The complimentary hotel shuttle every 30 mins and luggage storage before check in and after check out was great. The rooms were spacious and very clean and the beds were comfy. Unfortunatley the pool was under maintanence during our stay but we were busy at Disney all day so didn't have much time for swimming. Disney was around a 10-15 min taxi ride away and cost around $30Aud. The closest shopping is Tung Chung Citygate for supplies.

If the flight is early, it is not worth having breakfast. Buy a huge sandwich at Maison Kayser and order coffee at Starbucks at gates area after emigration and security.

Excellent views of the airport and a great stay super close to the airport

My TV did not work. Didnt get any of the channels. After 2 hours waiting, technician came up and tuned on and off the tv several times. Couldn’t get it to work. I was tired by that point and asked him to leave. My trash can in the bathroom also had trash in there from previous guest. Hairs in my sink that I had to clean. Other than that, it was just a ok stay. Will not be returning.

Good hotel for stopover,pickup&drop off from airport

Took a long time to check in, the Hotel bus also took a long time to arrive. We took a different hotels bus to save time.

This was a beautiful property. The staff was friendly and it was a very comfortable stay.

Very busy hotel, many airlines crews check in at night. Staffs are great, near airport but very far from city centre. There are 2 free shuttle bus to and from airport and the other to and from nearest MTR. Location is also great to visit HongKong Disneyland.

would love to have breakfast earlier, say at or before 6am? Bought breakfast but had to leave early thus missed it.

Perfect for a stay near airport

Just a one night stay, having come in off a late flight. Conveniently located near the airport and Asia World expo. All the fineries one would expect from a high end hotel. Well sound proofed too, friendly staff.

My family had an amazing stay. Free shuttle bus to Tung Chung airport is very convenient.

We liked how close it was to the airport but the fact that the shuttle didnt work past midnight was an issue as our flight arrived at 2am. The room was nice but the shower in our room didnt have good water pressure which kind of made that experience sour.

This was a great location since I had an early flight! I wish they have an earlier bus shuttle in the morning but I would stay at this location again !

This hotel is convenient to the airport with a free shuttle between the airport and hotel. It was hard to find the shuttle and no one that we asked in the hotel shuttle area was very helpful. A passenger who overheard us ask about the shuttle actually got off his own bus to give us advice. It would be nice if there were signs posted. The receptionist trainee could not answer questions.

Convenient, Clean, Comfortable

Our flight arrived at 3am and we took the blue Lautau cab to Hotel in 5 min (wait for cab was almost 45min) and you have to have HKD to pay blue cab driver (there’s a bank of China ATM that gives reasonable rate exchange from your personal chequing near on your way to the cab next to the train ticket booth). The stay was very comfortable and the free bus to Tung Chung plus the free luggage storage and free shuttle bus to airport was very convenient. I would highly recommend this stay if your flight comes in late and you don’t mind paying 2000 HKD for a family stay.

we stayed one night for transit. Had an early night, needed a good night sleep before catching another flight in the morning. At midnight, loud noises for the adjacent room (kids running and people talked very loudly). We reported this to the front desk, the duty manager spoke to patrons next door but not able to stop them .They become very aggressive to the security guard and asking whoever put the complain about them to come forward. we don't feel safe at all. The feedback we received was nothing else can be done. The boise continued for another hour and we have to endure it with our 7 years old daughter who tried to sleep before our next flight.

Airport Hotel Staying

Overall the hotel service and condition is up to stand, but the breakfast buffect still has room for improvement i.e. the table presentation; staffs attitude to face high traffic, smiles rather than nerves. P.S. I pay extra for the breakfast buffer, not all included package. I have been travelled and stayed over 15 nights and 4 countries 6 hotels this year. I can tell the differences with recent experience. But I am geartly inpressed the enthusiasm and helpful of the bell boy and luggage assistant doing my arrival and departure. Great smile and good job even though my luggages are very bulk and heavy.

It is very nice and convenient to live in this hotel. Service is perfect.

Hong Kong stay

We originally booked for a night but the hotel changed it to a day booking. A great spot close to the airport and also a few nice attractions such as the giant Buddha.

