Erica was wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. I wish we would’ve gotten everyone’s names. Erica was exceptional, but all the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hoodoo is a beautiful resort little pricey on the salads that my daughter and I got it was almost as much as these steak that my daughter got, but that’s the only downer there were plenty of places to eat around town. The hoodoo is beautiful.
Hoo doo delightful
Excellent food and a beautiful hotel!
Best Place in Moab
We absolutely love this place. They let us check in super early so we could swim. :) The only issue was the housekeeping staff knocked on our door three times on checkout morning, and it was waaaaay before checkout time. They were nice but it was pretty annoying. Everything else was perfect. THANK YOU!
Loved it
Gorgeous. Can't wait to go back.
Great staff, clean, really well run!
By far the best hotel we’ve stayed at on our trip out west.
This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The pool is great, especially if you have kids. The staff are all very nice and polite, but it seems like many are lacking training about the property. There is very limited trailer parking, and I called to ask if there were areas to park trailers, I was told there were several spots that would accommodate for a trailer. (It’s Moab, a good amount of guest will have trailers with atvs and jeeps) When we arrived I asked the front desk agent who checked us in where we can park a trailer and he said the street, which is off hotel property. Luckily it was off season, so we found a long spot on property, so this didn’t matter this stay but at full capacity there definitely would have been a problem. The hotel room bathroom could have been cleaner. I do not recommend paying for the breakfast through the hotel reservation, you pay $35 per person but only get a $25 voucher per person. The local places that are walking distance have better food and a better price. The spa is very nice, we had massages and it was so worth it.
The establishment is beautiful and designed very well to give a luxurious private experience while still sharing space with others. The room and spa was wonderful even for our short stay. We had a memorable and wonderful stay. The restaurant staff were very overwhelmed or limited even when few people were dining and made errors on our ticket two different times before we were able to clarify to accuracy. I recommend that if you have limited time to not dine in the restaurant but order to your room for more timely or conducive service for travel. There was a minimal amount of body hair in the corner of the shower and on the bathroom counter but overall the space felt clean and comfortable. We appreciate the efforts made to accommodate our stay.
Great looking hotel with unique layout that is super cool.
This place was AMAZING! Super clean property, heated pool and hot tub, smelled amazing in hallways. Room was super clean and had a great interior view of pool. Easy walk into town for a few restaurants to choose from or you can eat at the restaurant attached. Highly recommend staying here!
Tired
Furniture dinged up pretty bad. Room not that clean. Bathtubs are cracked. No robe. Front desk not personable. Hot tub dirty and out of service. No towels by pool. Blood on sheets. No microwave.
Great pool/hot tub area. Suites were good size/layout. Good breakfast.
Awesome hotel- dog friendly and we liked the bar. Conveniently located
Great place! Would definitely stay here again
Absolutely beautiful place to safe. The restaurant and bar area was a nice addition and was reasonably priced for the quality of food! Would definitely recommend even if it’s a night stay.
Beautiful property.
Clean
A beautiful hotel through and through. The staff was amazing and so kind. Everything is incredibly clean and all the amenities were perfect! Love this place. Will be recommending to friends.
Very sophisticated and comfortable hotel !
Beautiful spot ! And affordable. Super accomidating for anything we needed. Will definitely stay here again next time!
Awesome place!
Fantastic decor!
1st time staying at a hotel and experience was great. Location was close to center of town which was perfect as we didn’t have to worry about parking and could walk to stores/ restaurants. Restaurant in hotel was perfect for dinner and breakfast. Hotel has a storage room for MTB bikes which is perfect. 10/10 would recommend and will stay here next year.
👍
My new favorite place to stay in Moab!
The hotel is nothing special but you really can’t beat the location. We were a bit surprised to learn that all of the standard king rooms are on the first floor with views of the parking lot. We ended up upgrading to a queen suite which is the only room type that looks inward towards the pool. Still nothing special, but I guess you have to pay for a suite (about double the price) to not get stuck looking at the parking lot. Overall, it was a comfortable stay but probably not worth the price (or the surprise need to upgrade to have even a decent room).
Nice hotel!
We came to see the arches. I think this was the nicest hotel in the area. At least the nicest I saw. We only stayed 1 night but it was everything I hoped for. Thanks!!
Great hotel.
