This hotel was very convenient, close to the train station and easy to walk to various locations around Osaka. The room was comfortable. It was very noisy though and very busy. Sometimes it was hard to get service as there were so many people.

The hotel was good. I would actually stay again because of the amenities. They do a couple of freebies on the weekend. Not sure if they do it on the weekday as we stayed on the weekend. The room was very clean for a very busy hotel. I felt like they maintained cleaning standards even though it is so high traffic. They offer private onsens. Yes you pay for it but it was nice that it was offered because Japan is not tattoo friendly at all. At almost all places tattoos are not allowed in the public bath side. And not many hotels offer private bath/onsen options. The only thing that was a slight turn off but hey I get it, it was during the freebie hours in the evening the lobby restaurant area gets jammed packed. But hey for free alcohol and then free ramen…. Totally understandable. lol.

I stayed in Osaka… its perfectly located just across Shinsekai , station Ebisucho, Hotel is huge , shoots way anove its price 10 blocks from the Ota road, gets a bit sketchy with porn stores and that kind of things, but as with most places in Japan is super safe, 20 blocks from Dotombori, Hotel has deck on the 18th floor with a pretty sweet view of the city, has an Anex with public baths though you can rent private ones at 2000Y/hour. offers Breakfast Buffet of very high quality both Japanese and International, after 15:00 offers open bar with beer , Sake, and lots of other drinks, you can bring your own food if you so want, then at 21:00 is all you can eat ramen, which is decent considering its included. Only problem is it can get really crowded , but staff manages it beautifully,

Comfortable stay mostly

Overall the stay was good, clean and good ac. However, the onsen is on the other building, which means you need to cross the street to get there. The onsen is not big, so avoid going in the busy hour.

Generally liked the property. Free drinks n ramen was very nice, but large tour groups made the common dining in lobby a bit messy.

Everything is good here. The only down side is the amount of Koreans that doesn’t observe local etiquette. Especially at the public bath house, several of them just entered the communal bath without rinsing or bathing themselves. Avoid getting out of the hotel at 8 am. The lobby is like a scene of “train to Busan”. Hotel has free onsen, noodles, ice cream, drinks and mid shelf alcohol. Yes all for free. It has a local mart nearby and is a 1min walk to the brown K line Ebisucho. It’s a very very nice n convenient place. However over tourism totally spoilt the experience for me. Understand that such a big hotel requires your groups to survive. At the very least ask the tour guides to teach the groups on local etiquettes. When in Rome do as the Romans do.

Staff was nice

The hotel is near to ebisucho station. However, be prepared to carry luggage as the station don’t have elevator to the track. The best things are free alcohol and ramen every night and hot spring. Please be mindful that this hotel accept travel agency which can be very crowded. We had a very good sleep. Overall is a wonderful stay

Little far away to downtown

We enjoyed our stay here. It has everything we needed. Onsen and suppers are great. Very clean rooms. Multilingual staff. Arigato gazaimazu.

A fun hotel to stay at with their hot spring bath. Their daily free events were a big attraction for families of all ages creating a positive vibe.

Does not feel cozy at all. The hotel is more like a factory. Busloads of foreign tourists coming all at once. The common area feels and look like a factory cafeteria. The area is not the best in town but it still feels safe with a metro station close by. So definitely not the kind of hotel that will give a memorable experience, but still a decent hotel.

Great experience. Only complaint was that I was 'upgraded for free' to a room that wasn't as good as I had reserved, but that might have been to allow early check in.

Property and staff were great and accommodating. The open beverages and ramen were a nice touch as well as the Onsen. The only negatives weren’t directly related to the hotel or staff. The tour groups coming in were quite rude and loud at all hours. Osaka is not as clean and polite as Tokyo.

Good location, only a few minutes walking to subway satiation. Staff were nice and friendly and room was tidy and clean. Public bath, sauna, gym and massage chairs were free to use. The hotel also provided free ramen and drinks at night. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice on the hardware, location & staffs, but...

A rather new hotel with all the necessities, location wise is good to access all the major location and metro is virtually next to the hotel. Room size is reasonable. Breakfast is not grand, but is do serve the purpose. Bed and pillow are rather comfy. Come with spa, but not an onsen with natural hot spring, but again do serve the purpose if you want a bit of relaxation (when the place is not packed). Majority of the staffs are extremely helpful, and do want to give a praise to one of their front desk staff - Mr. Cheng, he do walk extra miles to make sure we have a pleasant stay at the hotel. The only flaw is the quality of some of the guests, do not really respect the other guests, the local culture and lack of some basic manner, rather noisy when they gathered around, do not oblige to the rules from the hotel and totally abused the hospitality provided by the hotel, very disappointed and do found it a bit annoying. Which leave me with a lot of reservation whether I should come back to stay on my next visit to Osaka.

