Room ok for low price. Hard to get into room with code lock (5 attempts), refrigerator & internet not working, no breakfast, tv limited, trash & weeds in yard. Dirty place overall
Its close to arches national. It doesn't have a windows for fresh air. Had a strong smell of chemicals.
Huge room! Beds a little too hard. Great price! Only drawback, if you're a light sleeper, is highway is right next to motel, 18 wheelers rumbling by all night can wake you up. Would stay here again.
It was kind of loud right off the road but was clean and everything else was clean and good.
Only if you are last minute..
..otherwise, go somewhere else. The room was barely marginal. The entire motel looked like a low rent, long-term residence hotel. But it was a very expensive hotel, cost wise. It was at the edge of town in an industrial-type area. The entrance was very rough on the car because of the dips in the road. The bed was ok but the toilet looked like a reject from a kindergarten school. The tub shower was sketchey and would either scald you or freeze you, depending on the flushing of toilets in the hotel. Will not stay here again.
The motel appears to only have 6 rooms so there is no one on site. It was not a problem except that I had trouble with the door code. The room was large, clean, and up to date.
Internet was terrible. Unable to watch TV because every 10 seconds it would freeze up. Not sure if it was a room or if it's living quarters but the noise above me was loud all through my stay. The floor was so thin and no insulation so I could actually hear the tap running. I had to put a towel over the window because the curtain was see through or I would have had to shut the door to the bedroom. Bathroom had a musty smell. Take the time to run the shower curtains through the wash with bleach. The door code was a good way to enter the room but they're should also be a chain or a lock in the inside. Didn't feel completely safe in this location.
Not at all what was featured. Property was rundown, felt like I was looking at a place that didn’t exist. Outside Lighting was non-existent. No “check-in” counter; note taped to what would’ve been the front entrance (a locked door) indicated that a text should’ve been sent with a code for room assignment and door. If no text, instructed to call a number. Person answered, not at all welcoming or friendly, was hard to understand. Provided information then we drove around to the back of the property. What we found was row after row of storage lockers; 2 kids playing; no lighting at all; no other cars in this area. Opened the door to the room, the king size bed was nice, the bathroom was just ok - thin towels, toilet was loose on the floor, dirty toilet brush standing in the corner, no grab bars in the tub/shower, ADA compliant? After we closed the door, someone threw what sounded like a rock at our door. We got up to see who was there and no one was visible. Then a minute later, someone knocked. Again no one was there. We were nervous to leave our vehicle back there, thinking about vandalism. Even tried to access a vacancy elsewhere, but was unsuccessful. The switch on the hair dryer was punched out, so no dryer. There was a coffee machine, but no decanter. One of the lamps had a torn and broken lamp shade; the other lamp didn’t work. The quality and safety of this property is below that of a Motel 6. Don’t waste your money on this property.
Room was really nice
Noice of traffic kept us awake
Convient check in. No talking to staff neccessary they text you a password and use the key pad on your door. Rooms are nicer than the building looks from the outside but not a bad area. Clean and all the basics needs. Shower, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, tv with streaming services and free wifi.
Everything about this property was below expectations. Booked non-refundable, no office to check in, happened to see someone in back that made a phone call and gave me a room key. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
The room was updated and nice. The outside was old with no landscaping and no views.
There was no wifi
Did not like virtual front desk. Too many problems with the property to mention
Checking in was horrible. No front desk clerk on site. The room had a dead cockroach. The NOISE above was the worst. There is a family living there probably the owners of property. I really wish you would have never had them on your website
Looks shackey on outside but all renovated inside ,big and clean,no front office.
Great experience completely ruined by the ridiculously loud bangs that happen every time anyone in the room above you takes a step. Like, it sounds like they're hammering on the floor, hard, with a metal hammer. We got unlucky and had someone doing this from 1am to 2:30am. Mightily regret choosing to stay here.
First off it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone to talk to. Second the lighting for the sign is out which makes it very difficult to find in the dark. Third the keypad entry was a hassle every time. It was clean and served its purpose. However it was very dated. The lampshades are peeling apart and outlets don’t work. I would not stay there again just for the fact I couldn’t get ahold of anyone.
