The hotel met our needs perfectly for a group weekend away. Friendly staff, food was good, and great spot to venture out at night. The hotel is tired in places, but considering the costs it is value for money.
Good hotel clean close to facility
Should not be advertise as a location appropriate for triathletes. The pool is hot, dirty and dated. (At an additional fee) the gym is in the same condition. The room was dirty and outdated.
The food was quite bland but otherwise had a gd stay and wld defo come back x
The pool is way to small and shallow for the amont of rooms and beds in this hotell. It feels not clean and the water is not bright when all guests are there. It is quit a noisy place, they call it a Resort but it isn't. The rooms are good and the food as well.
The hotel was in a good location very clean staff was ok but not overly friendly breakfast was a great choice pool wasn’t the best but only stayed a few days so was happy 😃
Concrete piller
Room and balcony very good bed was comfortable by Piller felt like a bag of cement
Staff all very helpful and made our stay very enjoyable, unfortunately the Hotel is starting to look a little tired and is in need of update in main bar area's
Loverly break
Hotel nice & clean and loverly and warm.
Friendly staff . Clean rooms . A variety of foods available
Very bad food
The food served at dinner was a discrace tin carrots frozen sprouts packet mash mutten full of fat and bone and beef chips and the presentation was bad o and salmon was almost black dry not fit to eat
Clean property good service and staff. However I pre paid for the hotel in January and was made to pay again as I didn’t have the card with me only the confirmation. The exchange rate has changed so much the cost has made the hotel a lot more expensive and the hotel has had my money since January. My friends had the same senario and they didn’t have to pay again. Feel complexity ripped off by this.
Last minute!
Last minute booking, but was not disappointed. We booked in at 1 a.m. Good breakfast! Pity Wifi is not free in the hotel.
Weekend break
Had a weekend away with the lads, good base and only 5 mins walk to the nightlife strip. It's not a UK 4 star but good for what we needed, all inclusive food and drink was ok, they cater for the masses but it served its purpose so no complaints. Pool is small for the size of the hotel but seating around the pool wasn't a problem. Overall a good hotel
Short break
2nd time using this hotel and another very enjoyable break. Food/drinks all fine. Location excellent for nite life.
trip was with friends hotel was clean and tidy and was close enough to all the places I wanted to visit
Very disappointing for a 4 star hotel
Room spacious, beds comfortable, check in efficient, staff friendly, food plentiful and varied but a bit cold. We were all inclusive and the drinks were ok. Hotel close to shops and beach but was not a 4 star hotel. 3 star at the most. The bar / lounge areas were very poor and not kept clean. Our room had stains on the walls and bathroom door and the balcony door was broken. The bed linen was not changed in the three days we were there......and this was a superior room so dread to think what the standard rooms were like! We had a kettle in the room but no mugs, coffee, tea or milk so why bother supplying the kettle. WiFi in our room was a bit hit and miss and we had to pay 10 euros for our three day stay. The pool area (sorry plunge bath as it was so small) was very disappointing. Previous reviews we had read were very negative about the hotel and to us seem a bit too harsh. It is not an expensive hotel and maybe you get what you pay for. We have stayed in better 3 star hotels. Would we go back to the Dynastic....no.
4/5
Food could be better. But overall and good hotel.
Dynastic, October 2018
Long weekend break in the Dynastic and couldn't fault it. Would definitely recommend and return.
Lovely hotel and staff, great breakfast however sometimes dinner wasn’t too our taste. Would 1000% go back to this hotel in Benidorm
Never again
Groups of stag parties and hen parties swearing , shouting , drunks during day . Very loud on a evening Would not recommend for a family
good situation all staff pleasant and helpful
lovely holiday hotel made it special nothing was too much trouble
Nice enough for price
Lovely hotel hard bed
Not a 4 star!
Morose staff on reception, hospitality tray comprising kettle and plastic cups and nothing else, threadbare towels, lights in bathroom illuminated the bedroom causing broken sleep, small sachets of toiletries difficult to open, no seal on the shower screen, which resulted in a wet room, food not worthy of a 2 star, let alone an alleged 4 star... If its a genuine 4 star you want, try the Melia, or better still, the Royal, where yuo get value ..