Great hotel! Away from the center of Osaka but still walkable and was quiet at night. Appreciated the amenities like the onsen, bikes and ramen/beer in the evening. Room was basic but had everything you could need.

Wonderful hotel

Very nice hotel. They have free cultures activities around 5-6pm, free ramen and all you can drink alcohol (beer, wine, sake, hard liquor, mix drink) at night. Nice roof top view. Free coffee, tea and juicy at lobby. If we visit Osaka again we will definitely book this hotel again. Spacious room.

전반적으로 좋았어요. 룸 컨디션도 좋았고, 생각보다 좀 좁긴 했지만, 오사카라는 점을 생각하면 괜찮았어요. 저녁에 주는 라멘은 정말 맛있드라구요~ 일본에 와서 5일동안 매일 라멘을 먹었는데, 무료라고 맛이 떨어지지 않았어요. 다만 사람이 너무 많았어요ㅠ 도떼기시장인가 싶을 정도ㅠ 그래도 맛이 좋아 잘 먹었어요~ 무료 음료서비스도 좋았구요. 온천도 물이 보들보들 좋드라구요. 다만 이곳도 사람이 너~무 많아서 샤워할땐 줄을 서야했고, 딸과 저는 머리도 못말리고 옷만 입고 나왔어요.. 그래도 전반적으로 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다. 참, 체크인 시간보다 두시간쯤 빨리 도착해서 짐만 맡기려고 했는데, 바로 체크인할수있게 해주셨어요. 다만 청소한 방 우선으로 주신건지, 저층 제일 끝방이라 전망이 없어 아쉽긴 했어요. 그래도 체크인하고 잠깐 쉴수있어서 좋았습니다~

Hotel envahi par des touristes asiatiques en car

L’hotel est plutôt bien situe a proximité d’une station de metro. Les chambres sont confortables et on peut bénéficier d’un onsen. Nous avons aussi été bien accueilli en anglais. A premiere vue, tout semble parfait jusqu’a l’arrivée massive de cars de touristes mal eleves. Vous devez vous battre pour partager l’onsen bonde avec des clients qui ne respectent pas les règles d’hygiene (on se lave avant de partager le bain). Vous vous faites réveiller a toute heure car ils hurlent dans les couloirs ou vous bypassent dans l’ascenseur. Apres un sejour dans des hotels avec des japonais me choc est rude. Dommage mais on prendra un autre hotel la prochaine fois.

저는 목욕탕이 있고, 3인 가족으로 트리플룸-싱글 배드 3개(1개는 약간 작지만)인 곳을 찾아 4박 5일 숙박했습니다. 여행사 단체 여행객이 많았습니다. 한국여행사에서 많이 오시더군요. 길건너 신세카이-츠텐카쿠(통천각)가 있어 밤에 빛나는 탑을 보실 수 있습니다. 호텔 18층에 야외정원이 있어 주변을 둘러보실 수 있습니다. 도보 30분 안에 난바(난바 시티/파크스-종합쇼핑몰)와 닛폰바시(죠신,애니메이트 등)가 있어 주변을 구경하며 쇼핑 하실 수 있습니다. 난바에는 라이프 센트럴 스퀘어 난바점(한국의 이마트같은)이 있습니다. 18시-19시에는 현지 분들이 퇴근하면서 방문하기 때문에 혼잡합니다. 10시-19시 45분 까지 술, 과자 등을 구매하고 면세 받을 수 있습니다. 숙소로 돌아오실 때 저녁거리를 구매하지 못하셨더라도 근방의 슈퍼 타마데 에비스점이나 길건너 덮밥류, 편의점 도시락 등을 구매하기 쉽습니다. 호텔에서 20시 30분 까지 제공하는 음료와 술과 함께 드시면 되겠습니다. 21시부터 22시까지 야식으로 날마다 다른 라면을 제공합니다. (유사시 컵라면이 제공될 수 있다고 합니다.) 조식은 일본식 식사와 야끼소바 같은 면,식빵류 2종, 과일 등을 뷔페 형식으로 제공합니다. 70세이신 부모님 두분이 호텔에서 제공하는 조식에 만족하셔서 다행이었습니다. 트리플 룸의 경우 욕실의 욕조 크기가 거구의 남성 1인이 몸을 담글 수 있는 크기여서 샤워하는 것에 문제가 없었습니다. 대욕장과 개인-가족탕이 있는데, 여행기간 매우 큰 도움이 되었습니다. 주의하실 것은 꼭 타올과 카드키를 지참해야 합니다. 여탕의 경우 체크인 할 때 받은 종이 암호키도 필요합니다. 대욕장의 운영 시간을 확인해서 이용하시면 됩니다. 여행 일정에 고베,나라,교토를 1일 방문하는 것이라면 기점으로 우메다 근방 숙소가 유리할 수 있습니다. 하지만 가격이나 부대시설을 생각하신다면 나쁜 선택은 아닐것입니다.

