• Reservations are required for spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the lodge prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. Housekeeping service is provided every 3-days. The listed housekeeping fee applies for additional cleaning requests. Trash pickup and towel exchanges are provided daily for no fee.
