We chose this hotel as wanted to be near airport and train station, it was great for both. You can also get bus to city centre along the road from hotel for €1.40. helpful staff.

I stayed for just one night before my flight from Seville. It is in perfect location for connection. It is near Justa Train station (as I was coming from Cordoba), it is just 7min walk to a bus to an airport as well as bus that will take you to city center in just about 5-10min. The room was spacious and clean, with basic amenities.

Luxurious but..

All are ok, but wc on the room is not comfort (Between shower and wall is less than 50 cm). There is only small trash can on bath room

The property was very close from a train station. But the direction of the hotel on Google map lead us to the back wall of the property and we had to walk extra block to reach to the front entrance.

It was a short taxi trip to the airport for our 6am flight. Simple but comfortable room.

Great stay but a bit far from the core. However, it's very close to the train station so it could be very convenient depending on your plans!

Perfect location if arriving in Seville by train - just a few minutes walk with out suitcases and also the the bus stops into town. Really easy location for our first time in Seville. Rooms are absolutely spotless, staff incredible helpful, drinks reasonable priced. Plenty of tapas bars in walking distance if you want to stay local for an evening - but not so close you hear any noise ok the evening. Pool is excellent - perfect temperature for a dip in the heat. For pool towels you just need €10 cash for a deposit. Drinks available from the bar from 5pm, reasonable priced and vending machine on site for before that. Supermarket in walking distance so we stocked up on bigger water bottles and put them in the fridge in the room. We would definitely stay here again

Staff could not have been more helpful. Room was clean, reasonably spacious, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great and reasonably priced. We would certainly consider using this hotel again.

5 minute walk to train station. Gentleman that checked me in was very nice and helpful. Room was modern, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. Wish I stayed longer so I could checkout that pool!

The property was clean, modern, and beautifully tucked into the neighborhood. Very classy. Very close to the train station for our brief overnight stay on our way to the airport early the next morning. Pleasant and quiet pool area. Saw enough to want to return here for a longer stay. Noise was a factor: 1) arriving guests enter rooms through an enclosed foyer shared by (10?) rooms with no furnishing to help deaden echoing noise of closing doors and people that often also rattled our own door. Could have been more of a disruption for us than it turned out to be as guest arrivals weren't many, and weren't late-returning or boisterous; 2) our room happen to have a Heat/air unit that created strange, intermittent, and disruptive clamoring noises that we discovered only after we went to bed when it was too late to resolve. My wife particularly had a difficult time sleeping. (Reported to hotel) We wouldn't let our noise experience prevent us from definitely giving this hotel a second stay.

Good shower, modern room, good air conditioning. Only problem was the toilet was right next to the shower. The toilet spot was so small. If you are a large person you would not fit

We enjoyed our stay. Elena, at front desk was excellent. We appreciated all of help. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Room was ample, comfortable and clean.

I liked my stay at the property

This property was undergoing renovations at the time of our visit, and if they had warned us of that fact I would have been understanding. However, the place is not really ready to accept guests. Everything is just not finished.

Super clean sheets but stinky room.

Very clean room. The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from Seville train station. I believe the hotel is undergoing renovation. Our room still had an old door which allow much noise. Overall, the location served it purpose.

The room was clean, the air-conditioning worked and there was a small fridge. It was within walking distance to shops and the main station.

We just needed a one-night stay between train from Cordoba and heading to the airport. This worked very well, with helpful personnel and a quiet backyard near pool.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was clean and pool area was great for the hot weather we had for our visit. The location is near the train station but not much else. You will need to take Uber or Taxi to get into the old town areas to see the sites. Overall a great option if you have early departure or late arrival on the train. About 10 minute taxi from the airport also.

Wonderful Place to Stay

We chose this hotel because it was in walking distance to train station and we were only there for one night. Too bad because it was a very nice hotel, probably cleanest I've stayed at. Room was minimalistic but sofisticated and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. Bar food was excellent with a good variety of choices, and very inexpensive. Bed was prefectly comfortable and didn't wake with a back ache. Shower was nice and hot with good pressure and didn't get floor all wet. Maybe a little more shelving in bathroom area to have a place to put items, but overall a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend.

We stayed for one night and without warning at 8am there was constant building works that sounded like they were directly above our rooms that went on through until checkout. It appeared the building works was happening within the building as we couldn't see anything outside. The hotel has one main function and that is to provide a comfortable, undisturbed nights sleep. Due to long travel times we very much needed a lay in, which we didn't achieve. Frankly to have building work starting in a hotel at 8am without warning guests is ridiculous.

Good budget hotel

Staff friendly and helpful. Pool side well cared for with lots of shade. Very handy for railway station and airport bus. Lots of little bars and cafes round about

the only thing I have to say is that it is not fair to charge someone who has a motorcycle as much as a car, for a narrow space, where a car would not have the space to park. I parked outside!!