Really good hotel
Food was excellent and plenty of it. Room was clean and tidy and it was a nice quiet family hotel. Evening entertainment was rubbish though
Although a nice friendly staffed hotel and clean and tidy, we were disappointed with the pool area, not enough loungers and room for the size of hotel unfortunately. For us we were going for a few days to chill and enjoy the pool, we weren't able to do this. Great location and close to many attractions. Food very good. Rooms comfortable and clean. No free WiFi even in reception area, thought this was a standard now especially in 4* accommodation.
Air con not working in the room reported but not fixed. no free wifi,
Ok for a one night stay
Hotel in good position Clean and tidy Breakfast ok
Romantic
Went for a short break.room cleaned 2 out of 3.shud of been 3.but we wer still in bed lol.think it was my fault tho as i dont think she heard me say later please.their was rust round outside of bath.but overall room was modern and big.nice pool area.enuff beds to sunbathe.
Good hotel with nice staff. All in recommended
Very nice staff special the people in the restaurant and the bar. Only the desk people are not that friendly - they do there job so that's oké. For a few euro a week more the all in is surely recommended. Nice, big and clean rooms.
Beautiful room
That's were it ends really, beautiful room lovely and clean.bar area not good outside area full of people on bikes pushing them by the sunbeds really annoying, couldn't use the pool until these people (on the bikes) had trained, had to use a bathing cap and flip flops never heard of this at a hotel before, felt as though the staff were just catering to the (bike people's) every wish even down to the food
Nice hotel good location
Just come back from Benidorm where it rained for 4 days however the hotel made us feel very welcome offering good All inclusive. Highly recommend to any family, good size rooms which were cleaned daily. Good hotel will be going back.
Close to shops, 15 mins away from main strip. Clean hotel big rooms with a large bathroom. Bath and a shower. Didn't think much of the food but everyone has different tastes. Friendly and helpful staff, with animation team for kids. Will be returning next year
Clean, basic hotel in a very vibrant area.
Clean, basic but good hotel in a very virbant area.
A family couple of nights in Benidorm to entertain 2 year old daughter, which was good
Rip off hotel!
The staff are rude, the expedia site states that a superior all inclusive room has wifi, mini fridge and room service included, all this is charged. Bottled water is charged! The superior room was really a basic room. The pool is horrendous, no chance of a sunbed unless you queue and all the beds are very close together, because of the high buildings the sun is hidden alot through the day! Life guard spent all day on phone!! Terrible hotel.
Lads Holiday
Cracking place, second time I've been away on a lads holiday and stayed there both times. Staff have good and have good banter. Everything seems well kept.
We enjoyed our stay. However we where all inclusive and there was no food really suitable for our 12yr old and 1yr old.
Enjoyed our stay at this hotel food was great different menu everyday staff very friendly and helpful location good bars shops and restaurants all round short walk to the beach only fault no free WiFi but will definitely go back
Grrrrr
ok at first then was told we could not use indoor pool ifwedidnt have a one piece swim suit as it was against the Spanish law!....when challenged armed withapicture of theirpool with someonein a 2 piece they rang pool and said we could!....we also had money stole out ofour room and hotel wasnt bothered
2015 holiday
Very clean hotel very friendly and helpful staff
Clean hotel in a great location
I travel to Benidorm twice a year and i stay in different hotels/areas. The Dynastic is in a great location, plenty of restaurants, bars, shops nearby, close to the nightlife and beach so it was spot on. I would give it the following ratings out of 10 based on personal preference: Location: 9 Cleanliness: 6 Sunbed availability: 10 Food: 8 Room comfort: 5 our room was 1st floor, heard all the loud chatting from reception at 4am Reception staff: 2 beware, if you arrive late, we arrived 12.30am the night porter who deals with your reservation does not speak a word of English! Took about 10 stressful minutes to explain to him that we were in the correct hotel Would i return? Maybe
nice hotel
al in all nice hotel stayed over the fiesta week was there 12 days food not very hot or even appetizing at times ate out a few times
great hotel ,location, amenities couldnt fault it
6 friends spent week in dynastic not 1 of us found any faults, we are going back in october,
GOOD PLACE TO STAY
ENJOYED OUR STAY "APART FROM NOISY STAG AND HEN PARTIES" THIS HOTEL HAD THE BEST FOOD WE HAD TASTED IN ALL THE YEARS WE HAVE BEEN GOING TO BENIDORM (30 YEARS) (but remember to find the hot plate to put it on) . GOOD CLEAN & SPACIOUS HOTEL, GOOD TASTING BAR DRINKS, INDOOR POOL,SPA & GYM FACILITIES GOOD, (but go all inclusive to avoid daily charges). CLOSE TO BEACH, & NIGHT LIFE. THE HOTEL ENTERTAINMENT ROOM NOT VERY APPEALING, BUT WE DID NOT STAY IN ANYWAY, FRIDGE IN ROOM KEPT DRINKS COOL BUT NOT COLD,(but having the fridge was an unexpected bonus). CHECK IN WAS GOOD, STAFF FRIENDLY, ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE & CLEANED DAILY. WOULD WE STAY HERE AGAIN ??? = DEFINITELY WOULD Only complaint we had was balcony door switch hanging off, which meant the air-con or heating would not turn on, and a toilet seat was wobbly, we reported these on first day, but still not attended to when we left after 4 days.