Positive: Bathtub, Hotwater Bad: Dirty floor, poor location, seems noisy family is living on the second floor, difficult open elec key.
The room was fine but for the price we paid we expected something nicer.
This was a very roomy room! Lots of room and very comfortable! Wasn't a fan of the contactless check-in, but once I figured out the door code, it was fine... Good value!
This hotel was no frills and dated, but was clean and a good price for the area. The beds were decently comfortable. Contactless check in went well. The rooms we stayed in were right on the main highway and not very sound proof. With ear plugs sleeping wasn't too bad, but if you're sensitive to that, you may not want to stay there.
The AC unit was extremely noisy, we had to unplug it from the wall so we could sleep.
Nobody on-site. Just a text message to a room, and a door code that didn't work. Several other "guests" were congregated around the locked office door, because their door codes were not working either. I had to find another hotel, about 45 miles away. This location shouldn't be listed as a hotel.
Nice, small hotel. I didn’t need staff or service.
I don't like self service options. Poor initial impressions but King-size room was pretty quiet and peaceful, despite feeling dated.
Free waters & Bars - good TV did not work/door code did not work/internet was not usable/dirty parking lot
Clean and convenient
Clean room
.
The room was big well equipped, clean. It was petty the swimming pool was out of order due to a storm. The pool was not advertised as an available option. If your room is downstairs, you could have noisy neighbors upstairs, who make noise on the wooden floor. The breakfast is GREAT!!!!!
Great stay
As a review said before I. Don’t judge a book by its cover. The room was clean and inviting. The bed was a little too firm for my comfort and aside from the internet connection issues, my experience was excellent and would recommend this location any day.
We ended up NOT staying at this property once we arrived and saw its condition. We could not use the code we were sent to get into our room and it took a while for staff to help us. Even the managers could not get the door open so that’s when we went to Quality Inn next door.
No onsite staff, dilapidated old building too far from city center for price point
Easy check-in. Clean and updated rooms. Very happy with stay
The Wifi here is pretty much useless. For those like myself that need the internet for work this is a necessity. This property needs to fix this issue. I find it very upsetting when I go to a hotel that says Free Wifi but the Wifi is next to useless.
No water……
Spacious, clean room
Decent place at a decent price
Have stayed at this particular location multiple times through the years, under different management. Not the best, not the worst. Above average experience and an excellent place for the price. Did have issues with internet accessibility, but not the end of the world. Slept well, fairly well insulated from noises.
Very clean and no check-in required
For the price of the stay, I am very surprised and pleased with the service and cleanliness of the hotel. although there was no office at the time we checked in, the codes were sent and we were able to get inside the room.
The room was large
Good parking
It felt like there were a bunch of people above me running around for hours
Don’t judge a book by its cover!
We were sort of disappointed when we saw the outside of the motel but once we entered the room, our opinion changed greatly to the positive. The room was spacious, there were separate areas for your luggage and your makeup and the TV was new.
!
Good
Booking was canceled by the hotel.
Internet
The television system didn't work very well.
When I booked this hotel on Expedia, I was given the option to pay later, which I selected. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no lobby - just a sign on the door saying I should have received a code. I called the number and was told I needed to pay before I received a code. My friends and I had planned on paying cash, but thankfully we were able to put it all on my friend's credit card. Thank goodness we got there when we did, because I don't know if they would have answered the phone late at night. The room was decent; the outlet to the air conditioner was uncovered and loose, so I had to prop the cord up over an end table to get it to work. The beds were very firm and noisy (they had plastic mattress protectors on them) and the pillows were HUGE -- my friends and I all had to sleep without them. The door didn't have very good sealing around it or a dark curtain, so the sunlight was beaming in super early in the morning. There are no windows, so fresh air is not possible. The room also had a weird stench to it - it reminded me of how bars smell first thing in the morning -- way too much cleaner covering up dirtiness. The description and pictures of the room made it sound/appear what nicer than it was. We were glad that it had a kitchenette and table for us to eat at. The location was good. But for being what I would rate as a 1-star hotel, the price was ridiculous - $170 a night. I guess that's what you get for being in Moab.