Convenenient and comfortable

This was just a one night stop in order to attend an event, so it is difficult to make more than a basic comment. Everything was clean, convenient,and comfortable, and the woman on reception was really pleasant and helpful. We would happily return to this location in future if we were able to revist Sevilla for longer as it appears very conveniently situated.

Awesome staff

This is a convenient hotel, within walkable distance to Seville main attractions. The staff is the best feature here. Maria was fast, very friendly and efficient during our checkin while Irene excelled in supporting us during our whole stay, giving precise tips for visiting and eating, and helping us whenever necessary. The room is good enough, the bathroom is separated from the room by an opaque glass which sometimes is not very comfortable. There is a nice swimming pool and a garage (paid). Breakfast is not a good option here but there are nice coffee shops very close. I would return here especially because of the treatment we received.

Traveler beware! Hotels.com information on AACR Monteolivos Hotels, in Seville-Spain, is incorrect and misleading. I decided to rent a room at this particular hotel because the published info indicated that parking was free. Parking is not free. The hotel confirmed It had a parking garage but It was not free. Hotel monte olivos has a lovely garden and pool area with lots of beach chairs and other seating around the pool. Lots of trees to find shade under if needed and drinks available from the bar inside. Hotrl looks recently renovated and decor is pleasant. Room was rather small, but clean and comfortable. Pity the room doors were very thin and with a big gap underneath. Let in a lot of noise from late night guests who at times were inconsiderately noisy.

Close to train station...great value for money Staff where very friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of the centre. Hotel swimming pool on the ground floor was very clean and at the time of our stay in late May nice and quiet. Furthermore only 10 minutes from the airport.Taxi fare of 25 euros.

The garden and pool was just what I wanted as the reason for my visit was peace and quiet to do some writing. The weather was great so the hotel perfect. . The staff are excellent - charming and efficient. Being in a residential area there is an abundance of very good local bars and restaurants.

V close to the train station with friendly staff

This was a really good hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy and the bed comfortable. There was also a pool that could be used in the summer months. The hotel provided breakfast that you could purchase on a day to day basis for € 6.50 and there was a decent choice of food. The equipment was quite outdated though. The rooms didn't have contact cards but keys. The bathroom was quite small but ok. The walls must have been quite thin as you could easily hear what was happening in the corridors, especially when cleaners started working in the morning or when guests were returning to their rooms in the evenings. The hotel was very close to the train station which is convenient when travelling to other cities like Cordoba. It is quite walk to the city centre though (probably closest to the Royal Alcazar - about 20 minutes of swift walk). There aren't really many good public transport options around other than the train stations though there are a few bus lines. The metro stations are quite far and so are the tram lines. This is a good choice if you're using the train station and it's also very close to the airport. The main disadvantage is the distance from the old town.

Nice hotel. Not the best soundproofing so you may hear your neighbors but the rooms are nice and spacious. Hotels.com listed it as having free parking which is not true but you can easily find parking around the hotel.

Clean and Friendly

I unexpectedly needed to stay another night in Seville and was easily able to extend my stay at this hotel. There’s not a lot going on right by the hotel but I easily walked to El Cortes Ingles for supplies (5 mins) and into the main attractions of Seville (40mins strolling). The hotel itself is basic but I appreciated the very helpful staff, the pool and the pleasant outlook from the breakfast room. I was provided with a free breakfast as the tv in my room wasn’t working. I needed to leave Seville from Santa Justa train station and this is just a few mins walk away.

Small and Friendly Hotel

I needed somewhere after a late night arrival from the airport and an early morning departure from Santa Justa train station. The hotel is ideally located for that. It is 3 stars so my expectations were low but the staff were very friendly, the room and the breakfast were serviceable. Great price so it suited me well.

3 star with a 4 star feel

i was a bit worried about booking this 3 star, but it was near the train station, however when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised that it had a 4 star feel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here

Pretty bad hotel all round but not horrible

The sink was clogged up as soon as you open any water and the shower hose was leaking so there was almost no pressure when taking a shower. The room was also given to me and was not ready, I found out it wasn't prepared or cleaned until I walked in and had to go down stairs again and wait in the lobby until it was made ready.

Nice hotel, kind hotel staff

We stayed at the hotel for two days. The hotel was better than I expected before. It seems a little bit far away from the city center. But, using one bus, you can go the city center in 20-25 minutes. We espcially prefered this hotel since it was close to the train station. If your transportation is train, it would be easy to reach to the hotel without using a taxi. Our room was clean, but the bed was not so comfortable. Another problem was that there was no hairdryer in the room. But when we asked for one, they sent one immediately. One day we had our breakfast in the hotel. It was standard but the price was good. Hotel stuff are very kind. When we were waiting for our taxi in the morning, they offered coffee for free. If your expectations are not too high, it would be a great alternative to choose thus hotel.

