e silenziosa. CONTRO: Box doccia un po' piccolo, colazione forse un po' troppo "basic" (ma il tè era ottimo!).

Staff is helpful and the hotel is cozy, my room was smaller than I thought but the bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. It’s a bit far from the center but there is a metro station near by. There is also a lot of restaurants and bars around the area and the bus stop is close too so it’s easy to get around.

Chambre classique avec tout l'essentiel. Bien insonorisée. Seul petit souci avec l'évacuation du lavabo qui se coince.

Hotel bien sous tout rapport , Accueil souriant, la chambre petite mais fonctionnelle ,le petit déjeuner fait avec de bons produits tout cela ainsi qu'un quartier calme et cela avec un prix de chambre raisonnable. Pas de parking, mais un disponible à quelques rues.

Je n’ai pas l’habitude de laisser mon avis

Rentrer d’une journée de travail et découvrir une chambre non nettoyée des draps pas changés! J’appelle la réception elle me dis je vais venir faire le ménage et au final 20 min à attendre debout dans la chambre manteau sur le dos après 11h de boulot! Au final une nouvelle chambre m’est attribuée je dois déménager toutes mes affaires 45 min plus tard Sans parler de la mauvaise insonorisation des chambres l’impression de dormir avec mes voisins!

Oke hotel, maar te prijzig voor de kwaliteit. Personeel is erg zakelijk en wilde ons zestig Euro voor parkeren elders laten betalen, met de mededeling dat je maar twee uur mocht parkeren aan de straat. Parkeren aan de straat was echter gratis. Wel een goede, rechtstreekse metroverbinding, naar de Eiffeltoren.

Bon emplacement, rapide d’acces Du métro Marcel Sembat. Un hôtel rénové, un super petit déjeuner, il y a du tout, en bonne qualité. Dans le lobby il y a du thé et du café gratuit disponible pour les clients, les parapluies sont prêtés. Literie confortable, décoration sympathique. Bref, bonne petite chambre, personnel agréable.

A nice hotel in a silent corner of Boulogne, with very service-minded staff, close to public transportation and a shopping mall.

比較的便利な場所にあり、価格も妥当なホテル。フロント、ルームメイドを含めあらゆるスタッフがフレンドリー。部屋はスチームヒーターが常に稼働し暖かかった。難点は部屋に冷蔵庫と電気ケトルがないこと。他のホテルの例に漏れずWIFIは遅い。

Top für einen Kurztrip

Für eine kurze Städtereise ist das Hotel auf jeden Fall zu emfpehlen. In ca. 5 Minuten ist die nächste Metro Station zu erreichen. Man fährt ca 20-30 Minuten ins Zentrum (je nach dem, wo man hin möchte). Kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants sind direkt um die Ecke. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ein bisschen hellhörig. Das Personal ist sehr nett und das Frühstück war klein, aber in Ordnung (Müsli, Baguette, Croissant, verschiedener Belag, Kaffee, Tee, Kakao). Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls recht klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Toll waren die kleine Schachtel mit Pralinen und die Karte zur Begrüßung. :)
