Hostel was full of bedbugs!!! I have serious problem and must go to hospital after my return. My worst experience ever from about 20 hostel in my whole life! Nightmare!

Traveller宿泊代をアプリで払ったのに、現地でも請求された。長旅の途中だったので違うところと間違えたかな？とおもって払ったが後でホテルズドットコムからのメールを確認したら、支払い済みになっていたので、レセプションに返金を要求したら、これは半分の金額しか払ってないと言われ、そんな事はない！とメールを見せても日本語分からない。と言ってみようとしなかった。その後もしつこく言い続けたら返金してくれた。 あとオートロックの出入口のチャイムが壊れていたので、みんなドアをノックして他の宿泊客がドアを開けて入っていた。レセプションに人がいればその人が開けていたけど常時いないため。 また、２泊目はWi-Fiが壊れてWi-Fiを使うなら近くのレストランが系列のレストランだから、そこのを使ってくれ。と言われ不便だった。 二重請求や施設の不備など問題点は多々認められるたが、ロビーに居ればミントティーのサービスがあったりなど良い点もあり。 ただ二重請求には気を付けてほしい。マラケシュで違うホステルに泊まった友達も二重請求されかけたようなので。
