The shower head was broken. I reported it and by morning they gave us a new one. A small TV which was busted but we could care less. The staff were generally nice and responsive. We never stay in Hostals but Malaga is full of tourists and price are elevated too much.

Reason for visit was for a hospital appointment. Hostal very close to hospital, excellent cafe/restaurant close by.

Location good. Noise from lift and other guests a bit of a nuisance. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would hsve been nice to be able to make a coffee in room. Room was spotlessly clean.

I've stayed here 3 or 4 times for 5 nights each time & I like it. It feels like a hotel minus the meals which I don't believe they do. It's only a short walk to the metro station & 3 stops to the main train & bus stations. The room was spacious especially the bathroom & the shower was perfect. Good wi-fi. The only downside is that the price increased quite a bit. I'd love to stay here when I visit again next year but may have to consider elsewhere depending on the price.

A Spanish gem.

Whilst slightly out of town easy access by Metro or a 25 mins. walk. I pleased to find it very Spanish. A good Restaurant one side, supermarket the other and in case of the unexpected, a hospital over the road. What could be better.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed here. Nice place which is near some shops. Only a few minutes walk to the Metro & a bus stop almost outside. The bathroom is very small with barely any room to sit on the toilet & I'm not a very big person. I'd already booked to stay here in September although the price is nearly twice as much. In hindsight I should've tried somewhere else but I do like it here. They were happy to look after my bag after my early arrival.The wi-fi was always very good reception.

I loved the fact it was so very Spanish. Clean, well priced with lovely staff. I would stay again and recommend the hotel to family and friends

Perfect location at a great price

Great location with a public bus stop right at its door. Spacious, secured and free parking lot on the premises. Rooms are basic but clean with plenty of hot water. Staff is very friendly.

Great for 1-2 nite stay.

Great for quick 1 niter. Away from City center but there is a subway stop nearby that takes you to City center within minutes. Room is small, and bathroom even smaller, but again, it serves its purpose, quick inexpensive place to sleep and shower. Room with air and own bathroom, can't beat that. Lots of local restaurants.

Nice hotel with own parking

The hotel is nice and nice staff. The room its ok and The good thing its theparking, it always had available spaces. I supposed because it was September though

It was easy for us to get to most of Malaga amenities particularly the bus, rail and metro networks.

Very clean hotel, absolutely helpful staff and very good location- not so far to the city centre. A lot of shops around and restaurants, shops for quick meals as well .

Malaga trip

It was a wonderful experience. The place was clean and the staff were very charming. The area was a bit far from the centre but it was at least quiet n the bus service was very effiecient

Great value away from city center

If you're willing to stay a little far out (2-3 miles) from Málaga's city center, this hotel is an outstanding value. I stayed here for 6 nights in mid-May 2018. The wi-fi is lightning-fast and my room included a writing desk, great for me since I spent a lot of time on my laptop. My room, including the bathroom, was spacious. I particularly liked the window shade, which completely blocked all light, making sleeping here very cozy. Hotel is far from the main tourist sights in Málaga, but these are a short (15-20 minute) ride away on the #14 bus. There's a supermarket on one side of the hotel and a cute restaurant on the other, and there's a laundromat just up the street. Noise from the nearby apartment building and from other units in the hotel can be an issue, so bring earplugs. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Shower temperature and water pressure were fine. I do wish the shower stall had shelves to hold shampoo, etc., however.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, with several restaurants nearby. Not that convenient to the historical sites. Staff were very helpful.

For a short stay , it was okay for the cost. Not far from the main train station, beach and shopping.

Consider wise even as a transit point

Arrived late evening and gates for parking were closed and left sign that all places are taken (that was a lie). Personal doesnt speak any english. Was hard to communicate. Room was basic, tv was the smallest on earth.

very enjoyable, good restaurant next door and supermarket at the other side. Bus stop very close and only €1.30 to Malaga center.