Good place
No one there to check in No confirmation email
The rooms are very good, big, clean and well equipped. Check in process is a bit weird - they send you a message with the check in instructions - I never got it and had to call and then knock on the office door to get inti the room. The place is right off the main road leading to Moab, it could be noisy for some people, we were ok though and considered the place good value for money.
Good value for the money.
Good hotel for the value. Toilet water would run after flushing sometimes and the screws holding the bathroom trim stuck up. Shower water would fluctuate between hot and cold at times. We had to text to request changing out the towels. But they were provided that next day. Very responsive via text. Pretty quiet location.
No lobby, you’re suppose to get a text with room combination code but I didn’t get the message so had to call for it. When it came the lock didn’t work. Finally got in and no security locks, young kid with combination came and went inside at Will. I was in the room once when he barged in. Price was outrageous and the place is a real dive.
WiFi didn’t work. The sign at night was off and couldn’t find it at first.
Large clean rooms.
Property is older and had major dust bunnies under the bed and the door had no seal so you could see the light coming in around the door… Would stay here again but it is a simple stop and stay for the night not spend a lot of time there as it has no amenities near by.
I never experienced an online check-in. I didn’t know I was texed a message to open the door. Because of a lack of Wifi I had to go to a nearby property in order to open up the message. Once inside the room it was all fine, except for the rather heavy traffic passing outside of highway 191.
Not sure there were even staff onsite, but they responded quickly from text
It was basic but just what I expected. Room and bathroom were very spacious. Clean. Everything worked.
Excellent
Check in process is confusing. We received info to check in about a hour before official check in. We saw everyone who arrived and they were all confused. Pictures online show lobby which does not exist.
It was okay for a quick last minute booking. Floors were dirty feet were black walking around bare feet and everything was definitely run down. Doors were beat up bad, ice machine was broken, beds were stiff. Showers water kept going from hot to cold a lot. My mom’s refrigerator didn’t work well. Positive: The beds were clean.
It’s a budget hotel. Wi-fi didn’t work. No cable tv. Outdated furniture. Hair in bath tub and on bathroom floor. Right off of main st which is noisy.
Wifi was tough to connect to and no internet once connected. Bed bugs in rooms 102 and 103. No tv signal in 103. Didn’t try in 102. Beds were large and comfy malgre the bugs.
Good location an unnoticed gem.
Nice and Clean but Noisy and Uncomfortable
Very streamlined check in process with a code sent to my phone. Room was nice, clean and updated. My three issues would be - because it’s a door with a code I would have felt much safer if the door had a deadbolt or additional lock I controlled from inside, I understand it’s a budget motel but the bed was absolutely terrible, and there was noise upstairs the entire night. It sounded like someone was stomping around moving furniture until 10:30pm and then again at 4:30am. And it’s not another room above me - I understand guests would be out of their control. It was a very polarizing stay since the room was very nice and clean.
Well, if you are looking for a quick last minute or super ahort stay, this place is ok. Very dd location . Paperthin walls and daylight around the whole door. Super cheap.but you get what you pay for. It was clean.
This stayed was really good price and location. The room that I stayed looked renovated and clean. The only part that it want very clean was the bathroom. Specially the tub. Other than that great place
Everything is done online. The rom was clean, the bed was comfortable. The hair dryer was broken and some outlets didn’t work. But the room itself was just fine and the location is good.
Spacious clean room in good are. Still no ice machine
Extremely noisy
Great location. Close to food and other small shops. Walking distance. Room was clean. My only negatives were that the laundry room was locked and it just so happened it was laundry day during my long road trip so I had to go to a laundromat, although not far, there was a person there made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable so it was a negative experience for me to not have those facilities available. Also, no one at the front office for service if you needed anything but there was a number posted on the door so it is possible someone may have been around to assist.
