Great location
Room was great. Roomy enough with 3 beds. Bathroom big with great shower. Extra blankets were needed and it was great to have them handy in the closet. Pillows were not comfortable in my opinion, very hard. Staff was pleasant and efficient but not overly friendly.
Firstly I booked a double room with a double I received a single room with 2 single beds when I questioned reception they told me that’s what I got also I says car parking available but there was not car park nearest one was 1000 yards at a cost of 25€ a night my recommendation is stay somewhere else
The hotel is a traditional Spanish style and very comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the noise from outside and inside of the hotel until the early hours of the morning, really was a problem. The hotel room windows and old and not soundproof which is the reason we could here the noise from outside. The noise inside was just inconsiderate guests
Beautiful room in the 7th floor, Newley renovated.
Had to wait over 30 mins for check in as the staff couldn’t find our booking but otherwise we were very pleased with the hotel. Spacious rooms and good location for the old town and all the bars.
Some cracked tiles in bathroom and long black hairs remaining. Not really a 4 star establishment IMO
Property is old room is old and very hot. Walls are dark when you walk in not convenience at all
So much better than we thought, it was the better place we stayed in all over our trip. Great location and conformation
Old need some update location close to all my room is quiet
Great place to rest if your doing the Camino.
Well located, friendly people and comfy room.
Nice hotel with friendly staff located right in the city center.
Tapas time
Great hotel just yards from the tapas bars and a short walk to the attractions. Big room, excellent shower. I'll be back.
Walkable to the old town and tapas trail.....
Being an older hotel the room was dated but the space was great and it was comfortable and clean. The young waiter in the hotel bar in the evening of 28th and 29th June was excellent. Very attentive and aware of guests needing refills or bills.
Location and proximity to Calle Laurel and all the tapas restaurants and bars.
It has a great location, right next to Laurel street were are the bars and restaurants are. Has a very small parking in the basement, maybe 6 cars total and very tight. I stayed in april and the AC was not on, had to open window. No coffee maker in the room and the breakfast is very expensive in my opinion... overall a good stay, I would stay here again when I visit Logroño.
Hot, loud, and grumpy. This hotel was pretty disappointing. Even with the air condotitoning set as low as possible it was quite warm in the room, like we would sweat while just sitting in the room. It was very loud from the noise on the street... maybe if they had a better fan or air circularion system it could help the heat and the noise. The front desk man was also just a bit grumpy.
Hotel is exactly as the pictures show. Very clean and very comfortable. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful.
Great location San Mateo festival
Business hotel becomes central point in San Mateo many events close bye plus 50 metres to the famous tapas streets.
a nice place to stay in
It is a very nice hotel right in the centre of Logrono. Very clean, in a mint condition. Everything is nearby.
good location
A good hotel just in front of laurel street, but due to their location very noisy at night. If you don't like noise don't get front rooms.
nice hotels in old Town
arrived in evening. close to all sites so did quickly in morning
Great Amenities, near the airport
This hotel is modern, comfortable, and very convenient to get to Madrid Airport. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. There is a free shuttle to the airport (runs on the hour) - 5min ride. The wifi is fast, and the amenities are great: pool, gym, lounge area, restaurant. I especially recommend the breakfast buffet - it's good value, and lots of selection. The room is modern, good amount of space, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
OK for holidays but not for a good night sleep
Noisy place with very poor windows insulation in a very busy town centre till even in early morning hours. Wouldn't recommend it for "light sleepers".
Great location, friendly staff, very noisy!
Excellent location for visiting old Logroño. Hotel was very clean and staff was pleasing. Only downside is that the A/C was not working hotel wide. So had to sleep with windows open. Room facing street was very very noisy - till 4:00 AM. When we asked for a fan we were given directions on where we could buy one. Still, can't beat location so would recommend- just do so when it is colder so you can get some sleep.
Cute and central
The hotel is in a great location, in the heart of the city. We were able to walk over Logrono from our hotel, and only needed taxis to get to the bus station and a local winery. The staff was friendly and helpful and recommended a great winery to visit.
Excellent location
very close to everything. Restaurant, clubs, historic area, transportation.
Hotel in the center of the town
Confortable hotel and good bar by the lobby, plenty of tapas bars around
Nice hotel excellent location
I arrived at 4:00 AM Staff were very friendly considering the arrival time Check in was smooth and easy No problems at all He had provided me some advices and answer all my questions Great customer service Definitely I will stay here at this hotel on my next trip
Great nightlife unless you want to sleep
Very noisy street until over 2am. People talking loud, the bars making noise when closing with the tables... And it was on a Tuesday night!