Above all, it was perfect position to look around sinsekai area, easy to access subway line. But, need to think what you wanna have in staying. I expexted comfy and relaxed time with easy accessible hot spring in the osaka city core site,, pretty big hotel, right, all was my mistake, cause it was really crowded and embarrased by big tour groups, loudly talking with free beverage in the lobby lounge, it seems very good service overall, so i said, it was my mistake to pick the hotel, Really crowded like market place, couldnot enjoy service items, moreover in the onsen, really loud persons... disaster.. i would like to have calm and healing time in there. It was impossible. Hope ask to somebody to manage them. Except that situation, the hotel was quite valuable place to stay in osaka tour.

とにかく外国の方しか泊まってなくて驚きましたが、今はどこに行っても観光地は同じ状況なのかなと思います。それにしても、こちらのホテルはドリンクや夜食サービスが最高‼︎アイスクリームやラーメンはおかわり自由で食べ放題、アルコールも飲み放題、ソフトドリンクに至っては24時間飲み放題です。温泉も露天風呂こそないものの、十分ゆっくり出来ました。大阪来る時は絶対ここに泊まろうと思います。

가족여행으로 가서 4명이 지냈습니다. 저녁때 라멘도 좋고 근처에 한국식 중식당도 있어서 포장해먹었어요. 성인 4명이 지내기 방이 좁긴하지만 즐거웠습니다.

方便，職員友善，旅行尾聲的首選

전철역이 바로 앞에 있어 편합니다. 직원분들이 대체로 친절하세요. 료칸은 너무 만족스러운데 너무 피곤해서ㅜ한번만 이용한게 아쉬워요. 료칸 나와서 바로 출구에 있는 마사지기 효과 너무 좋아요 한국 마사지기와는 비교가 안되게ㅜ피로가 싹 풀려요 강추입니다 ^^

韓国人の団体様が多く、日本人は見かけない。おかげで、大浴場は空いてる。15時からのアルコール飲み放題がとてもよかった。時間になってからの片付け、スタッフは潔かった。 飲んでいるのと、団体が多いで、日本人のカップルとかはやめた方がいい。 酒飲みには天国。 近くの激安スーパーが２４時間営業で、惣菜も帰る。飲みながらテイクアウトしたものを食べてる人が多くて、楽しいホテルだった。

지하철역이 바로 앞에 있어서 좋았습니다 온천도 있고 주류, 라면 서비스도 좋았습니다 조식은 매일 음식이 같으며 늦은 시간에 가면 음식이 부족합니다 8시50분쯤 갔더니 9시부터 정리를 시작하여 스시만 조금씩 새로 만들어주니 스시 못 먹는 사람은 먹을게 없었습니다

한국인이 많음. 저녁에 라멘과 술이 제공되는 시간에 1층 공용공간은 정말 시끄러움. 방도 넓고 온천제공되어 피로를 풀 수 있어서 좋음. 다만 에어컨 냄새와 복도 카펫이라 퀘퀘한 냄새가 남. 16층에서 3박4일 숙박함. 한국인이 많이 갈 수 있는 시즌이 아닐때 재방문할 의사가 있음.

처음 방에 들어갔을때 담배냄새가 나서 방을 한번바꿨는데 바꾼방 매트리트에서 머리카락이 2번이나 나와서 기분이 좋진 않았습니다. 그 외에 조식, 주류, 라면 서비스는 좋았고 온천도 이용 할 수있어 좋았습니다. 역에서 가까워 이동하기 편리했습니다.

청결하고 위치 좋고 음료 주류 서비스도 너무 좋습니다. 재방문 의사 있어요. 숙소 맛집이나 텐노지 츠텐가쿠 우메다 쪽에서 여행 했는데, 여행객 많지 않은 한적한 곳이예요. 다만 단체여행객들에 의한 다소의 불편은 감수해야됩니다.

３回目の利用です。通天閣エリアで遊ぶのに最適なホテルです。日替わりラーメンも楽しみに一つです。

大阪市内でこの設備でこの価格なら満足です。夜食のらーめんも観光から帰ってきたときにちょうどいい感じ。アルコール含めて飲み放題もバッチリ！ただ、少々飲み過ぎの感のある韓国人が気になるかと。

お部屋が広く、ゆっくりお休みする事が出来ました。フロントスタッフの対応も親切で快適な宿泊をする事が出来て良かったです。

노미호다이 & 대욕장 때문에 왔는데, 음료 무제한 진짜 만족입니다! Free 라멘도 맛있었고 음료 종류도 다양해서 좋았어요~ 한국 사람이 좀 많긴 하지만 그래도 호텔 자체는 접근성도 좋고 조용한 편입니다!! 바로 앞에 신세카이 거리도 있어서 이것저것 먹을만한 곳도 많아요~!