Poor standard

on arrival the car park was closed, a sign saying full on the gate, so we had to park in a side street yet as we walked up to the hotel reception I noticed at least two spaces. The man on reception only spoke Spanish, which seems a bit silly in a hotel but it was his attitude that was off putting. There was no booking on the computer even though I had all the information with me and this turned into an argument which neither of us had a clue what the other was saying. Eventually somehow we got a room for the night. It turned out that my credit card had been refused earlier in the day when the hotel tried to take the payment but this was only explained on the following morning. The credit card company were suspicious so refused payment and Expedia were unable to understand why the booking had been cancelled. The room itself was of a reasonable size and very basic. The tv was small and the walls had damp. The man on reception the following morning was a lot more friendly but by then the damage was done

Ideal for visiting the hospital

We had to go to Malaga for an emergency and this hotel was recommended for being close to the hospital. Although basic, it was ideal for our needs. The manager was extremely helpful and spoke reasonable English although most of the other staff spoke only Spanish. No facilities as such but the wifi was good. Supermarket and bars/restaurants close by and convenient for buses into the centre

Hotel is clean and basic, budget accommodation. There is no catering but this is not a problem as there's a choice of bars nearby. Good bus service into centre

By far the most unpleasant experience ever!

Newer go here if your Spanish isn't fluent..... The receptionist was drunk upon arrival and we spent over an hour checking in even though the hotel was prepaid and the confirmation was handed over. When we first arrived the guy behind the desk was talking private in the telephone and didn't have time to buzz open the front gate so we had to leave the car in the street. During our attempt to get our rooms the guy copied our passports and handed over keys for another guest's room regardless the names where completely different. During the argument he directly told me I was stupid - there was only booked one room for 2 people regardless the receipt stipulated booking of two double rooms. Unfortunately we where there on one of the most busy nights (Palm Sunday) otherwise we had left and simply gone to another hotel. I'm never coming back and I urge every body to think twice about this hotel.

Struttura molto buona..peccato che nelle vicinanze non c'era nessun ristorante aperto... eppure eravamo in agosto, un vero peccato per il turista

A caixa acoplada do vaso do banheiro estava com problema e não enchia de água. Fiz uma gambiarra para poder usar o vaso com o número 2. Comuniquei a arrumadeira e ela disse que já sabia que estava com problema......😡 Os cobertores estavam com cheiro forte de cigarro e tinhamos escolhido quarto de NÃO fumante ! Enfim, não foi uma boa escolha. Só valeu pelo estacionamento incluso.

Unterkunft ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Generalüberholung fällig. Dennoch waren Bett und Dusche gut. Länger als eine Nacht würde ich nicht bleiben.

Buen sitio

Sitio estupendo para acudir a Málaga por ne gocios, hospitalizaciones, revisiones médicas etc. Limpio, con personal muy agradable y a buen precio. Apto para personal con movilidad reducida.

La cama con un colchon y almohada malisimos,sin cortinas,ambiente ruidoso.Solo para dormir y poco mas

Hostal básico, bien situado. Amplio aparcamiento. Habitación cómoda y limpia pero espartana, sin decoración y con un único enchufe justo encima de la almohada. Insonorización deficiente, estuvimos toda la noche escuchando el timbre del ascensor y los portazos de otros huéspedes. Personal muy amable y precio asequible.

Personnels dacceuil très a l'écoute et disponible. Chambre simple mais suffisante. La douche est tres petite et avec un rideau de douche qui n'est pas pratique.

Muy limpio todo, la cama era súper grande. Se respeta el protocolo covid. Parking en el recinto, ascensor enorme. Para ser un hostal esta súper bien. El único fallo que puedo poner es que quizas la almohada era demasiado fina, pero para gusto los colores. Volvería a ir la verdad

Toda la estancia fue perfecta, personal amable y atento, limpieza impecable, wifi muy bueno, muy bien ubicado. Tranquilo. Volveré si viajo a Málaga .