Dingy with one bright star
This hotel needs a bit of a makeover. It felt very 1980s-90s but not in a good retro way. Staff was a mixed lot. There was one helpful and gracious young woman in a sea of grumpy old men. The reception was dim and cold, but checkout (via the lady) was warm & helpful. Overall, I wouldn't make an effort to stay here again, but it was just fine for one night.
Good for a single night stay
Stayed here for one night while travelling through Logrono. Rates are affordable and the hotel was quite comfortable. The location is by far the best thing about the hotel being only a few minutes walk away from the main attractions and a 10-15 minute walk to the bus station. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall I would recommend this hotel and return again. The WiFi worked okay but was a little slow.
Wine Fest in Logrono
Perfect location! Able to walk through Old Town, about a block from the "Tapas Stroll". Our room faced toward Ribera Park and we were treated to a wonderful fireworks dispay. Hotel staff very helpful. Parked in their garage.
Recommended hotel.
The only downside was no self-controlled air conditioning. Otherwise the room was great.
Nice hotel right in the tapas area. Staff were very friendly. ----------------------------------------
EXcellent!
If you like value, location and service, then this is it! walk out of the Hotel and you are in the middle of Logroño! At night we had delicious tapas, wine and beer, just to realise we had to walk 3 minutes to be in our hotel. The staff was very friendly and the hotel very clean. Not much to say, i just fully recomend it. We drove on a rental, the hotel has inner parking or has discounted access to a public parking one block away. We used Logroño as our base for driving around La Rioja.
Would return
Nice small friendly Hotel
Good location, comfortable but very noisy
Excellent location, and comfortable room, but although we asked for quiet rooms at the back we were given rooms at the front - very noisy revellers/fire crackers which meant we got little sleep after about 4.00am.
If you are driving sat nav to find hotel must. Very few spaces in a very small underground car park and need to book space in advance. To park in a main car park overnight five minutes walk away costs circa 18 euro compared to 12 euro at hotel
Perfect location, terrible amenities
Stay for the location but avoid the restaurant at all costs, even the breakfast was incredibly bad (old bread, spoiled fruit, and I swear even the scrabbled eggs were bad)
Right location for a wine lover
In the heart of the City, right next to all the Tapas and Rioja wine bars.
Beautiful City
Very convienently located. Hotel has seen better days.
City center, just steps from Calle Laurel.
Comfort Big rooms in the city center Breakfast not good Walking distance to everywhere
Great location, far too loud
Location could hardly be better, right in the centre of town. Sadly, the staff were, at best, cool on arrival and check-out, neither of which were particularly speedy, though they were smooth. The hotel has inadequate sound-proofing for its location overlooking one of the main streets, which can be (and was) filled with revellers until 0500. Fine on your first night, not so good for a 0730 check-out. The hotel is fairly modern, with comfortable rooms. The TVs and controls are ancient and quite poorly maintained. The underground parking is far more expensive than the nearby street car park (just drive through the pedestrian area to get there - you have to do this to get your car to the hotel anyway!).
Logrono, Spain
The staff was bilingual and provided a walking map of the area as well as a parking option for the car.
Take ear plugs
We initially congratulated ourselves that the hotel was on a pedestrianised street bordering the old town, that was until it converted into a row of bars in the evening and the drinkers pushed on until 0400hrs interspersed with the binmen coming round to empty the skips by the hotel at 0200, 0300 and 0400hrs. The hotel was comfortable enough, the hairdryer was broken but fixed by day two and it has parking but cost 18 Euros a night. Would not rush back to either the hotel or Logrono.
Only hotel available, but still quite good
Because of the Feast of St. Matthew, the city was partying with wine fests, bull fights, parades, etc. When I checked to get reservations on several websites, this was the only hotel avalible. I was not disappointed. Well located, clean, pretty. The front desk staff seemed tired and bored. But, when pressed, they accommodated nicely.
On arrival a problem with our
On arrival a problem with our reservation, but soon sorted out. Good central location. Breakfast a little disappointing for the cost.
Hotel a reformar
Hotel urbano bien ubicado
Su enclave es excepcional. Aparcamiento.
No me pillaran mas.

Great location
Great location for the tapas area, room was great and comfortable and staff at reception very helpful/friendly. Breakfast was a bit chaotic with items running short several times, more staff would help here. Plus a second coffee machine would be sensible. Parking was ok but we had many problems with accessing it with the card issued.
