A l'arrivée ne semblait pas au courant, beaucoup de temps pour nous trouver dans l'ordinateur... vieil hotel délabré, propreté limite (j'ai trouvé une serviette de table derrière la tête du lit et la poubelle pleine de la sdb n'a pas été vidée pdt les 2 jours ! ) Literie correcte et un petit chauffage d'appoint. Serviettes de toilette bien. Petit déjeuner sommaire et mauvais (jus de fruits chimique, pomme pourrie....). Pas de ménage de la chambre. Pas de restaurant. Une cuisine commune qu'on n'a pas envie d'utiliser... Internet fonctionnait bien. TV en plus des chaines chiliennes il y avait TVe mais pas d'autres chaines internationales. Cerise sur le gateau : nous ont fait payer la TVA de 19% alors qu'on réglait avec la carte visa. On a eu beau leur montrer la réservation, ils n'avaient pas l'air au courant de l'exemption. C'était déjà cher pour le service offert mais avec les 19% c'est vraiment abusif....
