La habitacion muy pequeña el baño de 2 pies por 8 pies aproximadamente. Desayuno muy pobre por el precio. Lo demas bueno, personal muy atentos.

The hotel is very close to everything, Staff are very friendly, helpful and nice. I would come back and stay here again and will recommend to my friends and family.

Great value

Our room was the smallest I've ever stayed in at a hotel. The door almost touched the bed when opened and there was not much floor space to accommodate 3 pieces of luggage, in fact we used one as a table for the other piece of luggage. We opened our luggage and balanced on another piece and a small corner desk. Other than the size of the room the bed was fine. The bathroom looked great, but smelled of mildew and mold. We had to keep the door shut and the window open to stay in this room and would have left if we were staying more than 1 night. The door to the bathroom would not shut completely due to water damage and swelling at the bottom. Someone has definitely tiled over previous water damage, looks great but smells awful.

There was no AC as advertised on website. The hotel felt like dorm rooms. The room was so small we couldn’t fit our luggage in it. I would never stay there again or recommend anyone to stay there.

- it’s a small but comfortable- probably most hotel in that area are probably similar if you don’t want to pay a lot - Definitely a boutique hotel - needs a few small repairs - a small hole in the wall where we were staying not a big deal - the petit dejeuner is kinda of meh - but some many cafe around don’t sweat it -

I like staffs here are very professional the room is good size

Good location and service

The staff were friendly and very helpful. We were in a 3 person room and the drain for the wet room/ shower was in front of the mirror. A little wierd drying your hair with water on the floor, but it seemed to work. We asked for wine glasses so we could sip wine on the balconey. Only issue there was no fridge to keep the wine cool :(. Great location to access Paris by transit.

Great location, close to transportation, walkable to many destinations, a lot of dining options. Rooms are well decorated, clean and very cute. Good breakfast in the morning, staff is friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay in Paris

Excellent location.

Convenience of location and helpful staff. Station is a 3 minute walk and 2 stops from the Eiffel Tower. The station has 2 lines and will take you anywhere you need to go. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location. Small rooms

The location was great. Very close to metro stations, restaurants and stores. The room is VERY small and the air conditioning is very poor!

Great little hotel in a great postion

Very warm welcome and friendly staff. Room was a compact but comfortable size. Positioned on a nice street with a few shops and a few minutes walk to the nearest metro. Also 15 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. My only niggle was that I couldn’t get the air con to blow out cool air but wasn’t an issue because I don’t mind having the window open.

Kept my luggage for me all day checkout day no probs. Also asked did I need anything else for the kids at breakfast. Very nice and great location 20 mins walk to the Eiffel tower and 2 minutes from the metro.

The staff were fantastic! The room was cozy and the view of the street/city was nice. You didn’t hear anything through out the night from the street which was good. If you have loud neighbours like we did you will hear all their movement tho. But overall lovely place and in a great area!

Great location 20 mins walk from the Eiffel Tower and loads of cafes etc in the areas and one mins walk to nearest metro .. I wasn’t too well on the morning I was leaving and hotel staff took care of me especially Francisca I think was here name in the restaurant.. room was small but great and shower was lovely .. not a bad price at all for central Paris either

Place is easy to find. Very friendly front staff and helpful whenever there was a request. :) The actual room, on the other hand, was less than ideal - mainly due to the washroom having a number of issues ranging from its small size, shower door not closing, small/unusable sink, shelf placed right above the sink. Add to that, a unreliable wifi connection.

Renovated room but it is extremely small[room 11], it cause claustrophobia. You can barely walk. The bathroom was new. Location is very good, just 150 meters from La Motte Piche Grennell metro station. Lot of Cafes, shopping and restaurants nearby. Just 20 minutes walk from Eiffel Tower. In my opinion, too expensive for what it is, but we just were there for sleeping after 12 hours visiting Paris and other towns.

Happy with our 5 night stay here. The room had everything we needed, however a mini fridge would be handy. Two balconies and a huge bathroom. Staff were helpful with an iron and ironing board to borrow. Great location between two metro stations. Vending machine in lobby can be temperamental.

The location was absolutely perfect for our family. Walking distance to shops, cafes, bakeries, and metro stations. Would stay there again without hesitation!!

Nice, but room size was sub-compact. Breakfast available for a price, but we chose to not eat there. Convenient location to different shops, food locations, tourist attractions, and public transportation.

Great little hotel in a very central part of Paris at an excellent price. The room was clean and functional, if a bit small, and the breakfast was of good quality. It has two metro stations nearby and many attractions are within walking distance. Great value for money overall, would recommend.

Great little boutique hotel

A very nice sort of boutique hotel very well located. Small rooms of course, but nice and clean and comfortable. The front desk girl was so very nice and helpful, recommending an excellent restuarant and arrainging a large taxi for 4 with luggage. We would recommend this hotel and stay there again.

I asked the seat clerk for ice but forget to give me. Busy with his cellphone. Emailed them for the rayban smart sunglasses I forgot in the safe no response. Place had not much amenities. Not even coffee maker. I was charged breakfast even I did not eat @ all.

Nice and cosy hotel in the heart of rue du commerce. recently renovated so room are in excellent condition. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing that is a little annoying is the door closing that makes some noise. should fix. as well as corridor lighting under the door. (easy fix) to have a dark room.