Ruined our trip
Check out was 11 but they starter cleaning my room at 945 when I was at breakfast? So I couldn’t use my room anymore.
Ty
We could not get hit water either morning. Water was Luke warm in shower at best.
Just OKAY
Room not ready when we arrived after check-in time, but they did comp our dinner. Dinner was fair but service was not great and dinner wasn’t the best. The room was pretty, but the water in the shower wouldn’t get hot.
Everything about this hotel met my expectations and is of good quality. The pool area and hot tub is great as well. This visit would have been perfect expect for the restaurant. The portions were large and the quality of the food was fine, but the prime rib was 1/2 fat and stringy. The baby back ribs were tough, so under cooked. The roasted broccoli I was under roasted and tasteless. The beer and shrimp appetizer were great.
Great place to stay right off center street for East walking.
Loved
Quieter location since off Main St. Be t still walkable to shops. Great to have restaurant on site. Pool and hot tub were lovely. Room was large and comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend
Ac didn’t work and it took too much time for someone to come fix. Thus my wife didn’t sleep
A lovely hotel with beautiful, comfortable rooms. Our king suite was large, with huge bathroom. Beautifully appointed. Staff was superb. We ended up eating at the hotel restaurant because it was so convenient and excellent. The corn dip should not be missed! Btw, bartender Leo makes a perfect paper plane.
Pool area was very nice
Beautiful place to stay and enjoy Moab!
I would have rated 5 stars but we paid a lot for our room and felt we overpaid for what we got.
Beautiful, newer property with gorgeous decor, comfortable beds, and a relaxing pool and hot tub. It is easily walkable to central Moab where plenty of shops and restaurants await. My only complaint is minor - not enough hooks or towel rods in the bathroom, but everything else was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again.
Nice new property. Clean rooms. Good location for walking to restaurants and shops.
They only had 2 elevators. One by the front desk which was operational the other in the middle of the complex which was NOT operational. Had to carry suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. Pool was outstanding.
Great property, rude staff
Nice staff, clean room, quiet, comfortable bed, nice shower and bathroom. Huge room with all new everything. Nicest room we stayed in on our trip. Shower could've had hotter water, (Even after defeating the 'anti-scald' protector) Overall, fantastic
Super nice, modern hotel. Beautiful pool area with great access from first level suites. Loved the rooms. Stayed in both a suite and regular room and both were really nice. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.
Convently located near the national and state parks!
Beautiful property. Perfect location. Would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful hotel. Room was. Lean and comfortable. Tv in room was personalized withe a messy welcoming us. Pool and lounge area was great as well.
IT was great staying at this hotel. My wife and myself stayed here on our 3-day trip to MOAB to see both Canyon lands and Arches. This was a great place to stay that provided easy access to downtown, food and shopping. MOAB was a great experience, and this made it even better. thanks
Great stay. Best pool of our road trip. Wonderful room , Highly recommend
We enjoyed our stay and breakfast was great!!!
Great.
We enjoyed our stay at Hoodoo. It is a pet-friendly hotel that takes the stress of boarding away. The property is very clean and decorated well. The pool area is beautiful. The spa was very relaxing. We also enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. The hotel has a restaurant and a food truck across the street.
Hotel is clean, comfortable beds and the property is in walking distance to most of downtown Moab
Always excellent.
Spent 4 days in moab. Love this hotel! Clean quiet and good food. Massages at spa were amazing as well
This Hotel is a great option to stay in Moab. Comfortable and clean. My only complaint is about the gym which is way under than basic.
Very nice place. Only 5 years old.
The property is beautiful and the rooms are spacious. We enjoyed the walk out patio next to the pool. The restaurant was excellent as well
Beautiful hotel!
Nicest hotel in town. Right across the street from the food trailer park. Great restaurant, nice pool. Family loved it.
Amazing. We’ve been in 5 different hotels in the last two weeks and this one is , by far, the best one we stayed in. Highly recommended!!
Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant and bar was excellent also. Would definitely stay again.
Great location, within walking distance of restaurants and shops.
Everything was excellent!
Good experience
We were traveling and arriving late in the evening. Getting thru to the actual hotel was quite difficult. When I finally reached the hotel the employee was unfriendly and dismissive. Upon arrival the only desk person was terrible.