We originally planned to stay for just 1 night and then head off from Santa Justa station to another city. However, my husband got sick and the hotel was able to accomodate us for another night. Extremely good value for money, nice neighourhood with an authentic feel, very clean. The only small issues were that the renovations seemed to be rushed (our floorboards were laid so loose that they slid around) and the door wasnt very soundproof so we could clearly hear people in the morning and the cleaners were a little loud. A special mention to Juan who was extremely helpful in helping me order a pizza and being very nice about it.

Short distance from train, long distance from town

The hotel is located in a neighborhood of apartment buildings and a little hard to find. The lobby and staff we very nice. Rooms could use an upgrade but by all means are in good condition. The hotel itself is very far from many sites, and restaurants.

Good hotel

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable, but it is older than we expected. The hotel is located a bit far away from the old town, but it has two bus stops nearby. All in all, it is a very good option if you have a relatively tight budget.

The decor and facilities in my room were a bit dated but other parts of the hotel seemed fresher. Efficient check-in.

very friendly hotel with spacious, comfy rooms, good breakfast bar and very useful swimming pool.... great to cool off after a long day! The desk staff were great. The buses to the centre of Seville were quick and cheap.

while not the most exciting or beautiful neighborhood, this hotel was conveniently located next to the airport bus stop as well as a bus station. However, any noise made in the hallways was heard in the rooms. The pool was nice to cool off in during the hot afternoon. free coffee machine in lobby. recently updated.

Good small hotel

Clean and quiet - and a good value - but the rooms are small. I couldn't open the wardrobe very far because the door hit the bed. The room really shouldn't have had two beds in it. The location is near the train station on a side street, but not that hard to find. However, you need to take a bus into town if you want to do any sightseeing. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Breakfast choices were limited.

El.check in del.hotel muy lento. Los pasillos del hotel no estan insonorizados para que los clientes que llegan no te despierten en mitad de la.noche. La habitacion es justa sde espacio pero tiene todo lo necesario . El hotel esta situado en una zona muy tranquila y muy cerca de la estacion de tren santa justa. Al final de la calle hay varios bares donde te puedes tomar algo y cenar pero nada del otro mundo.

Piccolo hotel situato in una stradina secondaria nei pressi della stazione ferroviaria, essendo arrivati di notte non è stato facilissimo identificarlo, si confonde con le abitazioni limitrofe, l’insegna e l’ingresso non erano ben visibili. Gentile il personale, scomodossima la camera, lunga e stretta con il lavandino all’interno della camera. Ho prenotato una camera matrimoniale ma il letto era da una piazza e mezzo, molto scomodo. Non ci tornerei sicuramente

Et rigtig pænt hotel med venligt og serviceminded personale. Nemt at tage bus til centrum, men også god afstand til at gå derind. Eneste minus var at det var en lørdag aften, hvor der var andre gæster der ikke tog hensyn om natten, men snakkede højt på gangen og lod dørene smække til kl. 2-3 om natten.

Minha estada foi razoável, arrumadeira não deixava Shampoo e sabonetes, estávamos em 2 hóspedes no quarto, tomávamos banho pela manhã e a noite, tive que reclamar na recepção a falta dos produtos.

Hotel pulito e con una bella piscina esterna. Distante dal centro ma comodo per raggiungere i treni perché attaccato alla stazione. Personale efficiente e gentile, cuscini alla francese scomodi. Nei dintorni ci sono bar ottimi per colazioni e tapas.

Bien para una corta estadia

Un hotel en en zona tranquila para pasar uno o dos días pues al menos en la habitación que estuvimos no tenía mobiliario para guardar la ropa en caso de una estadía más larga. También la habitación del baño resultaba pequeña para poder moverse con comodidad. El desayuno modesto

La habitación está recién remodelada, está muy bien para pasar la noche, está muy limpia, la propiedad o edificio es viejo pero lo están remodelando, el personal muy amable. Está 5 min a pie de la estación de tren Sta justa

Accueil et petit déjeuner correct. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour le jardin et la piscine, malgré qu’il soit situé loin du centre ville à pied, minimum 30 minutes de marche. Sauf que l’eau de la piscine est très très froide, compliqué de s’y baigner et le jardin est plus petit que sur les photos. Rapport qualité/prix nous aurions pu trouver plus près du centre ville

Quarto confortável e limpo Pequeno almoço bom. O jardim em redor da piscina é muito bonito e relaxante , o local permite um bom descanso. O hotel precisa de algumas reparações a nível estético e da piscina. Não gostei do facto da mobília de piscina estar muito suja e não ser limpa diariamente, havia restos do dia anterior nas mesas e estas não eram limpas. Há demasiado barulho pela equipa de limpeza de manhã. O ralo do chuveiro estava entupido, manutenção regular deve ser feita e não deixar acontecer os problemas. As janelas do quarto estavam incrivelmente sujas. O horário do bar fechar as 15h nao tem nenhum sentido.