Personal OK. Zimmeraustattung veraltet. TV für uns nicht nutzbar, da nur spanische Sender(kein SAT). Sehr laut und hellhörig, da Lärm auf dem Flur.(alles Fliesen, dadurch Lärm durch Rollkoffer. Zentrum zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Preise OK.

Viaje express

Los recepcionista muy majos, la ubicación para donde fuimos excelente, el centro de Málaga está bien comunicado con bus o metro. Lo peor las camas colchones nada de confortables, no pudimos descansar.

Struttura economica, ma pulita e molto comoda per la possibilità di lasciare l'auto nel parcheggio interno gratuitamente. Non c'è un bar ma a fianco c'è un supermercato con caffetteria per fare colazione o mangiare piatti caldi e insalate, aperto fino a tardi

Buena relación calidad precio

Para ser un motel es perfecto. El aparcamiento es una gran ventaja y en la misma puerta tienes una parada de bus por si no te apetece andar. Tengo que decir que fuimos en otoño y por eso no nos importaba que estuviese ajejado de la playa.

Ubicación buena, habitación y cuarto de baño muy limpios y grandes, en nuestro baño hubo bañera y ducha a la vez, la gente en la recepción atenta y amable, este hostal tiene también su propio aparcamiento gratuito. Por desgracia, la cama y la almohada eran muy incómodas, y encima entraron mosquitos :( casi no pudimos dormir...

Me hospedé en este hotel durante 4 días y tengo claro que sí tengo que volver a Málaga volveré otra vez, en recepción todo fueron facilidades para estar bien tanto para poder aparcar el camión que llevaba como para cualquier otra cosa que que me hiciese falta, con la persona que más trate en recepción fue con Juan y la verdad que una bellísima persona el hostal está muy bien ubicado en una zona muy tranquila

Virkelig søde receptionister! Der er parkeringsplads lige foran indgangen. Værelserne er sparsomt indrettet, men der er hvad man skal bruge og badeværelset er fint! Ligger ca.30 min fra Malaga centrum hvis man går. Der ligger en cafe og et supermarked lige ved siden af! Ville tage derhen igen! Man må ryge på værelserne men de lugter ikke af røg!

Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Αν και δεν ήξεραν σχεδόν καθόλου αγγλικά προσπάθησαν να μας εξυπηρετήσουν με τον καλύτερο δυνατό τρόπο. Αρκετά καθαρό για χόστελ αλλά ο θόρυβος κατά τη διάρκεια της νύχτας από τους υπόλοιπους ενοίκους ήταν πολύ ενοχλητικός.

Boa estadia, bem localizado

Hotel bem localizado, quartos simples, mas limpos. Uma comodidade a mais e muito útil seria ter um frigobar no quarto. Dificuldade para estacionar o carro dentro do estacionamento do hotel, visto que não há vagas suficientes para todos os hóspedes e a vaga não é garantida. Apesar de no momento da reserva do hotel pelo hoteis.com termos informado que o pagamento seria feito no balcão do hotel, o atendente não nos perguntou como o pagamento seria feito e lançou o valor no cartão de crédito, o que resultou numa diária mais cara com conversão de moeda e pagamento de impostos. Isto nos deixou chateados.

Muy limpio

Hostal modesto. Muy básico pero todo muy limpio y muy bien comunicado con el centro de Málaga. Parada bus justo en la puerta. Muy bien para el precio

Estancia sin lujos pero muy cómoda

Es un hostal así que no se pueden esperar grandes cosas. A pesar de ello las habitaciones tienen un tamaño adecuado y están limpias, cuentan con TV y aire acondicionado. En nuestro caso, el baño contaba con ducha (no sé si alguna tendrá bañera, pero vamos, para darse "un agua" es más que suficiente), jejeje... El entorno es silencioso y tienen muchos servicios cerca al estar enfrente del hospital. Resaltar la amabilidad de todo el personal de recepción que nos atendió estupendamente durante la estancia. Sin grandes lujos pero cumple con lo esperado.

