TravellerNice hotel, terrible service!
I got there at 7:30 pm, they didnt have any type of food available and the nearest place to find food was a 20 min drive. Next day they took 40 min to serve breakfast (two boiled eggs) and at the moment of the check-in they werent able to give me a proper receipt with a description of a room o stay, just a code (which is useless job wise). Also is is not as close to town as indicated!

Es una hostería muy bonita, llena de espacios verdes, amplia, tanto en sus instalaciones externas, como en las habitaciones, las mismas que son muy cómodas, solo hace falta tener algo más de amenities, pero del resto todo muy bien. El desayuno es un poco básico, pero está dentro del precio. La recomiendo tanto para ir con familia como para ir en pareja

La hostería es bonita y en general cuidada. La comida sin gran variedad pero de buena calidad. La atención en recepción deja que desear con algún empleado pero con otros es muy eficiente. Problemas con la TV. Todo limpio. Piscina fría porque depende de si hay sol o no.

La comida del evento al que fuimos y que fue preparada por el hotel nos intoxicó y la respuesta por parte de Administración es que "somos intolerantes a comer camarón" y que de todas maneras "el menú lo escogieron los novios". Como si fuera culpa de ellos la preparación de la comida. Además, varias personas se quedaron sin habitación pese a haber realizado una reserva. En general la habitación está bien pero un poco alto el precio para lo que es.

Bellas indtalaciones,servicio PESIMO! Toallas en hilachas, camas sucias con pelos y usadas! Encendieron la chimenea y la habitación se llenó de humo. Tuvimos que salir a la 1:00 am con mis hijos en pijama a buscar un nuevo hotel. Las paredes parecen de cartón tuvimos que oir tooodooo lo que pasaba con la pareja de junto! Terrible experiencia!

Fun weekend get away.
The hotel was very nice and modern with beautiful grounds. The restaurant was basic, but good food and drinks. Overall a really nice time and I look forward to going back soon.