Building is old and starting to feel dated. Hotel rooms from its generation are dimly lit. Service is lacking. Front desk was polite and helpful but requested items take half an hour to get delivered to the room. Location is very inconvenient because there is nothing except hotels close by. The closet convenient store is at the airport which one needs to reach either by hotel’s shuttle service (free, at 30 min intervals), by bus from nearby bus terminal, or by taxi. Dining is the same. Hotel has a restaurant but Google rating gives me pause for the price it is charging. I went to the airport for food during my entire stay.

Just one night stay so nothing much to mention. The only draw back I felt was that it was a very busy hotel due to close proximity to airport, which was not a good experience for me personally.

I did not check in as the query i sent to the hotel seeking clarification but did not get any reply . So I stayed at Regal Airport Hotel.

Free shuttle buses to/fro airport & Tung Chung

Booked 1 night stay as I arrived in HK in the afternoon and need to fly out next morning, so does not make sense for me to book a hotel room in the city. The 2 free shuttle buses (airport-hotel-airport; hotel-Tung Chung-hotel) run on regular schedule and start in the morning till night. That's the main attraction as it's easy for travellers like me who can do a bit of outlet shopping (Citygate) and dining in the limited time i had. The hotel was also able to provide anti-slip bath mat, a request that i made in advance. Overall, i would recommend this hotel if you have limited time and need to fly out of HK the next morning.

It's good when you are just staying to take a plane the next day. There aren't any convenient stores around, the closest one is inside the airport.

I enjoyed the convenience of staying at this property. The airport shuttle was easy to find and prompt with the schedule. The property itself is immaculate and the customer service is excellent. The hotel offers a shuttle that takes you to a nearby mall where there is plenty of food options and you can easily get to some of the local tourist attractions. I'd recommend this place through and through to anyone visiting the area and will be staying here again when I go back.

The room is super clean and the staffs are very friendly.

Marriott as always, the rooms looked really good. The facilities inside the room exceptional. Breakfast spread was perfect. Only complain was that adults breakfast was free but had to pay for a teen breakfast, which is 13 years and older. Even though the room booking classified teens as kids but breakfast as adults. The hotels got a bus service to airport which is convenient. Staff at reception could have been a bit more friendlier. If not for these aspects i would have rated them 4 stars for the stay.

The manager was excellent in terms of sorting out our problems and giving advice on where to travel for the day in Hong Kong. The disappointing aspect was the pool wasn't available until after 9am so we couldn't use it in the morning but that wasn't made clear when we booked the room. There was also an issue where we booked for 3 adults but there were only 2 breakfasts provided so we had to ask for additional breakfast. which we were initially asked to pay for. Finally we had tea provided but no milk and when I asked if we could have a small jug of milk we were told we may have to pay for it and would have to ask room service to see if it was okay. It was quite frankly ridiculous to have to go to the front desk and spend 10min trying to sort out what seems to me to be a simple request.

Convenient shuttles to both the airport and Citygate outlets and MTR station. Excellent location for a couple of nights before flying out.

Staff told us that our room was not ready by the time we checkin (16:00) and tried to persuade us to pay for room upgrade. I believe it's hotel's responsibility to ensure their room is ready for any customer on or before the official check-in time, and not asking to customer to pay any extra money!

It's convenient to stay here for the flight, shuttle bus every half hour. Pool is nice, breakfast is nice, but the Chinese restaurant is super expensive for a regular meal.

OK for One Night

I mistakenly thought the hotel was connected to the airport, so I was disappointed when I had to wait outside in the heat for the shuttle bus to get there. (The bus came every half hour, and I had just missed one.) The lobby was crowded and noisy, but the room was fine. The breakfast buffet was not nearly as good as what I'd had in various hotels in China during the previous three weeks.

It is a good stay for us. The bed is a little small for 2 people.

No walk in shower in my room, I have to shower in the bathtub, breakfast very crowded with kids screaming, my plates been removed while I went to take food

Friendly staff including front desk and free shuttle bus driver. It's a big surprise that they prive free shuttle bus to and from a train station too

Only stayed one night, but very nice hotel and easy check in. Great transport to terminal. Walkable from airport also.

Perfect for our 1 day stop over. Staff arranged early check in, we were able to use the shuttle bus to get to and from the airport and the cable car up to big Bhudda.