Vacation in Malaga

9 nights in this Hostel were more than ok - very clean facility with nice reception and clean services. Supermarket just around the corner. Only minus that we noticed - very thin walls. You can hear the neighbours even when they are relatively quiet.

Alles was man braucht.

Perfekt für Leute die Malaga sehen wollen und nicht ständig im Hotel auf der Faulen haut rumliegen. Bei der Hitze in Malaga war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ein Segen. Team an der Reception super.. die Putzfrauen könnten nur Spanisch, jedoch findet man immer einen Weg sich zu verständigen. Alles in allem war es Super für den Preis!

Overnatning i Malaga

Vi skulle kun overnatte én nat da vi landede sent og skulle videre vest på næste morgen. Vi ankom kl 2 om natten og blev taget godt imod. Aircon på værelset og rimelig roligt område. Vil helt sikkert benytte det igen til rn enkelt overnatning.

Das Zimmer war für den Preis sehr angemessen. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist das Stadtzentrum, Strand gut zu erreichen. Fußweg ca. 30.Min. Nur die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht regulieren. Die ist fest eingestellt und geht nach einigen Stunden von alleine aus.

Hotel muy próximo al Hospital Carlos Haya

Mi estancia en Málaga fue debida a tener que atender a un familiar en el Hospital Universitario Carlos Haya, este hotel, por su proximidad a dicho hospital, es el lugar perfecto para hospedarse y poder descansar en cualquier momento. Sus instalaciones son básicas pero limpias, acorde con su categoría, el trato personal muy agradable. Completamente recomendable.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana. La habitación que nos tocó era muy amplia y tenia un gran cuarto de baño. Habitación muy limpia y el personal muy atento y simpáticos.

Dobra lokalizacja, czysty i z sympatyczną obsługą.

Przyjemny ho(s)tel w rozsądnej odległości od centrum. Przesympatyczna obsługa - recepcja czynna całą dobę. Panowie i pani uśmiechnięci i bardzo pomocni. Mimo że zarezerwowałam pokój 1-osobowy, dostałam 2-osobowy bez dopłaty :-) Pokoje skromne, ale wystarczające. Łóżka wygodne, bardzo, bardzo czysto, codziennie zmieniane ręczniki itp. Łazienka nieco mała - zwłaszcza kabina prysznicowa, ale dla mnie to nie było problemem. W pokoju TV z dość sporym wyborem hiszpańskich kanałów., wi-fi działa bez zarzutu i z dobrą prędkością. Tuż obok hotelu knajpka i supermarket (czynny do późnych godzin). Droga do centrum prosta - ok. 2-3 km pieszo (30 min spacerkiem - ja tak wolałam), można też podjechać autobusem spod samego hotelu (1,3 euro bilet, u kierowcy). Z lotniska / na lotnisko można dojechać komunikacją miejską w ok. 1 h (z 1 przesiadką na autobus A). Z minusów: głośno na korytarzu, do późnych godzin, więc warto się wyposażyć w zatyczki do uszu, jeśli się planuje wcześnie chodzić spać :-) Bardzo miły pobyt - zwłaszcza za taką cenę. Jesli kiedyś wrócę do Malagi, z przyjemnością tam wrócę :-)

El personal muy atento y las habitaciones muy limpias, pero la calefacción algo limitada

El personal es atento y amable, la cama es cómoda pero las almuadas son irregulares y la televisión es muy pequeña para una habitación triple, por lo demás es un hotel recomendable.

Vanha hotelli, hieman kaukana keskustasta ja vähän nuhjuinen, mutta siisti. Huoneessa oli melkoinen tupakan haju.

Vale giusto ciò che paghi

la nostra camera era rumorosa (lato strada) ma con arredamento adeguato e bagno nuovo. Porte delle camere molto leggere e sbattono rumorosamente. l'ultimo giorno non hanno rifatto la camera. Comodo il parcheggio e la fermata dell'autobus molto vicina all'Hostal.