This is a BEAUTIFUL hotel , great location. I don’t want to nit pick but there were a few things that annoyed me …. The restaurant service was veryyyyyy slow and not attentive. I asked several times for my water to be refilled and i wanted dessert but they did not come and ask. There was no coffee available in the lobby which is a big deal breaker for me. I always find it strange when i book a double queen room , which technically can accommodate 4 people, and the in room coffee option gives you 2 tiny “coffee mate” ( not even real creamers) . The only coffee available was in the restaurant and took forever (again!) and i had to pay $7 for 2 coffees. That left me with a bad taste in the mornings…… also there was one small elevator that went to the basement for the laundry. It was not operating properly , they had a sign saying to press the floor button multiple times to open the door !! As someone who is pretty claustrophobic this was not cool !!!!! And there was no stair access from the basement either which seems like a safety issue in case of an emergency ?? The elevator situation was confusing in every way too, as the “regular elevator” also had an option for the basement but that was only for the spa, no access to the laundry. TOO CONFUSING !!!?? We wasted a lot of time getting lost in the hotel. That being said it really was a beautiful location , and even had a nice ballroom , i could see it being a great place for a wedding venue.
Beautiful property in excellent location. Erica at the front desk was very kind and helpful and had a fantastic attitude. We absolutely loved the hotel and stayed for an extra night making this a 3 night stay. We highly recommend it.
Great stay at a great place
You won’t believe you are in the Moab desert…great upscale hotel, friendly staff, good food and great bar.
Maybe the nicest hotel in Moab. Beautiful large rooms and extremely nice bathrooms. Excellent service, welcoming and accommodating. We were here end of July, the pool was completely empty in the mornings, busy but not crowded in the afternoons and evenings. Water fountains and ice machines on every floor and a short walk to stores/restaurants and food trucks.
Beautiful but Horrible Bathrooms
Such a same as this is a beautiful property with a great pool. BUT the bathroom doors have no locks and are on tracks that provide zero privacy. Maybe fine for a couple or solo traveler but for a family having a non locking bathroom door is a deal killer. Also, shower grout had mold and mildew.
Best Hotel Moab. Get a balcony facing pool very relaxing
Wonderful pool and rooms were clean and quiet
Gorgeous views of surrounding mountains. Quiet, great food and drink
Super nice place, I will always check that place first for availability passing through or staying in Moab
Great hotel
Great hotel near good hiking trails
Even better than the pictures
Beautiful Hotel. We stayed one night. Hotel was new, loved the decor, very clean, staff was awesome!! We felt very welcome 👍
Perfect relaxation
Friendly service, clean and comfortable hotel, beautiful atmosphere
Good
Excellent
Loved it
Great stay.
This is a great property. One block off the main drag in Moab. Quiet but super close to restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is beautiful. The pool area is really nice. Overall a great experience. Would definitely stay here again.
Lovely property. Great location. Wonderful pool.
Staff was professional and helpful. Room was well maintained and had several welcome amenities (telephone, notepad, plenty of outlets for cell phones and watches, small toiletries in the bathroom). Dining options okay ; food was good but service was very slow.
Very nice
Stay was very nice, only thing was pool needs more umbrellas.
Property was beautiful and well maintained.
Great unit. I would definitely stay there again and hopefully we can stay in the same unit.
The restaurant/bar went beyond to accommodate my family and me when we had children, needed to eat, and wanted to stay by the pool. So impressed with their kindness and helpfulness. Not to mention the delicious food. Thanks again for a wonderful experience.
Beautiful property. Great pool. Convenient to everything.
Oops. Just ok
I overpaid for the property $293 a night for two rooms and got parking lot views and had to change rooms due to smell. There was a loud clicking in the halogen light above the sink. Nice location downtown and clean property. No water by pool in 100 degree days. Needs more umbrellas. Restaurant service and food needs help.
Wonderful place. I can highly recommend it and we will come back to this place for vacation.
Great stay
Hotel and room was very clean. Bedding was super comfy. Recently fractured my foot so I had a scooter. Recommend to park by your room and use back entrance for easy entry. Coming from the front/concierge desk to my room was tough with all the carpet.
Have to wait over an hour for a room till 5pm, with kidd in the car
Hotel was clean and nice. Room had broken lamp, non working bathroom fan. Pool was really nice with a pretty view- nicely planned for shade. Staff very friendly.
good location, easy check in, confy rooms