Why 4 Stars ?
In Brief; Good points: Location excellent, rooms large, excellent if you are lucky enough to get one of the superior rooms, not all rooms are like the one we had, the staff and entertainment, excellent. Excellent pool and spa (only if you are fully inclusive) other wise 9 euro per person per day and 1 euro for a towel on each visit to pool, this is very misleading with this being a 4 Star Hotel, giving the impression that you are getting the facilities included. Bad points: No free Wi-Fi I had to ask for the bed sheets to be changed after four nights of sleeping in them and after the following three nights we stripped the bed and put the sheets on the floor as a hint that we would like clean sheets. (Got clean sheets but still the same used pillowcase covers) Rooms are cold because the heating is NOT on, although night time & early morning temperatures are still only 9C in March, we used the extra blankets that were in the top of wardrobe. Food: Worthy of a 2 Star rating, plenty of choice but very poor quality. Check out is at 12.00 midday (compulsory) and the fully inclusive also finishes at 12:00 midday even though our flight was not for another twelve hours at 11:55 pm. (We arrived at 16:30 on the first day) If not for the Spa & Pool we would rate this Hotel a 2.7 Star Rated Hotel.
Accommodating staff
The first room we were allocated was not so nice, facing concrete and a hole in bathroom ceiling with damp growth. Asked to change rooms and was able to the next day, much better with a view over the pool and trees obscuring neighbours. Facilities were very sparse but adequate for adults, nothing I could see that would amuse youngsters. Good location approx 20 min pleasant stroll along promenade to central old town.
Misleading
This hotel was rated 4 star. It wasn't even 3 star. 2 star at best. We booked the hotel thinking it would give us some luxury spa/indoor moments during the off-season of late November. How wrong we were The room - lumpy, defeated mattresses, shower bracket, radiators and cabinet handles hanging loose, grime along the shower head. The spa - towels on the floor because the ceiling was leaking!, yes leaking! We knew massages would be at a cost but even the use of the mediocre pool was an extortionate 9 euros a day. The internet - not even free even though the local Burger King had free wi-fi - was so poor that only one device at a time could be connected to it. The food - breakfast was passable as long as you had the cooked breakfast. The cereal was no name, no taste copies of the big name brands. For lunch and dinner you were fine if you kept to salad but cooked food was a risk. Have you ever seen food just labelled "fish"? No, neither have I. And it was grey, too. Fruit and desserts looked like they had been left out for hours and had started to harded whilst the bananas were turning black and the decoration syrup had obviously been drying on them for some time. The lifts were exceptionally slow and stopped working at about 10pm and my room card kept resetting and not letting me in.
Excellent location... Couldn't ask for better...
Hotel looking a little tired now, some money certainly needs to be injected, overall no complaints, food not that great, very limited, however can understand, but doesn't make it feel any better, never hot enough...
Hotel & Spa Dynastic | Hotel in Benidorm | Travala.com
The hotel needs re decorating, water leaks throught the building, lifts that have seen better days, generally run down. The food is really poor, didn't expect Michelin star but the food was not edible, we ended up eating out. The staff are really good, very helpful and always smiling, best part of the stay. Rooms are very basic but reasonably clean
